If you’re feeling like sh*t won’t get better

NOT VLOG SQUAD RELATED but still read if you have time. 

Today marks 6 years anniversary of the day I wondered if things were worth the feelings I was feeling, if I really wanted to cope with everything. 

The 16th year of my existence on this planet was such an awful, crazy year for me because of so many reasons. I hated school and everyone in it, every single person I had to spend 7 hours of my day with. My dad had discovered that he had a thing on his spine and that he needed to have surgery to fix that. My uncle got diagnosed with brain tumor. My grandpa (dad’s side) had two heart attacks. My grandma (mom’s side) almost had her leg amputated due to living with diabetes for a really long time. My aunt lost a baby and was diagnosed with heart condition that could’ve killed her in a week if it wasn’t fixed. My great grandpa (dad’s side) with whom I had such a special bond died and life pretty much sucked major ass. I had like two friends and one ended up turning her back on me and making everybody think I was this God awful person. I just wanted to drop everything and go somewhere else. I didn’t care where it was, I just wanted to leave the situation I was in. 

But I couldn’t. I realized that it would be such a selfish, cowardly thing to cut my misery and leave both sides of my family with an extra thing to feel miserable about. So I tried to fix myself. And I tried and tried and tried for three years. I’d spend a week locked in my room not wanting to see anybody at times. Some other times, I’d be going out and meeting new people seven days of the week. I wanted to fix other peoples problems to not think about mine so I joined Red Cross and volunteered for four days a week. I loved books so I started working in a library to be surrounded with what I loved. I started dancing, painting, drawing and writing and I sucked at every single one of these things basically but I still did it because it took my mind of of things and it helped ease my mind and heart. Then my dad was doing better, my uncle was tumor free, my aunt adopted the cutest little ray of sunshine, my grandparents were okay. Then I got accepted into college that I always dreamed of and in first time in FOREVER I felt truly happy and content with everything that was going on. I moved to a big city and started fresh. I met the most amazing people with same mindset as mine, with same overview of life, with same passion for doing what we do. I did good in college, I enjoyed learning again. I met the most amazing professor who showed me that life needs ups and downs in order to be a life. I’m as happy as one can be now.

My life changed drastically from that moment/feeling I was in six years ago but it wasn’t easy. It wasn’t easy and it still isn’t easy. Bad days still come, binging TV shows and food in my room still happens but I find a way out and so can you. I know how it feels to be in a room full of people yet feel alone. I know how it feels to not want to get out of your bed in the mornings. I know how it feels to cry yourself to sleep nights in a row and then you stop doing it just because there are no more tears that can be cried. It’s okay to be a walking dead for a while but you need to know that it’s not a forever thing. Life isn’t life if it doesn’t rough you up from time to time but you are stronger than it. You are in control over it. The only person in charge of your life is you. There isn’t another person that can help you make your life better, your soul happier, your days brighter but you. And you’re allowed to take your time, you’re allowed to feel sorry for your self and you’re allowed to feel like you can’t do it. You can sit and cry but there is only a certain amount of time you can sit before your butt starts hurting badly and only so many tears you can cry before there’s nothing left to cry out. 

And there is always someone who cares and someone that can help you whether it be your mom,  a friend, tumblr person who hearted your post about depression, a professor,  the kid in school that never talked to you or a homeless man you gave your change to three years ago. Someone is always thinking about you and your well being, more than we can ever wrap our minds around. World will be different if you leave it whether you believe it or not, and not in a good way. So don’t give up on those people around you, don’t give up on yourself, on what and who you can be a day, week, month or years from now. Wounds heal, I just need you to give them time to do so. Please. 

Please allow yourself to heal the same way you’d want your loved ones to do so because even if you don’t care about you, they do.

It was an emotional week for me and I really wanted to share this story after a really long time. We all need a reassurance that things do get better, we need stories that have a happy ending and I wanted to share mine because people’s happy endings helped me and if mine helps to a single person in this world to realize that they have a purpose and meaning in this universe, I’ll be more than happy.

Hey I was just wondering if this blog was still running, and if you were still writing? If you are how many requests do you currently have and are working on, and are you currently looking for a co-writer or anything like that?

