A very specific headcanon ask for the entire The Quarry gang, but what is their bedtime routine (do they even have one, or like what kind of "pyjamas set" do they like to go for) ?

Realized this is less routine and more habits but erm here you go

Abi: She does have a pj set, very princesscore, fluffy and soft, and she sleeps with a million pillows and a million plushies, and bundles up in blankets like she’s going to die from frostbite. When she’s sleeping with her bfs, she uses less blankets but thats just bc Jacob is practically a portable heater and she’s usually stuck in between them

Emma: Usually sleeps in her bra(sometimes she’ll swap it out for a tank top bc ow) and underwear bc she doesn’t care enough to have pjs, but if she has friends over, she’ll add a tank top and shorts. She sleeps either with the windows open or a fan running just to have some breeze on her

Kaitlyn: she is the biggest night owl, mostly due to her caffeine intake throughout the day. Girly is so tired, Emma needs to force to her to sleep sometimes. She wears an outfit similar to her workout outfit, just optimized for sleep so her tibbies aren’t in pain

Laura: No routine. Sometimes she just forgets to sleep until the sun comes up. Esp post-game, she’s tried medication to help her sleep, and usually just takes a couple melatonin before bed, hoping that it works. She wears nightgowns, owns dozens of them

Max: Bro cannot stay up for the life of him. Occasionally he’ll try to stay up with Laura, but she sends him off before he passes out. He sleeps with a quilt that his grandma made him, and sleeps with socks on, much to all of his friends(excluding Jacob) horror. He’s a little spoon but only because he’s already asleep when Laura lays down and is usually facing the wall

Jacob: sleeps in nothing but boxers. He doesn’t care who he has over, he’s not sleeping in a shirt(not that his partners mind). Little spoon in a big spoon’s body. Bro just wants to be held but wtf is abi supposed to do??? she can’t even get her leg over his torso. Nick will gladly spoon him tho. He is known for moving around and hitting people in his sleep. Also sleeps in socks regularly

Nick: I’m sorry but he has one of those blue and white striped pj sets with the fucking lil hat and matching slippers. He goes to bed whenever he wants, but no later than 2 am. He falls off the bed haha idiot

Dylan: He has a pj set, matches with Ryan’s, he just forgets to wear it. Sometimes he’ll go to bed in jeans bc if he’s worn them all day he doesn’t even think about it, they’re just part of him now. Is cursed with night owl and early bird tendencies, and really only goes to bed on a decent time bc of Ryan. Would rather die than go to bed without his teeth brushed, he just feels icky if he doesnt. A total little spoon

Ryan: Has an entire routine, times for everything, etc etc. If even one thing is changed he will be upset and he will probably cry a little. Goes to bed early and forces Dylan to join him bc he can’t go to sleep without cuddling him. Refuses to ever sleep in socks or anything heavy/thick. Wears his matching pjs sometimes but thinks they’re kinda goofy. Also shares a weighted blanket with Dylan

7: Usually, the minimum possible. I live in a hot country and I NEED to be cool when I sleep. But during winter I like 2, because of the addition of a weighted blanket. I LOVE sleeping with a weighted blanket.

13: Abandonment is the biggest one, I have severe issues with being left behind, it happened alot growing up, I had a bunch of friends just exclude me or straight up ditch me. It has led to a terrible habit of overthinking every negative interaction, and thinking I have to be a "perfect" friend or else they won't want to be around me anymore. The other crippling fear is bees/wasps, I have such a fight or flight reaction with them, such an overwhelming fear for something so small. Maybe me being attacked/chased my wasps when I was small affected that.

