learned something about myself lately

#i dont think its even the fact almost all my characters are somewhat beasts in one way or another. i just #really like tails and wish i had one myself #and then my oc designs are a little tame theyre mostly human shaped with animal features. but they always have tails #my eyes have recently been opened to the appeal of long whiplike unicorn tails.. so flowy and curly #something about the tuft at the end being long and swirly just does something for me.. #maybe it would make sense to change auggies tail shape so it looks like a meteor. her design is mainly pink with hot pink accent #so it would be cool to use that and orange to make it look like a fire meteor.. maybe itll help complement the blue/green in her design #head full of ocs today so expect a ramble later #if i had a tail i think it would be long with a kink. so it kind of folds over once but not in a curl #when it wags its kind of a swaying motion. i have thought about this a normal amount #yapping

the thing that I don’t understand with them is that IF they are in a pr relationship and IF they pay the paparazzi to take pics, don’t you think they would at least try to look like they are in love with one another or that they are having fun in each others presence?? at least for the 30 seconds that the pap is snapping pics?? Because lately whenever they’re “spotting on an outing” they both look low key miserable

A lot of celebrities pay for paparazzi pics, even high profile ones. I think it's just to stay in the buzz.

But yes you would think that if you're going to orchestrate or pay for something, you'd try to put out the best. But I think the motive of these kinds of pictures is to appear normal and regular.

I don't know if anyone remembers when magazines used to have the "They are just like us" segments and then it would be these random collages of photos of celebrities doing the most uninteresting things that the media tried to sell as "poor people activities."

I think this is just a glamorized version of that. Most couples don't always hold hands or do the most romantic forms of pda all the time. Having photos like that all the time would most definitely out them as having a paid pap walk. But if the papz catch them on these regular and off guard days, then people just assume that they are too famous to even walk out of the theater in peace. It gives this false sense of high status popularity like Beyonce or Adele who papz usually have to fight to get a photo of.

#wasnt wearing leg padding in these so sorry sams a bit skinny #sam and max #cosplay #crunchchute art #my art #i could remake the pants and jacket entirely but that would be quite hard actually. i suck at making jackets especially #so those are just thrifted and edited #lots of color differences that bug me but. oh well #pants and jacket arent that different but its noticeable in these pics #as well as maxs hands and feet. theyre slightly lighter as the fabric i used is better quality #but i ran out of the stuff i used on his body etc and i couldnt buy more from that store as they took their sweet time shipping the stuff #oh well. didnt make them for a competition so its okay #im my own biggest hater and my own biggest critic #at the end of the day i made a handful of people really happy and thats all that matters to me #gotta share them every chance i get as i usually just make a cos #wear it to the con and then put it on the shelf #but im too happy with these to just hide them away after #they need a good scrub and after that id like to bring them to another con. next main goal is viecc but thats just a maybe right now
