Mikey vs Viva and Trygg

MIKEY

he was a siamese-tabby mix (assumed! submitter only knew his mother), and they got him when they were about 5 years old, and he was just a kitten. they got him alongside of his sister, and he was the quieter of the two, so submitter used to joke that she did all the talking for them both, even tho he started meowing himself when his sister died. he passed in 2020, after 17 long and peaceful years. he was submitter's baby for all of those, and theyve never met a cat that they loved more than him <3 sweet boy

VIVA AND TRYGG

Amber is a special color only found recently in Norwegian Forest Cats (submitter actually linked an essay they wrote which i think is very interesting! also contains Trygg pictures) and Viva is the first ever amber cat here in Hungary, and her kit are first born here. Trygg actually isn't her child: while his mother was a known amber carrier, his father was a surprise; the breeder didn't expected amber kittens from him. Trygg is a very sweet, friendly, playful cat, always up to some game or mischief. When submitter visited the cattery, he was the first to come out to greet them, a stranger.

PROPAGANDA

Viva was born in Portugal. She is a "solid" amber, which actually kinda means she has more pattern than the tabbies, because on "solids" the dark markings remain better. Illustration:

Her eyes are the most vivid greenest green i've ever seen on a cat.

Her owner always says Viva is the friendliest, calmest and most docile cat in her cattery, she never fights or argues with the other cats - and was like that with me, too, when i visited the cattery 🧡 She just let me, basically a stranger, to pick her up and hug her. Viva is one of my all-time favourite cat and you can see her in my profile picture, too 😊

Trygg was born here, in Hungary. He's an amber tabby, look at how lighter his face is (than Viva's):

He is the cat who always does something funny; the one who has to climb up everywhere first and also the the who behaves best during the cat shows. Literally, almost all cats hate it, but Trygg was always cool with it. He also let me pet him when i was there 😊

i want chopper and franky in particular to get a more focused arc

and the new crewmate(s) will need a bit of focus as well

i think this would work really well in a vegapunk focused arc with all his machines and stuff

so, like, idk jack about the lore to kingdom hearts, but the idea of an mc who’s from the game tingles my brain a lot so i gotta dump this out

i’m gonna keep this vague enough so that ppl can interpret the mc however they please (whether we be besties with the beach trio or some other group)

but this idea would fit perfectly since the two are a collab of sorts with disney, only difference is how they use it. kingdom hearts is about traveling to other worlds, which are the disney movies. with twisted wonderland, everything takes place in one world

so imagine a keyblade wielder mc that somehow winds up in twisted wonderland while going from world to world. something happens and they aren’t able to go back, maybe they lost a bit of their powers or the gummi ship they were on is somewhere between the worlds. whatever the case, they’re stuck and now have to reside in the nrc because it’s just their luck that they land there

idk how much they can reveal because of that whole world order thing and they probs don’t trust anyone with outside information cause it’s a school of villains lmao

basically the ss taresh-kar is a vulcan science academy ship and they go from planet to planet researching things (usually checking if some planets are good to be terraformed or checking planetary anomalies)

this is the crew i have for now:

- Michael Miriam: human, transgener and jewish, works as the ships repairman. has a power rangers holodeck program w his beautiful wife salem (hes the red ranger btw ofc)

- Jaris Kahn: joined trill, yes kahn as in lenara kahn i didnt feel like making a new symbiont name, has trill autism, doctorate in xenobiology, bug enthusiast and fanfiction writer. works in missions w animals and bugs bc they always warm up to him for some reason

- Salem: vulcan, transgener and space jewish. married to mike. especializes in anomalies. kind of a rebellious vulcan, drawing inspiration from the human punk movement (if anyone fights her abt jt she goes "i find your aversion to my choice of clothing illogical". queen) she also plays the blue ranger in her and miriams holoprogram

- Arastrata: from a planet i havent named yet, and a species i also havent named yet. his planet is getting things ready to join the federation, and he, as the current head of states son, was sent to study at the vsa as kind of a peace token or smth. he specializes in mathematics and star charting bc his planets culture are centered around those things. has to wear mobility aids bc his body is adjusted to lighter gravity. i rlly should name his planet

- K'dal: klingon, intersex. typical klingon Qapla'! warrior trope but shes in sciences. uses any pronouns bc hasnt reached what i call the "age of choosing" (basically like klingon intersex folks can pick what to be called as once theyve reached a certain age at least thats my awesome hc). has a bunch of scars that he says he got in epic battles and stuff but it was actually for shit reasons like falling and hitting her head as a baby. loves luzia more than anything

