I’m really excited for the new musical for the Outsiders, and I so desperately want to watch it. However, flying to New York… doable for me, but like do I really want to spend almost 1k dollars on not even a 3-day trip?? Not really.

So, my question, is if anyone knows if they will livestream a performance? I tried looking for it but I can’t find anything. Or, if there will be a pro shot for the public?

And I’m so desperate that I’m gonna ask, for those who are going — are y’all gonna try and b00tleg a recording? Bc I will actually fall in love with you. I just really want to watch this damn show 😭😭

ok I just had a dream I was watching a musical but the musical doesn't exist in real life? crazy. Can't even remember any of it except for one (1) scene :(

I have one of those movie passes, so I'm considering going to see Puss In Boots...? Like I'm hearing surprisingly good things about it (and I would like to support Harvey, if I'm being honest with you) but I haven't seen a single Shrek movie since Shrek 2.

For those of you who've seen it, would I be totally lost, or does it not really matter...?

re: Wicked the musical being my favorite thing, I feel obligated to see the movie when it comes out in November to give my Opinion™ on it, but also. I'm scared.

#first we do NOT have a good track record with movie adaptations of musicals in recent years #second I have. some concerns. with the casting. #(not with cynthia she's going to rock it and was ABSOLUTELY the best choice for this role I've wanted her to play it for a while) #but like. her co-lead. #I do not want to give money to a company who makes a choice like that lmao #(there are specific Reasons™ for this but I don't want to put them in this post. unless someone like. asks me to elaborate or something.) #(tbh kiiiiiinnda worried about the male lead in the equation too like I know he has a musical theatre background but. okay look while it may have not been the cast that I wanted personally, it’s the cast that makes sense and frankly I’m just really happy that we’re even getting a proshot because it means taking one step closer towards musical theater being more accessible for all and allowing more people to see and experience how amazing a show six is and learn about these women’s lives and their stories. so all personal opinions aside, the fact that this is happening at all is amazing and exciting and I can’t wait for more people to experience the amazing story and message that is six

SEEEE i should!!! but in order to get me to Watch A Movie you either have to physically sit down next to me and pull it up and show it to me, or catch me with the suggestion at the exact moment the stars perfectly align and i have nothing else i even remotely feeling like doing that day. which has not happened in like a year :( but i Will Watch It At Some Point because i actively want to which is more than can be said for most movies i’m convinced into watching!!
