It's not about losing weight after a while. It becomes an addiction.
Since all you think about is food, you either don't eat anything or eat all the time. So you can eat so little and weigh so little, or eat too much and weigh too much, or you can do both and maintain a healthy figure. It always doesn't shows on the outside.
This is a devil inside your head. It ruins your everything. Ruins. everything. in your life.
Wanna be skinny and hardworking 'skinny perfect girl' ? Forget it, since all you think about is food, you won't find time to study or work.
Get help. Don't forget that being healthy isn't being fat. Your health isn't about your weight until you are underweight or overweight. So you can be skinny and healthy, and happy.
You are living in a hell. You can get out of here, cuz once you recovered, all the devils, hell, will be over. Just life itself.
Recover. You deserve to eat healthy. You deserve to live. You are loved!

when i get to my first goal weight
i won’t have to squeeze into all my pants
my shorts won’t be too tight at the ends, making my thighs bulge out
my thighs won’t be rubbing together so hard that wearing shorts is painful
i won’t have a full thigh gap, but my legs will touch less
people will ask me if i’ve lost weight
i will look better in all my clothes
i will be more confident

Important Fast Tips!
1.) ease into it. the day before your fast, instead of binging eat a small breakfast and slowly reduce the amount of calories throughout the day.
2.) same thing for post-fast. don’t eat more than 100 calories per hour for 3-4 hours, as immediately binging afterwords is also unhealthy.
3.) drink PLENTY OF WATER. everyone says this because it is 100% important. you will feel more tired and sick if you don’t drink enough water.
4.) try to limit coffee and replace your 4th or 5th cup with tea instead.
5.) diet sodas and sugar free drinks are fine, but don’t have too much carbonation. it can seriously upset an empty stomach.
6.) try to consult a doctor or professional (there are anonymous hotlines & chats) before starting a fast that exceeds 7 days. these fasts must be carefully planned out as they are far more unsafe.
7.) if you start feeling tired, take a 30-45 minute nap. you will be energized but your body won’t go into deep sleep, which will make you more tired after a nap.
8.) stretching/yoga is extremely helpful. it can help alleviate anxiety, stress, and muscle & stomach pains.
9.) get plenty of sleep. your body will need it.
IF FORCED TO BREAK FAST
1.) see above, do not exceed more than 100 calories per hour for 3-4 hours as to not shock your body. after that you can resume normal eating.
2.) chew slowly and drink water with your meal. this will also help the transition.

hello, pls help

I’m 5’9” and weigh 156 lbs. Lowest weight of 141 and highest weight of 171.
I need help. I’m entering summer break, which means I have 70 days to get my shit together. I want to set an ugw, but I don’t want to make it unrealistic because I’ll beat myself up about it if I don’t reach it.
If I’m doing moderate work outs every 3 days, never eating over 800 calories, and fasting 24 hours at least every two weeks, and drinking LOTS of water every single day — what would be a realistic ugw?
Please help me I’m tired of bailing on my goal weights.
