I passed my exam and can finally show you what I've been working on!!!! 🥺🥺🥺 I drew sprites, backgrounds and interface for a visual novel called "The Black Night" based on my own setting.

Below you can see all the developments:

The plot revolves around a pair of detectives who arrive in the city to investigate mysterious disappearances according to the classics associated with an unknown cult that is trying to summon the Outer God to this world. Here are the main characters:

Constable Fabian Felt

Detective Saul Dreyfus

Inquisitor of the Congregation Mavro ar Sarada

Felt is the main character and a junior detective, young and purposeful, it is on his behalf that the player follows the plot. Dreyfus is his mentor and is not very willing to participate in the investigation, as he considers it a dead-end case, but later changes his mind. Mavro is a classic aristocratic bureaucrat who, despite his connections with the Congregation, does not look religious. He slows down the investigation in every possible way, oversees the detectives and has his own secrets, the disclosure of which should affect the further development of the plot ;)

so right now I'm doing the theoretical part for my term paper which is will be also my graduate work — I'm developing the graphic part of a visual novel (sprites, backgrounds, interface, etc.) and I need to make an estimate for the cost of developing the entire vn. I read all these articles where developers share how much this or that part of the game cost and usually the graphic part is the most expensive - one of them had to pay $1575 for 4 blurry bg and 5 characters with a couple of facial expressions. and here I am. sitting with tears welling up in my eyes. doing it for free

I know that most of my followers (all of them, actually) came here because of RE fanarts (thank you so much for all your kind words, i'm glad to see such a warm feedback 🥺🥺🥺) but I wanted to ask would you like to see my other work with OCs or commissions? I love to draw all sorts of dragons and other creatures, and also love to make adopts and references. I usually post this on other sites with a smaller audience, but I would be interested to know how you would feel about it here 👉👈

#also i literally drowned in baldur's gate 3 and didn't draw uhh for almost a month #the reason i'm asking this is because i'm actually a slow artist #and if you remove all the commissions that I make it turns out that the drawings appear once every 3 months #which is very sad to see tho
