you don't see it

but getting your heart broken by a woman

makes you feel a different kind of guilt

than getting your heart broken by a man

because her skin glistens

her cheeks form dimples when she smiles

her lips may look heavenly

but out of them come out lies

maybe i lied too

maybe i hurt her more than i think

realising what we went through

made me want to shrink
