I will say this one more thing about this: I do not believe the other try guys (or even many people at 2nd try) knew Ned was cheating before they found out sometime earlier this month. Not because I have some blind faith in the other guys to be good ppl (imagine saying ‘‘he would never’‘ when someone you might have said that about literally just did smth horrible), but because:

- knowing he is cheating and hiding it/keeping him on would be an absolutely ridiculously stupid thing to do and I think they’re smarter than that. Because with how well known they are, that’s a ticking time bomb until someone will snap an incriminating picture in public and if it then comes out you’ve known and protected him? That’s your image of wholesome, good guys absolutely destroyed.

- all the claims that they did know for months or years, that i’ve seen came from random twitter or reddit accounts or were even entirely anonymous. That’s not evidence. That’s some random person saying some random shit

- they were already cutting him out of videos before the video was leaked. Meaning they were already preparing to cut ties with him regardless of whether the fact he was cheating came out or not so ‘‘oh they just have to fire him now bc it got out’‘ doesn’t really make sense.

- if him cheating was somehow an ‘‘open secret that the entire company knew’‘ it wouldn’t stay secret long. Nothing ever does if a lot of people know about it . You ever try to plan a surprise party for someone without someone tattling? This is this except tattling would seem like the more moral option to many ppl and make it even more likely that someone tells so again hiding it in that case is just a stupid strategy even with NDAs (bc your employee could leave instead of signing said nda or they could just hide their tracks well while leaking smth)

Now I will believe that they quite possibly weren’t planning on telling the public why they got rid of Ned, both to protect Ariel and others from harrassment and to protect their own image - any dirt on Ned also harms them bc if one of the wholesome good guys isn’t actually all that, maybe the others aren’t either. If the video wasn’t leaked I imagine they’d have been vague or said it was for personal reasons or whatever, but they still would have seperated from Ned.

I also think like.... listen, you can know your friend has flaws and maybe sometimes flirts too much when he’s drunk or sometimes says inappropriate shit and you can forgive him that and still be friends with him and try to push him in a better direction, you can do all that and never suspect he might be cheating. Because there’s a big jump from one to the other and we always see the best in the people we love. It’s easy to say in retrospect that it was obvious but shit like this is never obvious. You don’t suspect your friends of being capable of that stuff unless it’s pushed right in your face

Rumors pt 2

I recently made a post to address the ongoing situation, and I feel like I have to address it yet again, since it’s getting out of hand.

First of all, I want to apologize to everyone that got involved in this mess, especially the tickle community. I’ve been part of this community for many years now, and I’m enraged by all the hate all of you are receiving by this anon. None of you should be in this situation, and I definitely want to get out of it. I’ve been trying to keep this wildfire contained, but anon is targeting literally anyone right now, be it people who follow me or people who’ve never heard of me before.

In my previous post I mentioned that I suspect ticklee25 to be behind the anon hate, but I didn’t specify or clarify why. Since I still think it’s her, I will explain my thoughts on the why. I’m aware that the messages are still anonymous, so I cannot say with 100% certainty that it’s her, but there are certain details I wish to address.

For starters, the anon hate started on the day I blocked her. ticklee25 and I chatted on discord for a while, and after she became rude, insulted me and my interests and started calling me several times in the middle of the night, knowing of our 5 hour difference, I removed her as a friend. The next day she reached out on tumblr asking me why, yet since I was out all day I hadn’t seen it so I didn’t respond. Then I came back to another message where she was gaslighting me into being a bad friend, which ended with ‘bye’. I removed her as a friend on tumblr too and simply deleted the conversation, since I thought that was gonna be the end of it. Alas, it was not. When she returned with yet another message to insult me some more, I blocked her. That’s when the hateful rumors started spreading. At the time I had no idea I'd have to take screenshots to collect proof, so this is all I have on this matter.

Secondly, some of the anon hate messages had my real name in it. Since my name is not on my tumblr page, you’ll only know my name if you either know me in real life or if we chatted. This indicates that the anon hate is being spread by someone I talked to before. I have no quarrel on tumblr with anyone else, so this points yet again in her direction. Seems a little too suspicious to me to be a coincidence.

The first anonymous message (as far as I know) was sent to my close friend @otomiyaa, which claimed that I was a pedophile. It quite frankly shocked me since I was not prepared for the anonymous hate. I naively thought it would stay with that simple message, and then I thought it would stay with otomiyaa. For a while it did, as she kept receiving several anonymous messages which insulted me. It went from me being a pedophile, to being fat and ugly, to being a shitty writer, which heavily reminded me of the last message I’d received from ticklee25. Then it started spreading to other people, since anon didn’t get the satisfaction of a reply. They first targeted everyone who interacted with me, and when those accounts defended me they moved on to people that don’t follow me and minors.

