The team is trying so hard to be a positive environment but it makes them laugh so hard

His canines are unnaturally sharp, and it scares the underclassman

He's not a good fighter in the technique sense, but he's feral and normally wins bc he fights dirty

He bit as a child. any and all family members have at least one scar to prove it

He really likes birds and has been bird-watching multiple times. He even has guides to the native species in the different parts of Japan.

Yahaba gifted him a keychain with a Bluejay on it in highschool and Kyotani still has it today. (he takes it to his Sendai Frogs games as a good luck charm)

This ship exists because Furudate said, "I know I already have a pretty prominent couple who's important moments are all the seemingly-meek one yelling at the seemingly-dominant one and the seemingly-dominant one realizing they might be kinda into that, but I think I would like to do it again." Kyotani is a sad, angy boy and he plays sad, angy volleyball until Yahaba throws him into a wall and says hey buddy, a lot of people worked really hard to get here. Get it together or I will personally kill you. Then Kyotani presumably went home and googled "teammate yelling boner why."

I'm gonna play kinda fast and loose with names here bc the mix of dub/sub names has gotten me in a way not seen since Yu-Gi-Oh. Jimmy is a teen detective who gets turned into a child detective and has to live with his love interest and her deadbeat detective father, solving crimes while not letting anyone find out his true identity. It's A Lot. Heiji is another teen detective who's one of the few people who knows who he really is. He'll just like, forget that Jimmy appears as a child and start dunking on him, to the shock and horror of any onlookers. They have a cute rapport. Plus once Heiji just casually picked up Conan so he could see a crime scene better and I enjoyed that.
