Prom? - Jude Bellingham

“I’m so tired” I groan. “You’re always tired y/n” my best friend Kaliyah says as she smirks. “Im not!” I exclaim. “You are!”. I roll my eyes and scoff. I begin taking my books out of my locker when Kaliyah taps my shoulder. “Bellingham to our left”. I look around us and there he was. The guy I’ve literally been in love with since 6th grade, it’s senior year. “So?” I asked. “What do you mean so? That’s your man right there y/n” she says as she lightly hits my shoulder. “Ow and he’s not my man!” I say. She rolls her eyes, “whatever”. I look at Jude while he passes us. He flashes that gorgeous smile at me and I almost collapse in the middle of the hallway. “You should ask him to prom” Kaliyah says. “Jude? No way!” I exclaim.

Jude was perfect, he was literally everyone’s dream man. He’s the captain of the boys football team, he‘s literally the smartest person in my class and he’s so so fine. I’ve loved him since we were in middle school but I don’t know if he feels the same way. Jude was that guy and I was just an ordinary girl. I mean I’m pretty and smart but I’m not on Jude’s level. Me and Jude were close from 6th to 10th but we grew distant junior year. I still think about him everyday, I wonder if he thinks about me. “Y/n..Y/N!”. I’m pulled back to reality from Kaliyah’s yelling and almost snapping my neck as I look at her. “What?” I asked, still startled. “We gotta go, we’re gonna be late to English” she says. I check my phone. “Oh shit!” I exclaim. We both rush to English, trying to make it through the door before the bell rings.

We make it right after the bell rings. “Kaliyah Reynolds, y/n l/n, you guys are late” ms. Nolan says as she puts in attendance. “By like one minute” Kaliyah whined. “Still late.” Ms. Nolan responds. “That’s why your husband divorced you” Kaliyah murmured. “What was that ms. Reynolds?” “Oh nothing”. I chuckle quietly. As me and Kaliyah went to sit down, ms. Nolan starts to announce something. “Okay class today we will be started a new group project”. The class cheers. “But I have already chosen your partners”. The class groans. She starts listing the pairs one by one. Everyone starts moving around to sit with their partner. She then gets to me. “Y/n, Jude, pair up” she says. I start grabbing my things till I see Jude start walking towards me. “Hey y/n” he says as he sits down in the desk In front of me. “Uhh hey Jude” I say nervously. He smiles. i knew this class was gonna be a long one.

after like two hours, class finally ended. i was heading out the door when i felt a hand on my shoulder. i turn back to see jude. "hey since were partners, we should get eachothers number" he suggested. "uh yea sure" i said as i whipped my phone out and quickly went to my phone app. jude chuckled at my actions. "cute" he says under his breath. "what?" i asked knowing i heard him clearly. "oh nothing" he says as he grabs my phone and puts his number into my contacts through the keypad. i smiled to myself. "anyways ill talk to you later y/n" he said as he handed me my phone back and left. i stood there frozen like i was a damn statue. "uh what was that?". i jumped. "kaliyah stop sneaking up on on me like that.” she just laughed and grabbed my arm so we could head to our next class and actually be on time.

i layed on my bed, holding my phone up and looking at it. 'i should text jude' i thought to myself. i rolled over and decided to text him. as i went to find his contact, i noticed he put a red heart beside his name. i smiled.

me: hey jude! this is y/n!

i bit my lip nervously as i waited for a response

jude ❤️: hey y/n, how you doing? :))

heat rose to my face and i quickly covered it with my pillow while screaming into it. 'let me calm down' i said in my head.

Judes pov

unknown number: hey jude! this is y/n!

"hmm?" i hummed. "what is it?" my friend haaland asked. "nothing." i replied.

me: hey y/n, how you doing? :))

*seen*

my face scrunched in confusion. 'maybe she had to go do something' i thought to myself. "you good bro? youre real quiet" haaland asked. "yea im good" i reply laughing it off.

y/n 💕: im doing good, sorry for leaving you on seen lol!

me: youre good haha

"yo, imma call you later dude, i got something to do" i said to haaland as i stupidly smiled at my phone. "yea alright bro" he said rolling his eyes. "goodnight" i said. "night." he replied.

me and jude texted all night. i was smiling so hard the entire time.

"whyre you so smiley" kaliyah asks. "no reason" i reply as i get my books out of my locker. "bellinghams coming" she saysd. i look away from my locker and we make eye contact. "hey y/n" he says smiling. "hey" i reply giggling. he smiles then walks away. "um what was that?" kaliyah asks. "nothing" i reply trying to hide my smile. "girl there is obviously something going on, now spill. "okay so..". i told kaliyah everything as we headed to english.

"omg" she exclaims. i laugh. "now shh and dont tell anyone" i told her. she put her hand on her chest. "now yk i would never". we both laughed. "reynolds and l/n, both finally on time to class i see" ms. nolan says. we both roll our eyes and seperate ways. i go and sit in the open seat next to jude. "hey" i say while smiling shyly. "hey" he replys smirking.

a few days have past and me and jude have become closer than ever.

"so this is my home" jude says nervously as he opens his front door for me. as i walk in a younger boy who looks similar to him greets me. "hey im jobe, judes brother" he says as he holds his hand out for me to shake it. "im y/n" i reply smiling and shaking his hand. he smiles wide. "youre really pretty. if you and jude dont work out yk-" "thats enough." jude says interrupting him. i laugh. "thanks jobe". he smiles at me then sticks his tongue out at jude. jude sighs. "lets go upstairs to my room" he says as he grabs my hand and leads me upstairs.

we get to his room and settle on the floor infront of his bed. we then start back up on our project. "okay so did Abraham Lincoln have any kids?" jude asks. "boy idk" i laugh as i glue down pictures on the poster board. he chuckles. after that we were just working silently, it was a good silent though. that silence was soon interrupted though. "so uh y/n, prom is coming up" jude starts. i nod, still working on the poster board. "you going with anyone?" he asks. "no why?" i say looking up at him. he then gets up and turns on his speaker. best part by h.e.r ft daniel ceaser started playing. my eyebrows furrowed in confusion when he started singing. jobe bursted into the room and started singing and dancing with him. he had the most horrific outfit on, flamingo glass, red top hat, fake mustashe and long shoes on. i started laughing as i clapped my hands to the songs beat. jude then whipped out some random glasses and started singing louder. i almost cried from laughing so hard. "if life is a moviee then youre the best part" jude sang as he got down on his knees in front of me. i tried to hold back my laughter. "will you go to prom with me y/n l/n?" he asks as jobe holds up a poster saying 'prom?' in the background. "yes! yes!" i exclaimed as a leap forward to hug him. we all laugh.

