yandere ex pm dazai x reader

im imagining a scenario where it turns out that pm dazai doesnt really love you and that you were just a toy for him to play around with..

you're angry and rightfully upset and you're in tears and sobbing. you thought dazai loved you and it turns out that he didnt? what a sick joke.

buuuut then dazai sort of realizes that he's alone without you. there's a sick feeling of regret crawling up his spine.

and once he starts to regret, it hits him hard. he went from not caring and then did a whole 180 and started to miss you a lot.

once hes in the phase where regret eats up at him, he's quite literally scary as fuck. all of a sudden he becomes more agitated, more selfish, and has less patience.

all of his subordinates and people working under him can tell that dazai is a time ticking bomb about to explode. when he regrets, dazai becomes more aggressive and downright scary. if his men fail a mission they are all getting severely punished. dazai just doesn't have the patience anymore.

it doesn't get any better when he becomes the port mafia's boss. if anything, he becomes even worse. if you thought mafia executive 'Demon Prodigy' dazai was scary, you haven't seen anything.

as the boss of the port mafia, dazai is naturally in charge of everything that happens as he quite literally is the highest ranking member of the mafia because he's the leader. during the time period he takes over as the boss, nobody even wants to mess with him.dazai has much more influence over everything during this time and you can bet that he has been watching over you for quite some time.

it doesn't take long for dazai to snatch you back up. he quite literally was 'suffering' and in so much 'pain' without you even when it was clearly his fault. you cant blame yourself for leaving him. who wants to be with someone who doesnt love you? nobody right?

during this time, he tries to run into you by coincidence. at this point he sometimes runs into you if you worked at a restaurant or something. he tries to play it cool but you both know what his true intentions are and it doesn't need to be said out loud.

you however, are downright terrified. this is literally the same guy who committed 625 counts of fraud. 625. not to mention he is the literal boss of the port mafia. the boss. the frickin boss.

you're scared because you dont believe he will show any mercy towards you. this is because the two of you arent 'lovers' (you don't know if the both of you ever were because dazai didnt hold any feelings for you) and he probably sees you as nothing more than a stupid idiot. this is not the same dazai you loved. this is the dazai that doesnt love you meaning that he doesnt care about you which in turn means that if something happened to you, he just straight up doesnt care.

he starts calling you 'belladonna' and 'darling' again which feels awkward and disgusting. whenever he calls you that you straight up wince and cringe and you don't even try to hide it. there's a whole wave of awkwardness that lingers in the air when you just reply back with a "..hi?.." dazai senses that the tension in the air is so thick that you could slice through it but him being him he just straight up dgaf.

you're not thrilled to see him whatsoever. when he comes here he doesn't even order any food and just tries to talk to you. he always leaves you a huge tip when he does leave though. you never take it though. you dont want his money. the next time he does come you give the money back to him and but he refuses to take it back saying "you've been working so hard belladonna, you deserve to treat yourself." again with the belladonna thing. it doesnt feel right for him to call you that at all.

dazai knows that youre refusing his advances but it doesnt stop him from trying. afterall you loved him once. thats all that matters. its only the results that matter in the end right?

right?

I can’t get enough of the Yandere Dazai content like this is at least the 5th time I’ve read Realisation and Pt2 Headcanons 😍😍😍

Can you imagine Kunikida seeing the relationship and being too nervous to strangle or confront Dazai over it? Or Ranpo knowing and dropping hints to the others to try and get Dazai to back off a bit? Like

Ranpo: hey Yosano, don’t you think Y/N is better with _______ than Dazai?

Yosano: *agrees in protective aunt figure

Dazai: *realizes what’s going on and tries stopping it without Y/N noticing

♧ It was... a cause for concern, to say the least.

♧ However, the detective decided to give Dazai a chance to redeem himself, he had turned over a new leaf after all...

♧ He continued being forceful with you, feeding you with so much unwanted affection that you would burst from the seems.

♧ He, by no means, made it obscure that he had some sort of relationship with you that didn't lean towards platonic.

♧ You see, the Agency members slowly grew more fond of you as time went by.

