"you've got a lot of spunk for someone that can easily be killed when you don't get fed. for such a... pathetic creature..." miguel trailed off as he felt your fingers creeping up on his broad chest, his gaze never leaving yours as you purred in a low voice and inched closer and closer to him. miguel gulped back the lump in his throat and coughed a little to compose himself. "...a pathetic creature that steals lives doesn't... have any place in my elite for–" "do i have a place in your bed, then?" you asked him in a suggestive whisper, with miguel gasping silently and taking in a deep breath, holding it in as you leaned closer towards him with a wide grin on your face.

"i'm talking to you." miguel said in a stern voice as you giggled, tracing over the curve of his waist. he grabbed your wrist and pulled you closer to his face, with his eyes going red as he glared at you with an evident frown. "you won't feed on me. i know what you're doing, and it's not gonna work." he seethed as he tried to keep his composure, but you were more cunning than him. you leaned over to him and planted a kiss on his nose, which he grumbled at... but released your wrist from his grasp. you didn't pull away from him, however, you instead sauntered over to him even closer and breathed down his neck; which... he really did not hate.

miguel shuddered as he felt you press your lips against his neck, feeling his face all the way down to his shoulders get hotter and hotter. he shut his eyes as he furrowed his eyebrows together in a frustrated manner. he was frustrated with how gwen and peter b took you in despite the danger you posed, how he now has to deal with you, how... how well your charms worked on him before the real seduction began. he was frustrated with how much you're making him want you.

"tell me..." you muttered as you placed your hands on his chest and gazed at him with a burning desire in your eyes, a dangerous, fiery desire dancing in your pupils. "...are you going to be good for me?" you asked him, and despite every single voice in his mind telling him to say no, no to your temptation, no to your seduction... "...yes." miguel uttered as you brought your lips closer to his own, your fangs baring as you chuckled. "look at me." he uttered as you looked at him from the corner of your eyes. "don't ever think... i'm that easy to fool." he said as his nose brushed against yours, his red eyes bearing into yours. "do i make myself clear?"

you slowly nodded as miguel's grip on you lightened, and he retracted his fangs. he pulled away and got off you not long after and went back over to his platform to monitor the multiverse. "i'd love to play with you again sometime, miggy." you said in a teasing tone as you strut out of his office, with him not sparing you a second glance or another word. "you thought that was super hot, didn't you?" lyla asked him teasingly. "keep tabs on her movements." miguel ordered her as she raised an eyebrow. "why, so you can ask her to–" "i'm not gonna ask her for any favors." "not even...?" "...at least not yet." miguel finished as the warmth in his whole upper body from you charming him up remained, and he just can't shake it off on his own. he'd be keeping an eye on you from now on... a very, very close eye on you from now on.

I JUSTTT got done watching the barbie movie and omgg pleasee do one where lyla was just being a lil shit and made barbie-esque miguel and y/n dolls and basically selling them around the hq like sum sorta merch so like one day peter was playing with them and making the dolls kiss 🥹 (reader definitely loves it hehe and you already know how miguel is gonna react smhh 🙄🙄)

hi i haven’t watched barbie at all so i held off from doing this but since it is just barbie dolls here ya go:

lyla turning you and miguel into barbie/ken dolls

lyla paraded around the headquarters, proudly displaying the barbie-esque dolls she had created in the likeness of miguel and yourself. with exaggerated features and flashy outfits, the dolls became an unexpected sensation, catching the attention of many.

peter couldn't resist joining in on the playful chaos. so, he found himself with the miniature versions of you and miguel, making the dolls kiss as a mischievous grin spread across his face.

miguel, being the stoic and serious individual he was, found himself growing annoyed by the spectacle. he crossed his arms, a slight scowl forming on his face, as he watched peter’s antics.

"peter, could you please stop that?" miguel’s voice carried a note of irritation, his tone firm.

peter’s eyes widened as he looked up at miguel, realizing the effect his actions were having on him. he quickly pulled the dolls apart, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "sorry, migs. i didn't mean to bother you."

meanwhile, you couldn't help but find the situation amusing. the sight of peter playing around with the dolls and making them kiss brought a mischievous glimmer to your eyes. you stifled a laugh, finding their interactions endearing.

“miguel, it's all in good fun," you chimed in, trying to ease his tension. "i think it's adorable. plus, it's just a silly doll, it doesn't mean anything."

miguel let out a sigh, his annoyance slowly fading as he realized the lighthearted nature of the situation. he glanced at you, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "i suppose you're right. it’s just... unexpected."

you reached out, gently squeezing his arm. "i know it's not your style, miguel, but seeing peter playing around with those dolls, it just brings some levity to our lives. sometimes we all need a silly moment to lighten the mood."

miguel’s resistance melted away as he looked into your eyes, sensing your genuine enjoyment. "alright, i’ll try to embrace the silliness. but only because it brings you joy."

with that, peter couldn't help but let out a cheer, the tension in the room dissipating. the three of you found yourselves caught up in laughter, the unexpected turn of events making for a lighthearted and memorable moment at the headquarters.

although miguel may have initially been annoyed, the love and happiness that radiated from you made it all worth it. and in the end, the playful scene with the mini miguel and you dolls served as a reminder to appreciate the lighter side of life, even in the midst of chaos and responsibility.

