The Doll Project
I sulk way too much, I get depressed and fall into my bad habits, sleeping late, overthinking and maladaptive daydreaming; I am through letting my mind get to me. I will fix my mentality by finding the root of my issues and working on healing the wounds. For the next few months I will be turning into my โ€œModelโ€ self; reaching my goals, teaching myself things I donโ€™t know and improving my life.
Phase 1 - Mentality
My model has the mentality of a monk, she worries about nothing and focuses on the present, she avoids temptation easily and never has second thoughts. She doesnโ€™t know what insecurity is and always believes in herself.

Phase 2 - Health
My model doesnโ€™t consume processed food or fast food! She knows the damage that they cause and has no intent on becoming a diabetic or overweight, she doesnโ€™t suffer from insomnia and can sleep as soon as she hits the bed, she always gets 8 or more hours of rest. She loves to workout! Exercise is her best pal and she loves it unconditionally.

Phase 3 - Hygiene
My model is obsessed with being hygienic, she showers every day or every other day,
She has a strict shower routine that she goes by and never changes. Her dental health is good hands, she watches lectures by professionals and uses non chemical grade toothpastes on her teeth. She always looks clean and smells amazing.

Phase 4 - Faith
My model follows her own path in faith, she prays to God and keeps in touch with her Ancestors, she recites ancient Kongolese chants and keeps in touch with her culture. She reads the Bible and practices the scriptures as she goes on about life.

My model has a very symmetrical face, her smile is even and her face is well balanced and defined, she accentuates her Afrocentric features in the most majestic ways.

Phase 6 - Body Aesthetics
My model has a perfect body, not societyโ€™s standard but her own, she has a slim figurewith curves and embraces her natural body by always keeping herself in shape.

My model has type 4 hair and knows what her helps her hair best, her hair touches her knees and her fro is her crown ๐Ÿ‘‘ Her hair is her veil and it embraces her beauty and grace.

My model has an incredibly soft spoken voice, she speaks elegantly and clearly, she uses well thought sentences and has a strong sense of vocabulary, she is fluent in multiple languages and speaks all tongues in the most formal manner.

My model has exquisite manners, she shows her elegance while walking, sitting, eating, standing and so on, she always boasts her feminine energy by showcasing her manners and respect towards others.

Phase 10 - Education
My model is the smartest person I know, she is incredibly disciplined and dedicated to self studying. In her free time she writes research papers and studies linguistics in various languages. She has a profound love for Mathematics; the basics all the way to vector algebra. Her best subject is science, all types. She reads 24/7! You never see her without her nose in a book.

Phase 11 - Organization
My model is incredibly organized โœจ She has a planner as well as a tracker, for everything. School,bookkeeping, weight loss trackers, cleaning schedule. You name it sheโ€™s got it, she always keeps herself in check by writing all of her plans and goals down, she is the master of organization.

Phase 12 - Personality & Aura
My model naturally has an attractive aura, everyone feels safe in her presence and urges to be near her when given the chance, she is many peopleโ€™s โ€œsafe spotโ€ and enjoys the company and compassion of others. She has a good personality, always willing to listen to others and offer support, she doesnโ€™t judge others and despises the idea of backstabbing. She is caring, soft and kind.

this concept is from solar subs THE CREATORS CODE. shes also on youtube (she makes subliminals) her work is rly amazing and i highly recommend reading it to anyone who is new to manifesting.
i wanted to introduce a concept of a mental diet game that i learned about in something called the creators code. it rly helped me to understand the concept of mental diets and i think itโ€™ll help you to understand it, AND put it into practice.ย

the objective in the mental diet game is to NOT LET YOUR OPPONENT SCORE, opponent being opposing thoughts/limiting beliefs. so basically how you do a mental diet is to be conscious and attentive to your thoughts. you start by asking yourselfย 
what am i thinking right now?ย 
is this a useful thought?
what makes a thought useful is entirely dependent on you and what you are manifesting. if your answer was YES then awesome, continue thinking about it. if the answer was NO then the next course of action would be to think ;ย ย 
is it productive and true to who i am?
STOP and block the ball (the ball = opposing thoughts)
be still and know that youโ€™re literally god (or whatever empowering affirmation you use to remind yourself that youโ€™re the creator)
keep in mind that mental diets do in fact require effort, as does becoming a master of your mind but that's what this blog is about isnโ€™t it? the stricter you are with your mental diet, the more you are aware of your thoughts and youโ€™ll eliminate limiting/contradictory thoughts quicker.ย

