Since we're all on a marvel g/t kick, I would like to know your thoughts/headcanons of Thor and/or T'challa as giants 🙏
bro i love giant thor so much 😭😭😭 he is just a big GOOF and he would so easily treat the tiny like a little sibling. i’ve always hc’d giant thor as having great respect for tiny people bc he grew up hearing heroic tales of people as big as thumbs who conquered the giant world they lived in and he thinks borrowers are super badass warriors and it always makes a tiny really happy 🥹 he would always call them “little [name]” and it would be so adorable every time, like the tiny thinks thor is just as cute as he thinks they are. he loves giving them shoulder rides and training them by using a twig or whatever as a sword. the tiny can just beat up on him bc he feels none of it and thor is genuinely impressed with their strength. always so positive, caring and loving toward a tiny even if he can be a bit dense and not understand certain borrower culture things
t’challa is just like the perfect protector giant bc he’s so intuitively smart and a leader that he always knows what the tiny needs, even when he discovers them for the very first time. i love the idea of a wakandan borrower clan who are all super adept at building and are all so agile as natural warriors, and they live in harmony with the regular wakandans and it’s really sweet 😭 like they have tiny representatives on the council and are treated with respect and as equals by t’challa and they have mutual admiration for each other

DINGUS: hey, i facetimed them for last hour’s proof. had to work out when they wanted me to head over and pick her up.
BIRDIE: both still alive? both still well?
DINGUS: so it seemed.
ARGYLE  😎: what a relief! I knew they had it in them
JOHNNY BOY: They still have to last one more hour.
NANCE: They’ll last the hour. Have a little faith, babe.
JOHNNY BOY: Still don’t like the fact we’ve just started calling them instead of requesting the photo proof. I mean, how do we not know they’re lying? Did you talk to both of them when YOU called, Nance?
NANCE: Yes, I told you guys that.
NANCE: Besides, you guys already know that Eddie hates having his picture taken. We’re lucky we ever got picture proof to begin with.
DINGUS: also i JUST facetimed them??? physically saw them?? your lack of trust in me and nance kind of hurts jon
BIRDIE: @NANCE hey can you call ME babe next?
HOUR TWENTY FOUR – 4:00 PM
“Hey there, love birds. Glad to see you didn’t kill each other.”
Steve.
You wait for Eddie’s arm to leave you, for him to put space between the two of you, but he doesn’t. He keeps you pressed flush to his side as if the sudden arrival of a friend doesn’t make the slightest bit of difference.
“Hey, Harrington,” he even casually greets first.
He’s making no move to get up off the floor.
Just a little bit longer. Let me sit here and live in this moment a little bit longer.
“Munson,” Steve nods to Eddie before setting his sights on you, “Doll. Nice to see you, kind of glad I’m not having to fish you out of the canals.”
You feel it — Eddie’s arm tenses behind you ever so slightly at Steve’s nickname. Clearly, it’s still a sore spot for him to work through.
“I was feeling generous,” Eddie shrugs as if he hadn’t just revealed a flash of jealousy to you. You’re not even sure if he knows that you felt it. But it was there, in the slightest tightening of his grip and the flexing of his bicep behind your shoulder.
“Generous? I think you were feeling friendly,” Steve waves his hand between the two of you, as if he thought he was pointing out the obvious.
If he thought this was close, he’d faint at the imagery of you on the kitchen counter, Eddie’s face between your legs as he begged for you to let him touch you.
Just as you had noticed Eddie’s jealousy, he notices the way you suddenly heat up, shifting in your seat ever so slightly. That pull on the corner of his lips tells you all you need to know. You kind of hate how easily the two of you can finally read each other. You kind of love the way he’s looking at you as if he’s thinking the exact same thing.
“Do I get my free punch now?” you finally speak up, tone flat as you muster a glare in Steve’s direction. You’re forgoing all polite and pretend oblivion.
Every single one of you here knows what happened. The bare bones of it, at least.
Eddie looks at you curiously, “Excuse me?”
Steve only grins, holding out his arms as if welcoming you, “Take your best shot.”
You stand quickly, and Steve even flinches. He clearly had thought it was all a bit, but you were deathly serious. After the night you’d had, you wanted to punch something, anything.
“Hold on,” Eddie fumbles to follow you as you stand in front of Steve, your eyebrow cocked as you pause, “Hold on, why are you punching Harrington?”
“Oh, I don’t know. ‘She’d never go for me, why would she go for you?’” you remind him, and fully expect for hurt to flash across his face. Instead, merriment continues to tug on his lips, “That ring a bell?”
“It might,” Eddie drawls, slowing down his movement to stand more casually, no longer in a rush to break up the fight. His eyes flash with something, with some sort of affection as your hand curls into a fist threateningly and you continue to glare daggers at Steve, “‘S cute to see you defending my honor, sweetheart.”
Your knees almost physically wobble. The nickname that once struck such anger and irritation in you has become your favorite thing, something that can so easily elicit such a physical reaction. Any taunting has dissipated from his tone when he falls from his tongue now. Adoration takes its place.
Steve looks between you two for a second before his face twists up, “God, I think I liked it better when you two hated each other.”
“Never really hated each other,” Eddie corrects Steve, but his eyes never leave yours.
“Right, must have slipped my mind.”
One of the questions that had been torturing you has now been answered — Eddie would, in fact, be acting differently around your friends. It’s almost enough that you feel no need to punch Steve.
Almost.
“Where do you want it?” you tear your gaze from Eddie, looking back to Steve now expectantly, “Cheek? Nose? Chin? Jaw?”
Steve’s eyes widen. “My God, have you just been dreaming of this moment for the last hour?”
“I have.”
Eddie leans back against the wall, still watching and still smirking as he crosses his arms.
“I know Eddie’s your boyfriend now but-“
“He’s not my boyfriend,” you correct him quickly, but something inside of you twists at saying that.
He wasn’t your boyfriend. You two had just agreed you’d need time apart before even thinking of exploring what this new chapter will bring you two. So why does it feel so wrong? Why do you suddenly feel like a pathetic teenager, desperate to bestow some cheesy title upon her crush?
Eddie nods when you suddenly look at him, as if he can read your mind, “I’m not her boyfriend. Just… her scary dog.”
Scary dog privilege. And God, does that moment feel light years in the past now. Years ago rather than hours ago. His promise to protect you suddenly rings truer now. If you ever did find yourself in trouble, you knew he’d answer your call. You knew now why his protection only extended to you. You finally, finally understood.
“Scary dog?” Steve squints at Eddie, and his judgmental demeanor has fully returned, “What the fuck does that even mea-“
He doesn’t get to finish the sardonic sentiment. The slap of your palm interrupts him.
“Ow!” he yelps out, head snapping from the force of the hit and hands already coming up defensively.
Eddie pushes off the wall the moment Steve’s hands are up in the air, “Lay a hand on her in retaliation, Harrington, and I’m breaking your arm.”
All the joking, cocky demeanor has faded. Like he had said — scary dog privilege. It applies to more than just pricks at the bar.
“I’m not,” Steve grumbles, rubbing at the red imprint now singing his cheek, “Jesus Christ, I said a punch.”
You fight a smile, “I don’t know how to throw a punch.”
“I can teach you,” Eddie pipes up, now standing beside you, hovering in your orbit.
“Don’t-“ Steve puts out a warning finger, “-encourage her. I only said you could punch me because I knew you couldn’t throw a punch!” he continues to cradle his face, now pouting at you, “Do you feel better now?”
You only answer with a triumphant smile. Because your palm is stinging, and you know violence isn’t the answer, but yeah. You do feel a little bit better.
“I don’t,” Eddie hums. He only has to take one step forward for Steve to back up, throwing out defensive eyes as he narrows his eyes, “Think I deserve to get a slap in, too, Stevie.”
“Fuck that,” Steve spits, eyes wide with genuine fear that makes you want to giggle, “You do know how to throw a punch. If I’m letting you get a free one in, I deserve twenty four hours notice.”
“Then consider this your notice.”
Is this what I had always been missing out on?
You always knew Eddie was playful with everyone, had witnessed how he joked with friends, but you’d never been included. The thought that this was the new normal makes your heart nearly burst. To be on Eddie’s side finally, to be in his good graces properly, makes you feel as if you belong more than any private movie night with Steve or impromptu dinner date with Robin. More than any night out with Nancy. More than any smoke session with Argyle, and more than any literature debate with Jonathan.
It’s as if Eddie was the missing link. You never felt you belonged, because you’d always ached for your rightful spot at his side, not just amongst the group.
The three of you stand in a makeshift circle and every single one of you smiles. Even Steve, through his slipping pout and swollen cheek, is grinning.
Suddenly, it’s not quite as heavy as it once felt.
Everything has changed. Leaving now is not leaving forever.
“I’d pay to see that,” you comment, taking a daring step to bump shoulders with Eddie. His eyes meet yours, his dimples come to life, and suddenly — you’re home, “Think I can get a front row seat to you beating Steve’s ass?”
Steve starts to protest but Eddie only nods eagerly, “I think that can be arranged.”
“I am once again reminding you two that I liked your screaming matches more than whatever this,” his hand flails, motioning to the way you two are standing closer to one another than you are him, “whole teaming-up-against-me bit is.”
“We’re not dating,” you’re reiterating as Eddie laughs out, “Stop being a crybaby.”
You look at one another again. Another foot in the door of your newfound home, another look into your new place to rest your head. It’s as if you’re just now realizing you’ve spent the entire year missing Eddie, even as he was right there in front of you.
“Well, God save us all when you two are finally dating,” Steve mumbles with a shake of his head.
“If-“ Eddie starts to correct, but you stop him.
It’s not an if when it comes to you two dating, you decide. It’s a when.
“I’ll send a gift basket when the day comes,” you snark. The look that Eddie sends you could heal every wound ever left behind, right then and there.
You’re home. When Eddie throws his arm around your shoulders and Steve rolls his eyes at you two (affectionately, even if he’d deny it), you know you’re home.
But then, you actually do have to go home.
You try to put it off. The three of you occupy Eddie’s living room for a while, Steve complaining about the way Robin woke him up endlessly throughout the night and how he never did finish that assignment due in his English Literature class. It reminds you that life will continue on; you have to go back to work and school, deal with daily annoyances that should seem bigger than all that’s happened with Eddie tonight, but they don’t. They all seem minuscule now, really.
“Do we still have to send photo proof?” Eddie asks once Steve’s tirade has waned. You’re sat between the two boys, Steve’s body turned almost completely to face the two of you while you and Eddie slowly sink back into the cushions.
You’re sure if Steve knew the activities that had taken place on this couch, he would not be sitting so comfortably. If at all.
Steve sighs at the mention of the bet, “You probably should. Jonathan’s been antsy about it the entire time. Me and Nance tried to cover for you guys, lying about calling and stuff but-“
“Why would you lie?” you inquire, uncurling a bit from your overly comfortable position to stop from falling asleep and actually participate in the conversation.
“Because, unlike the other idiots,” Steve gives a pointed look at you and then Eddie, “We had a hunch about what was going on here. And it’s about time, by the way.”
You think over his words for a second before you look at Eddie with sudden embarrassment, “Have you- Oh my God, have you been telling Nancy what we’ve been doing?”
“What?” Eddie sits up straighter, looking just as panicked, “No. No, absolutely not, I-“
“What have you guys been doing?”
Both of you ignore Steve as Eddie continues on.
“-just spoke to her on the phone once or twice. But I didn’t give her any details. Have you been telling Steve what we did?”
Steve, still being ignored, repeats himself, “What have you guys been doing?”
“Absolutely not,” you scrunch your nose at the thought of being that honest with Steve. You loved him, truly, but not enough to tell him about those kinds of things, “I’d rather sleep in the canals than tell him.”