Rubynee: So, there’s this guy who asked me to introduce you to him. Are you interested?

Indirah: Where did you meet this guy exactly?

Rubynee: At Dylan’s house party last week. He said he’s been wanting to talk to you but he’s scared that you’ll reject him.

Indirah: Have I met him before?

Rubynee: I think he was in our cinematography class last semester. He’s pretty cute, y’know? I heard his family owns the Merriot hotel chain.

Indirah: Ahhh I see. You’re talking about Carlton Merriot, aren’t you?

Rubynee: Mhm. So what do you say? Do you want me to set up a date for you two?

*ding!*

Indirah: Hold on. I need to reply to my mum for a second.

Rubynee: Alright. I’m going to the toilet. Can you wait for me outside?

Indirah: Sure. Go on.

Sofia (text message): Are you coming to Ginny’s engagement party this weekend?

Indirah (text message): Not sure yet. Might be busy.

Sofia (text messages): You sure? They’re going back to Monaca and we won’t see them until the wedding.

Indirah (text message): Yea. I know. I’ll see if I’m free.

???: Excuse me, miss?

Indirah: Yes? Can I help you?

Domhnall: Do you know how can I get to the engineering school? I’m new and I think I’m lost.

Indirah: Engineering? It’s across the campus. You might need to take the campus bus to get there.

Domhnall: Oh, I see. Do I need to pay for it?

Indirah: You have your student ID, right?

Domhnall: Yeah?

Indirah: Then you can just get on it. It’s free for our students.

Domhnall: Alright, thank you!

Rubynee: Who was that guy? I saw you talking to him. Do you know him?

Indirah: I don’t. He said he’s new.

Rubynee: He’s cute. Just my type~

Indirah: Well, if you want to make a move on him, you can find him at the Engineering school. He goes there.

Indirah: He asked me how to get there.

Into, Across and Beyond! Scripting: The Big Chase

Outside of the Quill Society HQ's meeting room in Many More Heroes, an alarm started blaring, confusing many Quill Society members who heard it.

OMT!Tails (through their communicators): All stations, drop what you're doing and stop that Sonic!

Quill Society Sonics: pointing fingers at each other in confusion

OMT!Tails: Darn it, sorry. I meant LM, the one with the red eyes of evil! He's headed for Sector 4!

The person who entered Sector 4 first was Chaos Adventure Sonic, which is the first to catch the attention of those spending time there.

CA!Sonic: Er, is something on my quills or something? What's the whole stare contest for?

OMT!Tails (from down that hallway): CA, he's right behind you!

SS!Amy (from down the same hallway): Turn around!

CA!Sonic: Huh? (turns around) I don't see anything...

OMT!Tails: Maybe feel behind you?

When he DID turn around, LM!Sonic was revealed, trying to hide behind him, and with his cover blown, the present Quill Society members quickly identified their target.

SunFIRE: That's our guy!

ZX Spectrum and Game.com Sonics: *indecipherable beeping*

LM!Sonic: O-Oh! Hehe...

CA!Sonic managed to feel LM!Sonic behind him.

CA!Sonic (quite casually, like in RodentRap/Sonic Legacy): Oh, there you are!

LM!Sonic: Aw, crud...

(Mini trivia: Alongside that story's version of Sonic, Chaos Adventure's counterparts of Amy and Cream are in the Quill Society as well, the former mainly to ensure Sonic doesn't get into more trouble than it's worth.)

Cue the big chase, with many members working to get after LM!Sonic and apprehend him however they could, whilst OMT!Tails and SS!Amy headed toward the space elevator.

During the chase, OMT!Tails and SS!Amy had to keep Turbo off their trail.

OMT!Tails: Can this day get any crazier?!

As if on cue, Metallix flew up, targeting the duo.

OMT!Tails: Well, guess it can. Keep moving!

They slipped past and caught sight of the sector where the Transport Hub was; their ticket out of here. But for now, that had to wait.

LM!Sonic was on his way after them, but was halted in his tracks by a Sonic 1 version of Nack the Weasel.

S1 Nack: Alright! Yer askin' for it!

He drew out his cork gun.

S1 Nack: We'll settle this man-to-man! On three! One-!

But LM!Sonic just blasted him out of the way.

S1 Nack: YOU DIDN'T WAIT 'TIL THREEEEEEEEE...

Nitro caught up with April riding on his back.

Nitro: Hey, LM!

LM!Sonic: You again?!

Nitro (holding up his 2DS): You mind quickly taking a picture? It's April's first grand-scale chase!

LM just rolled his eyes and zipped off.

Nitro: Ah, well.

He simply threw the 2DS in the air, letting April leap up and take the picture between them before they kept going. Back with OMT!Tails and SS!Amy, OVA!Knux was letting them ride his horse across the area.

OVA!Knuckles: You need to reach that elevator? Got you covered, kids!

They trotted through the prison area, with a few of the prisoners rooting for the pair (yes, even Scourge, who hates the idea of someone dictating what people can and can't do)... then they started booing Turbo and Metallix as they made pursuit. On the way there, they got off the horse once in the clear as Millie the Fox (CartoonsAnimate22's OC) showed up.

