Why you should treat your life as your career and yourself like a boss...
When you work on your dream career, you dedicate a large portion of your day to working towards success. You gain confidence as your skillset grows, and you always show up on time, looking your best. So, why should working on your mindset, habits, and life look any different?
Organize your life as you organize your files at your job. Keep your space clean, have a calendar, and plan your days. Invest in yourself—read books, listen to podcasts and TED Talks. Know your worth and build your personal resume, not filled with career achievements, but with your milestones and the qualities you cherish in yourself.
Why do you listen to your boss when they add things to your agenda, but you ignore yourself when you set intentions to eat healthier, read more books, etc.? Why should a stranger's word be more important to you than your own? At work, it's easy because they pay you for it, but in your personal life, you should learn to find gratification in your emotions—feeling healthier, feeling proud, feeling accomplished. You won't find any of these feelings if you don't do the work.
Ironically, treat your life like your job and yourself like the boss.

Are you ready to start the process of taking inventory of your life? I invite you to take the next three weeks to conduct a self-audit, be honest with yourself, and connect with your innermost desires. Each day, answer one of the following questions.
Step 1 - Self-Reflection
Who are you at your core?
How are you perceived by others?
How would you like to be perceived by others?
Step 2 - Understanding Your Personality Traits
Openness to Experience
How often do you feel creative?
Do you opt for new experiences or familiar concepts?
What types of challenges do you usually tackle?
Conscientiousness
When do you work better - on a planned schedule or more spontaneously and freely?
While working on a project, are you more detail-oriented or do you prefer working on big-picture tasks?
How much time do you spend preparing before a project?
Extraversion
Do you prefer a lot of stimulation or is a limited environment better for you?
Which scenario is more comfortable for you - conversing in a group of 5/6 people or in a one-on-one interaction?
Agreeableness
How often do you help others?
Is it easy for you to put yourself in someone's shoes?
Neuroticism
When you look at life, do you see opportunities or dangers?
What situations tend to make you feel anxious?
What helps you relax?
Step 3 - Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
In what ways are you kidnapping yourself from the life you actually want?
How are you giving away your power or succumbing to fear to meet your needs in the world?
What do you know that you wish you didn't know?
Don't wait for a magical day when everything falls into place. Work on yourself each day, and you'll be surprised by the happiness you've already attained.

Creating habits
Amazing things happen when you stop waiting to feel inspired to build habits—the core of your life.
Dedicate a small fraction of your day to do the things that feel important to you. If you spend 5, 10, or 15 minutes working out, reading, writing, etc. for months, it will become an automatic, integral part of your life—like brushing your teeth. If you suddenly decide to spend an hour in the gym every day, your mind may resist the commitment. Every minute you spend showing up for yourself is so much more than what you did yesterday. It's far more effective to continuously show up for a few months every day—even with just 10 minutes—than for 3 days for an hour.
Do it even without feeling like it. You won't feel inspired and motivated to show up every single day. Abandon perfection and follow this small list:
Make a conscious decision to improve your life by being consistent.
Don't think about it for too long; don't wait for a moment of 'feeling like it.'
Make it more manageable.
Celebrate small wins—be proud when you hit the one-week mark!
Be your own cheerleader—when you have an exceptionally hard day, sit yourself in front of a mirror and have a conversation. Reflect on your goals, look back at your journey, list the things you are grateful for, and things you love about yourself—bring yourself back into your mission.
Let your body rest when you need it—listen to yourself, recharge, be understanding and compassionate, and come back when you're ready.
When you make room in your life to create habits and routines, you make room for success, for that dream version of yourself to come and bloom—you just need to show up.

Don't just let life happen to you, plan it and be in control of it
Plan your days in great detail. Don't just say you want to drink more water - make space in your day to actually do it. If you struggle with consistency and showing up for yourself, the reason behind it might be that you have no way of holding yourself accountable. When you put all of your intentions, even the smallest ones (like standing up straighter, remembering to actually listen to people instead of waiting for your turn to talk, checking in with yourself throughout the day) onto your daily plan, you become more aware and in control of your habits, your days, your life.
Don't overdo it. Don't pack it up with a million new, challenging, time-consuming activities that will make your days go from 0 to 100. That's not the point because you might not even last a day. The goal of planning each day with care and thought is to show up in your daily activities in a way your dream self would. You might go into work tomorrow and go mindlessly through conversations, complaining and sighing, or you might plan it today and set an intention to say three positive things while talking to your colleagues tomorrow.
This way, you can take baby steps - small, doable changes that will affect your day-to-day life and ensure having more high vibration experiences.

Living intentionally
Living intentionally begins with understanding who we want to be in various aspects of our lives – within our family, circle of friends, our community. Our intent represents our deepest desires and the core values we wish to embody.
Rather than solely focusing on what you want to achieve, shift your perspective to how you want to feel in each moment.
Craft an ecosystem to support your intentions. Declutter your mind and eliminate unnecessary distractions that hinder your progress. Do that by writing out all the things you need to do, you should do and you want to do - then take a closer look at each action and ask yourself "Does it matter? Does it align with my highest self?". After you've chosen steps that you need to take in order to become the best version of yourself, divide it into small doable goals. Dedicate time to form these actionable habits - start with bite sized actions, build momentum, gain confidence.
Living an unintentional life often stems from the fear of change. Our brains find comfort in familiarity, even if it means settling for less than what we truly desire. Confront these fears and recognize that true growth and fulfillment lie beyond the safety of familiarity.
Seize the opportunity to live a purposeful life, one conscious decision at a time, and watch as your envisioned life unfolds before your eyes. You have the power to shape your destiny – it all begins with living intentionally.