17: I already have ear piercings, tho I only just got them a year ago after I started transitioning. This revealed that I can't easily get piercings because of the medication I am on, nor tattoos. Because they just won't heal. Either way I don't think I want anymore piercings, but I might just have to miss out on a tattoo :c

19: I have 3 people whom I consider best friends. Two of which I retained from primary school, and one I met early in high school. The high school one has become a brother to me. Which is funny to think that he only had sisters, then finally got me as his bro, then a few years ago I turned around and went "ummm, I'm a sister too actually." Gottem

23: Kind of yeah. I like to think there is some other life out there. (I mean of course right? Even if a planet that's livable like Earth is an incredibly rare thing it COULD happen more than once) BUT I think it might be more likely that we came about so early in the universe's life, that we could be long gone before another civilisation finds us.

29: I either make snap decisions without thinking about it, or if I do make the mistake of thinking about something too long, I'm stuck in an endless loop of indecision until I break down over it.

31: Distant future? God I don't like thinking ahead too much, I think because most of my life I've had nothing to look forward to I guess. In a couple of years I hope to have a permanent home and a pet again. Is that something?

37: Ahh the classic.. I grew up with both and really have no preference for either one. I am very playful with pets, so I would have an inclination towards dogs, but I can still grab my cat and wrestle it with my hand just as well. Plus both of them are capable of being cuddly, or even go off and do their own thing for a bit. I'll put it this way. If I am living alone, I'd prefer a cat, for more peace of mind and less maintenance.

january- not much happening, start of 2023, can't remember much. look through my photos, it seems i was still obsessed with cookie run. and its when i started planning for my fursuit!

february- msm becomes part of my life. not too much either. but i did tell my crush i liked them, but ultimately he didnt like me (we're still friends tho!)

This ep gives very day of black sun vibes, and I think the finale next week is going to throw us into a pit of despair. As in everything that can go wrong, will go wrong. I have soooo many theories but before that-

LUMITY KISS!!!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!! I was not expecting that!!! Disney being Disney I thought it wouldn’t happen until like next season (as with a couple queer kids cartoons) but OMG!!!!! And it was soooo gorgeous as well omg

I love all the action and fighting!!! And hellooo Alador redemption arc!!! Alador resolving to be a better father!!! That being said, I absolutely LOATHE Odalia like holy shit wtf is wrong with her. I love seeing the whole gang together and fighting together tho yesssss

And the reveal at the end!!!! I thought Luz teleporting was like, her developing a new skill or her palismen’s power but no!!! It was a clue!!!!! Aaahhhh!!!!

Also SOMEONE on the ship that Eda is on is not who they say they are 🙃 either an illusion disguise OR a basilisk disguise. Cuz Eda turned back to herself after she put her head on but everyone acted like she was still in disguise? Idk I think it’s Raine, Steve, Lilith. Or idk they’re just a straight up traitor. Pretty sure we’re gonna get a traitor reveal next week. Because I feel like Raine would’ve protested using Eda as part of their plans A LOT more. (But also we were right about this part!!!) The last time she used her magic she was ready to DIE. If she uses it for the DOU is she gonna die????? And I feel like Raine would not let Eda get branded with a sigil, even though Eda agreed to it. Like Raine would never do anything to take away Eda’s freedom. Are they going to kill off Eda???? Another thing I think could go wrong is the owl beast inside the curse will recognise the collector or vice versa and will render Eda unable to use her powers or something.

I honestly wouldn't bother watching gotham knights for any reason, i'm caught up but i'm also doing a watch party where we pirate it and we just make up jokes from it. tho you /have/ missed the show making harvey cuck lincoln march (...ok on the real never thought i'd type that out and now im laughing at the absurdity of it) and him going "actually yeah joe chill is right i think he's innocent" because for some??? reason??? joe chill never pulled the trigger and the gunshots came behind him????? to which harv deduces that sounds?? forensically correct??? also stephanie loves her dad???? and he's not abusive?????

this show is slowly melting my brain i swear to god. between 'joe chill is innocent', 'harvey does a cucking' and 'talon is stopped by mahogany doors' i honestly could make a game where i make things up from this show and STILL have all the answers actually be correct.