Millie: Are you the Tails from that dimension where you helped kill a shapeshifting beast?

OMT!Tails: Uh, yeah!

Millie: Heh, I knew it! I'm a huge fan of your heroics, Tails!

OMT!Tails: Hehe, thanks!

She turned her attention to the pursuers.

Millie: Hey, you two! Do either of you think us heroes using comedy so much makes us look like we have some screws loose?

Turbo: Uh... what?

Millie: Get it? Screws?

She leapt up and tail-whacked Metallix's head off, causing him to careen down to lower ground.

Metallix: SYSTEM ERROR! NAVIGATION AND TARGETS INACCESSIBLE!

SS!Amy: Heh, nice one! You hang here while we take care of the rest.

Millie: You got it, Amy!

The two heroes continued on their way. Back at the bigger chase, OVA!Sonic leapt forward to attack.

OVA!Sonic: You might know everything we're going to do, but that's not gonna help you, since WE know everything YOU'RE going to do!

However, his slow animation made him outright miss.

OVA!Sonic: Oh, dang it! I really gotta get my speed improved, don't I?

Soon enough, LM!Sonic was cornered by many Quill Society AND Blur Gang members on all sides.

Mini Sonic: Nowhere to run now!

LM just resorted to leaping out the window.

Mini Sonic: O-Oh! Heh, my bad, everyone. There was somewhere to run.

Creamy: I blame the one with the anvil.

Mr. Needlemouse (defensive): What? We were tryin' to catch him, don't look at me!

[Mr. NM has a body count :) - MCS]

Outside, OMT!Tails and SS!Amy were freefalling as LM!Sonic continued his pursuit. Fiona caught sight of them, quickly taking Carol's motorbike from her.

Fiona: Sorry, Carol!

Carol (just waking up before noticing): Wha...? Hey! Come back with my bike!

She made pursuit as LM!Sonic started flying after OMT!Tails and SS!Amy.

LM!Sonic: Stop running!

OMT!Tails: Then stop chasing us everywhere!

LM!Sonic: You're so frustrating!

Fiona pulled up on a balcony with the bike as OMT!Mina watched.

Fiona: I know he's your friend, but it's the only way LM isn't going to get angrier.

OMT!Mina: But my gut says-!

Fiona: Then use your head, kid!

CR!Sonic heard this with CR!Sonia and CR!Manik, coming up with a plan whilst slipping away. Fiona attempted to knock them both down with the bike, though OMT!Mina caught them both with webs.

OMT!Mina: Gotcha!

OMT!Tails: M-Mina? You came back for me?

OMT!Mina: I can't just leave you in danger.

OMT!Tails: It's okay, Mina. Me and Amy will handle it together. Just trust us.

They severed the webbing, only to be pinned to a wall by Turbo.

Turbo: I got you cornered now, kids, so don't even- OW!

They both knocked themselves free as they went into the underbelly of Gust Planet, which hadn't been explored in years. The two didn't know where they were to go, but they didn't need to; two enerbeams got them up to the safety of a higher sector.

CR!Sonic: Tails!

OMT!Tails: No no no no! Let us go!

CR!Sonic: It's too crazy to run for too long!

SS!Amy: And running is the least crazy thing we're putting up with right now!

They started looking for a way out.

CR!Sonic: Look... I feel really bad for earlier, buddy.

OMT!Tails: Good.

CR!Sonic: But there's only so many ways we can screw stuff over. If you aren't careful, you won't be able to win!

OMT!Tails ignored him, still looking around as CR!Sonia and CR!Manik got in front of him.

CR!Sonia: Hey, um... I know this isn't the best time, but... do you want to hold one of us?

OMT!Tails: I, er, sorry, I can't-.

CR!Manik: 10 seconds at most and then talk with Dad, alright? It'll really change our mood.

OMT!Tails: Sorry, but I-!

CR!Sonia: It's very rejuvenating!

OMT!Tails: I feel very rejuvenated right now!

CR!Sonic: And you'll be more so when in the presence of one of my amazing kids!

OMT!Tails: You don't GET to have a heartfelt conversation with me right now, Sonic-!

CR!Sonic: JUSTHOLDONEOFTHEMANDWE'LLSEEWHATHAPPENS!

CR!Sonia held OMT!Tails gently, to his surprise.

CR!Sonic: You're the reason I had them, okay?!

The two heroes stopped for a moment.

CR!Sonic: I thought that if I did a good job raising them, there was a chance they were gonna turn out like you. And that got me excited, because you're a wonderful kid and I really like being around you!

OMT!Tails sighed, feeling worried.

OMT!Tails: I really wanted to be around you guys even more through this place, but the side of it LM manipulated you into isn't a positive one.

CR!Sonic: Look, bad things are always gonna happen to us at some stage, no matter what. It's what makes us who we are. But lots of good things happen as well.

He put a hand on his surrogate little brother's shoulder.

CR!Sonic: Like you happened. And they happened.

OMT!Tails: Hey... I don't...

E-21 (over the comm): Sonic, we got your location! Sit tight, and they'll be on their way!

CR!Sonic (panicked): Elise, abort that protocol! You DON'T have my location!