"why did you choose that song though?" i asked jude once we calmed down. "well you told me it was your favorite song, sophmore year." he replied. "i did?"

“What’s your favorite song?” Jude asked as we headed to math. “Uhm I have so many but maybe ‘best part by h.e.r” I replied.

“Ohh i did” i said smiling at the memory. My smile then turned to a frown.“Why did you stop talking to me after sophomore year?” I asked. “Oh um” Jude started nervously as he looked at jobe to somehow back him up. “Nope.” Jobe said as he rushed out the room, leaving you two alone. I looked at him, desperate for an answer. He sighed. “I stopped talking to you because I started falling too hard for you.” He said. The tension in the room started to thicken. I didnt say a thing. He looked at me once he realized I wasn’t saying anything. “Y/n, say something.” He pleaded. Instead of saying something, I grabbed him by his face and kissed him. The kiss was rough but filled with love. We kept kissing as we got up off the floor. We then separated. “I love you y/n” “i love you too Jude.” We both giggled as he picked me up bridal style and threw me on his bed. He then got on top of me and started planting little kisses all over my face. “Jude stop” I exclaimed as I laughed. “But I wanna show you how much I love you” he said. We stared at eachother for a second then bursted out in laughter. After that we finished our project.

The next week was prom week, this is how it went

Monday:

Me and Jude presented and turned in our project. We got an A!

Tuesday:

Kaliyah tells me she’s going to prom with Jude’s friend aka haaland.

Wednesday:

Me and Jude go shopping with Kaliyah and haaland for prom.

Thursday:

Me and Kaliyah’s hair appointment.

Friday:

Double date with me, Jude, Kaliyah and haaland. Jude asked me to officially become his girlfriend.

Saturday morning:

Me and Kaliyah met up at my house to get ready

Saturday afternoon (present):

“I’m nervous” I say to Kaliyah as we enter the car to drive to Jude’s house to meet up with Jude and haaland. “What are you nervous for? We look good asf!” She exclaims. I laugh.

After 10 minutes of driving, we make it to Jude’s house. I go to knock at the door and once Jude opens it, his jaw drops. “Omg” he says, stunned. I smile nervously. His mom pops up from behind him. “You must be y/n, you are so gorgeous” she exclaimed. I laugh and thank her as she pushed me and Jude into eachother to take millions of photos. After a while, Haaland makes his way out the house and goes straight to Kaliyah. They kiss. “Awww” me and Jude say in Union. They roll their eyes. Jude then looks down at me. “You look gorgeous my love” he says while flashing that gorgeous smile. “You look great too babe” I reply. He laughed then gives me a quick peck on the lips. He then holds out his hand. “Shall we go my lady?” He says. “We shall” I reply while giggling and holding onto his hand

Once we got the the party, it was great. Everyone was having fun and taking pictures. It was awesome. “Time to announce our prom king and prom queen” the principal says. We all wait impatiently. “Jude Bellingham and y/n l/n, get up here!” The principal exclaims. Me and Jude look at eachother in shock and laugh as we run up to the stage. Me and Jude then slow danced to glue song by beadoobee as everyone cheers for us and danced along.

After that me and Jude escaped from the party, heading outside. We stared at the full moon, taking in it’s beauty. Jude then pulled me by my waist, turning me to face him. “My queen” he says smirking. “My king” I say as I play with his shirt collar. He then pulls me into the most romantic, princess movie style kiss. It was magnificent.

I was waiting outside the club in a sleek black Mercedes. It belongs to my best friend Jude. Jude and I have been friends since birth and our bond is so strong that nothing can break us apart. I was scrolling through my phone til I hear a knock on the door. My eyes widened and I jumped a little at the sudden noise. I looked out the window and it was Jude with a goofy smile. I laughed and rolled the window down. “Open the door” he yell whispered. “Why are you whispering” I yell whispered back. “Because I can” he yell whispered back to me. I laughed. “You’re such a dumbass” I said as I unlocked the drivers door for him. He walked around the car and hopped in. “Thanks” he exclaimed, getting buckled up and putting the car in drive. “No problem” I replied, slapping my hand on his thigh jokingly. He chuckled at my action.

As we were driving all I could do was look at his face, he was beautiful. I’ve had a crush on Jude since elementary and now we’re in college. It’s crazy to think about really. “You like what you see?” Jude says. Which snaps me out of my thoughts. “Um what do you mean?” I ask trying to be oblivious. “You’re staring mad hard at me yk” he exclaims smirking. I roll my eyes. “It’s just because you have something on your face.” I say with a little pettiness in my tone. He checked himself in the rear view mirror. “No I do not” he says while shoving me playfully. I laugh.

Jude pulls into the drive way of his flat and puts his car in park. “Wait here” he says as he gets out and runs to my side of the car. He opens the door and bows slightly, grabbing my hand and leading me out the car. “You’re welcome m’lady” he says winking. I cringe. “You’re so fucking dumb Bellingham” I say as I laugh and let go of his hands. “Oh come on, I thought you’d like that” he said pouty. “Why would I like that?” I ask. “Because your always watching those princess movies and shit” he responds. “Boy bye” I say giggling and walking to the front door. He opens the door and lets me in first. “Ladies first” he says all smiley. “Shut up” I say as I roll my eyes.

