Bsd Dazai having an s/o who belongs to some kind of humanoid race, its not an ability but basically they fight like monsters because of super strength BUT they weaken to direct sunlight that could possibly kill them so usually they have to carry an umbrella which they use as a weapon (i stan you if you watched gintama and know that its basically the Yato race oml). IM SORRY IF THIS IS TOO MUCH SINCE ALL I DO IS READ AND YOU'RE THE FIRST PERSON I EVER REQUESTED TO

note -> I THINK THIS WAS A REALLY COOL IDEA!!! AH!! I did have to research about yato, but I found it really interesting!! I hope you enjoy this and I did it justice!! i tried to mix in the first meeting and some relationship headcanons!

- you're first meeting was,,,, unexpected,,,,

- Dazai had found himself running into some trouble with ANOTHER enemy

- what's new?

- you had just been passing by, holding your umbrella over yourself so you can remain out of the sunlight since you weren’t really in the mood to collapse on the ground today.

- you decided to take a shortcut home and walk through a dark alleyway.

- being too busy with trying to close your umbrella you hadn’t noticed the man himself, Dazai Osamu, practically being two seconds away from getting knocked out.

- the second you noticed, instinct kicked in and you came to his rescue right away.

- considering you were a humanoid, you were exceedingly stronger than regular humans.

- the force of your kick was able to knock out the first enemy, while the swift strike of your umbrella hitting the skull of the second enemy was enough to keep him knocked out for the next day.

- when you finally looked over at Dazai he was just frozen

- dazai.exe has stopped working.

- you were?? so badass?? and so?? beautiful?? this was a fever dream??? it has to be??

- The first thing to escape his mouth was “do you wanna commit a double suicide?”, as he rushed to your side to take your hand in his.

- “what? no.” is your response as you let go of his hand and try to leave.

- you thought you could just leave that quickly? cute.

- “Wait! Let me at least ask you a couple questions!” he yells at you, before quickly following your lead.

- you sigh, before nodding in agreement.

- he asks you questions like how your ability works, which leads you to explain how you don’t have an “ability”. You were a humanoid, and unlike ability users, the pros and cons of your own body couldn’t be turned on and off.

- he was instantly fascinated at that and invited you to join the armed detective agency.

- you told him you’d think about it before leaving him and heading back to your home.

- you really weren't gonna think about it, the second he offered you knew you’d want to give it a shot.

- plus hello? Cute guy?

- fast forward and you now work at the ADA

- this man does NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE !!!

- he makes sure you guys are always paired for missions.

- he always brings an extra umbrella for you in case something happens to yours.

- when you mention it he plays it off by saying “I don’t want my bandages to get soggy if it rains!”

- s/o: you sure that's the reason?

- dazai: please belladonna, don't make me feel the need to humble you.

- the more missions he joins you on the more he begins to develop feelings.

- he promises himself to never let you know though, he doesn’t want you getting hurt because of the people he's pissed off. (and he's pissed off a lot of people so-)

- until one mission...

- you were dealing with taking out the enemies from the shadows of inside a tall city building while Dazai worked on the outside of the building.

- You finished your duties quickly, as usual, it wasn't anything too challenging and you went to check on how Dazai was doing.

- The enemies had surrounded him and they didn’t plan on letting him leave alive.

- So instinct kicked in once again and you ran into the sun to help him out. You were able to take on a couple guys before you blacked out.

- Luckily, Dazai was able to take you back to the ADA before anything worse happened to you.

- when you woke up..... omg...

- he was PISSED.

- he gave you a whole speech on why you shouldn’t be throwing yourself in danger to help him and how he never wanted you to do it again.

- accidentally told you that he loved you during his little fit.

- he didn’t even realize.

- so when you called him out on it, he confessed.

- in which you told him you felt the same.

- because duh? dazai??

- thus the beginning of your relationship!!!!!

- Dazai makes sure to always lure the enemies into places without sunlight just in case he needs your assistance because he does not want you hurt again.

- he tried to bring up the idea of you wrapping yourself in bandages so the sunlight doesn't harm you. To which you had to explain to him you would rather not have to walk around looking like a mummy.

- he found that lowkey offensive :(

- If you guys go on dates he will only take you out at night.

- which leads to some fun adventures!!

- even though they are usually very dangerous!!!

- he also dances with you in the rain a lot.

- which leads to you changing his bandages because you are NOT cuddling with some wet bandages.

- sometimes you guys will dress in all black and walk around in the sunlight with umbrellas just to freak people out.

- show up to the ADA with your outfits and kunikida will start yelling.

- he got you an umbrella hat for your first birthday with him.

- you almost drop kicked him for that one.

- whenever someone asks why you don’t come outside much he tells them you're a vampire.

- so now half the population genuinely believes you’re a vampire.

- fine by him!! he gets to keep you to himself!!!!!

- he's already RED when you start slow dancing with him.

- like Sabito he's also weirdly good??? did they dance together or something?? what is this??

- granted they use breath of water no wonder they are smooth.

- he’ll be a little stiff at first because of how shy he is but he gets into it soon.

- you’ll probably have to pull him down from whatever la la land he's in so he stops staring at you and keeps dancing.

- HE 100% IS THE ONE TO INITIATE SLOW DANCES!!!

- he likes to be able to have 100% of the control when slow dancing so he’ll pull you in for that.

- have slow songs playing when he comes home after a long mission and he will BEAM!!!

- he also really enjoys slow dancing after coming home from dates or after a nice dinner at home together.

- what is he bad at honestly-.

- dancing with you is just so fun for him! do it whenever he's feeling sad or stressed and he will be back to normal! he loves it!

- not gonna lie the main reason is just because he likes seeing you so happy.
