my little sister also high key has an undiagnosed ED

and it actually breaks my heart because i recognise all the signs and symptoms of it, including her lashing out at me when i express my concern about her eating habits etc

on the other hand though, it’s actually fucked because eating disorders are so competitive and she’s always boasting about her losing more weight / always asking me if i think it looks like she’s losing weight

actually fucks me up, because it makes me wanna starve myself more because i get upset that she’s skinner than me 😩

p.s. i NEVER ask my sister if she thinks i’m getting skinnier or tell her about the amount of weight i’ve lost so this was a mini rant ig bc she always does it to me and it’s triggering af

holy shit i didn’t realise i hit my goal weight

was 66kg last weigh in, new goal weight is 64kg 🥹

i was 61kg this time last year, getting back to that is the main goal rn really

as much as i wanna be 45kg i know that if i set that goal for myself too early i’ll give up too quickly, baby steps 🥰