I have an entire list of rumors being spread about me, from very serious to simply stupid, but it sadly didn’t stay with just rumors. Anon here took it upon themselves to send anonymous messages warning everyone that I spread hate into the tickle community, only to send the hateful anonymous message themselves while tagging me in it. Most people instantly realized that it would be really stupid to send an anonymous message and tag yourself in it, so they knew it wasn’t actually me sending the messages. Here are some examples:

Another thing I have noticed is how, despite me blocking ticklee25, the anonymous hate continued being sent. Some argued that this was a good enough reason for me to change my mind, that it couldn’t be her. However, after looking into it I noticed how several blogs, who were reblogging hate about me, hadn’t even been up for 24 hours, or spammed within mere seconds of each other. Very suspicious again. Some of these blogs are lifeisstrangeenthusiast, swiftlyticklish and ticklelover5.

So, I simply want to clarify some things. I am not a pedophile. I have not been sending hate to people from the tickle community. I have not been sending hate towards minors. I have never forced someone to do something they’re uncomfortable with. I am not a groomer. I am not trying to steal your partner. There may be more rumors, but these are the ones I wanted to address. And to be perfectly clear, I am not the jesus anon.

If you get messages like these, please know that it’s not me. I literally have no reason to spread hate, and I don’t want to stoop to this level. Like I said before, I’m only here for fanart, fanfics and da gays.

I turn myself directly to the anon now. I suspect you've created multiple accounts to keep spreading hateful messages, no matter how many times I’ve blocked you. You could have reached out to me and spared everyone the pain, but you wanted to cancel me so badly so instead you decided to make it everyone’s problem, even going as far as targeting minors. You’re pathetic. I’ve taken the next step, and unlike you I do have screenshots to back me up.

Lastly, I want to thank everyone who has backed me up over these past 6 weeks. You’ve all helped me more than you realize, and I love each and every one of you. I'm super grateful.

Update: I didn't have to wait long, as suspected, until someone was getting pissy about my post. @ticklelover5 decided to spread screenshots of random conversation with ticklee25 before the drama started, which only confirmed my suspicions that they're the same account and same person. Thing is, all her replies somehow have mysteriously disappeared! Shocker. So it looks like I'm just talking to myself like a fool. And this somehow adds to her cancel campaign? Proving that I'm horrible because I was talking? I'm confused and pissed, but I kinda expected this when I made this post. I'll post them here too, so you can see what I'm talking about.

Not gonna lie, the fact that she's been blocked back in december and somehow still has my conversation is kind of sickening to me. The fact that it's my current pfp and not the one from my screenshot means she just screenshotted these to try and get some dirt on me. I'm glad I got out of this friendship just in time, and I would have left sooner if I knew the level of psycho I'd be dealing with.

Also, to reiterate my stance: I am always happy to receive heads up messages about stuff like this, but only if it comes with proof. A screenshot, a link, whatever. The bare minimum of due diligence, if you're going to participate in callout culture, is ensuring you're spreading verifiable facts and not rumours or someone's personal beef. Otherwise, it's far too easy for trolls to get some innocent person hounded out of public life, and especially if you're sending this anonymously. (Not saying that's what you are, anon, just saying that it would be very easy for you to be)

My experience with the worst most toxic parts of the IWTV fandom

Okay, there are going to be details here that are changed or admitted for obvious mostly safety reasons. And I personally don't care if you think I'm lying, but it was still a scary experience and I do think there are people in the fandom that need to be aware this crap goes on all over fictional characters. So warning they're going to be mentions of threats a violence, doxing, harassment, the works, It was bad.

Okay a few months ago. I kicked the hornets nest when it comes to the worst part of the interview with the vampire fandom. I had engaged in some fan discourse. Made a couple of posts. A lot of it had to do with defending the added diversity with the casting of Assad and Jacob. Theorizing about possible characters in the future that can be race swapped how it could be a good thing and how it could be historically possible. You get the idea. I love what the show is done with all the race swapping it has added so much to the story.

And then all the sudden I woke up to my inbox being full of over 100 anonymous ask that ranged from the average calling me evil racist. I didn't know the books. How dare I it was ruining the story. I should kill myself. The usual online internet harassment. It was horrible. And they kept on coming and would not stop until I shut off anonymous ask. And they will remain off because of this but again I had well over 100 messages to go through. And it took me well over a week to go through them but when I got to like the last I think 10 one of them stuck out. Not because it was particularly bad because apparently I pissed off the Armand people who don't realize how creepy it is and kind of comes off as pro pedophilia when all of you insist that he has to be 17 much less the racist issues. There's a reason it took me over a week to go through all the messages they made my skin crawl. But this particular message scared the crap out of me it was a death threat with my home address. Someone cared so much about a fictional character. They tracked down my address and threaten to kill me. So guess who immediately started screenshotting the rest of the messages. And had to make a police report. Do you know what it's like having to explain to cops? Yes, I got a death threat with my address over a fictional gay vampire. No, getting death threats over Tumblr is not new to me unfortunately, but my address was new and that I want documented. So being harassed by a couple racist book purists turned into a police report and me buying security cameras. Thank you Tumblr. I nearly deleted the app.