- Luzia: castro type android. made by a brazilian engineer. she has the physical appearance of an 8 year old bc the planet she was built in didnt have many resources. has goofy features like if you keep her at a cool temperature and snap any part od her body her eyes start glowing like a glowstick. but shes also nore fragile than soong type androids, unable to carry heavy things and cant stand too much pressure. she has gravity controls tho and can adapt to every planet/planetoid w lighter atmosphere than Qo'noS (anything else is too heavy for her and she might break)

- Toni: vulcan cringefail man raised on earth. tries to act tough bc hes a vulcan and shit but he always fails. straight up crybaby i love him

when theyre both 16 years old and luke is but a month away from moving out to study at Central University, luke sneakily buys like 2 six packs of beer. how did he buy that when hes a minor? well, everywhere on the planet has at least one convenience store that honestly couldnt give a fuck about whos buying what. cashier probably looked at luke pearce, a very nervous gangle of a teenager, and decided not to call him out lest he spontaneously combust

so hes got beer!!! and when mc's parents are out of town for a weekend, he suggests they drink for like, cool kid creds. or maybe so that both of them know what "type" of drunk they are in the safety of home with a trusted friend. or maybe mc finds the beers and is like "luuuuuke, whats---" and luke immediately bursts into apologies he just wanted to see if he could get some so that they could have a cool fun drinking night!!!

whatever the reason, mc agrees and thus they both get sloshed.

both of them discover that theyve got a pretty regular alcohol tolerance. the main issue is that mc IMMEDIATELY verbalizes that "wow this tastes like SHIT!" and luke whos still trying to play it cool says "not really!" when in fact he also thinks it tastes like SHIT.

still, they both truck on and equally finish the beer which normally wouldnt be enough to knock a person out unless theyve got a low tolerance, but mc and luke are teenagers who did not know about Pacing or Getting Some Snacks Into Ur System While Drinking So That The Alcohol Isn't Just Having A Party With Ur Stomach Acids. so the night ends with both of them hurling into the toilet

- legend did Not like warriors when they first met. hed definitely go a bit too far in insults (tho he kinda did that w most of them), though it was mostly jabs about military things and less about warriors himself

- when warriors starts playing along and lightheartedly answering legend's jabs back cues the start of a ~ beautiful friendship ~ and legend eases up on his more genuine insults

- legend and warriors end up having late night conversations when one of them is awake during the other's shift. its not rare for it to happen by any means, but it is uncommon so they enjoy the time when they can. this is usually when more of the more delirious comments and banter comes out to play. its one of those talks you have with your friend at 1-6am that starts with casual conversation, takes a sharp turn to trauma, and then dissolves into sleepy delirium

- sometimes they're just sitting together silently at night and one of them catches the other's eye and they both start fucking cackling for no reason. they settle down and then one of them fuckin giggles and they dissolve into a fucking fit of laughter again until someone tells them to shut up. (they do not shut up.)

- they fight so seamlessly together. its REALLY damn cool. you could swear theyve done this before, but in reality they just understand what the other person is thinking and a Look one of them shoots at the other just kinda spells everything out. all the plans and ideas - they know each other well enough to adapt to what the other person is doing and they definitely trust one another to pull off some of the more crazy stunts legend or warriors have thought up during a battle. if one of them says "duck" they do not fucking hesitate.

- very quickly, though not very easily, warriors becomes one of the first people legend goes to to confide in. if he does not want something sugarcoated, warriors is (one of) his best bets for that. it also goes the other way - legend does not sugarcoat anything and will readily tell warriors if hes being stupid.

- they both are very good at balancing seriousness and lighthearted comments, but theyre also capable of being Very Serious if a situation calls for it.

- warriors is very aware that legend could absolutely beat his ass. warriors is VERY aware that legend, when the vet is In The Zone, could absolutely fuck every single one of them up. he is very supportive of him. hes also very glad legend is on their side, especially when he witnesses the guy absolutely knock out a few black blooded monsters on his own.

The ghost whent over and handed me some blue dye. All i could do was stare at the familier face, the face that resembled the old, dead, president. Yet it didnt at the same time. It was so much softer, kinder in a way. Yet it held some sort of emotion behind those white eyes that couldnt be seen.

It wasnt insanity like old wilbur.

"Please take the blue, you seem sad." I looked down at this grey-ish hands. The blue dye sat, turning his hands blue the longer he held it.

I took it, slightly confused at the whole situation.

"Um, who are you?" I asked, he smiled brightly. "Im ghostbur!! Your (y/n) right?? I remember you, alivebur liked you a lot. Tho I cant remember much, which is weird sense you dont seem to bring sad memorus." I looked at the blue instead of the ghost.

I didnt have many happy memorys of Wilbur.