Once I got in, I went straight to his fridge. I grabbed the tub of ice cream and sat on the couch. I was channel surfing til a certain channel caught my eye. Streaming was a love story between a regular boy and a princess. They’ve known eachother since forever and they’re both madly in love with eachother but never find out til one magical day. I was so intrigued that I didn’t notice Jude sitting beside me til he grabbed the tub of ice cream. “Hey!” I cry out. He just laughs as I cross my arms and huff.

After a while of watching the movie, jude and I were now cuddled up. My head resting on Jude’s chest. Hearing his heart beat feels so surreal even though we’ve done this like a million times. It feels great and I feel so secure every time. “Viola, I’ve been extremely in love with you since the day I met you.” The boy on the screen exclaimed. “I’ve been in love with you too Thomas” the princess on the screen replies. “Have you ever been in love Jude?” I blurt out immediately regretting it. He backs up to look at me wide eyed before going back to his neutral expression. “What do you mean?” He asks. “Have you ever been in love?” I ask, now sitting up instead of laying on Jude. Jude sits up too and nervously laughs. “Where did this come from?” He asks. “I just wanna know” I say nervously. He chuckles. “Well you know I have no time for love bc I’m balancing football and college-“ I cut him off. “Jude that’s not what I’m asking” I say looking into his deep brown eyes. He sighs. “I mean I guess, I have been” he says. “Have you?” He asks. “Uhm yea something like that” I say. He hums and pulls me back so we can finish the movie.

‘I wish I could just tell him how I feel’ I think to myself. After a while the movie ends and me and Jude are now sitting at his kitchen island. “So uh y/n, who were you in love with?” Jude asks. The question was so sudden that it had me stunned but I answered. “Just this guy from elementary.” I reply. He hums. “What about you?” I ask. “This girl that I’ve known for a while.” He says, not breaking eye contact with me. I start to get nervous. “Oh what’s she like?” I ask. He doesn’t respond. “Come on Jude, we’ve known each other for years, you can tell me.” I say smiling. “Well” he hesitates. “It’s you.”

BEEP BEEP BEEP

“What the hell” I yell while being woken up by my alarm. “Wait all of that was a dream.” I say to myself. “Fuck!” I yell. I groan as I get out of bed. I start getting ready for the day when I hear a knock at my door. I walk to the door and open it. It’s Jude. “Oh hey Jude” I said nervously. “Hey” he says brightly. “You free today?” He asks nervously while showing me two tickets to a movie I really wanted to go watch. “Yes!” I exclaim as I run back to the bathroom. Jude laughs at my antics.

‘The dream might’ve not been real but this date is’ I think to myself as I’m giggling in the mirror. “Yo hurry up y/n” Jude yells through the door. “I’m hurrying!” I exclaim.

‘Who tf is texting me this early’ I thought to myself as I picked up my phone and looked at the bright screen.

*3 messages from ‘bestie 💗’*

I then looked at the time.

*5:00 am*

I groaned but unlocked my phone to see what leia wanted.

Bestie 💗: y/n

Bestie 💗: Y/N

Bestie 💗: Y/N M/N L/N WAKE YO ASS UP

I chuckled at the message and replied to her

Y/n: girl it is 5 in the morning

Bestie 💗: ik ik but I just can’t stop thinking about Jude

I gasped.

Leia then FaceTimed me and I picked up. “So tell me what’s going on” I said amused. “Okay okay so I just can’t stop thinking about that day with Jude and we’ve been texting ever since then and he’s just perfect” she says sighing. I laughed. “You have a boyfriend lei” I said. She groaned. “I know but Toby has been distant these past days and he’s stopped checking up on me and whenever I grab his phone even to take a silly little picture he snatches it back and looks at me nervously” she says with her head hung low. “What?” I said with my brows furrowed. “That son of a bitch” I cursed. “What?” Leia asked confused. “What do you mean “what”? He’s cheating on you lei.” I said with a frown. Leia looked horrified. “What?” She said with a cocked eyebrow. “He’s cheating on you girl.” I said crossing my arms. “Where’s the evidence” she said crossing my arms getting defensive. “Girl wdym where’s the evidence, the signs are right there” I said. “I guess you’re right” she replied sighing. She looked down to the floor, sad. “You alright?” I asked with a worried tone.

“Am I alright?” She said looking up at me. “Girl I’m perfectly fine” she said laughing. I was shocked at how fast her mood changed. “What?” I said. “Tbh I’m glad” she started. “Let hot girl summer commence” she said throwing a fist up and jumping up on her bed. “You can not be for real” I said holding back a laugh. “I’m as real as I can be” she said smirking, looking like she’s about to do something mischievous. “What are you about to do?” I asked amused. “I’m about to text Jude, I’m going out tonight” she winked. I laughed. “Have fun bae” I said. “Oh yk I will” she said giggling. I laughed. “Alright bye, call me later” I said. “Okay!” She blew a kiss. I caught it then I hung up.

Since I was wide awake now, I went to the kitchen to get a quick snack, pop tarts. I was scrolling through TikTok when a call came it.

*FaceTime call from “Trent ❤️”*

I answered the call.

“Good morning beautiful” he said smiling. “Good morning handsome” I said biting back my smile. “How are you?” He asked. “Im great, how are you?” I asked eating the rest of my pop tart. “I’m great now that I’m seeing you” he smirked. I rolled my eyes. “What do you need Trent?” I asked. “What do you mean? I can’t just call my beautiful girlfriend?” He asked. I almost choked on my pop tart from shock. “Girlfriend? Trent we just met” I said laughing. “Yea but you know…” he started. “I know what?” I asked curiously. “You know I like you a lot” he said looking at me. He sounded so genuine and his slight smile and dreamy eyes almost made me melt on the spot. “Oh stop it” I said hiding the blush creeping up on my face. “I’m for real y/n, I like you a lot, I don’t care if we just met, I know you’re my soulmate” he said. I looked at him with a straight face. “Be so fr Trent” I said laughing. “I am fr.” He said seriously. His tone and expression kinda scared me but he looked so fine. “Oh okay.” I said nervously. “I want to see you y/n” he said. “Okay, when?” I asked getting up to throw away my trash. “Right now.” He responded. I whipped my head back to look at him. “Right now? Trent it’s 7am” I groaned. “I know but I want to see you so get ready, we’re going out” he said. “Trent, stuff doesn’t open til like 11 or 12” I said chuckling. “Oh right” he said quietly. I laughed. “You can come over though and we can hang out til then.” I proposed. “Alright, I’m coming over” Trent said getting up from his bed. We said our goodbyes and I hung up.