I have like 15ish requests that I just can’t find the time to do so I would maybe think about getting a co-writer or something because college is straight up killing me already lol

Would it be weird to request the reader being like a super hero or like a vigilante. I mean I don't want to break the illusion of the real world, but I think it would be a cool concept for a request. Like the whole squad finding out the reader secret.

I really like this idea but I also don’t really watch superhero anything. Closest thing I watched to something supernatural and of that type was Harry Potter lol

“So I got these blindfolds for you guys,” You enter a room full of your friends saying those words and seeing their faces go white, David following close behind you his camera in his hand.

“Not this shit again! Whenever you bring a fucking blindfold and David follows with a camera it’s a fucking snake or tarantula being put on my face,” Zane gets up from the couch and takes a step back.

“Oh come on, it’s nothing like that. We promise,” David steps in taking half of the blindfolds and walking over to the couch which held Kristen, Scott, Liza and Todd while you walk over to the other side giving out blindfolds to Corinna, Heath and Jason.

“Zane take your blindfold and put it on your damn eyes or I’ll tell everybody what happened last Saturday,” You smirk walking towards him.

“Fuck you, fuck you and fuck you,” He takes a blindfold out of your hand and starts putting in over his eyes. “Also, fuck you,”

You and David laugh as they all finish putting up their blindfolds. You take them one by one and lay them down on the floor next to each other. David goes out to get the man that had 10 bunnies ready for you and helps him put them on each person. Watching them all freak out together was the highlight of your day and you and David laugh your asses of seeing them like that.

“David, David, David get it off!” Liza screams.

“Y/N, get this shit off of me! I don’t care if you tell them about the last Saturday jut get this off of me!” Zane joins Liza in screaming his lungs out.

“Pussies! That’s what you all are!” You yell find a good position to get a thumbnail.

“You can take them off now,” David tells them and some people do and some refuse to see what is on them.

“A bunny. A fucking bunny?!” Heath says taking the bunny that was on him and playing with him. Assured that it wasn’t an animal that was about to kill them, those who didn’t take it off now do it.

“I hate you both. You are the same fucking manipulative, sick psycho and I hope you die in a room full of anacondas, pythons and black widows,” Scoot says in a kind of a cute voice since he was no playing with his bunny too but was still mad.

“That is all I have for this vlog. If you like it please give it a thumbs up and subscribe to see more of my friends and I,” David turns camera to Liza who somehow had to bunnies on her shoulders. “Anything to add, Liza?”

“You have no friends, David,” She says which makes both David and you laugh one more time before he cuts the clip.

The only thing keeping me from doing that is: if people don’t come out as gay to the world I wouldn’t want to, in no way or shape, use their name to write about them as something that they are not. I’m am 100% supportive of LGBTQ+ community and I’d have no issues writing gxg or bxb if I knew that the person was gay and is okay to be in such a scenario. As I said previously, I don’t think it’s okay to push any kind of trait or fact about people if that’s just not who they are, if this makes any sense. Having an extremely close friendship with someone of the same sex is not “an excuse” to ship them in a sexual way. I really really hope this doesn’t offend anyone but it’s just how I see things.

So, you were chilling out on a nice Sunday morning trying to do your last college assignment ever when you heard your phone going insane. Being tired and frustrated you just threw your phone away and ignored it for a good while. It wasn’t until that night that you actually were calm enough to check your phone and social media, but when you did you couldn’t believe what was happening. Todd Smith, like the hottest and funniest guy you had ever seen tweeted you. That is why your twitter was going fucking crazy earlier that day. You watched David and everyone in the Vlog squad for a really long time and tweeted them for what seemed to be a million times by now and no one ever noticed you really. 

But now, there you were starring at your phone and thinking this wasn’t the real life and your roommate wasn’t there to pinch you. Few nights before, you tweeted out that you would do anything to spend a day in their house so it could take your mind off of finishing college and the stress that brought you and that was the tweet that changed your life, no matter how cheesy that sounded. Todd tweeted you back saying that they have an extra bed if you needed it because “ik college can suck” as he said. Deciding to play it cool and try and cover your insane fan girl personality, you DM Todd jokingly thanking him for the bed but explaining that you had just submitted your last assignment. Just a few moments later you got a DM back saying omg, even better. come out so we can all fuckn celebrate!!. After some thinking and talking to your best friend you decided that you would go and bring her with you, so three days later you were in L.A. in the most amazing fucking house with the most amazing fucking people to ever walk this planet. 

