Eternal RP Search

As the title indicates, I'm pretty much always on the lookout for some new RP partners! Please keep reading if you might be interested! c;

Basic Info:

I'm (old af) 33 now, so I'm only looking to write with partners 18+. This is non-negotiable.

I default to third person past tense; I'm happy to switch to present tense if that's your preference, but I won't write in first or second person for RP purposes. In the same vein, I can't write with a partner who uses first or second person. Sorry guys!

Expect there to be some NSFW content; I don't fade to black. That said, I'm happy with smut-focused threads or plot-focused ones with NSFW as more of a side feature. Please let me know your limits so I don't step on any toes! Also expect at least some mention/discussion of kinks.

I'll write over email, in gdocs, or on discord. Please do not ask me to join your server/group RP or to RP here on tumblr.

My post length tends to fluctuate from 4+ paragraphs to novella, though I'll never give you fewer than 4 paragraphs. I cannot tolerate one-liners or super short paragraphs; I absolutely want someone who can give me at least 4 paragraphs per character.

My posting frequency can, admittedly, be a little sporadic, though I won't make you wait more than a few days for a reply. Ideally, I'd like a partner who can offer something similar -- 3-5 posts per week. I don't generally do rapid-fire, and if posts get slower than once per week I start to lose motivation.

I tend to prefer m// and m/f pairs, though in certain circumstances I'd be happy to double with f//. I'm also happy to include trans, nb, and characters that otherwise fall outside of the binary.

I will not exclusively write tops for your bottoms, men for your women, or canon characters for your original characters. I am, however, happy to double/triple/write casts/write poly so we can each write what we like.

Here I'll list all the fandoms I'd be interested in writing; I'm going to keep the info bare-bones to avoid making this post any longer than it already is, but I'll also add in a gdoc link with more comprehensive info. I'm only interested in writing/writing with canon characters. Doubling is absolutely on the table, but please note I have zero interest in writing Clerith, Cloti, or Zerith; otherwise, please don't be offended if I have no interest in a pairing you offer.

I could also be potentially interested in including characters from other Final Fantasy games (Squall, for instance, or Lightning). I'm familiar with 7, 8, 10 + 10-2, 12, and 13 (but not 13's sequels).

The Wayhaven Chronicles

What I'm looking for here is a little hard to explain, so please bear with me! While I'm not averse to simple doubling, I'd really enjoy a poly or polycule situation with the male love interests (Adam, Nate, Mason, & Felix).

In the case of a polycule, however, I wouldn't want to focus on the romantic/sexual side of things between the boys, though I like the idea of the intimacy and closeness it potentially lends itself to the RP. In such an instance I would absolutely love to write an MC or OC, but I'll happily discuss it and compromise so we're both content!

Touchstarved

I know it hasn't been released yet -- and won't be for quite some time -- but I love the idea of playing in the world. I absolutely want to include all the LIs, and like above would be happy to indulge in poly, simple doubling, or a polycule (to be completely honest, I'm most interested in the polycule here).

I'd even be happy to focus only on the canon characters and not include OCs at all, but I'm glad to include them too. I just really want the opportunity to explore the boys and the world better.

That's pretty much it for fandoms I'm actively searching for, though you're welcome to check my gdoc for more information and for other fandoms I'd potentially be interested in! (Persona 5's in there, as well as some other IF titles and otome!)

I feel like so many people have a different interpretation of how Spencer Reid would handle sex. Announcing a fandom community server!

Hi, guys! This is sorta directed at my followers but also Obey Me fans (and other fandom people).

I mentioned, like, a looong time ago I wanted to do a community server, but I didn't really understand how to use Discord, but since then I've been in a zine, a few collabs, and hosted my own collabs (currently running one for Lucifer 👀). My urge to create a fandom-centric server has really bloomed and after sitting on the it for a year, I feel confident enough yet still anxious to release a link of an invitation to it (found at the bottom)! It's still fresh, and bots haven't been implemented yet, but I really want to push this out.

I myself am in a lot of different fandoms, obviously Obey Me, but also Baldur's Gate, Stardew Valley, Kingdom Hearts, Persona games, What in Hell is Bad, a few obscure fandoms (like Alien Stage and Touchstarved) and older ones (Homestuck), so I have all the intentions to have this server be inclusive to webcomics, anime and manga and adjacent media, games from standard video games to phone games, graphic novels, books, otome and romance stuff, indie media like web series, cartoons, and games, and more as it grows.

I also want this server to be a hub for writers and artists to share their stuff they're too awkward or anxious to post and receive feedback, and as a place to get to know fellow-minded people in shared fandoms. AUs, theories, headcanons, crossovers, self-inserts, your MCs/OCs - all allowed!

A few things to note:

This is a fandom community server, but it might start out as Obey Me heavy because I'm trying to direct attention to that fandom since that's the one I am mostly in and participated in most things as a fan.

