MCU still has meaningful free will by the end of Loki

Yes, the main MCU timeline we see was indeed the model Sacred Timeline that the universes were all shaped to be. But at the end of Loki, this happens

All of time is forever altered, the entire multiverse is forever altered and we will see in What If...? Just how insane some universes alter.

But ours stays the same and no one forced it.

That means Tony still saved everyone and died to save his universe but without the TVA to make it happen. Nat still died for the Soul Stone and it mattered, there is nothing to make it happen.

In Episode 1 yes, there is no free will. But now there is and this takes place out of time and our universe is staying the same, so that means our main heroes we have watched for over a decade accomplished everything on their own, without the TVA.