I don't even know if I want to finish the Vampire Chronicles books now because of you idiots you took it way too far. And the worst part is I'm white. I can only imagine what you idiots are doing to the fans of color. Again someone tracked down my address to threaten to kill me. But again it's documented. I filed a police report and if any of you idiots try something I got cameras now.

And for all those who are going to be demanding proof well I thought about sharing a redacted screenshot or maybe a redacted version of the police report. But I decided I would ask the cops what they thought just to be safe. I'm glad I did because they advised me not to do that and they explained to me there is technology out there that if someone really wanted to they can remove that redacting. And I already have one crazy person that knows my address and is threatening to kill me so I don't want another one. So everyone is just going to have to take my word for it. However the cops were all for me sharing my story because of the rise of things like swatting. A in a nearby police department had to deal with a middle schooler (so a 11 to 13-year-old) who made a bomb threat at their school because they didn't want to take a test. So, they think this would be good for people to hear because what you do on the internet does have real life consequences.

So remember people the internet is real life. These things have real life consequences. And I'm pretty sure these people thought it was a joke. But now I have to worry about things like someone breaking into my house killing me or swatting. Which is something I didn't even think of until the cops brought it up. And it does affect my real life. I'm looking to move and hopefully we'll be out of my house soon. So, thank you, Internet stranger

So to sum it all up. The fandom needs to take a bunch of chill pills and calm down. Because we are literally harassing, bullying and threatening people out of the fandom. Again, I thought about leaving Tumblr due to this experience and now I'm having to move. Thank you. Interview with the vampire fandom please do better.

ATTENTION: ART THIEF AND SCAMMER

I know that I have reblogged some posts about this person, hoelys-blog, already but I think I should try to condense the info down to one post and provide some updates (updated information will be colored like this, or featured towards the bottom of the post.)

This person, who has identified himself as Lino to someone who measaged me (who was scammed by him), reaches out to you via DM to promote that they have commissions going on. Showcasing art that they have stolen and altered from other people. As far as I know, only one artist was able to get majority of their work taken off of this guy's "commission post(s)". I have reblogged some posts about that artists experience, you can see all the posts I mention if you search the #hoelys-blog tag on my blog or by clicking on any posts tagged as that.

Any effort to call out this scammer on his posts are made in vain- he deletes any reply or reblogged comment so that folks visiting his page cannot see any attempt at warning on his posts- UNLESS YOU CHECK THE REBLOG AREA AND VIEW THE TAGS.

He saw my attempts to warn people, deleted my replies/comments on his posts and I woke up to see that he changed his blog name.

Here are all of his blogs that we know of:

A former name for one of these current blogs is decaffeinatedharmonypaper

All of his blogs feature stolen and altered artwork, and most are advertising that their commissions are open. If any of you know any of the stolen pieces' original artists, please let that artist know so that they can file the proper reports.

What we can do in the meantime is report each post that has stolen artwork promoting that he has commissions open. This goes for anyone that you see that does this- you report them for phishing. What I did was also provide a link to a post that showcases the the source of each stolen piece of work within that post. Tumblr support will reach out and ask you to provide links to the report you make!

Speaking of, you can access that particular post via the #hoelys-blog tag, look for a post made by @tamiisnthere!

This person also seems to make their rounds in different fandoms based off of tags that I've read- so it is not just One Piece or DBZ.

This person is known to be manipulative in the DMs, and get you to take pitty on them. They also will straight up beg. So I emphasize DO NOT ANSWER BACK WHEN HE DMS YOU. Just report commission posts as phishing before you block him and delete the convo. If you do talk with him, screenshot/keep your messages so that you have proof.

If you have been scammed by this man, please report the account(s) he used so that you can get your money back. He uses multiple PayPal accounts, someone that was scammed by him has given me each email that they are aware of. (I am debating if I post them or not...)

I highly encourage people speak of their experience with this person in the comments or in reblogs of this post. That way we can see how deep this rabbit hole goes.

By all means, do NOT harass this person. Please only report and block him!

Other Information/Updates

This is a message between someone who has gotten scammed by Lino and I. They asked to remain anonymous, some of the info you'll see in the screenshots have already been applied in the post earlier. This convo took place on 1/04/2023.

