I am not one of them. I can’t draw for shit, so feel free to make this idea into some art idrc. Just please credit the idea, and if not, I’m not the police so I don’t really care. Thanks

(American) Football AU: The Justice League used to be star players in their teens and early adulthood, eventually coaching their own small team of new athletes. The Young Justice team. I don’t know much about American football in reality, but I know it’s good if you’re fast and strong. So uh, why not make the YJ team some football players, ya know? Dick eventually went on to play solo in another city, and the team found a new ‘Robin’ to play on their team. Dick came back and helped the coaches with the Young Justice team from time to time. Im sort of sticking with S1, and just Tim from S2 of YJ so I don’t over complicate this stuff? I think it’s better just to have the original team but that’s just me.

Kaldur has a few strengths and weaknesses on the field, he’s the best to play when it’s raining or even just damp outside in general. He dehydrates easily so he always needs to bring a few extra water bottles to practice and games.

Dick, during his time on the team, was easily the smallest on the field but the hardest to catch. He’s very agile, light on his feet and very slippery. Only a few people have ever managed to tackle him in game.

Wally is easily the fastest on the team, and even competing teams know that they can’t match his speed. In this AU, no Wally isn’t a speedster and neither is the Flash- but he’s still fast because that’s a major part of his character.

M’gann is insanely good at guessing what peoples tactics are going to be or what the other team’s play is going to be next. She’s good at practically sliding through people’s grasps, but this AU is still a WIP so I don’t know if I wanna keep her as a football player or as a cheerleader. Feel free to add recommendations.

Conner is easily one of the biggest and strongest you’ll find on the field. He’s pretty good at just barreling into people and using his brute strength.

Artemis has the best aim out of all of them, unless I decide to include Red Arrow later on. But for now, she has the best aim and can throw the farthest.

Tim, when he finally joined, had the same abilities as Dick did when he was little though was definitely less acrobatic. Tim’s one of the smartest there, good with the calculations of the field and such.

In regards to this post, a wonderful person had just given me another name idea for this so shoutout to @proshipper-on-ship for the name idea of “tethers”.

Alright, Tumblr users. Let’s see what dumb shit I came up with today.

Speedsters have their lightning rods, right? Pull them out of the Speed Force when they get lost in it or whatever. This gave me an idea at the glorious time of 1:15 am.

Supers. They have anchors. When they’re flying a bit too high from where their friends and lovers are comfortable with (figurative and literal), they pull them back down to Earth.

Conner zoning out wayyy too much for the comfort of the YJ team? Grab Tim, Bart, or Cassie to drag him back down.

Jon getting excited and beginning to fly extravagant distances into the air? Damian will tell him to get down and calm himself, Kent.

Anchors can be platonic or romantic, y’know, your choice. Feel free to repost, make art, and do whatever with this new idea. Also please help me find more ideas for the names because anchors isn’t sitting well with me.

Making this a small rant post because Yknow DC is cool.

There’s a new game for the Batfamily developed all by one thing and one person on one fateful day. ‘‘Twas a Valentine’s Day that Roy slapped a sticker onto Jason’s helmet and he didn’t notice until two months later.

The Batkids noticed but didn’t say anything, sometimes snickering during patrol because of it. Now they have a game that every time someone gets the bravery to slap a sticker onto the helmet, they do bets and wagers to how long it’s going to stay on there, and if it will beat the record of eight months, two weeks, and four days.

Alright now that you say this, we need Gotham slang terms

Bruce totally has a heavy Gotham accent at home and as batman, but while at work or at public fuctions it's much softer and sometimes just barely there. Enough to notice, and obviously far stronger then other high class members of Gotham, who have none at all. It kind of sets him apart from the other wealthy people and is one reason that everyday Gotham citizens think he seems much more approachable and friendly.

Jason, Stephanie, Cass, and Duke, also have strong Gotham accents. While Dick, Tim, and Damian have lighter ones.