♧ You would always help Kunikida with organising his schedules whenever Dazai ruined them again.

♧ You would go on a supply run for medications Yosano asked you to get and sweets Ranpo desired almost 24/7.

♧ You would also go out with the siblings and Kenji whenever you found the time to.

♧ A total sweetheart.

♧ Unfortunately for Dazai, that meant many inconveniences.

♧ Unlike the Port Mafia members, the ADA members don't know how to mind their own business.

♧ Ranpo was always tugging on you whenever you had some alone time with the brown-haired male, demanding you for your attention and even going as far as to ask for cuddles.

♧ Cuddles!

♧ Who the hell does he think he is?! Your boyfriend?!

♧ HE'S NOT!

♧ And damn does it boil his blood when that stupid man-child goes up to his equally-as-stupid best friend and asks her that same damn stupid question.

♧ The way he would bite the back of his pen in agitation when you would offer to help someone that wasn't him out.

♧ They way he would casually wrap an arm around your waist when someone even thought of tapping you on the shoulder.

♧ It was very concerning behaviour.

♧ As someone with a strong moral compass, he couldn't just sit by and do nothing.

♧ He also couldn't necessarily challenge Dazai face-to-face.

♧ While the ex-mafia member may not have been as smart as him, he certainly beat him in terms of athletic prowess.

♧ Ranpo had to go about this smartly.

♧ Luckily enough, 'smart' was his middle name.

♧ Unluckily though, Dazai wasn't exactly an idiot.

♧ He knew Ranpo was provoking him and trying to get him to lash out so the Director could get him locked up.

♧ He knew.

♧ So he kept quiet.

♧ After all, actions speak louder than words.

♧ All he needed to do was a bit of a tug on your arm towards him and you, being the good girl he trained you to be, instantly returned to him.

♧ All the while, being completely oblivious to what was going on around you.

If he got your name, he would use the detective's research abilities to find out your address, close family, frequent visits, exs.

I’m a firm believer that the other detectives know about his new obsession and have their own or have been convinced that you're his girlfriend and you guys are just going through a rough patch.

He’s the type to make a copy of your keys just to break into your room at night, he’d steal items that he knows are important to you (as well panties and some of your favorite bras)

he’s the type to randomly show up at your apartment building and bump into you just to have a conversation with you. It's even better when you drop a package, and he offers to help you carry it inside. He makes it seem like he’s just new to your building and he’s just happy to already meet someone as kind as you.

You can't tell that he has any bad intentions, he seems so nice and has a hardworking job. So of course, you don't think twice when you finally invite him inside and he already knows where everything is.

You also don't question when he magically gets your phone number and invites you to a fancy restaurant. And I mean who would deny free drinks and a night out with a handsome and charming guy?

The date goes amazing! He has the same hobbies as you, likes the same food, and even plays the same board games. Your clicking with him so much, you don't even notice when he slips a sleeping pill inside your drink. Waiting for you to become buzzed on alcohol as well as the drug to attack.

imagine yandere!dazai wrapping his arms around you and feigning fright whenever he sees the "wretched vermins" that he thinks dogs are, over dramatically whining about how the dogs gonna eat him, how you need to protect him. he'll be as overdramatic as needed if he means he gets to put his hands on you.

imagine yandere!dazai gasping, stumbling backwards and placing a hand over his chest as you tell him about your brother, chuuya, dramatically yelling "how could such a goddess like you be related to that slug!?" he of course already knew you where related, he had gone through every file that had existed about you multiple times, watching you from afar, studying you. he knew far more about you than you knew of yourself at this point.

Notes: it’s my first time writing about bsd. I hope you like it. If you have any ideas please share them with me.

Warning: mentions of isolation? Basically yandere stuff

Cold dull eyes, monotonous serious voice, disinterested gaze . These were enough reasons for Chuuya to dislike you.

Your first encounter was when you were temporary partners on a mission given by Mori. Chuuya thought you were beautiful when he first saw you, Cold but beautiful. At first he thought that he could break your ice, that you could get closer in time during the mission but whatever he did, you would coldly reject him. Would you like to go out for dinner? No need, you're full. Shopping? You dont need. All you cared about was mission.

