Some ppl asked for tips so here are some lolzies (also please remember that genetics are different for everyone and these might not work for you.)
1- If I’m hungry, I have a few ways of coping.
-drink water
-eat ice with lemon juice squeezed ontop
-drink a sugar free monster (10 cals but still better than solid food)
-go on a bike ride and blast music
-sleep
2- if you’ve been fasting for enough time to go into ketosis at all, don’t beat yourself up over not being able to keep going. Ketosis for even a small amount of time is good 😊
3-swimming burns soooo many calories, im not in season right now so i haven’t been doing it this time but when i was in season i was burning thousands of cals every day and losing a ton of weight.
4-WATERR. A lot of people think half a gallon is enough but its not, your body needs 1oz for every 2lbs of weight, and thats only if you arent working out. I personally drink 2 gallons of water most days. (Even better if its ice water bc that boosts your metabolism.)
5-high protein is a must. If you arent getting protein your muscle will basically dissolve, and you’ll end up all saggy lmao. Even if its just some eggs or a protein shake, you need protein.
6-remember that you need to work yourself up to doing long fasts. Dont just go from eating 3 meals a day to not eating for 5 days. Thats just making it harder on yourself. I recommend doing a few liquid fasts before doing that same length of fast with just water. You need to give your stomach time to shrink lolz.

Fucked up and ate some pizza at 36 hours 😭 i think i shouldve done more smaller fasts to get used to it again before jumping into 3 days.
Restarted it and im gonna do 30 hours of just liquids to ease myself into doing long fasts again since its been a while since i was doing them consistently.
I just started a 3 day fast. Hopefully i do good this is my first (purposeful) multi-day fast in a long time so hopefully i can push through it. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

My mom forced me to eat this morning, but luckily i was able to act like i was nauseous and have my brother finish most of my stuff 💪🏻💪🏻.
I restarted my 3 day fast right after though and i havent ate at all since then so i think im doing good?

Im constantly trying to figure out if i should just lean into being a muscular woman or starve myself until all that muscle goes away and im so light i feel like a feather lmaooo its so hard to choose between the two.
