I love that Adrien takes everything Marinette says at face value. Like, Marinette told me that she thought I was a statue and proceeded to give a grand declaration of love and try to kiss me, but she says she doesn't have any feelings for me so clearly she loves someone else 😔😢🥺. Or, Marinette just happened to be in Shanghai visiting her family at the exact moment that I took a trip there, what a coincidence ☺️👉👈. Or even, Alya told me that Marinette said she wasn't here right now and she's telling me she's really fast at going back and forth, what an amazing talent 😊❤️💕. Does Tikki remember and know how Marinette has the butterfly miraculous now? If so does Gabriel try and push the Kwami about what they know or nah

the Kwami remember, but since the timeline has been rewritten, the new rules of that reality dictate Marinette never had the Ladybug Miraculous, since its a new slate. As a result, even if he orders, Tikki can't say Marinette was Ladybug, because its not true. Basically he fucked himself over by not asking for that information pre-wishmaking, because now, due to everything being scrambled, reality isn't letting shit from the old timeline leak through in order to stabilize it.

when they say that they’re the most powerful miraculous in the show they’re not saying they’re the most effective in battle or that their holders are meant to be equals in every way, it’s about the wish. it’s about the power to combine them to change reality. so no the black cat holder doesn’t need to have an equal number of magic powers as the ladybug because that statement isn’t about the holders. and yes some of the other holders like the rabbit might have more effective powers than the holders of the ladybug and black cat. it’s not about that. it’s about the magic jewelry themselves.

You guys seemed to like the deity!Tikki AU so I decided to make some more for it!!

I think once Tikki is free, the first thing she does is try to hunt down Plagg to “free” him from his miraculous and his holder, who she deems little more than a thief. Adrien gets wind of this and decides to get the hell out of dodge with Plagg in tow. Plagg is very conflicted about all of this-- he doesn’t actually remember ever being a god (due to the enchantment on the miraculous) and has grown to like both Adrien and the life he currently has, but he is haunted by the existential implication that his current self is just a lie dreamed up by the guardians