My legs were spread across Trent’s lap as we watched keeping up with the kardashians. I didn’t like the show but the drama made me watch it. Trent then looked at his phone. “It’s 10:30, get ready babe” he said. “Can’t we just stay here Trent” I said moving my legs and hugging him from the side, my head on his chest. He kissed my forehead. “I would love to but I really wanna take you out” he said. “Why?” I asked looking up at him. His expression changed from amused to sad. “I’m leaving for England tomorrow” he said looking down. “Tomorrow?” I said getting up. “Yea” he said also getting up. “Oh.” I said looking down at the floor. There was silence. “Fine, I’ll go get ready” I smiled up at him. He smiled back. “I’ll be waiting for you” he said. I then headed to my bathroom.

I looked at myself in the mirror and sighed. My eyes started watering. ‘Y/n you cannot seriously be crying over a man you just met’ I thought to myself as I wiped my eyes. I then showered and fixed myself up. “Even though im sad at least I look good” I said to myself while looking in the mirror. I then went out and put in my shoes and accessories then looked at myself in my full length mirror. “Perfect” I whispered.

I walked out of my room and headed to the living room where Trent was waiting for me. “Woah, you look gorgeous” Trent said walking up to me and putting his hands on my waist, pulling me closer to him. “Thanks” I said smiling and resting my arms over his shoulders. He looked into my eyes then my lips and kissed me. I deepened the kiss, running my fingers through his dark brown locs. He then pulled away. “Well at least this time we didn’t get interrupted this time” I laughed. He smirked. “You are so so gorgeous y/n” he said. I smiled. He then gave me a peck on the lips and let go taking my hand in his and we left my apartment and headed to the car.

The car was silent but it was a comfortable silence. I just looked out the window looking at the beautiful scenery before I turned to talk to Trent. “Trent” I started. He hummed. “Where are we going?” I asked. “It’s a surprise” he said smiling, keeping his eyes on the road. I huffed and crossed my arms. “Don’t be like that” he said putting his hand on my thigh. I smiled and relaxed my arms. “Can I play some music” I asked. “Yea of course” he said. I connected my phone to the car and pressed shuffle on my playlist. *now playing: pink + white - Frank ocean*. “This song is so calming” I said getting comfortable in my seat. “It is” he said. “Wait yk this song?” I asked. “Yea i listen to Frank sometimes” he says nonchalantly. I looked at him shocked. “Omg I literally love you” I squealed, planting a kiss on his cheek. He smiled.

We then stopped at a red light. “Put this on” Trent said checking his gps and pulling a white blindfold out of his pocket. “Uh okay” I said taking the blindfold and putting it on. I heard Trent chuckle but thought nothing of it.

The car then came to a full stop. “We’re here but don’t take off the blindfold” he said as he got out the car. I nodded. I then heard the passengers door open up. Trent took my arm and gently led me out the car. He then held me by the shoulder leading me to our destination. “Here we are” he said. “You can take your blindfold off” he added.

I took the blindfold off and gasped. “Omg Trent this is beautiful” I said looking at the picnic set up in front of me. “Do you like it?” He asked smiling. “Ofc I like it, I love it baby, thank you” I said hugging him tightly. He wrapped his arms around my waist and chuckled. He then looked and me and pecked me on the lips. We then separated, one of trends arms still on my waist. “When did you have time to do this?” I asked. “Well Jude, Leia and some of my other friends helped me out” he said. “Wait Leia helped you?” I asked shocked that Leia could keep that secret hidden from you. “Yea” he said chuckling. “Wait how were Jude and leia acting when y’all were preparing all of this” I smirked. “They were really touchy but I didn’t really think about it” he said. I laughed. Then grabbed Trent’s hand. “Come on, let’s sit” I said smiling.

After a while of chatting and eating me and Trent both picked up and canvas. “Let’s draw eachother” I suggested. “Yea let’s do it” Trent said. I smiled. “I’m not really good at drawing though” he said nervously. “That’s okay” I said as I started drawing. Trent tried peeking at my canvas. “Stop!” I said playfully pushing him. I chuckled. “It’s cute” I said smiling. “No it’s not” he said pouting. “Yes it is” I said reassuring him. “No it’s not, at least yours looks like me, mine is just a stick” he huffed. “It’s okay Trent, now stop acting like a big baby” I laughed.

He smiling and pounced on me. Hugging me as we rolled around on the picnic blanket. “Trent stop, I’m messing up my hair” I said smiling. He then lifted his head up and looked at me. He was on top of me and he looked so gorgeous in the sunlight, the light hitting his delicate bit soft features made him look more handsome than he already was. I lifted my head and kissed him. Gripping his back with one hand and toying with his locs with the other. He deepened the kiss. The kiss was filled with so much passion and hunger than when we broke it off we were both out of breath. “I love you y/n” he says looking at me and putting a hand on my cheek. “I love you too trent” I said smiling up at him. He then kissed me and again, this kiss more passionate but gentle. He then got off of me and sat me back up. He fixed my hair and I smiled. After a while me and Trent packed up everything in the picnic basket and decided to take a walk.

After a while the sun started to set. There was a lake at the park we were at so we decided to sit at the benches near it. The sunset was beautiful. “Hey we should take a picture” I said. “Alright!” He agreed. We sat my phone down on the bench, Set the time for ten seconds and stood in front of the sunset. “Quick what pose should we do?” I said. Trent just grabbed my face and kissed me. I melted into the kiss. *click* the picture was taken. It came out perfectly.

“I love you so much trent” I said looking at him. “I love you more” he said smiling. He then kissed my forehead. After that we walked back to the car and headed to my apartment.

Once we got inside, Trent decided that he wanted to sleep over so we both changed into comfier clothes and decided to watch a movie. After a while I fell asleep.