LM!Sonic (through the same comm): I'm coming over now! Do NOT let those rats escape!

CR!Sonic: T-Tails, I didn't know... Please, let's talk about this.

OMT!Tails: Hey, it's alright. We just did. Just keep them distracted for at least a little bit, alright?

The two kids got ready to do so as OMT!Tails and SS!Amy departed.

CR!Sonic: Well, good talk.

As OMT!Tails and SS!Amy careened into the city streets, CR!Sonic and OMT!Mina were running close by.

OMT!Mina: Where are they going?

CR!Sonic: I just hope Tails has this planned out.

Fiona rode alongside them on the bike.

Fiona: If it hasn't been stated before, by the way, you're a terrible teacher!

She leapt up into the air with the bike, but OMT!Tails managed to swipe the bike from under her and fling it into the air for Carol to catch, causing Fiona to crash onto a train roof.

Carol: I'm taking that back!

CR!Sonic: Well, he did just beat you, so I'm not a terrible mentor.

LM!Sonic showed up, annoyed, as OMT!Tails and SS!Amy reached the elevator dock and got it ready for liftoff.

LM!Sonic: You're both equally terrible. Does THAT settle it?!

LM!Sonic grabbed onto the space elevator as it began its ascent, with CR!Sonic, OMT!Mina, Antho, Nitro and Mobiverse Tails right behind them.

LM!Sonic: Stop pretending you know what you're doing!

OMT!Tails: Oh, I have a plan! You just don't know it yet!

He and SS!Amy clung onto the elevator roof for dear life as LM!Sonic clawed his way after them.

Terminal Velocity Intercom: Departing for Gust Planet's moon!

OMT!Tails: What are those, claws?! Dude, are you sure you even class as a hero?!

LM!Sonic: Are you? Who do you think you are, really?!

OMT!Tails took a deep breath.

OMT!Tails: My name is Miles "Tails" Prower...

He leapt down and dealt a powerful drop kick to LM!Sonic, knocking him further down the track.

OMT!Tails: I inherited my best friend's mantle because he wanted me to.

LM!Sonic tried to grab OMT!Tails with his enerbeam, though was met with a cannon fastball right at the face.

OMT!Tails: I'm pretty sure you know the rest, jerk!

LM!Sonic continued clawing after the two.

LM!Sonic: You never got it! You and Antho are anomalies!

OMT!Tails: Not if you let me save the multiverse!

OMT!Tails kicked LM in the jaw.

LM!Sonic: Everywhere you two go, you’re anomalies. You’re both the original anomalies!

OMT!Tails glitched slightly in response, his original female, one-tailed self present for a split-second.

LM!Sonic: The energy that gave you your powers wasn’t from your dimensions. It was never supposed to get into you!

A couple of carriages below, CR!Sonic and OMT!Mina watched in horror.

OMT!Mina: LM, STOP!

CR!Sonic: LM, don't hurt him!

LM!Sonic: There’s a world out there without an heroic Sonic because the energy got to you instead! You were not supposed to be the heroes!

OMT!Tails: No, you're lying, you heartless bully! I AM a hero!

LM!Sonic: You and Anthony are nothing but mistakes!

He pushed OMT!Tails into the roof, glaring furiously.

LM!Sonic: If he hadn’t been stupid enough to intervene, his Sonic would’ve lived. Instead, he died trying to save him. He would’ve stopped the super-collider before it went off. Crimtake wouldn’t exist! And you... Had you actually BEEN more competent in stopping that Malware Threat, your Sonic would still be alive today! But NO! He had to die trying to save your pathetic hide! You wouldn’t have lost so many! You wouldn’t have had to take his place! And none of this would’ve happened! And all this time, I’ve been one of the only ones holding this joint together.

OMT!Tails: Get the hell OFF of me!

LM!Sonic: You don’t belong in this universe. You never did.

Antho: Okay, creep! This is going WAY too far!

OMT!Tails: Who are you to think you can decide that, "Sonic"?! I am NOT a defenceless kid anymore!

LM!Sonic: That’s EXACTLY what you are, Miles Prower! You’re nothing but a kid. Who has no. Idea. WHAT THE HELL. HE’S DOING!!!

OMT!Tails and SS!Amy smirked, knowing they had this in the bags.

SS!Amy: Yeah, well, we DID lure you a million feet away from your little penthouse.

LM!Sonic: What?

He realised how high he was above surface level, looking back at the two as Mobiverse Tails scaled the elevator, ready to give LM what for.

OMT!Tails: And I'm about to do this!

He charged up an energy bolt from LM!Sonic's shoes, causing HIM to glitch and realise he practically screwed himself over.

OMT!Tails: You are trying to tell me what my story’s ‘meant’ to be… No. I’m doing my own thing! Sorry, Lost Memory Sonic, but I'm saving the day, whether you want me to or not!

He released ALL that energy right back at LM!Sonic, catapulting him within reach of a furious Mobiverse Tails.

MV!Tails: Now you're getting it, freak!

He pummelled LM!Sonic into the elevator and punched him a LOT, leaving OMT!Tails and SS!Amy open to get right to their final goal.

OMT!Tails: We'll be back, guys. See you around.

