We got Cuban food and we watched the knicks game and we drank cough syrup and I fell asleep on your chest and I felt like I never wanted to be anywhere else in the world more than right there at that moment. Even though I’ve been taken to the fanciest restaurants and on extravagant trips, not even front row at a Knicks game felt as good. And that’s when I realized that it wasn’t the food and it wasn’t the basketball and it wasn’t because we were sick together. That’s when I realized that no matter what we were doing, I would have felt the same way. Because it was just you, you were what made everything else feel perfect.