“What have you guys been doing?”
Eddie’s eyebrows shoot up, and he mockingly stabs himself, “Ouch, sweetheart.”
“Not like that,” you backtrack, but more casually as the worry of Steve and Nancy knowing the truth, “I just meant-“
Eddie interrupts with a hand on your knee and a smile on his face, “I know what you meant. I’m just fucking with you. I feel the same way with Nance.”
“Guys?” Steve grows further impatient, “I- What the fuck did you guys do? Oh my God, is it even safe to sit on this fucking couch right now?”
“You don’t wanna know,” you say.
“No, it isn’t,” Eddie says.
It earns him a slap on his stomach as he leans over in laughter at the way Steve launches out of his seat.
“You guys- No. No fucking way,” Steve brushes at the back of his jeans, as if they’re contaminated, “Nope. No way. You’re just fucking with me, Munson.”
“Am I?”
Another slap lands on Eddie’s shoulder as he laughs harder.
“Steve,” you turn to your friend, trying to smile sweetly, “Sit back down.”
“No.”
“You just said you don’t believe-“
“We should get going,” Steve insists through his blush, “You two should take your final picture and we should get going.”
Eddie finally stops chuckling, leaning back up and against the armrest, his ankle cross in front of your shins as he stretches his legs out and sighs, “God, you should see your face right now, Harrington.”
Steve’s scowl deepens, “It’s not funny. Take the fucking photo so we can go.”
You make no move to dig out your phone, because you know. You know once you take this photo, you’ll be leaving, and this will all be over. Once you step foot back into that hallway, time apart begins. Learning how to navigate this new unknown with Eddie begins. It terrifies you, it saddens you, it exhausts you. You hadn’t been prepared for this part of the night.
Even before the confessions, you hadn’t given much thought to the ending of the twenty four hours. You’d assumed it would end in bloodshed and a larger than life fight, probably before the clock even ran out. You’d never assumed it could end in laughing, inside jokes between you and Eddie, in something not only bitter but also sweet.
“Phone, sweetheart,” Eddie whispers as he leans forward and holds out his hand with the palm up, “Before we traumatize the poor guy any further.”
“I will wait in the car, I swear to God-“ Steve starts to protest as you finally dig your phone out of your pocket.
You’re looking down, unable to meet Eddie’s gaze in fear of him picking up on your faint sadness, as you mumble, “Get your panties out of their twist, Steve. Jesus.”
Eddie snorts at that, right as you pass your phone over.
Steve doesn’t comment when you willingly tell Eddie the code to unlock your phone, or the way you let him hold it rather than you. He doesn’t comment on the arm that Eddie seems to constantly keep around you now.
He’s doing it while he can. Cherishing being able to hold you at any capacity before you leave and the distance begins. The time apart you two agreed upon won’t be for forever, but it still kills a buried part of him that had just begun to sprout roots again. A thing made of hope that he planned to tend to this time around.
“So, how do we wanna do this?” he asks in a strained tone, as if asking that question and throttling you two closer to the finish line physically pains him.
You hope it pains him, selfishly, because it pains you. “No idea.”
“We’ve gotta make it a good one.”
“We do.”
Eddie suddenly lights up with an idea as his thumb sweeps across your screen, opening your photos’ app and scrolling up to the first picture you two had taken at the beginning of this night.
“Up for a trip down nostalgia road?” he teases, wiggling his brows as he holds the phone up for you to get a clearer view of the picture.
Eddie, flipping off the camera and scowling. You, hardly smiling with a pathetic thumbs up.
“Yeah,” you breathe out, nodding slowly.
It’s unspoken, what happens next. The camera app is opened and Eddie returns your phone to your grasp. The two of you resituate to mimic the photo as closely as possible while Steve fiddles with some of the items on Eddie’s entertainment center.
You stretch out your arm, put your thumb up into view, blink away any tears burning the back of your eyes. Eddie’s hand has taken position as well.
You snap the photo before you can think too hard on it.
“Think that’ll be the winner?” Eddie curiously asks as you immediately bring the phone close to your face, swiping to view the snapshot just taken. And when you do, with the refreshed memory of that first photo, your heart physically aches.
Almost an identical image. At a quick glance, it’s the same Eddie and the same you from the first one. But the similarities fade the moment you look closer. Eddie isn’t scowling, not genuinely – those damn dimples are even making an appearance as his eyes were squinted up in a valiant effort to fight off the smile he wears now. And your smile, your smile, is no longer half-assed. It’s something real, something full, something even a bit sad. The same face you wear when saying goodbye to an old friend and trying to hold back any tears until their train has long since left the station. You can almost physically see your vines in this photo wrapping around the two of you, clinging so desperately to avoid any separation. Time apart. You’re regretting suggesting that now.
It’s a cute photo. A photo of two friends, if you could call yourself and Eddie that now.
“All done?” Steve interrupts the moment, both of you and Eddie only staring at the photo. You take a peak at him out of your peripherals, and you can see it written plainly on his face – he’s feeling all the same emotions as you. Something sad, something nostalgic, something reluctant. “Not to rush the process but… I may or may not have a hot date tonight to get ready for.”
Eddie tears his gaze from the photo, “A hot date?”
“A hot date,” Steve nods, a boyish grin gracing his lips, “And I’m picking her up in… t-minus…” he pauses, checking his watch, “Three hours.”
“Smart move. Charm her before I rearrange your face and all.”
Steve throws his head back in a groan, “You two won’t be letting that go any time soon, will you?”
“Nope,” you chime in as you swipe to open up the groupchat, not offering Steve a single glance until you’ve sent off the final addition of photo proof to the rest of your friends. You consider adding some sort of sarcastic comment, some well earned bragging and a boisterous told you so, but you don’t.
It doesn’t feel like you’ve won. Leaving this apartment, this battleground, with all the new bruises and healed wounds you’ve acquired over the span of the twenty four hours doesn’t taste like victory. Really, it tastes like… nothing.
There’s no victory, no solid ending for you to cling to. It’s simply ending and there’s still thousands of words you have to say to Eddie. You need more time, another twenty four hours, to fill with every single thing you never told him. More casual confessions of honesty, more hours wasted in his bed, more insignificant bickering to partake in. It’s all on your tongue and desperate for attention, and yet, you know you can’t succumb to it.
You have to go. It’s the last thing you want to do, but you have to.
Steve checks his phone when it buzzes with the notification of your message you sent and opens his mouth, no doubt about to comment on your lack of words with the message, but you’re already standing. It’s like ripping off a bandaid. You need to get it over with, get out of this apartment before you decide you’d rather sink right into these couch cushions and decay just to ensure you never have to really leave.
Eddie’s quick to follow.
“Let’s go,” you say to Steve, grabbing up your bag, not looking at Eddie at the risk of losing all composure.
Neither boy fights you, following you right up to the front door. Steve leads, opening it back up as reality slams you in the chest. As if there’s an invisible barrier here, and you know that in crossing it, you’ll be leaving a piece of yourself behind in apartment 2C.
Leaving now is not leaving forever.
But it sure does feel like it.
Steve awkwardly looks over your shoulder at Eddie, some silent communication you only see his half of as he shrugs and does a timid wave, turning to leave.
One foot hangs midair, your toes beginning to push through that barrier, when Eddie grabs you.
“Hey,” he breathes as he wraps his fingers around your bicep, forcing you to turn to face him. You let him, your body moving to his accord but your eyes still not meeting his, “You good?”
You take a deep breath in through your nose, “Me? Yeah. Yeah, I’m great. I’m… I’m good.”
“Are you sure?”
“Positive?”
“Will you look at me, then?”
Reluctantly, so very reluctantly, your eyes meet his. Big, brown doe eyes. This close to them, you can see the way they shine to match yours. You both probably look insane to Steve right now, but you don’t care. Between the sleep deprivation and all the emotions you’ve had to experience over the last day, the tears are well earned.
You almost reach out and kiss him. You almost press up onto your toes and put your lips on his, almost pour every emotion you’re feeling in the moment into a far from innocent peck.
But you don’t.
“We did it,” you croak blandly, “We won the bet.”
As if the Universe is screaming in agreement, you can hear a chime in the distance signifying the hour. Probably the church you recall passing in the middle of the night when the two of you had ventured off to the parking garage. It almost feels as if it’s mocking you.
“We did it,” he echoes as his grip on your bicep loosens. You expect him to let it fall back to his side, nearly begging out loud for him to retract his touch from you so you don’t do something stupid like stay.
You swallow down thick emotions, just like molasses, “I guess I’ll see you around, yeah?”
Time. You two needed time apart.
“Yeah,” he sighs, as he does the one thing you had somehow hoped he wouldn’t yet yearned for ardently – the hand that had wrapped around your arm now cups your cheek, thumb stroking your skin so softly, you nearly melt in his doorway, “I’ll see you around, sweetheart.”
It doesn’t taste like victory, yet it doesn’t taste quite like loss. It’s bittersweet.
You still don’t kiss him. And he doesn’t kiss you, even as his touch against your cheek lingers so heavily before he pulls away.
You cross the barrier and find you were right. You feel that piece of you tear off and flutter to the ground, and you begin to wonder when you’ll have the chance to come back and reclaim not just it, but Eddie.
Steve didn’t speak much on the drive back to your dorm, and you’re sort of grateful.
If you were a good friend, you’d ask more about his date. You’d get him giddy as he spills the details about this girl and his plans for the night, chastise and tease him all in good fun. You’d be smiling and making plans for coffee tomorrow morning so he could tell you all about how the date went.
But you’re not a good friend.
You sit in your silence the entire drive, and you pick at your nails, and you selfishly stay focused on Eddie. On all of your own qualms and all your own issues, worrying about what comes next and already feeling your chest tighten the moment you start to think about when see you around will come.
The two of you never discussed that, did you? There was no discussion of just how much time was needed apart.
Steve shifts the car into park in the west lot, right outside your building, “Alright, stop making your cuticles bleed for two seconds and tell me what’s wrong.”
Your hands pause exactly as he requests, caught red-handed. “Nothing’s wrong.”
“Something’s obviously wrong. I told you to go get him – and yet, he’s still not your boyfriend.”
“It’s complicated,” your voice finally breaks. There’s no tears this time, just confusion and desperation clawing at your throat.
Because, was it complicated? Was it really?
The last year was what had been complicated. All the pretending and the fights and the tension. All the false beliefs and all the lies overlapping with one another. That was complicated. But this? The feelings you harbored and finally acknowledged for the boy you just left behind?
That wasn’t really complicated.
And Steve knows this, you can hear it in his sigh, “I think that’s the issue.”
“What?” you turn your head towards him, scrunch your brows, even your breathing and try to shoo away the image of Eddie’s wet eyes.
You wish you would have kissed him.
“Look, i just think you two keep making things complicated when they should be simple-”
You didn’t want to hear it. Childish as it might be, you do not want to have to hear this speech. Because you know Steve’s right.
“I’ll see you later, Steve.”
“Wait-”
You don’t wait. You slam the door in his face once you’ve got your footing outside of his car, truly earning your title of bad friend.
Awful. You weren’t just a bad friend, you were an awful friend.
And yet you can’t think on it, leaving it be until you had the time to properly dwell on how you’d apologize later. All you care about now is getting inside your dorm, moping and being miserable on your own. Your strides are longer and faster than they were even when you’d backtracked to Eddie’s apartment, determined to get behind closed doors and to properly mourn all that had been gained and all that had been lost in the last twenty four hours.
Twenty four hours ago, you were reluctant to even step foot in Eddie’s apartment. And now, it’s the only place you really want to be.
Luck refuses to be on your side as you slam into your dorm room, sweaty and tired and just fucking emotional, only to find your roommate there. There will be no dramatic crying, no cinematic scene with your back pressed to the door as you fight back sobs, it seems.
