I read about what you said about p1harmony and that they were the only one to genuinely consider dating foreigners. I thought got7 would be the one who wouldn't be looking at it as a fetish. since they are so westernized and seem more open. what are your thoughts?

the rebel card definitely gives me queen of wands/page of swords energy, someone who’s willing to stand out and not let have anything/anyone sway them when they have their minds set on something. the rescuer reiterates my point of someone who wants to help others without wanting anything in return, this card also makes me feel that yugyeom is very attracted to leaders and when he sees someone who’s independent yet gentle his heart swoons. the nightingale describes someone who speaks their truth and is unafraid, their way of communication is very direct but it comes from a place of kindness instead of authority. of course yugyeom and his capricorn venus would get the house ten card which is ruled by capricorn, basically reiterates all the points i made but additionally i do feel like yugyeom wants someone who’s well respected in their field, he craves stability and wants to build something with tangible his partner so he’s in it for the long ride.

2014 contract crew tarot readings: GOT7

So, I’ve decided to shift from January readings for a bit. January is a quarter over, after all! Instead, I will be start a series that I will post throughout the year. It will take a look at the energies surrounding some of the groups that debuted in 2014 because they will be up for contract negotiations this year. 2014 is the year I got into kpop, so I’ve seen many of these groups go from total rookies to industry veterans. I also find the business side of kpop very interesting, so that was another incentive to do this.

GOT7 is up first because obviously something is going on there and I want to see if my cards can lend any insights.

Before I jump into the individual members, I think it’s worth noting I pulled many cards from the Cups deck, as well as the Wands deck. This indicates to me that most of them are in the midst of a situation where emotions are running extremely high. There were fewer pentacles than I expected to see, indicating to me that - for all that contracts are a business decision - there are actually a lot of things involved that don’t involve tangible things like money. Instead, many of them are dealing with self-esteem, how they would like to define success, and being respected.

Jaebeom is definitely struggling. He wants to make a decision about his future career, but right now he’s being held at an impasse. Contract negotiations naturally make someone reflect on the passage of time, and he’s probably thinking something along the lines of “I’m getting close to my mid-twenties! I’m getting ancient! It’s all going downhill from here.” In some ways, it’s reasonable to worry about one’s youth in the entertainment industry, but he might be overthinking it at the same time and underestimating his ability to tap into new opportunities.

Pre-Reading:

There was actually quite a lot going on with them energetically, but it was mostly on a soul-level and from what I can tell it is mostly influence coming from a past life that they shared together. It was really fucking confusing because I was seeing small details of the entire lifetime rather than a whole image, but I managed to put it together.

For them now in this lifetime, their core energies, mix well on the grounds of that Earth energy that they share, however, Jaebum is much more “proactive” or quick with his energy and projection while Jinyoung is very steady but also more receptive or submissive in comparison. The image I had in my head for their energies were very different from each other as well. Jaebum’s energy was like this giant volcanic monster thing that was like raising islands out of the ocean and shit. 

It was Fire and Earth mixing, or a lot of high-frequency energy behind the Earth energy that was giving that lava vibe where things could be created very quickly but in a chaotic and sometimes destructive or inconsiderate way. For Jinyoung I was just seeing him walking down a road and that was literally it. That’s his kind of projection, he just moves forward. He did look nervous though for some reason, like pinching at his hands and looking around as he was walking, but I don’t really know what that was about.