I woke up to Trent being asleep next to me. I was in his arms and I didn’t want to wake him up so I stayed. I picked at my phone and looked at the time.

*1:00 am*

I sighed. I opened Instagram and tapped through stories til one caught my attention. I gasped and jolted up which caused Trent to wake up. “What happened baby?“ he asked. “Look” I said shoving my phone into his face. He looked at it which squinted eyes then relaxed his eyes, his face shocked. “Oh my days” he said. I laughed. “Leia really went partying with Jude, I thought she was just joking” I said. “Wait she told you she was going to?” Trent asked. “Yea” i said. Hé chuckled. “I’m glad she’s having fun though” I said smiling as I tapped through leias story. “Me too” Trent said.

Later that day I woke up. Trent was still asleep so I left the couch and went to get ready for the day. Today was the day Trent was leaving. I wiped the tears forming in my eyes. Even though I’ve only know him for a few weeks, I really like him. I started doing my skin care to take my mind off him.

I left the bathroom after I finished getting ready and woke Trent up. “Come on, let’s go” I said grabbing Trent’s car keys. “Go where?” He asked groggily. “To your place, you’re leaving today Trent” I said. You’re leaving today Trent. I looked down at the floor. “Oh right” he said. Trent went to the bathroom and freshened up. When he got out, I passed him his car keys and we left to go to his house.

Once we got there someone familiar opened the door. “Leia?!” I shrieked. “Hey y/n, hey Trent” she said opened the door wider revealing Jude behind her. He waved. “Oh my-“ Trent started. “- god” I finished. Leia and Jude just laughed. “Come in” Leia said. Once we got in, I grabbed Leia and dragged her away from the boys. “What’s going on here?” I asked. “What? I can’t be at a friends house” she said folding one of Jude’s shirts that was in her hand. I looked down at the shirt. “What happened last night?” I asked. “Nothing, we just partied and I crashed here.” She said nonchalantly. “Nothing happened? You’re literally folding his clothes rn” I said. She looked flustered. “Okay maybe we did kiss but nothing more” she said. I looked at her sternly then relaxed my face and laughed. “Alright Leia” I said rolling my eyes. She giggling and put her arm over my shoulder and walked back over to the boys.

The boys flight was at 3 and we finished packing at 12. “We should go out and grab brunch” Jude suggested. We all agreed and out. I begged Trent to drive his car, he hesitated but let me drive it in the end. Brunch was fun, we joked around the whole time and the food was great.

“Alright time to go” I said looking at the time, it was 1:25 pm. We packed up our things, thanked the cashiers and headed out. We took some pictures outside then we got in the car. Trent drove this time and we headed to LAX airport.

We got out the car.

*1:45 pm*

Me and Leia helped the boys get their luggage out the car. After we did, Leia ran to Jude and hugged him. Leia cried and it made me start tearing up. Jude hugged Leia so tight and his eyes started tearing up too. I then looked at trent. His eyes started watering. “Trent..baby” I said as I walked over to him and hugged him. “I’m going to miss you y/n, so so much” he said hugging me to tight. “I’m gonna miss you too trent” I said hugging him just as tight, fighting back my tears. He then let go of me and grabbed my face and kissed me. “I love you so much y/n” he said. “I love you too.” I responded. We both smiled and gave eachother another peck on the lips. We then separated and both looked at Jude and Leia. Jude was now holding Leia like she was a baby. Leias legs wrapped around Jude. They both looked like they didn’t want to let go. Me and Trent laughed. We then walked over to him.

“Come on guys” I said. Jude and Leia then separated and looked each other in the eyes for a moment. After that we came together in a big group hug. “I’m gonna miss you guys” Leia said, her voice shaky from crying. “We’re gonna miss you too” Trent and Jude say in union. We then separated and I went to hug Jude and Leia went to hug Trent. Trent then handed me his car keys. “Why’re you giving me these?” I asked. “The cars yours my love” he said. “Wait are you serious?” I asked. He nodded. It was my dream car. I squealed and hugged him tightly. “Thank you baby” I said. “No problem babe” he said. We did a quick peck on the lips and then me and Leia sent the boys off. We yelled goodbye and waved at the boys watching them leave. Leia cried and I held her.

Me and Leia headed back to my apartment. She decided to sleep over and we just hung out, talking about our memories with the boys and talking about our lives. We hugged, we cried and we laughed.

‘Weird’ I thought to myself. Even though I was confused, i went to the bathroom to start getting ready. When I got there, I FaceTimed leia. “Hello” she said groggy. She sounded like she had just woken up. “Get ready, Trent’s taking us out” I said while washing my face. “What?” She said while leaping from her bed. She left her phone and I could hear her moving around. “Wait why both of us and not just you” she asked. “I’m not sure but he told me to tell you to get ready so get ready” I said while applying moisturizer to my face. “Okay okay” she said excitedly while picking up her phone and rushing to the bathroom. “I’ll call you back when I’m done getting ready” I told her. “Alright bye!” She said blowing a kiss. “Byee!” I said while catching it, she smiled then I hung up. “Alright let’s pick out an outfit” I said exiting my bathroom and heading to my closet.

I started picking up clothes from my closet. I picked up an orange dress. “It’s cute but maybe too much”. I picked up a blue top. “This top is so pretty and I haven’t worn it yet but the cut is so low.” I sighed. ‘What do I wear then’ I thought to myself while looking at my closet. My eyes then landed on a white dress. It was calling my name. “Perfect!” I squealed. I dashed to the bathroom to put on the dress and do my makeup. “I look so good” I said to myself as I looked in the mirror. I blew a kiss at myself before exiting. I then picked out some jewelry, shoes and a tote bag that I haven’t worn out yet. “Perfect” I said smiling at myself while looking at my full length mirror. My phone then buzzed so I rushed to the bathroom to retrieve it.

Trent: I’m outside

Y/n: alright, Coming!!

I walked out of the apartment complex and saw Trent at the front, standing in front of his car. I waddle-ran over to him since I couldn’t sprint in the heels. He had his arms wide open and caught me. “Hey pretty girl” he said smiling. “Hey Trent” I responded. We then broke off the hug and i went to open the passengers door but someone opened it from the inside.

