Hello All, My New Video is live Fat free sabudana khichdi ya Bhel banaye /साबुदाने का असली टेस्ट जानना चहाते हो तो ये तारिका आजमाये ! MP Style Sabudana Khichdi Serves 2-4 people Ingredients: 250 gms Sabudana / Sago 2 cups water 1 cup plain peanuts(Powder) 1 tsp jeera 2-3 medium potato, peeled and cut into cubes 1 green chilis chopped ½ tsp Ghee Salt to taste Juice of 1 lemon Method: 1. In a dish add the sago seeds/ sabudana and pour in the 2 cups of water, the water should just be enough to cover the sabudana. Keep aside for 2-3 hours minimum or till the sabudana absorb all the water.you can also allow it rest for 12 hours. 2. In the meanwhile, in a food processor add the Saute peanuts and blitz. 3. In a steamer , steam the potato for 5 mins or till they get soft. 4. Now In a Kadhai, add the 1/2 tbsp ghee , add Green chillies and sauté on low flame till Green chillies urn a little dark in color. 5.Then add Jeera saute on low flame till it get a it dark in color. 6. Add the potato, mix well 7. Then on low heat, add the sabudana- Mix well 8.Now add peanut mix, add salt - as per your taste 9.Mix well and off the Flame. 10.Now in a other pan/kadhai add 1 and half glass of water ,bring it to boil and place the sabudana container. 12. Cover and cook on low heat till sabudana turns translucent.(10 mins) 13. Check full recipe on YouTube Maggi veggie chat like you've never had it before! Ingredients: 2 packets Maggi - Masala 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 small Capsicum (finely-chopped) 1/2 bowl Cabbage (finely-chopped) 1/2 bowl coriander leaves (finely-chopped) 2 Small Carrot (finely-chopped) 1 small potato (boiled, finely-diced) 3 tbsp peanuts (Salted/Plain) 1/2 tbsp chat Masala 1/4 tbsp black Salt Salt to Taste 2 tbsp Ghee /Refined oil (saute) 1/2 Lemon (taste) 2 tbsp sev (Garnish) Preparation: 1. Without opening the Maggi packet, crush the noodles inside to a crumb 2. Open the packet and remove the Maggi masala sachet 3. Dry roast the crumbled noodles in a pan until golden brown, remove and set aside in a bowl 4.For 2 min saute the veggie in the oil/ghee to enhance the taste. 5.Boil the Potato and peanuts for 2 mins in salty water 6. Saute for 1 min in ghee to make it tasty 7. In another bowl, whisk together the Maggi masala sachet with the tomato ketchup 8. Now mix the cabbage, Carrot, coriander leaves, Capsicum, potatoes and peanuts into it as well 9. add some black salt and Chat Masala, and Lemon 10. Add the roasted Maggi noodles and toss to mix well 11.