Normally I would heed this advice, but unfortunately, I am burdened by blorbo compulsions to seek out anything related to Harvey. If I couldn't avoid sitting through the Long Halloween movie, I'm not gonna be able to avoid this. As annoying as I find all the above you mention, I can deal with most it by skimming through the non-Harvey parts.

(That said, I don't know if I'll ever understand why Steph is such a beloved character, but even on principle, WTF? Making Arthur a good dad is so fundamentally against the core of her character. It's like how they made Jesse Custer's dad a religious asshole in the Preacher show, it's just such a wrong choice that completely breaks and betrays the fundamental spirit of the source material)

Also, I'll be honest, I hate the Court of Owls so much for several reasons, so I find the prospect of making them ridiculous to be VERY appealing. Seriously, mahogany is their weakness? That's objectively hilarious. I love that. It's one step closer to my ultimate wish to see the Court revealed to be a bunch of rich, stupid, loser weenies who have only gotten as far as they have on good PR.

I've needed to write about Christopher Dent for ages, tying in my own personal experiences, and this (likely bad!) use of him is something I'm going to want to take into consideration. dans informs cam that undyne almost died and that steve is an evil demon thing. cam is like "wtf"

dans is a little salty against tori for, ya know,imprisoning suzy and frog behind a stone wall. suzy is also like 'fuck tori' dans calls out cam for parenting the kids yet not wanting to be involved with this. the group is in shambles.

cam says they also wouldve trapped them and dans calls them out on it. dess interjects and calls cam an idiot. suzy also calls out cam and says they couldnt have known. tori shows up and explains that a fireball blew up half a block so....

(we got sidetracked arguing about how to cook pizza)

dans says that he understands, but tori left them defenseless and taking away their choice was wrong. undyne starts waking up thank god. cam walks toward the tent and asks if shes ok. undyne says shes gonna kick steve's ass. cam tries to claim they set up the camp and dans is like "the fuck you did it was all me"

dans feeds undyne breakfast. suzy: hey you, your finally awake. (fuck you moss lol) dans starts picking up some of the camp. vani steals the scarf from cam and begins running in circles.

undyne wants to beat steve and has to find a way to get stronger. dess insists god sent dans here JUST to fuck steve. Xiphactinus is his name. undyne asks if he has any weaknesses. (suzy is laughing at how dumb god looks and tori is just lost af)

dans offers to put god in the bag of holding so we can call upon them whenever. undyne says we gotta go back to that magical shop to gear up. cam is worried about leaving steve at that town, dans says that he either killed everyone or he left.

dess points out that frog isnt there. dans reminds them that frog left. dans finds frog and shows them moss. tori and dess also found frog. undyne and cam got lost. frog is talking to a bush?

tori hidden steps over to check. dess tells frog that tori is being weird but frog is used to it. cam and undyne are lost lol. undyne tosses cam into the air to see where they are and they spot them.

frog is like wtf is that. dans introduces moss. moss turns his head all the way around like an owl and dans puts her down when asked. just digs into the ground. frog says they made a friend and goes back to the bush.

undyne and cam show up. dans says god went home and that frog made a friend. frog says his name is blobbo. dans asks if it can talk but frog says no. frog says cam can pet it. vani comes over and sniffs blobbo. undyne says frog is responsible for it. tori stops being invisible. frog insists their gonna be the best pet owner ever.

undyne tells frog were going back to buddings and doing some shopping! frog forgot about steve cause they were in a wall and dans side glances at tori. everyone argues about all of this about letting frog fight. dans and suzy are the only ones on frogs side. undyne cuts off the argument and makes us leave.

were at the store! dans gives undyne 150 gold cause he still cares about her. dess is confused that dans isnt buying shit with his dick lol. undyne cant afford what she wants smh so she goes for a shield and trades her old one for a discount on a new shield. dess tells dans to give frog an automatic pistol and then leaves. sadly moss said they dont sell wonderous items so like...i dont want anything.