“Hey, im Jude” the man inside said as he stepped out. “Uh I’m y/n” I responded, moving to the side. He smiled. He kept the door open and put out his hand, signaling me to go in. He was so handsome, his pearly whites and his pretty brown eyes were everything. “Oh are you sure? You were sitting there before me” I said to him. “Yea it’s fine” he said as he ushered me into the passengers seat. I smiled at him and hesitantly got into the car. When I got in, Trent went around and got in the driver then Jude sat in the back. “Now we just have to pick up leia” Trent said while opening the maps app and typing her address in.

We got to leias house and she was already outside. I got out the car and speed walked to her with my arms open. She ran to me with her arms open too. We then collided and hugged. “Ahhh hey lei” I squealed. “Hey y/n” she shrieked. We then hugged eachother tighter. We broke off the hug and went back to car. Trent rolled the window down. “Hey leia” Trent said. “Hiii” she responded while opening the back door. Her eyes met with judes. “Oh hey” she said. Her face turning red. “Hey” he said as he smiled. He then scooted over and she sat down. She looked over at me and her eyes widened with a “girl he is fine” look. I laughed and sat back in the passengers seat. “Next stop, the mall” Trent says. “Ouuu we’re going shopping?” Leia says. “Yup” Trent says smirking. “Good thing I brought my wallet” I said. “You should’ve left it at home” Trent says. “Why?” I said amused. “So I can pay for your things baby” he said turning his head and winking at me. I rolled my eyes, fighting back the smile that was creeping onto my face. “Can you guys do this when we’re not in the car?” Jude says from the back. We all burst into laughter.

We got to the mall and the boys stepped out of the car first. Trent came on my said and opened the door for me and Jude opened the door for leia. ‘Jude and leia are so cute, too bad she has a bf’. I thought to myself. We then walked into the mall, me and Trent holding hands, leia and Jude walking beside eachother awkwardly. We then made it into the mall. “Well, let’s split up” Trent suggested. “What?” Me, Jude and leia said in union. “I said let’s split up, me and y/n and Jude and leia” he responds. “But we don’t even know eachother” leia says. “Then get to know eachother” Trent says smiling before dragging me into the nearest store, i waved leia and Jude goodbye as I was pulled into the store. “Well..” Jude says checking his imaginary watch. “Well..” leia says looking around. Her phone then pings. *sale at h&m*. “Ahhh there’s a sale!” She shrieked. She then took Jude by the hand and pulled him to h&m.

The store Trent pulled me into was no other than a luxury store, Chanel. “Woah” I said as I looked through the store. Yea I had some Chanel pieces but this was a whole new world. “See anything you like?” Trent says coming behind me resting his head on my shoulder and putting his hands on my waist. “Yea this bag right here, it’s so cute” I said pointing at a pink Chanel bag.

I thought for a minute before I said something. “I don’t think I’ll get it though, maybe another time” I said about to walk away from the bag but Trent held me in place. “I’ll get it then” Trent said picking up the bag. I turned to face him. “No no, you don’t have to trent” I said trying to get him to put down the bag. “Why?” He asked smirking. “Because i dont want you spending so much money on me” I say. “Just let me spoil you y/n, I only have a few days left in the us and I wanna make these days memorable” he says. “Fine.” I say as I give in. He smiles. We walk to the register and he pays for the bag. “Thank you!” We say to the cashier before walking out. Once we get out he passes me the bag. “Here you go baby” he says. “Thanks Trent” I say smiling.

Me and Jude made it to h&m and I immediately rushed to the dresses, he followed close behind. “What do you think of this?” I ask him like we’ve been together for months. It was a pastel yellow dress.

(The dress)

“It’s nice, it would look really good on you” Jude responds. I smile and turn away quickly before he sees my face turning red. ‘Leia stop you have a bf’ I thought to myself. I then got myself together and kept looking through the dresses. Jude also started looking. He pulled out a cute white dress. “What about this one? I feel like it would look good on you” Jude says.

“Maybe I should try it on then” I said smirking. I then took his hand and dragged him to the fitting rooms. “Wait out here” I told him. He nodded. I go into a room and put the white dress on. I moved my braids to see it better. It fits me nicely. ‘He was right, it does look good on me’ I thought to myself. It hugged all my curves, my ass looked great and my boobs did too. I then walked out to show Jude. His jaw dropped. “Woah” is all he could say. “Like what you see?” I say smirking. “Y-yea, I mean you look great leia” he says. “Thanks” I say giggling. He rubs the back of his neck and laughs. I then go back into the the room and change. After that we head to the register and I pay for my stuff. Me and Jude then walked out.

“Well what should we do now?” I ask. He looks around til something catches his eyes. “We can go get ice cream” he says pointing at the ice cream shop. “Ouuu yes” I say as we walk over. “What do you want?” He asks. “Mint chocolate” I say. “Weird but okay.” He laughs. I roll my eyes. “One vanilla and one mint chocolate” he tells the cashier. He pays for both of them and we find seats to enjoy our ice creams. “Mmm this is so good” I say as I take a bite of my ice cream. “Really?” Jude asks with a disgusted look. “Don’t look at me like that! it’s really good, try it” I say rolling my eyes. He hesitates but then tries some. “Wait this is kinda good” he says. “I told you” I said. We both laughed.

After a while we were done shopping and met up with eachother. All of us then headed back to the car and got in. “Trent you can drop me off with y/n” leia says. “Alright” Trent says. We then drive to my house. We got there and me and leia got out. “Wait leia, let me get your number” Jude says, handing her his phone. “Of course” she says taking Jude’s phone and putting her number in. She smiles and hands it back. “Thanks” he says. “No problem” she responds. Me and and Trent smirk at eachother. “Alright bye guys” I say catching Jude and leia off guard. Trent laughs. “Bye” Trent and Jude say. We waved them goodbye and they drove off. “What was that for” leia groaned. “Remember when me and Trent were about to kiss but you interrupted us?” I say smirking. “Oh” she replies. We then head to my apartment.