There wasn’t a single thing you disliked about any of those people and meeting them in real life made you love them even more. They were all so friendly and welcoming.. especially Todd. You noticed that he was extremely touchy-feely and since you were too, a person walking down the street and seeing you would a hundred percent think you guys were dating or something. David, just like everyone else, noticed that very quickly and asked you how many shout outs would you need to kiss Todd for the thumb nail.  

“I’m not doing this, David. I don’t need shout outs because I have nothing to shout out man,” You told him but you were actually dying to kiss Todd but not like this. 

“Oh come on, y/n. You are the star of this vlog. If you didn’t come I’d have to bring in more rats and gators and blindfold these idiots because I have no content,” 

“Okay but I did come and now you can put me in the vlog for 4 minutes straight and it would be the best fucking vlog you ever put out,” You said earning laughs from the rest of the gang. 

“Okay but I still need you to kiss Todd for the thumb nail,” He persuaded. 

“Stop being annoying, David. We promised her good fun to celebrate getting out of hel- I mean college and now you are just annoying her,” Scotty said. 

“If she would just kiss him for the thumb nail tho! Todd isn’t saying a thing which means he likes her and wants her to kiss him!” David basically screamed like a twelve year old girl, putting Todd on the spot.

“I’m not kissing her, David. Not for your stupid vlog anyways,” Todd almost whispered causing the room to go into a stage of shock. Todd never really talked about liking girls with the bunch because he just played along with the whole player thing that was going on. 

“Awh, Toddy likes her. Toddy actually likes a girl,” Scotty teased him, putting his arm around Todd. 

“Shut up, Scotty and stop with your bullshit David,” Kristen said pulling you and Todd to the side. 

“Get her out of here before they rip you two apart. Go grab a dinner or something and we will all meet you at the club tonight, okay? I’ll take care of your friend y/n, I swear,” She gave you a smile and hushed Todd who was about to say something and left soon after.

“I’m sorry for them, especially David. The truth is, I told the motherfucker that I was gonna have you come because I really like you and this bitch used that against me. You’re beautiful and extremely funny, I stalked your twitter a bit,” He chuckled. “I’m not some weirdo tho, I promise you. I’d really like to take you out for a meal now and maybe get to know you a bit better, ya know?” 

“That would be great,” You gave him a big smile, trying to ease his nervousness and also really badly wanting to go eat food especially with Todd fucking Smith.

Omg I love the fact that you are ok with writing for a male reader just for the girls I don't think any other imagines blog does that. Other blogs are really rude about that sometimes like they are ok with writing it but then they are like this blog is suppose to be a female reader only when they get to many male reader request. But am glad that you arent like that but you're ok with it if people request for a female reader with one of the girls.

I really don’t mind writing for either gender as long as I don’t have to make something that would contradict who people are in rl. :)  I don’t see a reason why writing for a male reader would be any different than writing for a girl tbh.

With girls from the group yes, definitely. I just don't know if I'd go ahead and write something with the boys just because that is not who/how they are if that makes sense. I'm really really not trying to offend anyone but I feel like it would be kinda off to write about these guys that are not gay cause this type of thing goes both ways when it comes to crossing the line and offending someone or calling them out on what they are not. It’s a prank baby| Scott Sire

Request:  Can you do a Scotty sire imagine where you do a hickey prank on him? Summary: You are dating Scotty and decide to pull a hickey prank on him to get your revenge.  Warnings: Language and that’s pretty much it

You were trying to think of a prank idea to get revenge on your boyfriend Scotty for a while now. About a month ago he made you think your cat died and it was fucking horrible. Between him and your best friend David pranking you all.the.damn.time you literally can’t have a normal, relaxing day.  After some help from the internet and Liza, you decided you would do the hickey prank. Since this was your first prank you wanted it to work perfectly so once you decided what it would be, you started preparing for it momentarily. Acting kinda sketchy, changing Liza’s contact name in your phone and being kinda distant from Scotty were only a few of the things you were doing in order to nail this prank. 