The ghost kept smiling. "Say, why are you in bed? Its daytime you know." I looked back at him. "Oh, i got injured, so im in bed healing." The ghost grabbed more blue from his pockets. "Here have some blue!" He put it in my hands. "Um, ghostbur i have no where to put this..." He shoke his head. "You dont keep it, you throw it away! You hold the blue, it sucks up all your sadness, and then you threw it away, taking the sadness with it!" I nodded. "Cool cool, one problem, I cant get out of bed." He nodded, understanding the problem. He looked around, looking for something to help.

He ran over to an empty box in the corner,  grabbing it and pulling out a pen out of his endless pocket. Scribbling on it, he runs back, showing me the box.

It says 'sadness'. "Here, you can throw the blue in here, and when your better, you can throw it out!" I nodded, putting the blue in the box. The ghost closed it, putting it on the floor next to the bed. "There! Now you can feel better!" I smiled. "Yeah."

"Anyways, i better get going! Im running out of invis pots and need to make more. It was nice seeing you (y/n)!!!" I smiled. "It was nice meeting you ghostbur." I waved, watching the ghost leave, closing the door behind him.

He came over everyday after that. Giving me blue at random, and telling me about what someone did that day.

It was cute really. He got excited over the most mudain things.

"Then Tommy punched him, it wasnt very nice of him, but he said he was a wrongen so its okay." I chuckled, knowing Tommy just said that to not get in trouble. "What else did he do?"

Ghostbur loved telling me storys. Most of them where just about him makimg invis potions, or trying to hang out with fundy, but i loved Them all. He had an enthusiasm that i missed. Something that was missing after lmanburg gained independance.

"(Y/n), whos been taking care of you? Making sure you get all healthy and stuff?" Ghostbur asks, siting beside me in my big ass bed. "Oh, Phil and niki. They usually come by early in the morning." He nodds. "I havnt seen niki, is she doing okay?" I nodded. "Shes like everyone else I guess. They seem to just be focusing on building lmanburg again."

"Theyve been doing a really good job, it looks beautiful." I nodded. "Wish i could see it." Ghostbur looked at me. "Have some blue have some blue. Wait, didnt you say you might get to walk soon?" I nodded, putting the blue in the sad box. "Yeah, but honestly my burns still hurt like hell. Idk if im up for it." Ghostbur shook his head, getting up swiftly.

I looked at him curiously as he walked over twords me. "Come on." He says softly, grabbing my good hand. His hands where cold as ice. Didnt know ghosts actually where cold.

I followed him, slowly getting up from my bed, wobbling in the process. "Hey ive got you." Nodded, I fully stood up. "We're gonna walk now. Hold onto me okay?" Ive never seen ghostbur like this. Naive yes, cheery yes, but never...serious? I dont know, normally he doesnt know whats going on.

I took a step forward, my legs having fallen asleep slightly. They still hurt, the burns still hot even after a few months.

We did this for awhile, getting used to walking again.

"Hey you did it! Do you think your up for going to lmanburg?" Ghostbur says, still holding me up. "Yeah, Lemme change real quick tho."

"Yeah but...you might fall." I chuckled slightly. "Im glad your worried, but i need to change. Ive been in the same cloths for weeks." He nodded, slowly letting me go. I wobble slightly at the loss of stability. "Ive got this."

I take one step twords my dresser,

Falling imidietly.

"Are you okay??" Ghostbur says, running twords my side quickly. "Yeah im good, just an idiot hehe." He shook his head. "No, your not an idiot. Can you stand?" I nodded. Ghosbur helped me to my feet.

"Help me to the dresser." I ask, chuckling nervously. He nodded, helping me walk to get cloths. "Didnt think it would be this hard to walk." I say, grabbing out something to wear. "I mean, you did hurt both your legs..." Ghostbur says, grabbing some blue and floating around the room.

"Yeah, and i havnt been using them for a month or two. Its just gonna be hard to reagust i guess..." I put the cloths I picked on the bed and looked at ghostbur. "Hey bur, can you leave the room so i can change real quick?" Ghostbur nodded, happily exsiting the room so i can change.

Putting on some old cloths i used to wear before the wars, i finish up and look at the box of sadness that was on the floor next to my bed. Ghostbur said he wanted to do something with it when I got better.

Knock kncok. "May I come in?" Ghostbur asks, standing on the other side of the door. The ghost walks in, immediatly gushing about my outfit. "Aww you look so cute!! The overalls and sweater combo really works for you!" I smile at the ghostly man. "Thanks. Say, didnt you want to do something with this when i got better?" I say, holding up the box. Ghostbur nodded. "We're gonna throw all your sadness away! Come on, lets go see lmanburg and throw out the sadness." The ghost grabs the box, and helps me out the door.

Exiting that old home felt like bliss. Something i never new i missed in these last months. To lmanburg then.