“So tell me what happened” I say to leia when we walk into my apartment. “What do you mean?” She says settling down on my couch. “What happened with you and Jude, don’t act dumb lei” I reply. “Nothing happened, we just got to know eachother I guess” she says avoiding eye contact. “Tell me more leia, please” I beg, sitting on the couch beside her. “Fine” she squeals excitedly. She then tells me all the details. “Wow” I say. “Y’all cute” I smirk. “Stop y/n, you know I have a boyfriend” she laughs. “Jude is way better than Toby though” I respond. “I know but I love Toby too much” she says looking down. “Does he love you though?” I ask. Leia looks up shocked. “Stop y/n” she whines. I laugh and hug her. She hugs me back and laughs too.

*now playing blame- Bryson tiller* ‘I love this song’ I thought to myself as I was finishing up an essay that was due the next morning. I groaned ‘I do not wanna do ts’ I thought to myself. I decided to take a break, I left my room and headed to the kitchen.

I grabbed some snacks from the cabinet and sat down at the kitchen island. I started scrolling through Instagram when I got settled. “Awww, that dog is so cute! Maybe I should get one.” I said as I liked the post. I then saw a call incoming. *FaceTime call from Leia* I answered it. “Heyy bestie” she said enthusiastically. “Hey my love, what do you need?” I asked. “Wdym what do I need? I can’t just call my best friend?” She says. I rolled my eyes. She laughed. “I have something important to tell you though” she said excitedly. “What is it?” I said getting up and throwing the empty bag of snacks away. “Sooo I got you a blind date!” She said, her voice filled with nervousness and excitement. “What?” I shrieked as I swung my head back to look at her, “when?”. “When I went out 4 days ago” she started.

“So I was walking just walking around the club right, cause I was a little bored and I saw this guy sitting by himself so I went up to him”. I slowly nodded. She continued “he was super fine like girl you should’ve seen him, his locs, his lips, Omg”. I laughed. “But anyways” she continued “I went up to him and I was like “hey whyre you sitting all by yourself” he was like “i just don’t know what to do haha, this clubs kinda boring innit?” the way I had to back up a little bit cause his accent surprised me”. I started laughing harder “not you having to back up” I said. “Nah cause I literally had to get myself back together after that but anyways I asked him what his name was, he said “Trent” I was like “ohh nice name” then he said “what’s yours?” I said “leia but you can call me lei” he said “pretty name for a pretty girl” then flashed a smile, the way I almost forgot I had a bf. The way I almost folded. Girl. He was sooo fine omg.” “Bruhh” I said whilst holding my stomach because the way leia tells stories is hilarious. “I’m being so serious, he was one fine man” she said sighing. I laughed “continue continue” I said intrigued. “Okay okay so after that we chatted a bit and I was like “do you have a gf?” He said “no, do you have a bf” I said “yea, sadly”. “Now leia, why would you say “yea sadly” I said trying to hold back my laugh. “Cause a fine man just asked me if I had a bf, I love Toby but Trent, whew. If I didn’t have a man, I would- ykw lemme just finish the story” she said, I giggled. “So after I said that he laughed. “Your bf is very lucky, you’re so leng” he said, I was like “boy stop” but then I asked if he was looking for a gf and he said yea so then like the little light bulb in my head went off and I thought let me try to set this guy up with y/n.” I looked at her curiously.

“so I was like “I have this friend, her name is y/n and I feel like y’all would be cute” he was like “can I see her?” I was like sure and showed him a picture of you “Damn she is gorgeous” he said as he looked at your picture wide eyed. I was like ‘yesss!’ In my head.” My face started getting hot. “What he said that?” I asked. “Yes he was like, “she is mad attractive” I was like “ikr” leia said. I giggled. “So then he was like “I’m down for this date, just give me the time and the place and talk it over with your friend” he said smirking. I smiled. He then gave me his number and was like “here’s my number, call me when it’s all planned and tell your friend to leave her wallet at home, I’ll pay” and that it” she said clasping her hands together. She looked at me with a wide smile waiting for my answer. “Fine, I guess I’ll go” I say. “Yayy” she yells. “Be quiet” I say shushing her. I checked the time. *11:00 pm*. “Damn” I cursed. “What is it?” Leia said. “I got to go lei, I need to get this essay done” I said. “Okay okay, I love you” she said blowing a kiss. “I love you too” I said catching it. I then hung up and went back to my room. I collapsed on my bed. ‘What have I gotten myself into’ I thought to myself.

I put on some rema and started getting ready for the date. *now playing dumebi - rema*. “Dumebi, dumebi” I sang as I styled my hair. My phone started to ring. *FaceTime call from Leia*. I answered it. “Hey lei” I said as I curled my hair. “Hey y/n, how’re you feeling?” She asked. “I’m feeling good and I’m happy he said he would pay cause the restaurant looks very expensive” I said. Leia laughed. “So do you know what you’re wearing yet?” She asked. “No I don’t” I said, quickly looking at the camera then doing a double take. “Lei…are you outside my apartment?” I asked confused. “Yea, let me in!” She said cheekily. I ran to the door and let her in. She Hung up the phone. “Heyy y/n” she said as she hugged me. I hugged her back. “You should’ve told me you were coming!” I said playfully hitting her. “Ow i know, I know” she said giggling. She then started speeding to my room “let’s find you a dress” she said yelling. “Wait for me!” I said running after her.

once we got to my room, she started going through my closet. She pulled out a red satin mini dress. “What about this?” She asked smirking. “Nooo that would be too much” I said. She groaned then put it back. She then pulled out a black body con maxi dress. “What about this?” She asked. “Hmmm” I hummed. “Cmon y/n, it’s cute, sexy and not too flashy” she said “and it shows the perfect amount of cleavage” she winked. “Stop” I said as I giggled. “Fine I’ll wear that one” i said. I got up and took the dress from leia and went to the bathroom to change. Leia clapped excitedly.