Another trait Chuuya disliked was your composure. You shot someone who begged you for their life without blinking an eye. The blood splashing on you and those eyes of yours reminded him of a scene he had seen 7 years ago. His ex-partner Dazai. You obviously didn't enjoy it like he did—or didn't show it if you did—but it gave him a strange feeling.

Naturally, you didn't meet much when your mission was completed. However, on one of the rare occasions you meet, for some reason, chuuya offered you a drink. To be honest, he was taken aback by the acceptance of this offer, which he thought you would refuse.

That night, Chuuya saw for the first time a side of you that he had never seen before. Actually, you weren't as cold as it looked. You were the type of person who too focused on their job and was afraid to socialize with other people. Being the only one who knew this sweet side of you made Chuuya feel special. No one else should know about this side of yours. It's just him. After that night, you started getting close with Chuuya. You have started to spend almost all of your free time with him. You couldn't spend time with others, even if you wanted to. Everyone was literally avoiding you as if threatened not to interact with you. When you told him that, he just said you’re being paranoid . But it doesn't matter, you didn't need anyone else while he was there. Because you were his.

ALSO since you are a lover of The Chuuya ill do some pathetic subordinate au chuuya stuff too! I'll try to make this one shorter since the dazai one is such a monster.

I think hed kinda do the opposite thing that dazai does- not that he doesnt kiss your ass a LITTLE, he’ll definitely send a bunch of gifts to your house and rush to complete some of your work for you and write you love poems (that he never sends, too embarrassed. probably for the best. his prose tends to go from Suprisingly Sweet to Incredibly Creepy really fast.), but unlike dazai hes pretty attached to his reputation and thus doesn't wanna burn it away by sobbing for you until you finally cave and come hold him, as much as he might like to. to keep up his street cred while still getting you to trust him, he'll have to be more subtle. (he's not subtle at all everyone knows)

I could see his MO being to just kinda. put himself in your space as much as possible. surely, if he just hangs around you and doesnt insult you or anything like that you'll eventually realize hes not that bad? he'll even come and help you with your work, see! nice guy, really! please forget all the shit he used to say to you and that time he choke slammed you into a wall he won't do it again!

compared to dazai, chuuya's hit by guilt faster, and harder. it takes a great toll on him, but he abhors the idea of anyone knowing that he was feeling broken-hearted and remorseful over some lower-ranking member. so unlike dazai's public (and embarrassing) pleads for forgiveness and lovesickness, chuuya's far more...silent about it. sure, he makes sure you're receiving his gifts, lightens your workload, and watches out for you, even deciding to avenge you in many instances. he's aware of and has long accepted the fact that he will never be recognized for his efforts, never be thanked for his help and he definitely isn't going to win your favor with anything he does, but how can he leave you alone?

of course, everyone else knows. there's whispers amongst the members of black lizard that executive chuuya nakahara personally takes care of anyone who dares utter a single negative word about you, koyou has to deal with chuuya's numerous requests for advice, and even dazai knows that chuuya's become a lovesick little puppy (naturally, he fails to notice the irony).

it's a regular sight now, to see chuuya bent over and scribbling on a piece of paper, before groaning and ripping it to shreds. anyone who manages to put together the strips is able to see what looks to be multiple lines of poetry, quite eloquently written if not for the extreme emotions being expressed in them.

while he avoids meeting with you directly, chuuya can't help but linger. he waits around the corner from your home, hoping to catch a glimpse of you walking by. he stands by the pavement outside the bar you frequent, cigarette in hand, figuring out a way to bump into you and make it look accidental, hopes you'll stop if only to stare for a moment. at least he's not all in your face and annoying you to no end like someone is, and that should score him a few points, right?

and yes, he yearns to be of some use for you, wants to help you in any way possible so that you don't see him as a nuisance and throw him aside forever. and if helping you meant staying behind you and cleaning up, if helping meant exacting revenge in your name, or even if it meant staying out of your way, he'll do it without complaint.