01/05/2023 Update

I will not be releasing details such as his full name or his emails at this moment. I believe that this information should be known to people who have been scammed or whose work has been stolen first. If anyone has been scammed by this man, or work has been stolen and need certain information to file reports, please message me.

These are some of the artists that tamiisnthere was able to find (you can see that post on my blog's #hoelys-blog tag), whose works was stolen by Lino. If they have a Tumblr, please tag them in the comments. Or if there are other artists whose work you see that Lino has stolen.

The Laura situation (Part 2)

Part 1

Disclaimer: This post is not directed towards harassing Laura Deramas or her family. This post is not to bother her or send hate towards her. It is not intended to cause harm or danger to her family. All asks and posts linked to here are experiences/encounters supplied to me by other users who may also be anonymous likely to avoid being targeted by Laura.

Laura was known to message users and ask them for money. If someone donated, Laura would then thank them but eventually come back asking for even more money. While there is nothing wrong with asking for money from users, the issue became just how constantly/often she would then message anyone who had already donated. These messages often were guilt-trippy and manipulative and sometimes even going as far as being deceptive by denying that she was getting money. Essentially, even if you had given money to her, she would still tell other users that she hadn’t received anything. This is a detail that became consistent over time regardless of how much money she had made.

There was also cases of Laura messaging users asking them to prove to others that she wasn’t a scammer; Sometimes only contacting black users for this or tagging them in posts.

When Laura faked her death, she then messaged users who had contact with her and sent them unprompted images of her supposedly dead body; But suspiciously lacking any injuries and looking more like someone taking a peaceful nap wearing makeup wrapped up burrito style in a hello kitty blanket.

Below I will give pictures/links to proof of her messages and some more testimonials from users who have came forward. As always, more posts are usually on my blog.

The anon harassment

Guys, I need to get serious for a moment. There's two anons going around, spreading hate and stirring the shit pot. They are not the same person that started the bullshit with bambinella. The first anon is just going around spreading lies and hate about her, often threatening to put you on a list, if you dare disagree with them or defend Bambinella. This anon- and probably anon minors- will start coming into your inbox with stupid shit.

This second anon is much more sinister and this is where we need to be careful and stay safe.

Some of you may have seen or been the unfortunate recipients of an anonymous troll that screams at you in all caps and says the most absolute vile things. I am not posting screenshots of that anon, as she says shit relating to rape, pedophilia, necrophilia, and suicide baiting.

I did a little detective work. This is not some edgy minor, who's being a little shit. No, y'all. This is a grown ass, thirty year old woman. She is relentless, I'll give her that much. Her name is Chloe.

Chloe targets her victims at random. And she does not stop. Aside from the disgusting shit she says, she threatens to make a pedo AI bot of you, hack you, and doxx you, if you manage to piss her off enough. Now, she may not have the IQ or brain cells to do that, but I still suggest not engaging with this deranged freak.

From what I have gathered, she supposedly had a husband that left her and her kid got taken away via CPS.

If the bambinella anons target you, block on site but Chloe?

DO NOT ENGAGE. Do not respond. Click 'report anon.' I've also heard that she had her blogs taken down recently, thanks to people reporting her.

A blog called chloe-harassment-proof documents and saves this sick cunt's behavior, so people can build a case against her. This blog is where I got my information about Chloe. Chloe also has been reported to the FBI for her pedo related bullshit.

I scrolled down this user's blog far enough and saw something hopeful, that chloe-harassment-proof reblogged:

Chloe fucked with the wrong blogger. She claimed to have the user's IP... But the joke was on her. This user had an IP grabber on their blog and correctly said which state Chloe was in.

Her time may be coming to an end here, as she keeps getting reported and taken down. I say that optimistically but the only problem is, Chloe has a VPN of sorts or something like that, that's able to bypass sites she's banned from, like DeviantART. She was banned from there but found a way to get back.

Stay safe, y'all. Don't respond to either. Block and report Chloe. Block any blogs with no content and avatar that start following you.

Lock down your blogs. Turn off anon asks. Make it to where people who have only been following you for a week can message you and respond to posts.

One thing I've seen with Chloe, is that she is stupid and desperate enough to come off of anon to be a cunt. If or when that happens, report her immediately, do not respond in any way. Be warned, she will reblog shit that users reblogged from you just to troll you, even if you have her blocked. This is why blocking doesn't work. Report her every time.

To anyone who doesn’t know, “Mirror Girl” / MG, is someone Noah had a fling with back in 2020 during the pandemic that only lasted a few months.