I put on the dress and looked at myself in the mirror. My waist looked snatched, my boobs looked good and my ass looked good. “Damn I’m fine” I said. I then walked out the bathroom to show leia. Her jaw dropped when she say me. “Omgg” she squealed. “You are so fine like damn girl you look good” she said. “Thank you, thank you” I said feeling myself. We both picked out the shoes and some jewelry. After all of that was done, I looked in my full length mirror. “Ouuu” I said. I looked good. Leia came up behind me and hugged me from the back. “You look so good y/n. Idk if I want you or I want to be with you”

she said. We both giggled. She then got a message.

Trent: I’m outside

“He’s here” she giggled. “Who’s here?” I asked. “Trent!” “You gave him my adress?” “Yess” “leiaaa” “it’s okay y/n” she said walking me to Trent’s car. Both of our jaws dropped. It was a black Mercedes’ benz s class, it was gorgeous. “Omg” we said in union. The window then rolled down. “Hey leia” he said looking at leia, she smiled and waved. He then looked at me. “You must be y/n” he smirked. “Yes I am and you must be Trent” I said amused. “Yes I am” he smiled. He then got out and went around the car to open the passenger door. He then ushered me into the car. “Thank you sir” I jokingly said. “No problem gorgeous.” He said. “I’ll take care of the apartment while you’re gone” she said as she smiled. I smiled back. Trent went back to the drivers side and got into the car, we waved at leia and set off.

Arriving at the restaurant

“Damn” I said as we pulled into the restaurant parking lot. Trent chuckled. The outside was gorgeous. It looked so modern and expensive. Trent parked the car then got out first. He went around the car and opened my door. He look my hand and led me out of the car. “You okay? You look kinda nervous” he asks looking concerned. “Yea a little but I’ll be alright” I said. He smiled then went down to my ear. “Don’t worry baby, this date will be the best you’ve ever had” he whispered lowly into my ear. I blushed then playfully hit him. “Stopp” I playfully hit him. He chuckled then we locked arms and walked into the restaurant

It was as gorgeous inside then it was outside. “Omg Trent” I said astonished. “What?” He said smirking. “This is so bougie omg” I said. “Well had to have the best for my girl” he said. “Your girl?” I asked. “Yup” he said looking down at me. I playfully rolled my eyes. “By the way, you look really gorgeous y/n” he said. “You don’t look too bad yourself” I said jokingly. He smirked. The Waiters then seated us after he showed his reservations.

(Restaurant)

We then ordered and as we were waiting for our food, we just chatted. ‘Fuck his voice is so attractive’ I thought while crossing my legs. I then looked at his lips as he was speaking, imagining those lips on mine, I bit my lip. “You alright?” He asked snapping me out of my fantasies. “Yea Im fine” I say while messing with the utensils on the table. He smirked. I blushed. His brown eyes made me melt and that smile made me melt. “So where are you from Trent?” I asked. “I’m from Liverpool, England” he said. “Why’re you here? Are you on a break or something?” I asked. “Yea something like that” he said. “I’ll be heading back to England in two weeks, some of my other friends from England are here too” he explains. “Mmmmm” I hummed. “What about you? Where are you from?” He asked. “I’m originally from upstate New York but I moved to LA when I turned 19” I responded. “Ohhh that’s cool” he says smiling. “What’s your job?” I asked. “I’m a professional footballer” he says. “Football? Like Super Bowl?” I asked. “No it’s like what Americans call soccer” he laughed. “Ohhh, Sorry sorry” I said, my face turning red. “It’s alright” he chuckled. “What about you? What’s your job?” He asked. “Im a nurse, im studying to be a anesthesiologist” I say. “Ouuu, you’re a smart one” he smirks. I giggle. “We’d make a good team, what do you think?” He asked. “I think we would” I replied. He smiled. Then our food came. The food was so good.

“Damn Trent, this is good” I say. He laughed. “Is it? Lemme try” he said. I pushed my plate towards him and he took some. He opened his mouth wide and put the pasta on his tongue. ‘Damn’ I said looking at his tongue. I then tightened my legs together. “Mmm this is good” he says smirking. “I told you” I laughed. We then finished up, he paid the bill and we headed out.

Once we got outside he told me to wait and went to get something from the trunk. “Here you go” he said, holding out a bouquet of roses. “Omg Trent this is beautiful, but don’t you think it’s too much for the first date?” I giggled. “It’ll never be too much for you” he winked. I blushed and smiled as I took the roses. He then opened the passengers door for me. “Thank you” I said. “No problem” he smiled. He then got into the car and we headed back to my house.

Trent turned on the radio and you by Lloyd started playing. “Omg I love this song.” I said excitedly. “Oh you do? Me too” he smiled. “Can I be for reallll” i sang, looking at him. “This is how I feelll” he finished. We both laughed and continued to vibe to the song. ‘I really like this guy’ I thought to myself while looking at him. He turned to face me and smiled. “Yk this might sound crazy” he started. “But I feel like I’ve known you forever even though we just met” he said looking at the road in front of him. “Me too.” I said smiling. He smiled. We then sat in comfortable silence.

Back at the apartment

I got out the car with the roses and thanked Trent for everything. He also got out and came up to me. “We should do this again” he says as he gave me his phone with the phone keypad open. “Yea we should” I said smiling as I put my number in. I gave him back his phone and he smiled. He then hugged me by my waist and looked into my eyes. “You looked gorgeous tonight y/n” he said looking at me. he sounded so genuine, I almost melted. “You looked great today too” I said wrapping my arms around his neck. He looked at my lips and back at my eyes. Our faces started slowly coming together til someone interrupted us. “Alright that’s enough” the person said. Our heads snapped to look at the person, it was leia. “Leia” I groaned. She laughed and Trent also started laughing. All of us ended up laughing at the end. “Alright y/n, I’ll get going” he said. “Alright” I said as he walked back to the drivers door. “Call me okay” he said. “I will” I smiled. He smiled, got in his car and drove off.

“So tell me about that date” leia said with a cheeky smile. “Okay okay so what happened was” I started. I then told leia everything and we were giggling the entire time. After that leia stayed over and we kept talking about the date
