After 3 gouache sketches, I was wiped out and in need of some serious nourishment. In the mood for some rich French food, but most restaurants around open at 5 PM. So I drove to "Bistro St-Germain" in Seal Beach and feasted on their exotic delicacies - Escargots, Frog legs, octopus and beef bourguignon poutine. They did have French beer, kronenbourg 1664, but I opted for some golden German ale instead. After coffee, apple tart, and Chocolate mousse, I felt very satisfied of another productive sunday. My appreciation to Aidan, who got my vote for the best waiter of the year!