MG made posts on Twitter and Tumblr about Noah, answering fan questions. (I do not have those screenshots as they were deleted before I even knew about her)

3 years later she came back to Twitter and Tumblr to once again talk about Noah and posted photos of him.

We also DO NOT know what is true, we have no idea if any of what was said even happened as there is no proof to go off of. (The fact that you were so toxic that he went to therapy is not a flex. You genuinely have something wrong with you if you think bragging about that is humorous.)

As well as constantly mentioned that her and Noah fucked.

(I guess she thinks that it’s rubbing it in our faces?? It really isn’t considering you are blocked and he, more than likely, wouldn’t wanna see your face at a show

After seeing that there’s been some confusion going around, I want to take it upon myself to clear something up.

I messaged this screenshot to a single mutual:

This comment claims that MatPat blocked this user on Twitter after they made a post about Securitywaiter and presumedly tagged him in it. I replied asking if they were being honest, but I am yet to receive a response, which is one of the reasons why I did not post about their comment, since I do not have proper evidence of their claims.

I made “national security” style jokes about this one-off comment I stumbled across, in which I said things like “state of emergency” and “national dreamtheory lockdown”. I thought that, considering the fact that we’re a bunch of young adults / teenagers on Tumblr and not an independent nation, my jokes would land.

Unfortunately, they didn’t, and the person who I messaged (who will stay anonymous, because it’s not like they misinterpreted me on purpose—i didn’t use any tone tags, which may have been part of the problem) felt the need to share my messages with a majority of other Securitywaiter shippers in a Discord server, where I wasn’t active at the time, as I don’t have Discord mobile, and also because I was just busy.

One of the things this person said is that I “spread misinformation”. I will be straightforward: I did not post about this reply or its implications anywhere on any account, as I did not want to cause a panic amongst our very, very small community. My reply, as you can see in the screenshot above, is the only acknowledgement I ever made about the original comment.

I treasure the little space we’ve made for ourselves online, and it breaks my heart to think that the community I helped grow could be one that may want to ostracize me.

We need to come to a consensus—we can either joke about MatPat knowing of our existence with no hard feelings involved, or we can deem it off-limits and not mention it until we get definitive proof that it has happened. The grey area we are currently in seems to be causing issues amongst those who are not in agreement with how they view this possibility, and that worries me.

I am not here for discourse, infighting, or pointing fingers. Most of you are over 18, but even if you're a minor, like me, you should still know not to jump to conclusions, no matter how sure you may be.

Dear Witcher fandom! As members of the same community, we would like to warn you about an individual who had been harassing and bullying multiple members of the fandom, artists and otherwise, for several months now.

Her name is Marina, she goes by MarinaMart, MarinaKD MarinaMKD29 and many variations of thereof. She's active on here, on Instagram, on Twitter and Reddit and if you don't wish to be harassed and bullied, I highly recommend blocking any url that vaguely resembles that name. Her current URL is @marinamd29

Her handle on Reddit is MarinaKD29, and on Twitter it's MartMarina29. She doesn't behave any different on these platforms, and there are some screenshots of her behavior on these platform in the folder, as well.

She ships Vernon Roche with Ciri and if you create content, reblog content or even like content of either of these characters being shipped with someone other than each other (but especially wlw ships for ciri and mlm ships for roche), you have a chance to receive harassment, both anonymous and otherwise.

She has an obvious bias towards queer couples, constantly spewing homophobic remarks on both her twitter and her blog. Some screenshots of that are available in the folder.

People she's harassed so far include, but are not limited to: @bookcalanthedaily , @calamari-kestis, @sebdoeswords, @xejune, @lakka-arts, @tallfroggie and many more. Most notably however, Froggie is a TEEN whom Marina sent unsolicited sexually explicit GIFs of her ship.

HERE is a full Google Folder including TENS of screenshots with the proof of her continued harassment, including anonymously submitted stories. They are NOT organized, because there is just so many. To add to that, there is Marina's harassment of people on Reddit and Twitter, that I have only included a couple of, but I am happy to provide more to anyone who asks.

Important!! DO NOT fall for her false narrative. None of us have harassed her for her ship. None of us have even interacted with her first (except for myself, when it was brought to my attention a design for a book character was copied from me and I politely requested credit for inspiration she took from my design) and we do NOT 'cancel her' for her ship. All of us were just creating/enjoying ships we like and it is her the harassment comes from.

Why make this post?

Because she's been given a chance to rectify her behavior over and over again. It became apparent, that she has been doing it to multiple people, multiple smaller communities within the Witcher fandom and over multiple platform. She is NOT changing.

Why not block her?

We have! She continues making new blogs, sending messages anonymous and otherwise going around the block to continue her harassment.

Why not ignore her?

We have! For months! Recent events have just been a straw that broke the camel's back.

