How can I not be afraid of food?

I went to summer camp, restricted all day, threw away dinner, went on walks, lived on diet coke and cigs, passed out and when I got home, I ran to the scale, excited to see if it went down, but I gained.

The other day, a birthday, I ate, I gained 3kg... In one day. For eating the same way (maybe less) every other girl of my age does. And I gained.

How can I not be afraid of food?