They leapt downwards, using a Chaos Emerald to fast-warp to the Transport Hub.

CR!Sonic: Heh, I taught him how to do that. Even if he won't use a Super form, I must be a pretty good teacher for him to pull that off.

He and OMT!Mina let go back to the surface as LM!Sonic bursted out, racing back down at top speed in a blind fury. In the Transport Hub, Nicole and GCD!Amy were just trying out different hairstyles.

Nicole: Hmm, nope... Nah... Well, that's kinda cute.

OMT!Tails and SS!Amy warped in.

GCD!Amy: Oh! Tails!

Nicole: We heard you were coming over.

OMT!Tails: No time to explain! Activate the machine and get us warped over to whatever dimension Crimtake is currently at!

GCD!Amy: You got it! Quick, climb in the pods!

They did so.

Nicole: Okay, let's see... Ah, got it! Dimension ZONE-ANTI-1994!

OMT!Tails: Wait, isn't that where I had to escape my evil counterpart before? Ah, well. It'll do.

LM!Sonic was bashing on the entrance door.

LM!Sonic: Open the door, both of you! It'll only take a second if you hand Miles over to me!

GCD!Amy: Don't even try!

After three of his knocks as a warning that he's coming in, GCD!Amy rushed to the console...

GCD!Amy: Three knocks is all you're getting!

OMT!Mina: Me?!

LM!Sonic: You didn't catch either of them!

Other Minas in range got in front of her, keeping LM!Sonic out of her reach.

EV!Mina: Okay, just back down!

OMT!Mina: Sonic, you want to back me up?

CR!Sonic nodded.

CR!Sonic: Well, LM, as the father of a son and daughter and nephew of an uncle-.

LM!Sonic: Actually, please stop talking, CR.

CR!Sonic: Er, duly noted!

OMT!Mina: Tails is my friend-!

LM!Sonic: Yeah, and that's the problem.

OMT!Mina: Do you really know for certain what happens if Tails defies your presumed destiny?

LM!Sonic: Do you want to find out?! Urgh, I knew you were a liability. You two, send her back to her original dimension!

OMT!Mina: WHAT?!

Nicole: She's not going there again! She's suffered enough there as it is!

LM!Sonic: I was not asking!

Nitro fired a blast at LM!Sonic to shut him up.

Nitro: Enough of this! You're not even worthy of being here! If anyone, it's YOU who needs to pack it and go home!

LM!Sonic growled, grabbing Nitro by his shirt.

LM!Sonic: If you're so smug about that, how about I lock YOU out of multidimensional travel for good, anomaly?!

Nitro: ...What did you just call me, you prick?

LM!Sonic: You know what you are, Smith. You tried tampering with fate just to get your sorry excuse of a father back, and you could've made the entire multiverse unstable from your crime! Not to mention that your memories should NOT have been maintained after that reset.

Nitro quickly strangled LM in return.

Nitro: Don't you DARE talk foul about my father, you monster!

LM!Sonic: Or what?! You're gonna use some "special power" to hurt me?!

Nitro: Well, I don't need to.

Some vines wrapped around LM's ankles and wrists, pulling him back into the wall where EV!Sonic knocked him out, holding a green Chaos Emerald in his hand.

EV!Sonic: What absolute shame.

He turned back to the many members in the room.

EV!Sonic: You did well today, everyone. You can continue about your business now, but I do ask for a few of you to stay behind to supervise me in sending LM back to his dimension.

OMT!Mina: Of course. I'll stick around.

Nitro: As will I.

Many of the other members departed to return to their tasks.

Trip: Will Amy be okay?

Superstars Tails: Don't worry. I know how great a fighter she is, and she'll prove her worth.

OMT!Cream arrived through one of the chambers.

OMT!Cream: Is Tails here?

EV!Sonic: You just missed him, Cream. He and that other Amy just departed to another dimension to get after your would-be killer. But considering you got here anyway, you brought them a further fighting chance.

OMT!Cream: I'm happy to hear it. Erm, who is this Mr. Sonic next to you?

EV!Sonic: An absolute prick who tried orchestrating your death. Best to let us deal with him. (to Fleetway Amy) In the meantime, Amy, maybe you could give her a little tour of the place?

Fleetway Amy: Will do, Sonic!

She and Tekno shared a fist bump.

Tekno: Great work out there today, girl!

Fleetway Amy: Anything to help my friends! Well, come along, then. We've got plenty to show you.