Why have some of you been rude to her?

We admit, some of us didn't act very kindly towards Marina; it has been a response to watching her harass other people, often our friends, within the fandom. We do not claim to be completely crystal clear. But it has only ever been as a reaction to her bad behavior. To anyone who doesn't know, "Mirror Girl" / MG, is someone Noah had a fling with back in 2020 during the pandemic that only lasted a few months.

MG made posts on Twitter and Tumblr about Noah, answering fan questions.

3 years later she came back to Twitter and Tumblr to once again talk about Noah and posted photos of him.

Was there any proof of Shelly grooming anyone?screenshots or anything like that? I feel it’s not very good to accuse someone of that if there is lack of proof that they did so in the first place

Personally, I will no longer be interacting with Shelly due to their interaction with problematic and gross creators but still I felt this needed to be said

There is no reason to apologize. We all need to be smart about this and make sure our facts are all straight

As for the grooming, in the time I’ve spent searching through Shelly’s art, Twitter and Tumblr accounts, and their art mutual’s Twitter profile; I found no evidence of grooming

I don’t think in any of my posts I accused Shelly of being a groomer, I did however put the tw tags of grooming just because there were mentions of it. And I think in my first post I wrote that anonymous’ accusations were accurate without specifying that it was about their Pokémon art and the people they associate themselves with. So I’ll be sure to go back to my original post and clarify that

I will say that when I got the original message I was working 2nd shift at my job, but it was not a super busy day and I had access to my phone and wanted to get to the bottom of it right away. I did get some interruptions and I did not feel all too comfortable looking through NSFW content of any kind while at work so my research was not the most thorough but I stand by that it was enough for me to let anonymous’ concerns be seen

I will reiterate my findings here. When I was searching through Shelly’s DuckTales artwork I didn’t find anything that made me raise an eyebrow. Any artwork that featured the young characters or characters when they were younger were in no way sexual. The only NSFW artwork I found was with the adult characters. I know everyone has their standards but I personally don’t see anything wrong with NSFW stuff when the character is an established adult

While I was on Shelly’s Twitter I decided to look into their art mutual’s Twitter page that anonymous mentioned and there I immediately found (thankfully) blurred out images of NSFW featuring the kid characters of DuckTales as well as links to the full art. Besides that I found that that artist made various edits to some of Shelly’s NSFW DuckTales artwork. And before you ask, yes I can confirm the two were mutuals following one another and this person wasn’t just a fan of Shelly’s art

After I came across that I just wanted to be sure if Shelly themselves has ever drawn anything that would raise any red flags. I went onto a furry website that I knew reposted art from the sites anonymous mentioned that I did not have access to. I went ahead and searched under Shelly’s name

Again, the DuckTales artwork did not raise any red flags in my book since all the NSFW stuff was with characters like Gyro or Mark Beaks, two characters that we know are adults. It was when I got to the Pokémon art work that the red flags were raised for me

There were a lot of sexual artwork featuring the Pokémon creatures and a good portion of them featured ones I considered cutesy such as Eevee and other little Pokémon that can easily be interpreted as young

The one artwork that made me end up my research and just respond to anonymous’ message was one that featured a Pokémon (I don’t remember which one) and a human character. After clicking on the picture I went down to the tags and saw that the human character was Silver who is a trainer and as far as I know, all the main trainers in any Pokémon games are children

Now past artwork might not be enough for some and that’s fair. Stuff we post in the past may no longer reflect who we are now and Shelly’s current artwork (or at least the stuff I have seen) did not raise any red flags for me but their association with that one DuckTales artist did. And I felt that was enough to warn the younger fans in this fandom about Shelly

Before all this happened, I will say I didn’t personally know Shelly. My interactions with them consisted of me liking and reblogging their artwork as well as a recent WIP preview they wrote

The only time I think they spoke directly to me was on a poll I ran on Tumblr. It was my “How did Della “greet” Gyro when she got back from the moon”. The poll’s options consisted of different acts of violence and pettiness from Della that she would do to Gyro that I felt were just cartoony and in no way mean spirited

I remember I did that poll because I always saw posts from the fandom like “Oh Della deserves to punch Gyro at least once” so I thought it’d be fun to do a poll on what Della did to get her revenge on Gyro for his black licorice gum. I didn’t want it to be too extreme or mean spirited so I tried my best to come up with violent and petty actions that I could see Della doing that were just cartoony. I even threw in a “the two just sat down and had a nice conversation with one another” as an option cause I wanted to be clear “I don’t hate Gyro”

Well Shelly saw the poll. She responded to it on her personal account and thought the poll was mean spirited towards Gyro. I don’t recall everything what their comment said but I do remember that what they wrote sounded very angry and seemed to take the poll really personally

Now to be fair, Shelly doesn’t know me and I can see how one can interpret that even if it wasn’t my intention. To show that the poll was in all good fun and that I don’t hate Gyro I replied to their comment with “but black licorice” because yeah, that’s a lame excuse and it’s the only reason Della is mad at Gyro. They didn’t respond.

