“Listen,” Victor says as he takes Yuuri’s hands in his. They’re rough and calloused, tiny scars adorning his arms from his time in the laboratory.
Victor thinks they’re beautiful all the same, kisses the parts where the small specks of flesh are marred with jagged white.
“What?” Yuuri laughs, and Victor reaches out to him, tucks a lock of his hair behind his ear.
Having his heart beat this fast because of a boy is such a foreign feeling, Victor realizes. It’s quite different from when it’s pounding against your ears because somebody is out to get you, different when you’re not on high alert looking out for booby traps hidden in the ground.
He feels every beat, every pulse of it flowing through him, and he embraces it.
He feels like home.
“We’re going to come out of this alive. I promise you,” He says, and he means it. He and Yuuri raise their palms together, and the soft glow emanates from Victor’s hands, sealing the promise as he places a kiss on Yuuri’s lips. “Okay?”
“Okay."

As far as he was concerned, his talents included replacing clarinet pads, re-shaping trumpets, and occasionally accompanying a solo or two. And though he made the occasional violin, he was by no means a remarkable luthier.”
I partnered with LocallyGrownAvocado for the Vikturri Fluff Bang! Their fic is titled Codetta, and it’s an AU featuring Victor as a violist. I played for a long time, so this was a really fun, nostalgic project. I’m glad I got to be part of it!

It happens so quickly that Yuuri barely notices.
It’s not like ripping off a band-aid, still jarring and sudden in its quickness. It’s like when winter sometimes turns into spring overnight, the last of the chill dissipating with a warm breeze and next thing you know there’s flowers blooming all around you.
That’s how it happens.
Yuuri collects each and every one of the details he stumbles upon as he spends time with Victor, and he hoards them deep in his chest, uses them to line his ribcage and wrap his sternum in the soft tendrils of it. He heaps them on his diaphragm like a soft mound of fluffy feathers and stuffs them into every crevice of his lungs until he feels he’s full, full, full to bursting with nothing but Victor.
In which Yuuri falls in love, then falls apart, one petal at a time.

Welcome to the Viktuuri Fluff Bang 2019, a Yuri!!! on Ice Big Bang dedicated to the relationship between Viktor Nikiforov and Yuuri Katsuki! We are excited about this project and hope that you are too! Below is a little more information and some useful links.
What is a bang?
Scientifically speaking, the big bang is what caused the start of the universe. Luckily we don’t need to worry about anything quite so deep here. This is a different kind of big bang! This is a collaboration project between all kinds of artists and writers. Each writer and artist team will create a brand new work together, in harmony, and in a way, create their own universe!
What is the Viktuuri Fluff Bang?
This bang will focus on the relationship between Katsuki Yuuri, and Viktor Nikiforov from the sports anime, Yuri!!! On Ice. Where does the fluff come in? That is up to you to decide. The sky’s the limit so long as the relationship ends in a happy ending or a happy for now ending.
What are the requirements for the bang?
For writers, we are looking for a minimum of 15,000 words. There is no maximum word count for the piece. We just ask that you have the ability to post all of your story no later than April 15th.
Artists we are looking for two pieces of art for the fic, cosplayers we are looking for four pictures, and for musicians we are looking for 2 pieces of music.
There also must be a banner for the fic, but the banner may be completed by either member of the partnership.