OMT!Cream: I'm coming, Miss Amy!

edits i make in files such as graphicrules.sgr, default.ini, thumbnailconfig.ini, etc.

these files can be found in the game's \bin folder. for me, i use steam so it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4\Game\Bin, but most of you guys use the ea app itself so it should be similar.

i highly suggested using simp4sims' camera and videocamera overhaul, alternatively, you can also try out sulsulduck's instead!

before doing anything, if you're unsure if you should make these changes, you can always keep a copy of the original files so you can change it back if you don't like it or simply repair your game!

reminder that whenever you repair or update your game, all of these will be reset back to default so it's best to save a copy of these at another place!

graphicrules.sgr

there are actually two graphicrules.sgr files, one in the \bin folder and one in "C:\[your username]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ConfigOverride"! the one in \configoverride will make that graphicrules.sgr default and you won't need to update it every time you repair or update your game so it's better to change this file instead!

i previously edited it myself cause i use the hq mod, but i now use simp4sims' graphicrules.sgr (alt clipping ver) to use it alongside shadows for days (which is actually for videocamera.ini)! simp4sims' graphicrules.sgr has already set "prop $ConfigGroup TextureSizeThreshold" from 1024 to 4096 so you can use it for hq mod!

simp4sims' graphicrules.sgr also comes with a videocamera.ini file but because i use shadows for days, which provides that, i didn't use that. shadows for days also have their own ver of graphicrules.sgr, but just like the other, i didn't use it. just make sure to read both of them properly and you're always welcome to test around!

additionally, i also increased the shadow size here! search "prop $ConfigGroup ShadowMapSize" and change the number beside it to 4096, remember to do this for all three settings (low, medium, high)! not sure if you should do the same for very high cause it's already very high itself... i like shadows hehe, it makes it more realistic!

before vs after (medium lighting):

you can actually remove the game's ssao which affects furniture and whenever you use reshade/gshade. what ssao (screen space ambient occlusion) does is basically create small shadows in creases, holes, objects that are close to each other... removing this is actually long-time sims 4 players have been doing for many years apparently.

search "prop $ConfigGroup SsaoEnabled" and change true to false. fyi, normally, this can be found under "option LightingQuality"; but simp4sims moved it to under "option ViewDistance".

alongside here, i also use simp4sims' setters! the folder includes also a graphicrules.sgr but i'm not sure if this is the newer or older version so i just removed it and just use mysetters.sgr and simpssetters.sgr. as for the setter preset, i use ultimate performance! then i add and change whatever setters i want from their google sheets!

default.ini

there are override mods such as smaller plumbob and missing plumbob, but because i want to save my mods storage, i decided to change this file myself!

there's a very simple tutorial on changing the plumbob's colour and transparency, which i opted to make them completely invisible and set all plumbobs' transparency to 0.00. i really like using this for screenies!

previously, i used a cheat in-game but it also affects something else — open the cheats, enter testingcheats true, then enter headlineeffects off. unfortunately, enabling this cheat not only hides the plumbob but also the mini pop-up that shows a sim's name and info whenever you over on them, which i didn't like cause i do want to know haha.

this cheat applies the same to lot's traits vfx, if you don't want to use the cheat but also don't want to see those vfx, you can use this no lot trait vfx by lotharihoe!

videocamera.ini

this file can be found by going into another folder called /res!

so as mentioned before, i'm using shadows for days for this file, but i also did another thing here!

search for "MinPosHeight" and change 0.2 to -5.0!

the reason i did this edit is that if you have a basement with no ceilings/open-air (so you can actually see the outside world in live camera mode) and you want to take screenies of it (in cinematic camera mode), you may encounter a black "ceiling" instead. changing this will make your cinematic camera also capture the outside world!

i also mixed in simp4sims' videocamera.ini, which if you want me to go into depth on how i mixed both together, it's gonna be a while. i'm unable to share comparison pics/vids on this. i also don't want to share the file since it's not originally by me so read below and change it yourself:

this is a very small one and is probably insignificant to you, which is also why i sometimes don't do this either, but since we're here, i might as well share it!

after opening it, search "[SimBust]" and under it, look at Size_Small = 64,64, then change the numbers to 256,256! this increases the resolution for the sim on the thumbnail in the main menu's resume button!

some people might not know this, but if you're using any lighting mods like the ones from softerhaze, which are the ones that you need to replace the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4, you need to replace it again whenever you repair or update the game! so instead of moving those files, just copy+paste them so you can keep the original files!

Shining Force 2 All HQ Quotes - JP & ENG

Quotes from the first game here

[put this off for a while since i feel there are less mistranslations, the dialogue in this game is mostly just abridged for ROM space reasons I suppose. Still, there’s still interesting things to see. Unfortunately there’s also even more sexual harassment gags than in the previous game, and hitting most of my favorite characters no less. Yay.

To save those characters a bit, I’ve also translated some stuff from a japanese guide book. That guide book sadly doesn’t have much in terms of character trivia and such, it’s more focused on gameplay stats only, but it does give each character a spicy quote or description for flavor (some are very ambiguous on if they’re first or third person, I’ve noted them as such). And if you stick til the end, maybe you’ll even get some words from our great leader as well? Wouldn’t that be a change of pace.

Most screenshots here are mine but I still had to take a few from RRPG as I didn’t finish my JP playthrough. That’s all the rambling I had, let’s jump to it.]

Originally Jaha says 兜の緒を締めよ, which literally means "fasten the straps of your helmet", but is meant as an expression for "be ready/be on your guard" (kinda like "buckle up" i guess, but that's more related to vehicle so it felt weird to use it). He then follows up on the literal meaning by going to fiddle with his helmet before realizing he just tied a cloth to his head instead. Which is, uh, sure a mistake one can make??? It's pretty nonsense and i didn't find an equivalent expression anyway so I took liberties with it. Do I look like I respect canon Jaha anyway.

"Oww... Is my cheek still red? I just messed around with Sarah a bit and she slapped me real hard!"