“You look rough,” is all she notes, sparing you a second glance before she returns to whatever she was tasking on at her desk. Her makeup, you think.
Good. Maybe she’ll be heading out, leaving you to suffer alone like you wanted.
“Yeah,” is all you can answer her as the door clicks shut behind you.
Rough’s a good way to put it.
“Think you’ll be here tonight?” she asks, still distracted, “Troy and I are hanging out today – he spent the night here last night, by the way – and if you’re gone again, I was thinking about inviting him back over. Only if you’re cool with it, or already have plans, though. Our RA has this final and I didn’t even have to sneak him in last night-”
She continues on her rambles, never looking your way as you drop your bag onto your bed, and quickly lift yourself to lay right next to it.
Normal. You were having to go back to fucking normal. Your worries were no longer revolving around Eddie or making it through the next hour, no longer preoccupied with keeping your friends up to date in order to ensure a payout of five hundred dollars – now, you just had to worry about boys named Troy and possible room checks by your RA. Finals to be taken, essays to be finished, shifts to be covered at the diner so you’d have enough cash to go out with your friends next weekend.
You should be relieved. But it all just feels impossibly heavy.
Your roommate catches on quickly, and when you only reply to let her know you’ll be here tonight, she stops talking. She focuses on finishing her makeup and gathering her things, hardly even offering you a goodbye as you shift to curl up more comfortably in the center of your mattress.
You should also know better than what you decide to do next. You can’t help it, though, as you tug your phone out of your pocket and unlock it. You don’t listen to the voice inside your head that screams stop as you click on your photos’ app. Ignore the animal inside that whines as you scroll, and you click on the very first photo of you and Eddie.
It’s painful, but you have nothing better to do in your solitude. You don’t linger on the first photo too long, still being fresh in your mind, before quickly swiping along.
The set of matching photos you and Eddie took of one another, black and white socks covering touching toes visible in each one. You nearly laugh at the Darth Vader figurine both of you took turns holding. You nearly cry when you realize you were, in fact, smiling in your photo. A small one, a forced one, but there nonetheless.
The selfie from the bar, your amaretto sour and Eddie’s whiskey & coke lifted towards the camera. The way both of you had tried to look annoyed, over exaggerated and furrowed brows paired with pouting lips. Your thumb swipes subconsciously over the photo for a second too long, and you’re startled when you realized it was a live photo. The moment after the photo was taken, Eddie’s eyes had moved to look at you. And in that live photo, you watched every ounce of annoyance evaporate. Leaving behind something you recognized now. Leaving behind eyes sparkling with a brief glimpse of adoration.
There’s something else you better recognize now in the next photo. The picture you’d taken when Eddie had locked himself into his room, only opening up long enough to insist you took the photo, the one that guaranteed you your money. You had been right – there was a flood of regret on his face. You hadn’t imagined it. But you had also been wrong; he was never looking at your own rotted vines and mourning them; he was looking at his own, tethered and shredded, regretting that he had ever taken an axe to them. You don’t press down to see this live photo. You don’t want to witness that door slamming in your face again.
The two photos taken in his bed. The one in which both your faces are scrunched from the flash, in which you can see the physical wall between you two.  And the one in the dark, where you both wear tired smiles, unaware of the night to come.
The photo on the bike, a helmet mostly covering your blushing cheeks, but not Eddie’s.
The photo from the parking garage, meant just for you two.
The photos from Betty’s. You don’t linger on the one of you; you do linger on the one of him.
Each swipe only makes your heart ache more viciously, painful and sharp reminders of the night you had had. You don’t have to press down on another single photo to witness the live outplay of it – each memory is running through your mind in real time as you retrace your steps of the night. Twenty four hours, twenty four steps. With each photo, you watch yourself grow more relaxed, watch smiles come easier without your awareness and finally pinpoint all the care Eddie had been looking at you with the entire time.
You notice the lack of photos from the last few hours. You nearly scorn yourself for it, but there had been no time. There was no time for memories frozen in time amongst all that hard honesty and those sacrilegious revelations.
Except there was one more moment in time frozen for you. You’re quick to exit the photo app finally, leaving behind that picture of Eddie with full cheeks only to open up your text messages.
Your text thread with him. Filled to the brim with bad pastry jokes and underlying need. You remember that urgent want to comfort him, to remind him he was enough. To erase all the hurt and all the old scars caused by a life from before your time with him you still hadn’t become fully privy to.
You’re still rereading the last message, bet you wouldn’t say that to my face, when suddenly a new message appears.
EDDIE: Make it home okay?
Space and time. They are the last things you want, that you need from him right now.
YOU: yep. my roommate just left.
EDDIE: Is your dorm bed as comfortable as you remember?
YOU: like sleeping on a cloud.
You wish you were still in his bed. You wish you were back at the beginning, with him rather than all alone.
EDDIE: Oh shit, you’re trying to sleep? Sorry
EDDIE: I’ll stop bothering you and leave you to it. Sweet dreams.
No, you nearly scream at your phone screen, come back and bother me. Bother me for the rest of my days for all I care.
You’d never sleep another wink if it meant having him. You remember what you told him about starting over, starting fresh. And maybe taking a much needed nap would offer that. Maybe sleeping for more than thirty minutes at a time would be the smart choice, letting you awake with a clearer mind and better intentions.
But you don’t want that. The animal inside still clings to all that has happened.
Something about that makes you brave.
YOU: i never said that, and you’re not bothering me.
EDDIE: Didn’t you say you wanted a nap earlier?
YOU: that was earlier. i’m wide awake now.
An internal battle continues to take place. Your mind whispers liar, knowing damn well that if you put down the phone and turned your cheek to bury into your pillow, you’d be out like a light within seconds.
EDDIE: Ah. I see.
You fiddle with your thumbs for a second, stomach churning as you try to come up with a response to keep the conversation going. Technically, when you had said the two of you needed time apart after all that had happened, it should have meant interactions like this as well. Texting each other was not offering each other space.
But he’d started it. That was on him.
YOU: do you remember what i said about space? and starting over?
EDDIE: I do. I’m not very good with giving you space, it seems.
YOU: well, considering you’re on the other side of town, i’d say we’ve got the physical sense of space down.
There’s a pause in his replies that causes you to sit up. A falter. You curse him for not having a smartphone as well, for not having the privilege of being notified whether he was just taking his time typing or if he had put the phone down. You really hoped it was the former, practically wished upon every star that that was what was happening. You hoped he was glued to his phone as you were yours.
Maybe he still had that photo he’d taken a few hours ago, the one you swore you’d heard him take as you dozed off. Maybe he was still staring at it like you had done with all of your photos.
EDDIE: About that…
You stare at the message, the hidden meaning behind it completely lost on you.
YOU: About what?
EDDIE: I’m not home right now.
Your heart clenches.
YOU: You’re not?
EDDIE: I’m not.
YOU: Eddie, where the hell are you right now?
Your mind reels with all the possible choices. He could be at the bar, at the parking garage, at Nancy’s place. He could be anywhere.
But then he only sends a picture in response, and you know where he is.
You nearly topple into three other students from how you sprint down the hallway. You don’t even grab your key to your dorm room, skipping the elevators and nearly throwing yourself down the few flights of stairs in haste. You don’t care how your lungs cry out, you don’t care how your thighs burn, you don’t care how your shoulder aches from how roughly you slam open that front door of the building. You don’t care about the strange looks you get on your way out. You don’t care about the odd angle you twisted your ankle in on that last step.
The only thing you care about is the boy standing there, helmet off and balanced on the seat of his parked motorcycle that he leans on, arms crossed as his eyes light up at the erratic sight of you.
You don’t even check for any traffic in the parking lot as you make your way to him.
“I’m sorry,” he calls out once you’re close enough to hear him, “I know we said give it time and shit, but you left, and I just-”
He doesn’t get the chance to finish his sentence.
When you make it to Eddie, you’re in no business to carry anymore regret with you. This time, you don’t just yearn to kiss him, to wrap your arms around him, to pour out all those emotions you were feeling across tongues.
You do it. You kiss him, uncaring for all the stares of fellow students. He nearly falls backwards into his bike from the force of you colliding against him, but he’s quick to catch himself as his hands find your waist.
“You-” you pull back, gasping a bit to start to scold him before his lips follow and interrupt you, “Fucking-” Push and pull. You retreat, and he follows, “Idiot.”
His hands squeeze around you, tugging you a stumbling step closer so that your chests are flushed against one another.
“I am,” he mumbles against your lip, the tip of his nose grazing over your cheek as he refuses to let anymore distance be put between the two of you, “I am a fucking idiot. I’m sorry.”
“Stop apologizing.”
His hands cradle your face and he kisses you this time, reaffirming that he felt everything you had. All those words you hadn’t said, all his own admissions he’d withheld, spill between clashing teeth and eager lips. He takes your breath away, shamelessly, greedily. And you let him. You offer all the air that’s left in your lungs up to him on a silver platter.
When the two of you finally pull apart, eyes opening wide and foreheads pressing tightly to one another, he’s grinning like a fool.
“So, I had a better idea than time apart,” he murmurs, “What if we just… start over?”
“Start over?” you question wearily.
He nods, “Yeah. Just… Just pretend this last year and all our bullshit didn’t happen. Start fresh. Let me not be a massive dick this time.”
His hands drop from your face as he takes a step back, taking you in fully. You want to shy under his gaze, but instead you can only melt. His fondness is a warmth like no other, capturing you by the crown of your head and pouring down over you in waves.
“Okay,” you finally agree, feeling your own cheeks spread and ache in a lovesick smile. Coming home, that’s what this felt like. “Okay, we can start over.”
“Great,” the homecoming warmth only spreads as he straightens up his posture. A very serious look overcomes his face, laced with determination for a brief second until he relaxes it into a friendly smile, doleful eyes meeting yours as every single flower he had ever planted in your chest blooms like a spring morning. He sticks his hand out, nearly making you snort, “Hi, I’m Eddie.”
You can’t help it. His front door is open, a warm glow within welcoming you.
You ignore his hand entirely as you impulsively reach up and interlock your fingers at the nape of his neck, tugging him into you for another kiss.
He pulls back far too soon for your liking, but his hands have also found their spot against the small of your back, “Do you greet all the new strangers you meet like this?”
You roll your eyes, “Shut up.”
He pulls you back in for a chaste peck, and it tastes like home.
“I like you,” you whisper into the limited space between the two of you, “I mean it. I like you so fucking much, Edward Munson.”
He grins, cracking your chest wide open with hope, “The feeling’s mutual.”

I need more Alex x reader so maybe a childhood friends to lovers moment, but she’s a redbull driver 👀
Just friends where everyone but them knows they’re bound to be forever and everyone’s like when are they gonna get together. Cute snapshots of just them being sickenly inlove and oblivious. Maybe reader wins a wdc and Alex is so proud he doesn’t care that they’re in public he has to show how much he loves her and kisses her. Or maybe this happens and when one of them is interviewed they reveal they’ve been together for like 8 years at that point of something and everyone’s like jaw dropped shocked because they thought they weren’t together and just pining. Turn it on to everyone else.

"I'm not letting you drive home in this condition” with Nico. I feel like he gives off protective energy. I’m imagining friends to lovers vibes. He falls first but they’re best friends. Maybe they met when he joined the Devils. Like randomly met somewhere and have been close ever since. And she has a really bad day at work. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. And she’s crying driving home and drives to his instead because she doesn’t want to be alone. Maybe he makes dinner (idk if this man can cook tbh) and then she’s still upset but tries to leave so he can get on with his night and he insists she stay because he doesn’t want her driving upset. And that’s when she realizes she’s in love with him. Like she drove to his place unannounced because she knew he was the only one who could comfort her and the only one she wanted to go to.
