We are a night elf themed, lore-friendly, heavy roleplay collective. Our goal is to create a welcoming community for kaldorei roleplayers and their allies. We will strive to promote, generate, and encourage roleplay opportunities outside of the city hubs and inspire world roleplay. Talah’dorei is not a new organization or sect to the night elf culture. It is simply a chosen community name that captures the essence of the night elven story thus far. They have survived so much tragedy. They have endured.

We have a diverse group of people and accept EVERYONE for who they are. So keep sexuality, race, religion, politics, and other similar "High Impact" subjects out of public channels.

Out of Character drama needs to be kept to a bare minimum. Also, remember to keep IC and OOC separate. If you have a problem with a member, please contact the leader/moderator of your choosing, and hopefully, we can find a solution before it makes everyone uncomfortable.

Keep your roleplay etiquette in check. No God Modding. No Meta Gaming. No Trolling. We are a lore-friendly community. We understand there is grey area where headcanon can flourish and expand but please do not force your personal canon on others or expect them to accept it as their own.

We are a 21+ community. Due to the discussions here, members must be able to handle mature language and content. That said, there is no reason to push the mature rating to its limits. Use the spoilers feature for questionable art, this server is a no ERP zone, and keep excessively explicit conversations out of the public channels.

This is, first and foremost, a game. Don't go out of your way to make someone's game time miserable. We all pay to play. Let's have fun and enjoy it! In light of this, since this community is an extension of the game, we are not going to breed misery here. Therefore, any disparaging remarks about the game content, lore, questlines, storylines, or Blizzard choices needs to be kept out of public channels.

Grandstanding will not be tolerated. Broadcasting that you will quit, in the public channels of this discord, because Blizzard made a choice you disagree with will result in a ban. This also pertains broadcasted pity parties that hint or imply that you might as well quit because something is or isn't happening, etc. You will not be shown attention or sympathy. You will be shown the door. No one here pays extra for guilt trips.

Any image created by an AI generator must be explicitly labeled at an "AI Generated Image". Additionally, these images should not be posted in the art channels as it does not qualify as such. If you wish to use such images as a representation of your character, you may do so only in your Character Profile, with the label given above.

✩♥ A special faction neutral RP event hosted on WRA ♥✩ When : Saturday May 28th - Sunday May 29th Time : Begins at 5pm WRA (7pm MG) Where : Saturday is hosted at Tenacity Isle, Pandaria, S. of Isle of Reckoning (Map in Official Discord) Sunday is hosted at Heart and Hearth Enclave, Zuldazar, S.W. of Xibala (Map in Official Discord) Event Info: Saturday the doors open at 5pm WRA as guests are given an hour to mingle and visit our various food and drink caterers as well as the official HoT merchandising booth where every performer's official merch is sold. At 6pm WRA the performances kick off featuring a full lineup of three different performance blocks (Details in official Hot Discord) Hosted by the Syl'voran's Starflower and Aethril. Following the final performance block DJs TalKon kick off a late night rave to close us out after our amazing entertainment from our fellow stars.

Sunday the doors open at 5pm WRA as guests are given an hour to mingle and visit our various food and drink vendors as we gather round the Heart and Hearth Isle's Bonfire. A full night of storytelling begins at 6pm WRA lead by Aethril's magical show of story weaving.

What would a festival be without giveaways and raffle prizes to take away? We've so many wonderful artwork prizes to raffle off from amazing artists for those who simply show up! But there are many other ways to get your name into the drawing and increase your chances at winning one of our several artist prizes!

GW2 ROLEPLAYERS

So. I've had this idea reserved for some time, now I finally have the drive and time to pull it off.

Y'know how the GW2 world/public RP scene is kinda well, barely existent? I have an idea that may resurrect it in some way.

This will be for US servers!

HERE WE ARE! This is my WORLD RP RESURRECTION PROJECT!

The idea is to basically make whole cities or areas the " RP event" for quite a few hours, so it's a faux event with no set premise and is only really there to drag people to the area.

World sharding kinda broke random walk up RP for the most part, buuut what if there was some type of anchor point for a single shard?

I plan on being that anchor point, I'm going to select two days of the week and for about 5 hours a night/afternoon set up a squad for people to jump in and jump out of if they want, but at least everyone will be in the same shard. I will probably rotate through cities, meaning a different one each day, people can set up their own events or businesses for these days to make these places feel a lot more lived in, I would appreciate anyone reaching out to me if they are interested in doing such, a lot of coordination is going to help this kind of project in the long run. This will of course be headed by the efforts of a fairly small guild, any help will be extremely appreciated. We are currently deciding on what days this whole thing will be, might make a poll for it if people like this idea enough. Saturday: A Warm Welcome and the Gingerbread Showdown.

The Gingerbread Showdown is a cooking competition! All contestants will head into the Grandhall and prepare their finest, most delicious Gingerbread House they can present before the Judges.

Whoever wins walks away with the Figgy Apron, 1,000 gold and the title of Gingerbread Champion!

Welcome Speech - 20:30 SVT

The Gingerbread Showdown: Takes place in The Great Hall - 21:00 SVT

Sunday: The Great Winter Veil Hunt!

The Winter Veil hunt has been a part of the tradition of Winter Veil for many years, ensuring there is enough food to survive the long and bitter winter months.

Contestants will meet at the Main Gates and enter the frosty forests. Whoever brings back the biggest kills wins the Holly Bow, 1,000 gold and the title of The Winter Huntsman!

Hunt Begins at 20:30 SVT - Meet at the Main Entrance

Hunt Ends at 22:00 SVT or Rounds are Over

Monday: The Great Winter Veil Feast and the Dance of the Holly King and Queen!

The Dance of the Holly King and Queen is a Transmog/Art Work based competition. All who enter will place one Transmog Screenshot/Artwork per entered Character into the Discord's Competition Channel.

The theme of the Contest is Winter Royalty. Anything and everything that reminds you of Winter Veil or the Winter Season is welcome and encouraged. Even show up as Mr and Mrs Winter if you want to!

Winners will be decided by Discord members and in-game voting, One for the King and One for the Queen. (Deadline for entry ends on the 14th of December!)

The Winners of the Competition will receive the Cowl of the Winter Ruler, 1,000g and the Title of 'the Holly King/Queen '

The Dance of the Holly King and Queen: Takes place in The Great Hall 20:30 SVT