[As mascot characters often do, Kiwi has a speaking quirk of ending his sentences in kame (turtle). This stuff usually works better in japanese.]

"I've learned... how to talk... a bit, but... it's tiring... Fighting.... not as much... Turt..."

Rest:

"Neck goes in... in... I'm training... how to dodge... Neck goes in, in, like a turtle..."

The word he uses for retracting his neck is スッポン, an onomatopoeia for things fitting nicely into a hole/entrance. It can also mean softshell turtle though, and I feel it's an intentional double meaning so i added the "like a turtle" to flow into his ending quirk. Literally the only time I'm happy with how I adapted it.

"We phoenixes are really great when it comes to battles! Even if we fall, we can revive without needing the church."

The japanese word for shooting star, 流星, is made up of the kanji for flow/drift/stream and star. As far as I know any wordplay with "shooting" happening here is purely accidental and I love it.

Rest:

"Grrrrr, grrrrr... So? Scary, right? I'm trying to be intimidating, but..."

This one is another reason I decided to bring up the guide book in this post. I find it curious that his active quote is one of the few changed in the english version for no discernible reason and happens to match the guide book quote. Obviously both are referencing his attack animation and thus could be a coincidence, but it’s still curious.

“We centaurs are the main fighters in a battle, so we can’t ever let our guard down.”

He does not learn blast spells in game. This is false advertising.

day 1: haikyuu boys and christmas spirit ✨

i feel like he enjoys december particularly because everyone tends to be nicer during this time of the year 🥺

something about the lights hung up everywhere makes the world a little brighter and friendlier

he’ll get excited and point out decorations to ushijima when they walk together simply because he can’t contain his excitement

“wakatoshi-kun look at the tree in that store!” he’ll exclaim, shaking his shoulder

“toshi look! they’re hanging up lights!”

it’s sweet to know that the childlike wonder he used to have is still somehow a part of him

definitely finds a way to incorporate red and green into his outfits for the month

he buys one pair of red and one pair of green converse so he can wear both

always whistling some kind of christmas carol

one of the most thoughtful hq boys when it comes to giving presents and i stand by that

he just wants his homies to be happy <3

it’s because he knows what it’s like to not really have friends that gave him gifts…

anyways i love him okay and he deserves the world

mans believes it’s his personal duty to spread christmas cheer throughout nekoma

especially the boys volleyball team

i believe he has a stash of candy canes in his bag at all time

like kenma is sick of hearing his rendition of “all i want for christmas is you” especially if kenma is the target of the song

will definitely articulate every part of the opening “youUuuUuUuu” and it is very bad

also claps to the opening bells of that song (bokuto also sometimes joins)

it doesn’t sound great but the energy is there

sakusa:

i think it’s not a surprise that he isn’t super hyper

he’s also a little shyer so he won’t openly shout how much he loves this time of the year

it’s the smaller things

he likes the way the world shines and how snow acts like a blanket during december

it’s the perfect season for a good hot chocolate by himself

i feel like sakusa is a good gift giver and he’d probably be the kind of person to get you something small but meaningful and useful

and he doesn’t like to admit it so much but he loves getting good presents

he doesn’t know what it is he gets so happy

if it’s thoughtful it makes his day

one time komori gave him a variety of breathable fabric masks and he gave a smile that was big enough that you could see it through the mask he was currently wearing

“i appreciate this, a lot” he’ll say simply, and coming from him, anyone would feel happy

hinata:

somehow his eyes shine a little brighter during this time of the year

he also gets a little extra bouncy lmao

everyone around him gets a bit infected with his spirit

will simply not let kageyama or tsukishima be the “literal grinch” during such a happy time of the year

he gets so excited at the thought of giving presents to his friends

might be the type to accidentally spoil what he got you on dec 2 because he was so excited about it

he has two bell keychains on his bag for the whole month so you hear this little jingle wherever he walks

a little hint that joy itself is coming your way yanno

he gets a little extra excited for natsu too

i feel like he’d be the best big brother ever - wanting to make sure that natsu has the best december every year

he probably makes his own version of an advent calendar for her filled with little trinkets

he definitely hypes her up every day and gets himself hyped even though he already knows what’s inside

kageyama:

ah yes my love hehe

he’s another person who isn’t too vocal about his slight excitement during the holiday season

but he can’t help the way his heart skips a little when he sees lights strung up and all the decorations that make places more festive

even entering a grocery store with christmas music makes him smile a little

he winds up being a less grumpy - maybe also because of hinata too

and he can’t really find it in his heart to be too mean because of the vibes of the month

he smiles more and laughs more freely aw

eyes get so wide when someone unexpectedly gives him a present <3

the smallest “thank you” is spoken but the gifter can’t miss it

he makes sure to always give something back to show further thanks

funniest part is that he would take it as constructive criticism towards his work out routine

and that was the optimal time for cuddling him and getting the most potential of his tiddies

as much as he loves teasing you about your hyperfixation on his chest muscles, he himself gets kinda flustered when you focus so much on his tiddies

notes had a little bit of a block with some of my other projects, so did this again to relax myself. ngl i really enjoyed the captains one so i wanted to do it asap hehe (i couldn’t help myself). oikawa is in the captains one fyi (not forgetting the best boy here no sir!) ♡