I’ve realized that I’m a sucker for Nico. He gives off golden retriever vibes and I feel like he would be such a nice person to be friends with. I hope you like it!!
••
You didn’t realize when you picked up your friends shift, now making you a double, that you would make very little money and the tables that you served were horrible. Not to mention your anxiety was at an all time high while you were waiting on a letter to tell you if you were accepted into the graduate program to your dream school. When all of these emotions combine, it makes for a shitty day.
Twelve hours after you clocked in, you were only up $150 dollars and finally were able to leave, your last table staying almost an hour after closing. There was dried sauces all over your uniform, your hair was disgusting, and you just felt heavy. With your emotions clouding your judgement, all you wanted to do was go to sleep.
As you made your way to your car that was parked behind the restaurant you worked at, a couple of notifications from your email caught your eye. The emails came from the two schools that you were betting your future on…
You decided it could hold off, the tears burning the corner of your eyes took priority, and you didn’t know if you could handle what the emails revealed.
While running your hands through your tangled mess of hair, tears freely fell, the product of being completely exhausted. The one person that kept flashing in your mind, however, was Nico. The devils played Anaheim and you weren’t able to keep up with the score, so you wanted to congratulate him on the win.
As much as you hated your job, you always reminded yourself that it was temporary, and most of all that without it you wouldn’t have Nico. The one person in the world that felt as lonely as you at one point on a rainy afternoon 6 years ago.
When Nico had first gotten to New Jersey, he didn’t feel close to anybody. Sure, he was the first overall draft pick. Sure, people loved him. But at the end of the day he felt like he had nobody. He felt like he had to keep this persona of “Mr. Tough Guy” up to prove himself.
He found himself all alone in the restaurant you work at, managing to snag you as a server. He must’ve sat at your table for hours, always finding something else to talk about every time you checked on him. He stayed until you got off and proposed the idea of going out to grab a drink or two, to which you happily obliged, finally hopeful that you found a friend.
Where Nico felt lonely in hockey, you felt lonely in school. Making friends in college was hard, especially when you’re from out of state and aren’t in Greek Life or in any extracurriculars. Your roommate and you had hardly had 10 conversations in the first year you lived together, so your studies became your main priority.
When Nico and you realized that you had a lot more in common than you thought, the friendship just developed naturally. When you were off work you supported him at his games. When he had a day off he helped you make flash cards and study. And on the rare chance that you both had nothing to do, movie nights were your thing.
Six years later and he was your very best friend. You told him everything. Every detail of your life was known by Nico and vice versa. You weren’t dependent on Nico for emotional support, but he was sweet to have around.
Tonight, however, was going to be one of those nights where you just needed somebody. You just needed Nico.
The tears cleared your eyes long enough for you to send Nico a quick text letting him know that you were headed to his apartment. He immediately responded with a thumbs up.
While you were driving, just about every depressing Olivia Rodrigo and Gracie Abram song played, reminding you of your relationship that had ended almost a month ago. You felt bad because Nico already had to deal with the mess you were then, and here you are again. Driving to his apartment, an emotional wreck and tired of the world.
You parked beside his car and walked up the flight of stairs that led to his door. You barely were able to knock when he opened the door and saw the state you were in. He could tell that you had been crying, probably only stopping when you parked, and that you needed somebody.
“Come here,” he held his arms opened in the doorway, enveloping you in the coziest embrace, the smell of his body wash lingering from his shower. Since he towered over you, he gently held your head against his chest and rested his head on yours, placing light pecks to the crown of your head.
He held you like that until you pulled away and made your way completely into his apartment, him closing and locking the door behind you.
He watched quietly as you made yourself at home, taking your shoes off and untucking your shirt from your pants. He chuckled to himself when he saw that you were wearing completely mismatched socks. He loved the quirky things that you did.
“I’m sorry, I wanted to congratulate you on the win,” your voice was nasally since you had been crying so hard and your nose was stopped up.
Nico smiled sadly, not wanting to make you feel worse, but aware he should probably tell you the truth.
“We lost, actually. Five to one.”
You groaned, disappointed in yourself that you didn’t bother to look up the score to make sure they won.
“I’m sorry. I worked a double and wasn’t able to watch. I just assumed with Anaheim’s record that you all would win.”
“Yeah, well, it just didn’t end up in our favor. They played pretty physical. You should go back and watch it,” He winked at you, a smile stretching from one corner of his mouth.
“But anyways, what’s wrong? I know you didn’t come here to just congratulate me on ‘winning,” he looked you up and down, taking note of the exhaustion that spewed from you.
“It just wasn’t a good day. I didn’t make money and then on the way over here music that reminded me of-” You tried to finish, but Nico immediately cut you off, reminding you of a relatively new rule that he had made.
“We don’t speak his name,” his eyebrows raised, warning you to not finish your sentence.
You sighed, “Ok, well you know who I’m referring to.”
Nico walked to his sofa, plopping down and patting the spot beside him , offering it to you. You happily obliged, tucking one leg underneath you and the other tucked into your chest.
“They emailed me back…the schools,” you announced, to which Nico instantly perked up.
“And? Did you get in?” A part of him wanted to see you live your dream, but he knew that with you getting into your dream school would mean you would be leaving New Jersey. More specifically, leaving him. The thought of not having you only 15 minutes away made him want to punch a wall. He had let himself fall for you, knowing that while New Jersey was home for him, it was merely a checkpoint for you. It was one step closer to you taking off in life.
“I didn’t look. I’m scared to,” You admitted, pulling out your phone and handing it to him.
“Please read it for me.”
He clicked on the email, his expression hard to read.
He didn’t want to read the news to you. He didn’t want to be the one that told you that you had been waitlisted by the two schools you were betting on, but he knew it was better for him to read it to you than you read it alone.
When you figured he had ample time to read both emails and he wasn’t telling you anything, a pit in your stomach began to take place. Tears quickly puddled, spilling over your bottom eyelid as if they were a never ending fountain.
“I didn’t get in, did I?” Your voice broke, in return breaking a little piece of Nico.
“Waitlisted by both, but that’s not a no,” He tried to make you feel better, but when your body started shaking and the tears turned into sobs, he knew you needed to be held. He obliged, wrapping his arm around your side, pulling you closer to him and rubbing your side soothingly.
You instinctively laid your head on his side, wanting to curl into him as closely as you could, as if he could protect you from everything that’s wrong in the world. Everything that felt like it was out to get you.
“Have you had anything to eat?” He knew as soon as he asked it that you wouldn’t want to eat. He also knew that if you had been working all day that you wouldn’t take the time to stop and eat.
He felt you shake your head side to side, confirming what he already knew.
“I was about to make a quick dinner. I was thinking breakfast? Maybe some pancakes, eggs and bacon?” He ran his fingers through your hair, deciding to take your ponytail holder out and place it on his wrist. You sighed, the relief from the tension of your ponytail helping you feel slightly better.
“Please,” you said, knowing he was going to ask you if you wanted some either way. No matter if you made it into your dream schools or not, you still had to eat.
Nico slowly peeled himself off the couch, finally realizing how exhausted he was. Back-to-back games finally catching up with him.
You followed him to the kitchen, claiming stake to one of the barstools, watching him as he began to prepare the food.
“I know you probably don’t know, but what’s your backup plan? Are you going to apply to other schools?” He asked, cracking eggs into a bowl with pancake mix.
“No. I’ll have to wait until next year. I’m stuck here for another year, Nico,” your voice was strained and scratchy, but he understood you.
“That’s not all bad is it? I mean I’m here,” he attempted to make you laugh, but it was to no avail.
“My roommate is moving back home and I literally have no one else who I think I could room with. We both planned on this being it for Jersey,” you laughed, not out of humor, but at the thought of how much has gone wrong in 12 hours.
“What about staying with me?” He asked the question before he could catch himself. Would you see straight through to his true feelings for you, or would you just think he was extending a friendly offer to one of his friends who needed a little help.
“Nico, why the hell would you want me to move in with you? Have you met me?” Your puffy eyes made eye contact with his sweet ones.
Oh, how absolutely clueless you were. It would have been cute had it not been his feelings for you in the mix.
“You’re not that bad. I’ve definitely had worse roommates.” He smiled as he flipped the pancakes on the griddle and placed the eggs in a pan on the stove to cook.
“I can’t accept your pity offer,” you reached across the counter for a paper towel to catch the snot that was creeping out of your nose.
“Don’t think of it as a pity offer. Think of it as…what’s that word for when it’s not a parasite, but both things benefit?” He looked to the ceiling as if it held the answer to his missing word.
You laughed, finding it cute that he sometimes can’t think of the right English word he’s looking for.
“Mutualism?” You pitch the word to him, to which he points to you enthusiastically.
“That! Think of it as that. I mean, I could use a little help around here,” he motioned to his apartment.
“Yeah, I don’t know about that. I’d have to think about it,” Your tears were becoming manageable with him trying to make you feel better. You’d internally think about everything that went wrong and tears would brim again, but when Nico talked it made it better.
“Well think about it,” he said, his bacon looking a tiny bit burnt as he transferred it from the pan to a dish to serve to you along with some scrambled eggs and a pancake.
You began to dig in to the food, Nico following close behind you as he fixed his plate and sat beside you. The two of you ate in silence. It wasn’t an awkward silence, but a peaceful silence. It allowed for you to think and for him to think about you. He wanted to feel sad about you not getting into the graduate program, but a whole extra year with you? He couldn’t be too upset.
The two of you finished eating and washed your dishes, putting them up, Nico returning to the living room on the sofa and you putting your shoes back on.
“What are you doing?” Nico asked, his eyebrows raised inquisitively as he watched you tie your shoes.
“I’ve got to go home,” you said as you stretched your back.
“I’m not letting you drive home in this condition,” He started, ready to pitch his case for you to stay the night.
“You’re tired, upset, and you don’t need to be by yourself right now. Stay with me,” His eyes were practically begging you, but his tone was stern, evident that he would not be budging.
“I have no clothes-”
“I have some t-shirts.”
“I need to wash my hair and I have no shampoo or conditioner.”
“Nina left some here, use hers,” Nico had a solution to all of your excuses, making you realize that there really wasn’t a reason why you couldn’t spend the night.
“Just stay,” His voice was barely above a whisper, wrapping itself around your heart as you caved into him.
“Fine,” you sighed.
He showed you where all of Nina’s products were and laid out one of his old t-shirts on the counter in the bathroom. It was long enough to be a dress on you, swallowing you whole.
He ran the water for you and left you in the bathroom by yourself, causing you to let out a few silent sobs before getting in the shower, letting the hot water wash away the things you have no control over. You tried to think about the positives. You had Nico for another year.
Nico. Nico Hischier that held up your table all of those years ago. Nico Hischier that helped you study for every stupid exam you had. Nico Hischier that always ran to you first after every home game. Your Nico. Your best friend. The one that always had an open shoulder for you to cry on and open arms when you needed a hug.
Did guys treat girls like this that they just loved as friends? You sure as hell had never had one like him.
While thinking about all that Nico has been there for, tears begin to fall. It hit you like a ton of bricks, the possibility that Nico could be more than a friend. Would he feel the same? Would these newly discovered feelings be the downfall of your friendship?
Just as quick as the feelings surfaced, you shut it down. Nico meant too much to you for you to lose him over selfish feelings. Everything was perfect with him and your stupid little crush would not ruin that.
While you continued to shower, Nico changed the sheets on his bed, putting on fresh ones from the dryer so that you would be warm when you got in. He decided he would take the couch.
The smile that he had hidden while consoling you appeared as he prepared his apartment for you for the night. He thought about the possibility that you might move in with him, relishing in the idea that he could see you everyday when he woke up and at night when he went to sleep. Never ending movie nights and having his best friend 24/7…what possibly could be better?