firstly , i would say to not rush things, take your time and do things slowly. if you rush things like doing multiple things at a time like you used to before, you might get overwhelmed or burn out. i'm actually saying this cause I have been through it, I hope you be productive as well as take care of yourself <3

create a simple routine for yourself which includes fewer and easier tasks for you, like reading 10 pages of any self help/motivational book, you can also give 1 hour time daily in your academics, doing some house chores and not using any electronic device for sometime. you can sit under a tree as tree can help your energy to cleanse and make you feel more lively. add "walking" in early mornings in your routine, i bet you will love it!!!!

now, this is kind of interesting! you can add a fun twist to your daily routine by creating three chits with tasks or hobbies written on them and placing them in a box or jar. each day, pick one chit at random and whatever task or hobby it suggests, go ahead and do it! write down the tasks you feel like doing each day and make chits for them. this activity might also motivate you to be productive daily! plus, add one new task chit daily to keep progressing baby!!!!!
๐ŸŒฟ pinterest board ๐ŸŒฟ
pinterest always helps me get back on track, and it could do the same for you!! here's the plan: create a board on your pinterest account focused on being 'productive.' write something motivational in the description of the pinterest board so that every time you visit it, you feel energized and inspired. add pins about pretty hobbies, study motivation, self-help book recommendations, and anything else that catches your eye โ€“ you know pinterest is an endless source of aesthetically pleasing content. by envisioning your board daily in the morning, you'll feel motivated to be productive and work on yourself even more!"

it's very important to take regular breaks and allow yourself time to rest. taking things slowly is perfectly fine; in fact, it's often necessary for maintaining well-being and productivity. so, don't hesitate to pause, recharge, and then tackle your tasks with renewed energy and focus.

learn to do nothing at times in your daily routine without getting bored. do not touch your phone or any electronics you own, just try to feel that moment of life by silently sitting under the nature listening to the little insects talking to eachother or quiet wind trying to communicate with you. ground yourself feeling the mother earth loving you. sitting under a tree helps you get positive energies flowing in your body, hugging a tree also cleanses from all the negativity you might have carried from other bodies and it converts into positive ones.
rest your body giving yourself some time to recharge yourself. hustling isn't always a solution of chaotic life, give yourself some time for selfcare and embracing the simplicity of slow pace life. show gratitude towards what you already have in the present moment and love your life.

owning any journal can actually change your entire life. build a habit of writing about your day and your feelings in your daily journal, it not only improves your precious mental health but also keeps you away from mindless scrolling in your phone.
if your mind goes blank by the time you pick up your pen like
"what should i write in my journal?!"
then i got you girl!!
don't stress your mind thinking of writing perfect story of your life, do not think about mainting any aesthetic of your journal. simply just start writing about your day, write about the tiny parts of your day which made you feel good, may it be the group birds flying towards the west or clouds trying to chase you. if you feel like to not write anything at that moment then just doodle whatever your mind imagines. i'm sure your mental health gonna be healthier and your life will be improved. you will literally start loving your life and yourself.

treat yourself like a fragile little flower, water yourself with all love and care for yourself. wake up early in the morning like 6 am or 7? and open your windows let the fresh air hit your body and your environment. clean your room with a bright mind thinking with all positiveness. take a cozy shower and do your beautiful skin care. drink enough water daily to make your skin glow. move your body, do pilates and also stay still for 5 minutes or so being calm going in your meditative state.
go on a walk especially in early mornings, it will make your mind fresh and you will love the early morning atmosphere I swear. reading books also helps you think widely and positively, learn to add the habit of reading any book (non academic ones) daily. one important thing I would like to add is forget the need to always be doing something; it's completely okay if you didn't worked anything important today, it's completely fine if you rested today, give yourself some rest.

learn that no one can trigger your emotions without your permission, be calm and think about only yourself not caring about what others are trying to feed you in your mind. become your own positivity and don't ruin your aura.
"becoming less reactive is a huge part of growth and decreasing stress. if you let everything get you worked up. you're damaging your mind, body and spirit."
neurologists claim that whenever you resist acting on your anger, you're actually rewiring your brain to be more calmer and loving. also being calm makes your mind find solutions of every problem that might occur. just trust yourself and love the calmness. being calm also makes you 10ร— more attractive so.......just don't think much, got it beautiful?