KAGEYAMA TOBIO 影山飛雄 ♡

poor babie is a little awkward, but he got the spirit! i think he’s one of the guys who is more shy to show any pda or any form of intimacy with you (even holding hands). he would definitely overthink kissing you - he’d be all up in his head stressed and panicking over whether to kiss you or not. even if you’re dating, he still will be flustered over it and wonder if he is allowed to kiss you (which yea ofc king you can, cutie!!). the first time he does this is when you wish him luck with practice and kiss him on the cheek. you’ll be heading out to where he strikes up his nerve, calls out your name, rushes over to you, holds one of your hands and offering you one super quick peck. you’ll both be so embarrassed at this! he’ll walk away so abruptly too. once he’s more comfortable with it, he gives you them as part of his pre-game warmup routine. you give him one back (always) and it fills him with some type of confidence. when he wins a volleyball match too, you’ll run to him and he’ll pick you up and press a big smooch on your cheek. doesn’t have time to be embarrassed at this though, he’s just so happy and it came naturally. babie cakes is learning, love him.

KOZUME KENMA 孤爪研磨 ♡

this cutie patootie omg. i see him as a little more socially awkward than the rest of the haikyuu cast, and wouldn’t feel comfortable (especially in front of others) to show affection. you either look like that one respectable couple who is mindful of those around, or you don’t look like you’re dating at all. he prefers this kiss because it’s easy. he’ll be sitting at his computer, or on the lounge in front of the tv, fully concentrated when he’s more open to showing his love. like you’ll walk past him or get him food/snacks or a drink and he’ll grab your hand quickly and kiss the back of it. doesn’t take too much time away from his gaming, but he wants you to know that yes he knows you’re there and yes he cares about you, even if he doesn’t show it a lot. if he’s feeling a little more affectionate, he’ll linger the kiss on your hand and/or rub the dorsal side where he just kissed with his thumb. i could see there being a compilation of just him kissing your hand online, even if fans have never seen your face (whether you don’t want to or whatever circumstance). it’s so endearing, and they note how soft kenma becomes when you’re within arms reach.

AKAASHI KEIJI 赤葦京治 ♡

it’s hard to say which exact type of kiss akaashi would be/like, but i think he favours quick pecks over anything else. peck on the lips, cheek, head, temple, forehead, hand, doesn’t matter to him, as long as they’re quick and sweet. he may prefer temple and cheek pecks though. classic kiss for a classic guy (love him sm send help). he doesn’t strike me as someone who kisses you randomly though. would usually only kiss as a greeting, farewell or if you’re upset in any way. would call you pet names too either before or after he kisses you. “see you later beautiful” *cheek kiss* or *kisses head* “hello gorgeous”. aaahhhhhh. not only does he prefer quick pecks because it’s more socially acceptable in public (as i think he’s not too big on pda, but isn’t exactly opposed to it either), i think he’s a guy who genuinely believes that it’s nobody else’s business, and the intimacy between the two of you is yours (both) and yours alone. gives pecks on your fingers/hand when it’s cold out too because he’s so sweet! if you still feel cold, he likely would kiss every one of your fingers individually and omg i gotta stop!

SEMI EITA 瀬見英太 ♡

emo teenage heartthrob fantasy boy please! this one is a bit (a lot) more sensual than the other kisses. big spoon always, just always has to hold you. that’s how he kisses you on the ear. maybe might whisper some things (some sweet words and maybe not so sweet hehehe). he kisses you like this when it’s just the two together or if you’re in a crowd and there’s not a lot of room (such as a concert ;3). will always hold you tight and close to his chest honestly during these moments. it’s very traditionally intimate, as anything he says during the kisses is meant for you and only you (feeling that love, you better!). picture late nights with him, like at a park or something and stargazing or seeing the city lights, and he rocks you both side to side and places a soft kiss on your ear while whispering how much he loves you (omg simping). when he does tickle your ear though, he’ll cage you in and make an obnoxious kiss sound, and then pepper more which has you giggling and him smiling.

MIYA ATSUMU 宮侑 ♡

this one also more traditionally intimate. the most basic kiss to show everyone that you’re lovers. he definitely doesn’t care what others say, and very much so likes to parade or show off your relationship. he won’t hide the fact that you’re together and is quite proud to say you’re his and he’s yours. the kisses he usually does aren’t make out or quick pecks, but a in between. he actually isn’t shameless that way, and would respect your boundaries in showing pda. it’s kisses that last a few moments, ones that don’t quite leave you breathless, but have you wanting more. he would also be a tease about it too, especially if he doesn’t think you kissed long enough, or if he felt that you didn’t give him enough that day. will demand, and will keep a tab on if he doesn’t see you for days/periods at a time and will whine to make it up to him with the kisses. will also be one who uses your kisses as a good luck charm in matches, and will whinge if he messes up (also wanting more to “make it up to him”). will also take your face in his hands and kiss you deeply when others make him jealous. he’ll be more forceful if he’s in a foul mood too. you’ll find that at moments of vulnerability though, that he kisses you ever so gently; sweet and delicate.