You being his girlfriend. Would that come in time? Did he need to tell you his feelings or keep them to himself?
He had always been able to conceal his feelings, the fear of losing you greater than the pain of only being your friend. That had worked out fine, but when you rounded the corner of the hallway into the living room with his shirt hanging right above your knees and a pair of his long socks bunched on your leg, his breath hitched.
He let his eyes take in everything about you. The way your hair curled at the nape of your neck from the water, the random bruises that decorated your legs from being clumsy, a few pimples that dusted your face, only visible when your makeup was not, the random bit of mascara that you hadn’t managed to wash off.
He wanted you. He wanted you forever. He wanted you as his wedding date, his girl at the games. He wanted to share holidays with you, exchange anniversary gifts and plan birthday parties with you.
Everything in life he wanted to do with you.
“I can’t do this anymore,” He announced as he walked over to your small frame.
You were confused, about to open your mouth to ask him what he meant, but as soon as you realized he was leaning down to kiss you, your eyes grew wide in shock. His kiss cleared up what he meant.
He cupped your face with his hands, each thumb resting on your cheekbones as he very slightly pulled you closer to him.
Your lips moved in synch, making up for years of him loving you.
He noticed that you had a chapped spot on your lip, but he didn’t mind. The taste of strawberries from your lipstick from earlier lingered, causing him to deepen the kiss, never wanting to forget that taste.
You pulled away, needing to breathe. His eyes were still the soft brown ones that you loved, but you could tell that they looked at you differently from how you thought they did. Just standing in a t shirt and socks, they made you feel like the prettiest girl in the world.
A smile pulled at your lips, causing him to follow, his dimple making an appearance on his face. His scruff itched your face, but you didn’t mind.
“I’m not going to lie to you and tell you that I’m upset you didn’t get into school because I’m not. Call me selfish or whatever, but I need you. You keep me grounded. I want you here with me. Move in here, find something to do while you wait to reapply. I just know there’s nobody else that I love the way I love you,” he ended his confession with a kiss to your forehead.
“Ok,” You whispered, not wanting the warmth of his body to ever be far from you.
“I love you, little lady. A lot more than you realize,” He smirked at the blush that spread across your cheeks, the rosy pink that highlighted your skin revealing the effect that this boy has on you.
He pulled you into him, hugging you as if you would be gone any second and he couldn’t let you go.
When he finally did let you go, you both hopped into his bed and began watching Harry Potter, starting with The Prisoner of Azkaban since he knew that was your favorite one.
You fell asleep first, your head resting on his chest as he scratched your back. When he noticed the soft snores escaping your mouth, he smiled to himself. This was how it was meant to be. You and him.

OLD MAN YAOI BRACKET ROUND 1
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Propaganda:
Gerald Robotnik/Black Doom:
Scientist who wants to blow up the world and his evil alien boyfriend
Dude they had a son together and his name is shadow the hedgehog
They created Shadow the hedgehog together. Yes Shadow the hedgehog. This is canon. Theyre also super divorced just trust me on this.their old man yaoi is real
we as a society would not have shadow the hedgehog without their old man yaoi
old man fucks alien so he can bring his daughter back from space safely, gives birth to sad gay hedgehog
you KNOW they fucked
they’re shadow the hedgehogs dads. Like canonically. black doom is an alien god guy and gerald is eggmans grandpa who didn’t love him enough and gave him daddy issues. he also went insane after the government killed his granddaughter (who he loved instead of eggman) and tried to kill humanity :3 these two are like bitter exes to me. they’re both dead. the devil from the bible fucked that old man
Black Doom and Gerald Robotnik are Shadow the Hedgehogs dads. Gerald is a (silly, slightly insane) old scientist and Black Doom is a two thousand year old alien who wants to destroy the Earth. Its not canon but Shadow's gay dads mean everything to me. They kiss and hold hands on the space colony.
IM DOING MY PART!!! GERALDOOM SWEEP BAYBEEEEEEE!!! GO SHADOW’S GAY DADS!
Sheo/The Nailsmith:
It's really nice because you unlock it after the nailsmith asks you to kill him with the pure nail and you refuse and walk away. He then says he was wandering hallownest without purpose until he found sheo who helped him discover that there was more to life than just one calling. These two are probably the only characters in the game to have a genuinely happy ending
The nailsmith loses his purpose in life after finishing his ultimate masterpiece, his lifelong goal, the pure nail. He requests the protagonist to try the nail on him, but If you refuse, he will find sheo who helps him to find new meaning in life and realise that there is more to life by teaching him different crafts. They can then be seen sculping figurines together, and sheo is also painting the nailsmith. They share a common love for art and crafts and inspire each other. Sheo's story is that he was a nailmaster, but got tired of it, and put down his nail to pick up a paintbrush. I think it's beautiful that he could help the nailsmith realise what he himself did. They both also used to live in solitude without even realising how lonely they were, and I think it's cute tuhat they can do art together now :]
They are two bugs retired from their career and making better lives for themselves and they’re gay about it. Nailsmith believes at first that he has nothing left after creating the perfect nail and asks the knight to strike him down, and if you don’t, he meets Sheo, a retired nailmaster finding a new calling in painting and sculpting. They find a shared love in creating things and Nailsmith finds a new calling in art as well. The achievement you get for uniting them is called “Happy Couple”
Gay bugs gay bugs gay bugs (Cw mention of suicide) They both used to pursue their one passion in life: forging the perfect nail (sword) for the Nailsmith and the art of combat for Sheo. Sheo realized he could just leave that life when he lost his passion for fighting, and he found himself a new purpose in life: art. However, he always seemed very lonely, completely isolated by all other bugs in his hidden house in the middle of a thorn jungle. When The Nailsmith achieved his goal and forged the perfect nail, he lost his purpose in life and his will to live. He asks the player to kill him. However, if the player refuses, he can later be found in Sheo's house, modelling for Sheo or sculpting figurines with him. He thanks the player for not fulfilling his request, because he has found a new calling in life here, making art together with Sheo. They both express how happy they are to no longer be alone. This also gives you the "Happy Couple" achievement, confirming that they are a couple.
THEY'RE CANON!!! They're fucking canon!!! You can talk to them at one point after doing a Bunch of Stuff to get them to meet each other and you get an achievement called "Happy Couple"!!! Gotta love old man yuri

Laughing my ass right off at Bo-Katan’s never ending terrible, horrible, no good, very bad time, like in the span of about a fucking week, she has:
Din Djarin come knocking on her door and she has to deal with his quest to find the living waters as he prods every emotional bruise she still has about all the Mandalorians abandoning her
Din gets himself snared by some weird eyeball in a jar in a robot body so the weird green baby has to come tell her to rescue him
Which she does and then falls into the Living Waters with him and possibly sees a Mythosaur making her question her sanity
Then her fucking childhood home gets blown up by Imperial remnants, just one more reminder that everything she was gifted she has lost, that she has failed her family’s legacy one more time
So sure why not, let’s go join the group she doesn’t actually believe in and called a cult just last season, but they’re reasonably nice to her and she’s good at fighting, so actually they’re pretty cool
But she’s still quietly freaking out that she may have seen a mythical legendary creature like is she LOSING HER FUCKING MIND HERE???
And how the fuck do you eat without taking your helmet off??
Suddenly she’s being pushed into leadership of the war party, but it’s not bad, she got to stay by the fire, and it’s nice to be useful, even if she still feels out of sorts.
And then even more suddenly she’s being told she walks both worlds, that she needs to unite Mandalore one more fucking time
LET’S GO KICK SOME PIRATE ASS!!!11!
So sure why the fuck not.  WHY THE FUCK NOT.  Let’s go to some decked out vacation planet in the middle of Bumfuck Outer Rim
Let’s take a stupid as shit detour into finding some malfunctioning droids with a guy who has unresolved droid-related trauma and literally KICKS THE DROIDS just to be a dick so they’ll react,
Like Bo-Katan Kryze doesn’t have enough shit to deal with, every time she has to stop and deal with some absolute clown buffoonery, she’s reminded that she’s in full clown wig and makeup herself, this is her fucking life now and I was LAUGHING MY ASS OFF ABOUT IT THE ENTIRE TIME, Bo-Katan’s life is just one long string of, “Life is already so goddamned weird, this might as well happen.” I love you, babe, but I also love your long suffering face as you have to deal with being in a Star Wars show.

──IN WHICH, the gang dates a happy go-lucky reader!。✦
||✰ — the gang, separately
Tumblr media
Johnny Cade ;
your kindness probably frightened him at first, he wasn’t used to anyone as nice as you.
but when he gets to know you are—he can’t get enough.
your happiness probably rubs off on him.
johnny’s smiling more, opening doors for people, and has a little spring in his step.
the gang definitely knows about you and teases johnny about it.
“you gotta stop hangin’ ‘round y/n. you’re starting to get their smile.”
“yeah, johnnycakes. i swear—i ain’t never seen you this happy.”
“get used to it, i dunno.”
you refuse to see the bad in people, and honestly johnny kinda likes that mindset.
but he doesn’t at the same time.
he knows people in the world suck, he knows how cruel it can be—but with you by his side, you make it bearable.
you make him feel actual hope that he can get out of this place.
make him feel like he has a future.
“thank you.”
“for what?”
“..everything, y/n.”
Dallas Winston ;
opposites attract dare i say?
i can see you calming dallas down, just a bit though.
not too much. just a lot.
he stops beating up people for no reason, yelling so much, and even helps a few old ladies cross the street.
only when people aren’t look though. this is still dallas.
“jus’ get outta ‘ere, punk!”
“aw, dallas! you let ‘em go! ‘m so proud.”
“whatever.”
he mumbles, snaking an arm around your waist with his other hand stuffed in his pocket.
the gang was so fucking shocked when they found out you two were dating.
“…for real?”
“you ain’t pulling our legs, are ya?”
“no? what the hell would make you guys think that?”
“they’re sweet while you’re—you.”
“fuck’s that ‘posed mean?”
“nothing.”
i feel like a lot of people would judge you for being so happy, especially with the situation with soc’s and greasers.
but dally shuts them up real fast.
“they gotta be on drugs. no way someone can be that happ—“
“who? who’s on drugs? c’mon, you can tell me.”
“uh—no one, dallas.”
“you sure?”
“yeah.”
punches them anyways.
but i don’t want you to scroll with a bad taste in your mouth.
just know, you’re the only relationship dally has been serious about in a long time.
a very, long time. so—he loves you to death.
Ponyboy Curtis ;
admired you somewhat.
he loves the aura that surrounds you. he thinks it’s different—way different than what he’s used too.
he’s used to people beating others, spitting on people, mocking, teasing.
but you?
you go out of your way to help those who were pushed down, bullied, spit on.
he admired that. he admired you.
he loved that about you.
tries to pick up your habits—but ends up failing.
“pony, when’d you become so…happy go-lucky, huh?”
“is it bothering you?”
“a little.”
“…fuck you too then.”
i feel like he’d look for a partner like that.
his type??? possibly???
you just,
give him hope.
hope that he can leave tusla and live the life he wanted on the country side.
Sodapop Curtis ;
same thing, different font.
you two get along so well it’s sickening.
when the two of you walk in a room together you blind everyone with how bright the both of you are.
im not joking.
“did he really, soda?”
“yeah! can you believ—“
“JESUS CHRIST!”
“what?”
“get out.”
“WHY?!”
“what?!”
“y’all are ruining my bad mood. screw off.”
“is he always like this?”
“yeah. just ignore two-bit.”
takes after you a lot.
like a lot.
started fighting less, helping out more costumers at the DX, etc.
he loves talking about you.
he just
does.
you’re all he talks about. i’d know, cause i’m literally writing this rn.