Adults and minors (16+) are allowed, but there are rules implemented that divide channels into SFW and NSFW categories and channels.

Writers, artists, content creators, cosplayers, fans that dabble, etc. are enthusiastically welcomed

The server can also function with channels regarding roleplays and self-publishing (commissions, Etsy shops, etc.)

I really want this server to kinda be a central spot for small fandoms or dying fandoms (like Obey Me) or old fandoms or growing fandoms and ones in-between basically non-existent and probably way too big. I want the server to be a community of different fandoms and the people that incorporate them, and I want it to be a fun place to just either relax with other fans and share works you like or works you've made or as a place to just dip in a silently lurk to look at what people are talking about or look at what is shared or as a place to lose your fucking minds when updates happen or something wild or devastating in the media occurs.

I want this to be a respectful but enjoyable place to come to and join and feel like you can invite friends or maybe even make friends!

Hard rules:

Before entering though, the server has a soft screening process for people to join.

Verifications will be done by me to make sure no one with ill intentions has a chance to cause harassment or harm to members. Fandoms can be toxic and mean in public places like here and Twitter, but this server will be, to the best of my ability, a space away from that.

Absolutely no pedophilic content is allowed. Like, none. It'll be one of the fastest things to get you kicked and banned and blacklisted.

There are rules and specific channels for certain ships and certain explicit content that can be talked about in the server if there are any questions.

This server is for fandom communities and politics and religious hot takes are not applicable here. This is a designated relief zone and none of that is really welcome.

I think that mostly covers the sales pitch and important stuff, lol.

As Mhin and Willow have a lot in common and both enjoy stargazing, Willow will surely share her astronomy gears with pleasure to show stars and planets and other astronomical objects

Dealing with a quite mid-severe jaw injury, I try to draw but most of the time I am super sleepy and slow due to the strong medications when I am not in pain. However I would like to thank everyone for the interactions with me and my art there! <3 I am very thankful

Oh speaking of touchstarved, i was actually hoping for more distinction between the personalities of the three different backstories you can choose from. In my opinion, the one where you grew up in the streets fits the mc’s current personality the most. I haven’t tried the one where you used to be a mage yet, I’ll have to check but i thought they’d be a book smart kind of person in contrast to the thief’s street smarts. For the abandoned oracle one, I thought they’d be more sheltered since they spent their life being ‘worshipped’ and attended so there would be a clear divide between them and the people they’re around… so i was surprised to see that in this story, they also kissed and been intimate with someone. Well if it stays the same during launch, I guess I can just dream of roleplaying differently for each backstory. 😔

Hi there, I go by RHYS. They / Them pronouns. I am an artist, and i struggle with anxiety and other illnesses. I also work when I can. So i tend to be pretty sporadic. I can get to things very quickly, or very slow. Nothing against any one person. I just write when I feel like it.

Also good to keep in mind I am divergent, and play a lot into the horror aspects of the character. I can do meet cutes and slice of life situation but...there will always be unsettling undertones. I also write jade from several points in his life. Anywhere ranging from 17( in game age ) - 20( last year at the college ), and beyond that even. If I'm exploring his life post NRC.

I am mutuals only in regards to threads, and require plotting to write anything at length. however, I do accept asks from anyone and everyone that wishes to send them in. This is for my own comfort. So do not get impatient with me or push me. I will block you the moment you do. I have a life outside of rp, and I need that to be respected.

PLEASE I ask that people be patient with me in character and ooc. I am always happy to talk, and plot with people, but I can be pretty slow with that too. Either because I forget, or just don't have the energy to do so.

asks and thread do not always stick. i love writing with people, i love getting asks, and i love threads. but sometimes im genuinely not sure how to reply to it right away. it isn't a lack of interest, i promise. if i'm following you, then i do want to interact and write. again, just be patient, rp is an outlet for me, and a hobby. i don't force myself to write if it just wont come to me.

on shipping and dynamics. so... i practice ship exclusivity, when it comes to certain dynamics. i do not enjoy recycling, or reusing ideas with other people. and in order to ship with my muse romantically-- i do ask this be mutual. if you do not enjoy that, then it's fine. no hard feelings, i can respect that. when i am comfortable enough to plot these things out, i really try to put out 100% effort. and it doesn't feel very good to see our ideas and dynamic done the same with someone else. again, i do not expect everyone to operate like i do. if you don't want exclusivity in this way, then say so. we can do something different, and work that out. ( to be clear this only really applies to romantic or unique dynamics. not platonic or familial. )

Themes here will absolutely include: murder, blood, torture, body horror, deep sea horror, drowning, manipulation, ocean related imagery and aesthetics, teeth, gore, and more. each will be tagged accordingly. if i ever need to tag something in particular, like a ship or a character, please feel free to ask me.
