I honestly dont think Auxia(is that her name?) is really keiths mom. Remember the fandom thought Thace was his dad and the show later revealed that his dad is human. Sure he hints at her being Galra but she also gave him the blade which only the marmorites have. Amongst the marmorites there is no females. Members that appeared to be female have turned out male an sure Auxia being half-breed would explain why Keith looks more human but the question is what is her other half. If she is his mom then Keith would be Galra/Human/something else. Altean maybe? Cant be, all alteans shown have facial markings and she has none. Who knows what she is and if she is his mom does that mean shes a blade of marmora spy? I haven't finished season 3 so if its later revealed I look forward to finding out.

Something that has been bothering me for a while now

Holy shit I just realized something. There is no strong female character in shows or games that are A. Alive and B. Straight. Like are people saying you cant be a strong female character unless youre gay? And if there is they get killed off. And dont get me started on the straight girls, once they actually fall in love with a guy they suddenly need protection even if the previous episode they kicked ass. Dont get me wrong i do support the lgtbq+ community but i dont like how shows and games always do the same thing. I want to see a strong female character who has not died, is straight and isn't rescued by no man( she takes care of her own damn problems cuz their her own). And even when they are straight people change them to seem more 'relatable', if you don't like people telling you what to be don't do it to them just cuz they're fictional. And I know that sounds mean but its just my opinion. I don't want to make people hate me I just needed to get that off my chest. And hey if you like to write characters much more differently than the canon version then good, you like what you like. Don't be afraid to show your work. I just like characters to be shown as accurately as possible is all.