A week went by and the results came in, the winner of the poll was “All the above”. After the results came in Shelly once again commented on the post in a rather condescending way, along the lines of “I don’t see why people voted for what they did when Della was to blame but whatever!” I didn’t respond

After that I wanted to show there was no hard feelings from me, so whenever I reblogged their stuff I tried my best to remember to add comments in the tags

Yes I could’ve reached out to them, but I’m bad at doing that to people I don’t really know. And looking back on everything, I’m glad I didn’t

Addressing the Ana situation, tw for mentions of Dreammare and by proxy proshipping but it is NOT the main issue though I will address it as much as need be.

This is not a callout post, this is an explanation of recent events and an inquiry on generally what the fuck is going on. Something has happened between me and @letsatomicbanana. I became aware of this via an anonymous ask. Said ask will be linked later on. The following is a paraphrasing of my explanation last time, edited to be more accurate and clear:

Found out yesterday that someone who I and Ana supported for seemingly a long time and someone I’ve seen Ana reblog from several times support Dreammare and are in some way proshippers, which I personally am not ok with, find triggering, and consider to make someone not worthy of support anymore.(I will address arguments one might immediately have regarding dreammare and debunk a common misconception later on. It is not currently important.)

The individuals in question are @/dreemurr-skelememer and @/syxadel. I have been a massive fan of the former individual for a long time, but had no idea that they supported this stuff. Apparently it was public knowledge, but I had never come across it and I wasn’t sure Ana had either considering he asked for proof, which I couldn’t give him as I desired not to go digging for potentially triggering material, but I told him about what I saw that tipped me off.

What tipped me off was a positive response from Kia (dreemurr) to a piece depicting the aforementioned ship that was made by syxadel. I’ve never followed syxadel, let alone been to their blog, I have only ever seen their art get reblogged by some people, most notably Ana. Upon further research their profile literally says “Dreammare inc” so uh- yeah this was very public knowledge. Now that I know this, I have a new perspective on how Ana responded to my messages. Ana’s never been much into shipping and he expresses having a misconception regarding the characters in our discussion. After elaborating on things and asking him not to support these people, he did not respond at all. Thing is, the whole conversation I just described to you is in the comments of a post of mine and publicly available, so you can go read it for yourself. For good measure, I’ve taken screenshots:

May I note that I do say something that is not true, corrupted and passive Nightmare are not the same person, I found that out upon further research this morning. But this does not silence my point. I will get there, I promise, but Dreammare is NOT the current issue. I am getting to the point now.

This would not be a massive issue if it stopped here, but here’s where it gets to the point of me needing to make this goddamn post in the first place.

This morning I received the aforementioned anonymous ask, and responded to it with the thoughts and information I had at the time, which wasn’t as much as I have now.

Apparently, Ana has been talking about me and this situation in the Ink Sans fan club discord server completely behind my back. And apparently, he was saying things that made people upset at me, upset to the point of the asker being afraid to attach their name to caring about me.(Also unfollowed me but less of a big deal.) What the fuck could he possibly be saying??? And why would he say it? Sure I’m a little annoying, one could argue even pushy in the previous thread, but like- is that worthy of such things?

I want to know what he said and why he said it, word for word. If anyone in the server sees this, please send me screenshots, I have a right to know what is being said about me and what potential misinformation is being spread.

This whole situation is honestly incredibly surprising, terrifying, and heartbreaking to me. Because this seems wildly out of character for Ana. I have always known and observed Ana as a calm, kind, level-headed person who actively speaks out against problematic misuse of media when he sees it, not someone who would ever do something like this. Hell, just yesterday morning he participated in a discussion and was very level-headed and reasonable. More than I was, to be entirely honest.

And honestly by biggest fear is that there are no lies at all, and that I’ve genuinely done something wrong to piss him off. That all the messy situations that have led to my own personal growth have piled up and tumbled over all over again. That my loud personality has made another person see me as unlikeable.

But if that is the case, I want to hear about it. I’m still not mad at Ana, I am just so, so confused and feel betrayed (if he’s lying, that is, but even if not, still- tell me things). If he has a problem with me, I’d like for him to say it to my face. Not because I believe venting to others is “cowardly” or anything, or because I want to argue or fight, but because I want to know what’s wrong with me so that I can improve. I want to know what I’ve done wrong so I can do better in the future. Hell, I added a segment of my intro post that actively encourages people to call me out and tell me when I’ve done something wrong. Sure, my initial responses to criticism aren’t always very good, much like many people, but rest assured, if you actually have a point (and people usually do), I’ll take it to heart and likely apologize (though I am actively working on trying to respond right the first time).