Darry Curtis ;
THIS DYNAMIC IS SO CUTE OH MY GOD.
cold, closed off darry with a cute, kind and sweet reader.
i’m crying just thinking about it.
you force him to open him to others.
literally.
“how’s your day, darry?”
“okay.”
“just okay? didn’t something happen at work today?”
“well yeah.”
“then tell, em! he’s your brother, babe.”
people always chuckle, seeing you cling to his arm—all smiles while he sits, looking like a guard dog.
but as soon as darry glares at them—they stop laughing.
everyone calls you sunshine after darry mockingly called you that. sorry i don’t make the rules :/ (yes i do.)
“hey, sunshine!”
“oh—hey, dal!”
“don’t call them that.”
“why not, superman?”
“because.”
Steve Randle ;
Guard dog 2.0
you gotta hold him back all the time help.
“steve! you know violence isn’t good—i hate it!”
“LEMME AT ‘EM, BABE! C’MON!!”
isn’t also—not used to people being so nice to him.
so you being so affectionate, looking out for him, loving him—just being so nice to him in general is so..shocking.
“you did so good today, love. ‘m so proud.”
“what?”
“oh? did you not hear me?”
“no—i did. it was just, outta nowhere. kinda spooked me a lil.”
please just love him.
please. he needs it.
he needs someone like you in his life and he’s so glad you are in his life.
he would’ve lost his mind a long time ago if you weren’t.
Two-bit Matthews ;
YALL ARE SO CUTE.
silly goofy guy with a sweet loving partner.
you let him ramble about anything and everything. he couldn’t be more happy.
“and they dance, like all the time!”
“even the dog?”
“EVEN THE DOG! he got his own moves, y/n!”
brags about dating the kindest person in Tulsa 24/7.
like, actually.
if you don’t like his drinking cause you know it’s slowly killing him, he’ll slow down on it.
“two, you know i don’t like you drinkin’ this stuff!”
“i know. but it’ll be my last one tonight, promise.”
“better be, ‘m worried for you.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
you’re like all he talks about.
he’s just so blessed to have an angel in his life!
like, what’d a guy like him do to get a person like you? save a country?

secret admirer
Tumblr media
pairing: steve harrington x fem!reader
summary: based on a request for secret admirer steve with a shy reader. you’ve had a crush on steve for a while, little did you know he felt the same. he was your secret admirer as well as your science partner, though you only knew one of those things.
word count: 10.5k
warnings: fluff, smut, like a tiny bit of angst if you squint. a world where steve and nancy never dated.
a/n: hi! idk why this ended up being so long but i hope you guys like it!! sorry it took forever to get done but i got like super carried away with this request, but here she is in all her glory!!!
You never expected anyone to notice you. Certainly not at school. You were the kind of person that remained in the background, an extra in a life full of main and supporting characters. You were constantly reading books, getting lost in other worlds and people with lives far more exciting than yours.
You stuck close to your tiny group of friends, but even then, you stayed on the quiet side. Though you loved them, you felt the most at peace when you were in your room. Alone and worry free. When you were alone, you didn’t have to focus on what you were saying or what others thought, it was just you and your thoughts. Just how you liked it.
There was one person, however, who did notice you. The only thing is, you didn’t know who that was. You never expected secret admirers to be a real thing, seeing them in movies and reading about such things. But, you had one of your own. You couldn’t wrap your head around the idea of someone liking you, but staying anonymous about it.
A new school day usually means a new note in your locker. New words to think about the rest of the day. They were always sweet, leaving you standing in the hall with heated cheeks and butterflies in your stomach.
It was almost pathetic, the way you had a crush on whoever this was. Because nobody had ever said things like this to you. Complimenting you on small things like what necklace you were wearing or how you did your hair. Using words like ‘pretty’ and ‘beautiful’ to describe you. How could you not fall for that?
You had only told one of your friends, your best friend, about the notes, not wanting to make a big deal out of it around people. She was walking up to your locker like she always did in the mornings, raising her eyebrows up and down suggestively at you.
“Hey! Any notes yet?”
You laughed at her eagerness, “Robin, you know I always get them after Johnson’s class.”
Robin had been your best friend since you started high school. You met in your first period freshman year and had become inseparable ever since. Her band-geek nature complimented your bookworm self perfectly.
“Ohhh right. I forgot this secret admirer of yours has a schedule.”
“I think they’re in that class.”
“You have theories now? Oh my gosh! We are totally gonna find out who this is soon!”
“Robin, stop it! I'm going to class.”
“You know I'm right!” She called as she walked away from you. You actually didn’t know it then, but she really was right about finding out who exactly was leaving you these notes.
You walked into your class and sat in your spot, in the back row. It’s where you sat in every class. The first half of your day went by as normal, taking notes, keeping your head down, and getting as much work done as possible.
Before you knew it, it was lunchtime and you made your way to the cafeteria, spotting Robin at your usual table. Your other two friends weren’t having lunch with you today as they both had clubs to attend, leaving you and your best friend to yourselves.
“How were your morning classes, Robs?” You spoke as you sat down across from her, placing your tray on the table.
“You know, same old, same old. Harrington came into Click’s class late this morning, like always.”
“Bagel and everything?”
“Yes! God, he’s infuriating.”
“I don’t know, I think he seems nice.”
“Nice? Have you seen who he hangs around?”
“Well yeah but when they try to say stuff to me he always stops them. He’s not the same as Tommy H. or Carol.”
She gasped, “no way! You like him!”
“What are you talking about? I’ve barely ever spoken to him. He’s just in some of my classes, is all.”
“Sure it is…”
“Robs, stop! Can we just talk about something else?”
She changed the subject right away. You loved that about Robin. How she knew when to stop teasing or prodding and to drop something. She was your best friend for a reason, after all.
Time went by quickly as you chatted away, and as you finished up your food, the bell rang signaling the end of lunch.
“You better tell me what the note says today!” Robin said as you put your trays away.
“Yeah, yeah. Bye, Robin.”
Your next class was with Mrs. Johnson. Science. It wasn’t your favorite class, but it wasn’t your least favorite either. But, you always looked forward to it being over and finding a note in your locker. They always made your day better, no matter what.
You didn’t know what you were doing in class today, but Mrs. Johnson had mentioned something about a project. As you sat down in your usual seat, you glanced at the board. Written in big letters, it said, ‘partner projects’ and you wanted to hide under your desk then and there. You wished Robin was in this class, that way you wouldn’t even have to worry.
Right when the bell rang to announce the beginning of the class, Steve Harrington came in looking a little out of breath, like he was trying to beat the bell. As he took his seat, and you watched, Mrs. Johnson started talking about the project.
“This time you guys will not be choosing your partners, I will be doing that for you. I want to mix things up and force you to interact with each other, and no, I won’t change my mind about it.”
You weren’t opposed to her choosing. If she didn’t find a partner for you, you’d just end up working by yourself like usual. Maybe this way you could get out of your shell, just a little.
Mrs. Johnson was calling out names in pairs, and you watched your classmates looking around at their partners with small smiles, some fake, some shy, some happy with the outcome of their group. Then, she was calling your name.
“Y/n, you’ll be with Steve…”
She kept reading names but you weren’t focusing on that. Partnered with Steve Harrington? You were done for. He was always kind to you, defending you when his friends were being jerks—which they always were. You couldn’t help but feel nervous around him, he was sweet and so pretty. So what if you had a (not so) small crush on him? Nothing would ever happen anyways.
When Steve heard your names called together, he was beaming. He knew you were shy by nature, that you didn’t really talk to people you didn’t know, but he was hoping to become someone you’d talk to. Someone who could get you to open up and be around without worrying. Ever since he noticed you reading by yourself during free period, he knew he wanted to know you. To be known, really known, by you.
He smiled at you and gathered his things, moving over to the now empty desk next to yours and pushing it so the two tables were together. You gave him a shy smile in return, tucking your hair behind your ears just for something to do with your hands.
“Hi Steve.” You spoke quietly, so quiet he almost didn’t hear you, but he was so glad he did. He thought you were so cute, and he could tell you were trying. This was going to be the best project ever.
“Hi back!”
You smiled at him, glad he was talking to you in this soft way that made you feel welcome. Like he really wanted to talk to you.
“So, listen y/n, I’m not the best at science, but I swear I’ll try my best. You might have to help me along the way, though.”
“That’s okay. What are partners for, right?”
“This is gonna be great, I know it! You and me, we’re gonna make a great team. Unstoppable even.”
Before you could reply, Mrs. Johnson was beginning to give instructions for the project, and you started taking notes so you wouldn’t forget anything. Steve was listening, but his eyes were on you and the way you leaned closer to your paper when you wrote. The way your tongue poked out between your lips the tiniest bit in focus.
When the instructions were over with, the class got to work. Mostly, though, people would just talk amongst each other, leaving the work for later.
“I was thinking maybe you could come over today after school? Get a head start on this project?”
You wanted to say yes right away. Of course you wanted to. But you were nervous. Alone with none other than Steve Harrington, what a trip that would be.
“Are you sure? Your parents wouldn’t mind?”
“Don’t really have to worry about them, um, they aren’t around much so. It’s basically my house. But hey, if you’d rather meet up at the library that works too.”
He knew you were a nervous person, shy by nature, and he didn’t want to scare you off. No, that was the last thing he wanted to do. So, he offered a middle ground. One you appreciated so much.
“That’d be great, Steve. I don’t have a car, though.”
“That’s alright! I can drive you. We can meet up in the parking lot. Is that okay?”
More than okay. He was so sweet to you, you didn’t understand why on earth he was friends with people like Tommy and Carol. They didn’t deserve a friend like him.
“That’s really nice of you.”
“It’s no problem at all, I swear.”
“Okay. Yeah, I’ll meet you then.”
“Perfect! It’s gonna be great, I’m telling you.”
Then, the bell was ringing. You always took a bit more time than everyone else to get out of class; you had to put your things away the same way every time. You also liked waiting a bit before walking to your locker and then your next class, waiting until the halls were a bit emptier.
As you made your way to your locker, your stomach was fluttering. Excited to see what your special note would say today. Excited about seeing that special handwriting and that special sign off with a small heart. Every single time.
You unlocked your locker and spotted the paper right away. It was always the same kind of paper, lined and slightly crumpled from being shoved into your locker. You smiled softly at the sight of it, looking around before reaching in and reading it.
‘You look pretty today. You do every day, but I think today is extra special! -S <3’
You always assumed the ‘S’ stood for ‘secret admirer,’ because that just made sense. As you read the note and saw the heart drawn the same way it always was, you felt your cheeks heating up, your head ducking down bashfully. You felt silly for liking these notes so much, for keeping them all in a small pile at the back of your locker. Like they were items that you’d always need.
You didn’t notice Steve looking at you, but he was. He liked to see your reactions to the small notes he left you. He had a crush on you for ages, but could see you were someone who had to warm up to others. In an attempt not to scare you away, he decided that starting with notes was a great way to go. It was convenient that his first initial was also what was at the front of the term ‘secret admirer.’ He really lucked out on that one.
He loved seeing you read his notes, seeing the way you’d blush at his words. Even if you didn’t know they were his, you would at some point. He felt so special every time you tucked away the notes into your locker rather than tossing it in the trash. Now that you were partners and were meeting up after school, he had a real chance to tell you the truth. But he couldn’t lie, he was nervous too.
Would you think he was creepy for writing to you? For being anonymous and acting as if he was innocent in the matter? Well, it was too late now. He was already in too deep. Caught up in you and who you were. A sweet person with a gentle soul who deserved to know how pretty and beautiful she was.
Once the next bell rang, you closed your locker and made your way to your next class. Steve did the same.
