This place is quite pristine and luxurious. Nice piano music inside, comfortable seats, vaulted ceiling, and stained glass skylights. Lots of window light!

Do you ever feel like you’re on a perpetual treadmill?  If you hate the rut you’re in, find something you love and do that instead.  Otherwise, you will only be spinning your wheels and getting nowhere fast!

Bad Day / Sad Day?                          They Happen To EVERYBODY!
Sometimes we are a target of rude people.  Sometimes they say cruel things that hurt us.  This happens to both the young and the old alike.  The important thing to remember is their unkindness has NOTHING to do with you. Sometimes they’re having a bad day and are attacking everyone.  Sometimes they’re just bullies.  So, it’s NOT YOU! Don’t hold on to their poison. (Yes, I said POISON!) To get rid of that poison, you must FORGIVE them. (Why?!?)  It’s not for THEIR sake, but for YOURS.  It allows you let go of the HATE and to move beyond the garbage. You need to keep moving forward and be better than bad situations you encounter.  It’s part of the stupid stuff that we ALL have to deal with. Now if you feel bad because you made a mistake or wrong choice, THAT’S OKAY.  You’re NOT planning to REPEAT the same mistake, are you?  (No? I thought not!)  You’re allowed to make reasonable mistakes and learn from them.  Whether the mistake is small or HUGE, you need to OWN your mistakes and move forward to become a better person.  (I was told when I was younger, “Make 1 mistake, it’s expected. Make the same mistake a 2nd time, the blame is yours.  Make the same mistake a 3rd time, there is something wrong with your thinking! FIX IT!!!”)  Mistakes show us the way THINGS DON’T WORK. Learn from it and try NEW ways. Sometimes SAD things happen that we have NO CONTROL over.  It’s okay to be sad.  It shows you have feelings and empathy about things.  You need to find good friends or people who you TRUST with your feelings.  Sometimes doing something constructive helps.  Also doing things to elevate your emotions like uplifting music, a good movie, hanging out with good friends, or visiting someplace new and interesting would often lift your spirits.  You need to remember GOOD things along with the sad.  It makes you a person with real feelings, thoughts, and opinions. Like I said before, Bad/Sad things happen to EVERYBODY!  To the young, old, and everyone in between. You deserve GOODNESS in your life!  When things get bad, don’t focus on the BAD, but how things will get better. YES, THINGS WILL GET BETTER.  (As long as you have your eyes on better things, your mind on improvement, and your heart focusing on love and kindness.)  You always deserve the best YOU that you can be! ~ Dusty

It is better to choose a direction and reach the wrong destination than to stand still and never learn where you shouldn't be.

I go to Mickey D’s for my Iced Teas.  It really DOES “Pick Me Up”! (I like it straight up, no sugar/sweetener, half ice.)
*ROBUST!*