I do not think Ana is the Devil. Nor do I think he is (though I fear he may be,) two-faced. I’m more wondering what I did to piss off an angel this badly. And how I can change so that I don’t do it again.

I just want answers and screenshots, that’s all I ask for.

Ana, if you see this, I’m @/ing you so you do,… I really do just wanna know what’s up and get it sorted out, I can’t handle being ghosted. And I really, really don’t appreciate what you’ve done, based on how it’s made others feel about me. Just tell me the truth.

Major update:

Screenshots have been received, I am not happy. Ana did in fact twist the situation to villainize me and misrepresent my behavior. He has also blocked me for some indiscernible reason, probably trying to cover his tracks because apparently he thinks he can just ignore the situation. A lot of the people in that server who witnessed him talk about me were people I believed I could trust but I no longer feel that way. Also several of them+Ana have admitted to being careless with who they support and use “but they’re one of my favorite creators 🥺” as an excuse to support incest apologists. Kia was one of my favorites too, too bad I actually have integrity and conviction in my beliefs.

I do not want to be these people’s friends, but I do want them to know the truth of what actually happened and maybe for them to, y’know, not hate my guts due to false claims. I cannot go anywhere on the Ink or Star Sans part of Tumblr without seeing these people and it is nerve wracking and I just want the assurance that they don’t have misapprehensions about me…

The only reason I approached Ana about this instead of just unfollowing him is because I considered him a friend. I thought I could trust him. I figured we were close enough for me to at least ask him to try and accommodate me. This wasn’t an attempt to push my opinions or beliefs, it was only me asking someone I viewed as trustworthy to consider me because I thought that I could. The only thing I will apologize for is making that misjudgment. Based on how Ana talks about me in the provided screenshots, it is clear he never viewed me as more than a follower and I apologize for getting the wrong idea, but it really hurts to have been swatted away like a pesky fly when I actually cared. I cared about Ana a lot, and to know he never cared as much is disappointing to say the least.

That doesn’t excuse his blatant misrepresentation of me and my posts, however.

In fact, he openly LIED about one of my posts. In the screenshots provided, he claimed that I “made an anti-Errorink post and tagged it as Errorink”, which I did NOT do. I know that that is bad etiquette, and would never do such a thing. The post he was referring to was actually a hypothetical excerpt of a poem or song depicting an ANGST PREMISE based around a qualm I usually have with how Errorink is presented. It was one-sided Errorink with Ink expressing frustration over Error putting up a very cruel tsundere act, NOT A HATE POST. An angst premise with inherent critique built in is NOT A HATE POST. That is a blatant misrepresentation that I very much fail to see as anything other than willful, but I will be willing to grant the benefit of the doubt and say that he might have misinterpreted.

I think that the most weird and damning thing about this is that he interacted with said post in a very measured and mature manner and never came to me with his qualms. He never communicated to ME what upset him and instead went off and blabbed in a PUBLIC SERVER behind my back to poison the well and ruin my ability to have a friend group in this corner of the community. He is behaving in a VERY two-faced manner and I won’t stand for it. I no longer desire to be Ana’s friend, nor anyone who sides with him, I just want everyone to know the truth. If you’re gonna hate me, hate the real me. Not Ana’s idea of me.

I just… I don’t feel like I deserve to have my reputation in my favorite part of this community ruined just because I tried to ask someone I thought was my friend for some consideration and make them aware of the situation. I literally just tried to say “hey friend, did you know this? It worries me, and I’d appreciate it if you could do something to accommodate me because I believe we’re close enough for me to ask that of you”. I don’t think that deserves what I got. I’m actively trying to be better and better every day, every mistake I make is a learning experience, it’s not like I stick by bad takes when I have them. I learn, I grow, I take advice, I don’t stick by shit ideologies if I’m wrong. Unlike some of the people they actively still support and forewent my friendship to do so.

I didn’t deserve this. I know I didn’t. And it hurts to be hurt so deeply for something so small.

Conclusion: June 8 2023

Ana has apologized for his behavior. He didn’t mean to do any of this to hurt me or anything. Our friendship is healing again.

If you ship dreammare knowing and acknowledging full well that they are brothers/are a proshipper, kindly just leave and dni. I have no interest in changing your mind, you are too far gone. But for the people who believe in the misconception Ana has in the screenshots above/are on the fence due to the same misconception, I’m here to inform you that while corrupted and passive are separate people, corrupted still counts as Dream’s brother, according to Joku.