Your next class was with Robin, so you had the chance to freak out and force her to listen to you. You sat down in your seat next to hers, and she wasted no time.
“So what did it say today?”
“Shhh! Robin! Um just that I looked pretty, like more than usual.”
“Awww that’s cute! I can see you trying not to smile thinking about it!”
“Anyways. I’m meeting Steve after school because we’re science partners and I’m kinda freaking out and I need you to tell me it’ll be fine.”
“No way! Steve Harrington? Oh this is something straight out of a rom com. Shy girl partnered with super popular guy.”
“Robs! Not helping!”
“Sorry, okay. Listen it’ll be fine, you’re gonna talk to him and like you said, he’s nice to you! Nothing to freak out about.”
“Yeah, you’re right.” You weren’t actually convinced, but class was starting and you were forced to stop chatting and pay attention.
The rest of the day, you and Steve were both looking forward to meeting at the library, even if it was for science class. The nerves and jitters as well as excitement and giddy feelings were all mutual. But, neither of you knew that.
The end of the day came and you quickly made your way to the parking lot, not wanting to make Steve wait for you too long. When you got outside, you saw him leaning against his car door, talking to none other than Tommy and Carol. Great.
You walked up to Steve’s car, keeping your head down and trying your best to avoid the gazes of Steve’s friends. Unfortunately, that didn’t work.
“Look who it is! Are you lost?” Tommy faked concern, making you feel so out of place you wanted to shrink back into the ground.
“She must be, she can’t even speak!” Carol added on.
“Guys, seriously? Why do you always have to be such assholes?” Steve was quick to defend you, like he always did, but his words were harsher this time. More firm in his will to get them to stop.
“Geez, you’ve gotten boring, Harrington.”
With that, they walked away, leaving you and Steve alone standing by his car. He unlocked it and walked over to the passenger side, opening the door for you and ushering you in. A gentleman, really. He jogged around to the driver’s side and got in. Starting the car and driving away. It was silent for a bit, but Steve eventually spoke up.
“I’m really sorry about them. I don’t even know why I hang out with them, honestly. But don’t listen to them, okay? I'm glad we’re partners.”
“It’s okay. Um, thanks for defending me.”
“It’s not okay! I guess I only really hang around them ‘cause I don’t have other friends. I don’t even like them, really. They’re so mean.”
“You could hang out with me. I mean, only if you want to.”
You regretted the words as soon as they left your mouth. Why would he want to hang out with you of all people? You really just embarrassed yourself not even five minutes into the drive.
“I might take you up on that, actually.”
Oh. Wow. Maybe that was a good thing to say after all. You couldn’t really believe that he’d actually want to be around you without being obligated. But he sounded genuine, and glad. Like the offer really meant a lot to him. It did, but you didn’t know that for sure.
“Okay, cool.” You didn’t have a better reply, too shocked and excited by his acceptance of you offer.
“Yeah, cool.”
The rest of the car ride went by quietly, your leg bouncing up and down anxiously, gazing out the window to try and calm your mind. You didn’t know how to talk to him. Scared you’d say something weird or dumb and he’d stop being so nice to you. It was irrational, you knew that, but you couldn’t help your thoughts.
Steve was focusing on the road, his hands gripping the steering wheel tighter than usual because of his nerves. He wanted you to like him so badly. He was trying his best to be calm and collected around you, when in reality, he couldn’t think straight. Your perfume was filling his senses, sweet just like you.
Next thing you knew you were at the library, Steve pulling in and parking the car. You were excited to go inside, to start the project. Mostly because it gave you something to talk about, a subject you didn’t have to overthink. You were still nervous though. Because this was Steve Harrington, local heartthrob and the prettiest boy you’d ever seen. No matter how sweet he was to you, you couldn’t help but feel flustered around him.
He shut the car off and got out, jogging around to your side so he could open the door for you once again. You smiled at his action, his eagerness to be a classic gentleman around you. It was really, really cute.
As you got out of the car, he grabbed your bags from the backseat. You tried to grab yours from him but he pulled it away from you, shaking his head with a cheeky grin on his face.
“Nope, I got the bags. Keep walking!”
You giggled at him, and he wanted to make you do it again. To hear the sound over and over because it was so light, so airy. Like the best kind of cotton candy, sweet and pink and amazing every time.
Just like he did with the car, he opened the door to the library for you, even while holding both bags. “After you, m’lady.”
“Why thank you!” You walked into the library with a smile on your face. Why’d he have to be so nice? This crush you had on him was not going to end well and you knew it. But, you couldn’t help it.
“Y/n! Hi sweetie! And who’s this?” The librarian greeted you, excited to see one of her favorite customers.
“Hi. Um, this is Steve.”
“Hi! Nice to meet you. We’re doing a science project.” Steve spoke brightly, like he had known her for longer than thirty seconds. It was impressive, the way he could be so bright around a total stranger. You think maybe he could help you be that way, too.
“I see. You kids have fun with that! Won’t even know I’m here.”
Steve was walking ahead of you, and the librarian gave you a thumbs up when he wasn’t looking, like she knew something you didn’t. You rolled your eyes playfully and caught up to Steve. The two of you sat at a table close to the window, light seeping in and casting shadows across your faces.
“So what do you wanna do first?”
He was letting you take the lead, knowing that you liked to do things a certain way and not wanting to disrupt that for you. The last thing he wanted to do was mess up your routine. He was attentive like that. All of his observing you fondly has taught him plenty.
“Um, we could look at the outline, maybe?”
“Sure thing, boss!”
“Boss?”
“Oh yeah. You’re definitely in charge here.”
“Me?” You don’t know why that surprised you so much. You suppose it could be because you’re used to being talked over in group settings. But he somehow knew that you liked to take the lead with schoolwork, even if it was in your own subdued and quiet way.
“C’mon let’s get started! Get our science on!”
“You sound really excited about doing science, Steve.”
“Correction, I’m excited to do science with you. I told you, we’re gonna make a great team.”
He had a way of saying things that made them feel real, genuine. A way of talking that left you with heated cheeks constantly and words imprinted in your head. You thought about your secret admirer and their words. You felt similar about them and Steve. Both of them gave you the same feeling, and you didn’t know what to make of that. There was absolutely no way it was Steve. Right?
Robin was going to have a field day with this.
The project carried on smoothly, conversation flowing along with it. You and Steve ended up getting a lot done, and you were happy that he was able to focus on the work and keep up his playful demeanor at the same time.
Hours sped by as you worked, never even glancing at the clock because you didn’t feel the need to. You didn’t even want to go home, you wanted to stay there in the secluded library with Steve forever. It was peaceful, and it was calm. It was a blooming friendship and an ever-growing crush. Small smiles and shared laughs, a brush of hands and clammy palms.
Before you knew it, it was time for you to get home, finally checking your watch and gasping at the time.
“Shit, I gotta get home.”
“She cusses!” He felt like you were letting go around him, like you were becoming more comfortable in his company. It was all he ever wanted, and he hoped that one day he’d get you to be completely yourself with him. For the first time, he really felt like it was possible.
“My mom’s gonna kill me if I’m late.” You were packing your things as quickly as possible, trying to do the math in your head of how long your walk would take. Figuring out what excuse you’d give your mom.
“Hey, it’s okay. I’ll drive you home, no problem. Breathe.” He could see the wheels turning in your head, the panic growing in your chest at the thought of being late. He wanted nothing more than to bring you peace.
“You sure?”
“Of course I am. Like I said, my parents aren’t even home so.. I can be as late as I want. C’mon.”
You didn’t have time to reply before he was walking out of the library, waving goodbye at the librarian and holding the door open for you once again. You rushed over to his car and got in, hands shaking slightly in your lap. You hated being late, and you hated it when your mom was mad.
Steve started to drive, following your quiet directions to your house. He noticed your hands shaking in your lap, and reached over with one of his to hold them. He didn’t know what brought him to do that, to hold your hands in his. But he was glad he did it, because you grasped his hand in one of yours tightly.
You were holding Steve’s hand. What the hell was happening? This was something you were going to think about later. But, right now you were too focused on getting home before your curfew to concentrate on how his hand felt in yours. On the way he wordlessly let you grip his hand because he knew it would help. Why was he so kind to you? Of all people, he decided to be at his softest when you were with him, like his ‘King Steve’ persona—that really wasn’t him at all—melted away.
He pulled over on the street next to your house, telling you softly you’d arrived.
“Thank you so much, Steve. Sorry for, um, freaking out.”
“No worries. Happens to us all. I’ll see you tomorrow, yeah?”
“Yeah. Bye, Steve.”
Then, you got out of the car, running up to your door and going inside. Luckily, you had a minute to spare before your curfew was up, and you let out a breath of relief before going up to your room and collapsing on the bed.
Steve waited by the curb to make sure you got in okay, waiting until your bedroom light turned on before pulling away and heading back home to a lonely, empty house. He found himself wishing you were still with him.
When he got home he couldn’t stop his mind from drifting to you. To your eyes and how they crinkled just slightly in the corners when you smiled. To your laugh and how it felt like a reward every time he got one out of you. To all things you.
For once he wasn’t thinking about how empty his house was or the constant lack of his parents being around. He wasn’t concerned about his asshole friends or what people at school thought of him.
He was only thinking about you.
The next day at school, Steve was completely unfocused—more so than usual. He was too busy looking forward to Johnson’s class because he would get to see you. How pathetic is that? He couldn’t even listen in any class because of how he felt about you.
You weren’t much different than him. You still took your notes, but you found yourself zoning out writing mid-sentence, ending up with messy letters and crooked lines. You barely spoke a word during lunch, mind wandering to how your next class was going to go. Robin took notice, but she decided she’d interrogate you during your shared class.
You ate your food slowly, hoping the time would move quicker if you kept yourself occupied. You were waiting impatiently for the bell to ring, to go to your stupid science crush and see the boy you had a stupid crush on.
Your hopes were answered, as if the bell could read your thoughts. The loud ring cut through the cafeteria and you shot out of your seat and headed to class. There was an added pep in your step, your pace faster than usual. It was crazy, how you wanted to get to class for the sole purpose of seeing Steve.
As you walked in, you noticed that he was already sitting at the desk next to yours. Steve perked up when you came in, smiling brightly at you and waving. You have a small wave back, making your way to the back of the class and sitting down.
“Hi! I hope it’s not weird I’m sitting here. Figured it’d be easier since we’re partners and all.” He sounded nervous, which was surprising to you. You never imagined Steve Harrington as one to get nervous. Certainly not around you.
“It’s not weird at all, Steve.”
“Okay, great.”
Then it was quiet between you two. You had felt comfort in silence many times, but this was different. It was full of nerves and overthinking. For once, you wanted to speak up first.
“Thanks again for driving me last night.”
“No sweat. Did I get you home on time?”
“Had a minute to spare.”
“See! Perfect team.”
You gave him one of your small laughs at that, and he couldn’t stop looking at you. Not when the class bell rang and you turned away to get your stuff. Not when your teacher started talking to the class. He never thought he would feel this way about another person; like he couldn’t even take his eyes off of her or else she’d disappear. But he felt that way, in that moment, with you.
He was snapped out of it when you brought up the project now that Mrs. Johnson was done talking.
“So, do you wanna work after school again today?”
“What? Oh! Yeah, sure.”
“Um. I was thinking maybe you could just come to my house, that way we don’t have to worry about me being late again. It’s okay if you don’t want to, though.”
“Sounds great, y/n. I’ll drive us, okay?”
“Okay,” you’d never had anyone over to your house except Robin, and you have no idea why you decided to invite Steve. But, you didn’t regret it. Even though having him in your room would be new, personal even, you felt like it would be okay. He’d never done anything to make you think otherwise.
Steve was excited at the idea of getting to go to your house, to see you in your environment where you’re comfortable. He felt like he’d been invited to tea with the queen or something, with how special it was to him.
