i’m finally starting to break through my plateau!
i’d been stuk at around the same weight for weeks, months even! and when i weighed myself yesterday, i’d finally started to go down. then i weighed in again today and i’d gone down 0.9kg (almost 2lbs) since the day before and i felt so happy :’)
today i had an apple and green tea (with mint) for breakfast, skipped lunch and only had a green tea, i had a cookie in the afternoon, which i felt bad about but at the end of the day i barely ate yesterday so i didn’t feel too bad. for dinner tonight i had a tiny bit of vegetable soup, which was nice. my dad made some sandwiches using some leftover baguette, pesto, ham and grilled peppers, it was quite tasty but not the most healthy so im going to try to chug some water tonight and then purge while im taking a shower (gross, i know but don’t our ed’s all make us do disgusting shit?). hopefully my weight will have gone down a bit more tomorrow, since i’m nearing my first gw since i started losing weight again!
for now i’m going to work on assignments for school and be the best and most perfect girl i can be, if the rest of my life is okay, my body might follow right?

does anyone have tips on boosting your metabolism? i’ve been stuck on this plateau for months now and i just can’t get out of it :/ 
sometimes something that works for me is letting go for a few days after restricting for ages and then restricting again, but this time i didnt even lose or gain weight i just stayed the same and :/ i rly rly need to break out of this plateau, so any tips are more than welcome!

It’s hard having an ED.
Especially when you don’t look the part. I starve, I hardly eat. But I’m not skinny. People don’t look at me with worried eyes. They look at me with eyes that say “she needs to lose some weight” .
It’s hard having this horrible disorder. Because nobody knows, and they can’t save me. And I can’t even save myself.