dess tries to steal and succeeds. (i caved and bought the players handbook) dess tries to steal 50 bags of 1000 ball bearings each. wtf. i also remove dans ability to use guns since moss really doesnt want that and give him a different feat called war caster. cam bought frog a cool rock and is back to haggling. cam went eeby deeby.

someone stops dess and asks for the receipt for the battleaxe they stole. they point out theres a tag. dess fails the speech check. shes standing by me lol. she shoves 15 gold with ball bearings under them and shoves it in his hand and runs. we go.

when we leave we suddenly wind up in a different town and soupnik is there. Thomgrom (wtf moss) dess says we should find a tavern and if there isnt one then we should leave. undyne always rolls badly for inestigation and wanders off lol. we get to the tavern.

undyne asks the bartender if they've had any monster issues lately. dess apologizes for undynes brashness. yep they got issues. somethings moved into the mineshaft and gestures to some other guy whos a dwarf.

something is in there eating people. looks like a purple worm. undyne is ready to go kick some ass. she runs out lol. dans asks the guy where the mineshaft it. frog shows undyne the hand trick for a compass lol. undyne picks up dans and makes him lead the way and shes booking it lol.

we get there to a screeching halt, she puts dans down and she just rushes in. she somehow runs back out lost. dans welcomes her back and asks if she wants to wait for everyone else. everyone shows up so in we go. (vani joins the party lol) we can hear rocks being eaten.

undyne signals us to stop when she hears the crunching and slowly leads us forward. we see the worm eating another tunnel. undyne asks if were ready and then she stabs it in the ass. were fighting The Purple Worm.

it screeches when undyne stabs its ass and whips around pissed as hell. undyne yells back lol. suzy missed but hit one. dess casts frost fingers. tori casts lighting bolt down its throat. the worm got a negative save so moss gave it double damage thats 88 wtf. dans crits eldrich blast. vani bites its face. frog tries to talk to it but the worm cant understand language. worm attacks suzy! suzy needs to dex save! IT SWALLOWED SUZY! it bites undyne and poisons her!

undyne jumps into its mouth, attacking it, and going to save suzy! the worm spits both of them out prone. undyne had also cast sanctuary on herself. everyone is like wtf. dess is shocking grasp the worm and then misses the axe. tori yet again lighting down the throat. worm got a 0. tori killed the worm!

dans runs over and uses presti to clean suzy and undyne. we level up pog. dans is currently in a trance with his patron. suzy and undyne think tori's lighting was awesome. dans snaps back its all good. dans asks suzy if shes ok. he also asks where tori got that firepower. undyne thinks there might be more worms. dans thinks there might be eggs. also dans new max hp is 69. nothing else is in the cave.

undyne tries to drag the body outside lol but fails so we go back to town and let them know. its been a few hours so when we get back the dude we talked too is gone. we tell the bartender the worm is dead. its a different bartender but the guys just like 'ok?' undyne tells frog good job for staying out of the fight and frog just stares at her blankly. frog is fuckin pissed and we discuss the ways frog can get revenge.

If the Collector is the Grand Titan Hunter, it would make sense why he also wants to help Belos coz they have that in common with Belos being a Witch Hunter and everything. Also Eda and Lilith are literally surrounded by a bunch of Emperor coven rats. Which I'm not too worried about coz I'm confident in their abilities and probably on the verge of mastering glyphs like Luz. STILL they are outnumbered and Hooty isnt with them to protect the Owl House. So they might be a little fucked ✨

Though my prediction would be is that Luz and all will come in a little later and try to help but then they're captured or in a tight spot which continues in the next few episodes till the day of Unity arrives. Or Raine might come and help which would be a little more spicier. That might be farfetched tho since they're pretending to still be in control of Terra.

IN A LIGHTER NOTE: Knowing that King is a motherfukin Titan officially makes the Clawthornes the most powerful clan in the Boiling isles (arguments are invalid. I love the clawthornes) With Eda although no powers is still imo the most powerful witch in the boiling isles, Lilith's knowledge makes her hella powerful, Luz the Human a smart powerful preteen with Glyphs.