When Scotty, David and Todd were leaving for a hike one morning, you told Scotty that you and Liza would be going to the mall. The plan was to have Liza come home before you and tell Scotty you canceled on her the last minute and that she didn’t know where you were. You actually went to Liza’s house and she helped you make a believable hickey using eyeshadow. When David told her they were on their way back home, she left so she could set up the cameras in the house and you stayed at her place a bit longer. You kept ignoring Scotty’s messages and Liza kept you updated about what was going on. Naturally, Scotty asked about you and when she told him the story you came up with he started calling you like crazy. That is when you left for the boys’ house. After short 15 minutes you arrived there. 

“He is pissed!” David yelled as soon as you got in. “Why weren’t you answering his messages?” 

“Umh, my phone was on silent,” You were acting awkward so that David would buy it too. “Where is he?” 

“In his room,” Zane said looking at you weird. It was like he knew that something was up. You wink at Liza and find your way to Scotty’s room. 

“Hi babe!” You greet him. 

“Where were you? Why didn’t you answer my calls? I thought something happened to you!” He says getting up from his desk chair and coming closer to you. 

“My phone was on silent,” You lie and try to hug him, but he takes a step back. 

“You said you were going with Liza and she said you canceled on her last minute so where the hell were you that you didn’t check your phone once and couldn’t answer my call one fucking time?”

“Babe, I was shopping and I just didn’t check my freaking phone,”

“So, what did you buy?” He raises his eyebrow. 

“Nothing,” You almost whisper, trying not to laugh. 

“You never buy nothing. I’ve been dating you for more than a year and you never go shopping without buying something. I’d really app-What’s that?” Finally he noticed a purplish blue thing on your neck. 

“What? Nothing,” Now you were the one taking a step back from him. 

“Y/n, I swear to God. What the hell is that?!” Since you had no more room to go back, he had you almost pushed up against wall when he moved your hair out of way. “Please, please tell me that this is a fucking joke,” His hands were now rubbing his face but it wasn’t in anger or frustration, it was pure disbelief and sadness, you felt like. 

“Baby I-,” 

“No. The truth, y/n. I need the fucking truth please,” 

“What do you want me to tell you? I already told you everything,”

“No, you just kept lying to me. God, I should’ve figured it out. You were acting so sketchy and distant, secret phone calls and changed password on your phone. Was it worth it at least?”

“Scotty, it-” He interrupted you once more. 

“I really sure hope so it did. To throw away year and a half of love and happiness for it,” Your prank was working perfectly but you couldn’t stand seeing his hurt face and hearing these words. 

“It’s a prank, baby. I swear this is just make up and everything that has been going on in the past few days was on purpose so this would work,” 

“Yeah okay,” He shook his head and sat down on his bed. 

“Baby I would never do this to you,” You chuckle. “There’s a camera, look,” He  looks over in the direction you were pointing at finally looks you in the eyes after what seemed like a century. 

“You are a fucking asshole, yeah?” Scotty go up, a small smile creeping up to his face. “How the fuck.. Dude, how did you..” He was scrubbing eyeshadow of your neck. “I was about to kill someone,” He hugged you.

“Ha, you were about to cry bitch,”  

“Well, I didn’t invest two years of my life, love and time to get fucking cheated on. Dude, you were working on this for a week?”

“Yeah, Liza helped me. She was in on it the whole time,” You laughed. 

“David, your girlfriend is an ass!” He screamed and few moments after that Liza and David came into the room. 

“Did you get him, did you get him?” Liza asked. 

“Girl, we got his ass so good. He was moments away from crying but I couldn’t do it anymore. I felt bad,” 

“He made you think your cat died and let you cry for ten minutes!” Liza yelled.

“Well, he is a heartless lil bitch and I’m a good girl,”

“Baby, a good girl can’t pull off what you just did so well. Sorry to burst your bubble, but some Satan blood has to be running through your vains to make this happen,” 

“You’re such a sore looser,” David teased him, his vlog camera already out.

“Oh, I didn’t lose shit. This is a war now baby, I hope you get that,” He smirked and kissed you. You went and got the camera from behind his lamp and held it up. 

“Did you hear that guys? I guess Scotty and I are now officially in a prank war. This should be interesting,” 

“I’m gonna get you back so so bad,” You laugh at Scotty’s childish behavior and high five Liza.