Steve moved his desk right next to yours again, and you guys got to work after that, trying to stay focused even when your foot would brush his ankle. Even when he would nudge you playfully like friends do. Even when you both just wanted the school day to be over so you could be in his car together again.
Time slipped away yet again, like when you were with Steve the concept didn’t even exist. No minutes, no seconds, no hours. Just you and him. Class ended, and Steve got up, leaving you with a quick ‘see you later!’ before quickly walking out. You took your time to pack up as usual, then went to your locker.
You had forgotten all about the notes you’d been receiving until you opened your locker and found another one. Your mind had been so full of Steve that you didn’t even think of your secret admirer. You still couldn’t help the smile that overcame your features at the sight of the familiar paper and handwriting, though.
‘I think I’m running out of words to describe you. There aren’t enough in the world for that. -S <3’
You don’t know exactly why, but this one felt more personal than the other notes. It felt like maybe you knew this person more than you thought you did. You quickly put the note in the stack with the others and made your way to your next class. You needed to spill to Robin.
You took your seat next to her and sighed, loud enough that she took notice.
“What’s up with you?”
“I kinda sorta invited Steve to my house and I think I kinda sorta have a really huge crush on him.” You spoke fast, partly so it would be harder for Robin to understand you and partly because you just had to get it out.
“You did what? And, duh. I know that.”
“He’s driving us both to my place after school.”
“Oh you have it so bad! What about your secret admirer?”
“Well today I didn’t even think of them until I saw the note, which was super cute, but still. I don’t know. What if they remain a secret forever?”
“I guess that’s a good point. Moving on is good, but Steve? Seriously?” She started faux gagging, expressing her dislike for the boy.
“Stop it! You don’t know him. He’s not the same as his friends.”
“I’ll believe it when I see it.”
“Robs, have you ever seen him being the one to be an ass? I know he doesn’t always stop them, but he does now. He’s different.” You meant it. He was different from what everyone made him out to be. He was more than just some womanizer—he wasn’t even going on dates anymore—and he wasn’t a bully. He was a good person, and you wanted people to know that.
“Okay, okay. So your house, huh? That’s a big step for you.”
“I know it is. I trust him.”
“This is crazy.”
You left it at that, not wanting to get your hopes up for anything and certainly not wanting Robin to make you feel some kind of way about the whole situation.
Class started and ended in a blur. Your head kept down, pencil held tightly in your grasp. Leg bouncing and eyes flickering over to the clock every few minutes. The rest of the day went the same way, and you were impatiently waiting for it to be over.
When the end of the day came, however, you started to feel nervous. Steve was going to be in your house, in your room. You never thought a simple science project would bring so much confusion into your life, but it did. You were stuck sorting your feelings for Steve, for your secret admirer. Facing many of your usual fears—though they didn’t feel so scary where Steve was involved.
You made your way to the parking lot like you had the day before. Luckily, this time, there was no Tommy or Carol in sight. Just Steve leaning against the car kicking pebbles with his feet while waiting for you. When he saw you, he quickly walked to the passenger door, opening it for you like he had been doing every time. He then got in his seat, starting the car and driving towards your house.
“I think I remember the way, but you might need to remind me of some things.”
“That’s okay. Thanks for always opening the door for me. A true gentleman.”
“That’s how you treat a sweet lady like you.”
“You have a way with words, Steve.”
“Tell me about it.” He thought of the notes he wrote to you, and if you thought those words were good, too. If you would still act the same around him if you knew he was the one leaving them in your locker every day. He really hoped you would.
“It’s this street here.” You reminded him of where to turn to make it to your house, and he nodded along, turning on his signal and following your directions.
He pulled into your driveway, which happened to be empty, and turned off the car.
“I’ll get your door.” He then got out and walked around to your side of the car, opening the door and letting you out once again. The routine was perfected at this point, and you were happy to let him do it. Happy to oblige. You don’t think you could deny him anyways.
He followed you up the driveway and watched as you got your spare key and unlocked the door, putting the key back before guiding him inside.
“My mom’s working late today, so it’s just us.”
“No problem.” He noticed you fail to mention your dad on many occasions, but he didn’t want to pry, so he left that subject alone.
“We can go up to my room?”
He nodded, “lead the way.”
You did. Walking up the stairs with Steve on your heels. You turned into the hallway, then the doorway of your room. You set your backpack on the ground by the foot of your bed and turned around to face Steve.
“Here it is.”
“It’s really nice.” He was being honest. It felt very you. The cream floral sheets on your bed, the window seat that had a pile of pillows in it, your bookshelf that was full to the brim, even the way your desk was organized.
“Thanks… so, do you wanna do the project?”
“Oh. Yeah, yes. We should do that.”
You sat down on the floor by your bag, and Steve did the same. Backs resting against the end of your bed, legs stretched out and ankles crossed. Bringing up the project was a way to keep things safe, to avoid slipping up and spilling out your feelings. How you had the biggest crush on him, how you could see yourself loving him. Hell, you were almost there already.
Steve hated this damn science project. He just wanted to be around you without homework haunting him. But, he guesses he should also be grateful for it. You wouldn’t have even been in this room together had you not been partners. He just wanted to get it done so he could tell you the truth. That the notes in your locker were all from him, and that he felt more for you than just admiration. So much more.
You were unpacking your things, getting ready to start working. Steve grabbed his stuff too, even though his attention was elsewhere. He really was trying to focus, but you being right next to him didn’t help. Still, he pretended to be unaffected, to just be your partner for science when he wanted to be your partner in life.
“How much do we have left?” He checked in with you, trying to keep his head in the game.
“Not too much. We could probably finish today, actually.” You didn’t sound excited about being done with your project so soon. You just wanted to keep hanging out with Steve, but you were too scared to ask him to. The project was your safety net, and it was disappearing.
“That’s great! I keep on telling you, we’re a great team!”
“Guess you were right about that.”
“Oh, for sure. So, should we get to it?”
“Yeah, we should.”
So you did, reading over what you had done so far and making some notes as you went along. He really was right about the two of you working well together, and you couldn’t help but wonder if that would translate into a romantic relationship, too. It was silly, but that’s where your mind wandered before you snapped out of it and kept working.
Steve found it impressive, the way you were so dedicated to getting your work done. He was thankful for it as well, because there was no way he could be the one to keep the project going. You were silent as you worked, and he supposed that helped him. He couldn’t be distracted by your voice or the way your lips moved when you spoke.
Time swept by yet again, and you and Steve had both finished your parts of the project.
He pushed his papers towards you, “do you wanna read over it? Make sure it’s all there?”
You grabbed his pages and gave him yours in exchange, “sure, you do the same.”
“I’m sure yours is perfect, you genius.”
“I’m no genius, Steve. Just read it.”
“Sure thing.. genius.”
You huffed out a laugh, you didn’t know how he managed to make you laugh, to raise your spirits with just a few words. Something about him just made you smile, his aura was bright that way, and you thought if you could see it, it would be yellow.
Beaming sunshine, vibrant flowers, the taste of lemonade on a hot summer day. Yellow.
You both finished reading, smiling at each other in success and relief because it was done.
“It’s great, Steve. I’m kind of surprised.”
“You underestimate me, babe.”
“Babe?”
He didn’t even realize he said it, it sort of just slipped out. He wasn’t even mad about it, though. Because it made you all shy and flustered and it was so fucking cute. It made you react the same way you did to his notes, but this time you knew it was him. He loved it.
“You don’t like it?”
“No, I do, actually. Um, anyways. How was mine?”
“Perfect. You’re really great.”
“Thank you, Steve. I think you’re great too.”
“Yeah?”
Your faces were inches apart now, and neither of you had any idea how that happened. You had simply gravitated towards each other during your conversation. Eyes flicking down to lips, bodies turning towards each other, legs brushing ever so slightly.
You felt the air around you change, grow thicker, “yeah.”
He reached his hand out, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear gently before softly pressing his palm against your cheek. His thumb brushing back and forth on your skin, his head leaning even closer, his eyes moving all over your face.
“Can I kiss you, y/n?” He was looking at your lips as he spoke, but looked back into your eyes to search for a response.
You couldn’t believe this was happening, that he actually wanted to kiss you. That his attention was fully on you and his hand was on your face. Holding you like you were the most precious thing in the world.
“Yes, please.” It came out quietly, but you know he heard it because he was leaning in.
Then, he was kissing you. He was almost shy at first, but when you pushed yourself into him further, when you grabbed his shoulder to keep him close to you, he went in.
He kissed you with emotion, something you’d never felt before. It was like he was trying to say something with this kiss, only, you didn’t know what. He was using the hand on your face to tilt your head the way he wanted, moving his other hand to your waist. Holding you felt unreal, it felt right. He’d never had that with another person before.
His hand on your waist left your head spinning, and you wanted, needed, to get closer to him. You straddled him on the floor of your bedroom, never breaking the kiss. His back was against your bed, and his lips were on yours and it all felt like a dream. You grabbed the back of his head with your other hand, tangling your fingers in his hair.
When you situated yourself on his lap, he was in heaven. Steve was so in awe of you and the way you moved and he was so thankful that he was the one kissing you in this moment. He now had both of his hands on your waist, placing them under your sweater to feel your skin on his. This was insane.
He licked the seam of your lips, getting permission to slip his tongue into your mouth. You opened up for him right away, allowing your tongues to tangle together and it was incredible. You couldn’t help it when you started to move your hips over him. He made you needy in a way you’d never experienced.
His hips bucked up into yours and you gasped into his mouth at the feeling of him. Hard and turned on and it was because of you. You pulled back to breathe and rested your forehead on his. He thought he’d scared you off with his actions, and he squeezed his eyes shut at the thought.
“I’m sorry. Fuck, I’m sorry, babe.”
You grabbed his face in your hands, tilting his head so he was forced to look at you, but he kept his eyes shut, “look at me, Steve.”
He obeyed you. He would do anything you asked him to. His shining brown eyes meeting yours. You got lost in them, swirls of honey and chocolate. Perfect, and sweet, and melting just for you.
“I want this. And I want you. It’s okay.”
“You’re sure?” He was breathing so heavily, he never imagined that this is where a science project would get him, and he decided he’d thank Mrs. Johnson later for putting you together.
You nodded and he could feel the movement as your heads were still together, and then you were kissing again. It was like you hadn’t even stopped, finding the rhythm right away, two magnets with opposite attractions. Stuck together.
Your hips were moving faster over him, chasing the friction leaving your panties a mess. He bucked into you again, using his hands on your waist to keep you sliding over him. Before you could go any further, though, he was pulling away.
“Get on the bed, angel.”
Yet another term of endearment that had slipped past his lips. He didn’t overthink it this time, though. You really were an angel and he wanted you all to himself. He knew it was a bad idea to do this when he hadn’t been fully honest with you yet, but he couldn’t help himself. He really couldn’t.
You listened to him, to his commanding yet soft tone of order. Lifting yourself off of him and climbing onto the bed, leaning back on your elbows to watch him get up. He stood and peeled his shirt off, and your eyes drifted over him. Over the soft ridges and muscles that moved as he did. He crawled onto the bed, hovering over you before placing his lips back on yours.
You moaned into his mouth, needing more from him. He could tell, and he moved his kisses down to your jaw, then your neck. He decided not to leave any marks this time, he wanted you to be fully his when he did that. His hands slid up your thighs, underneath your skirt and he pulled away to look at you writhing underneath him.
“Think we need to make this even. Y’know cause you still have your shirt on and mine’s off.”
“Okay.” You nodded along, fully immersed in what he was saying and his voice and the soft dominance he provided. The comfort you felt with him. You sat up and took off your sweater, revealing the lacy bra you had underneath.
“Fuck. You always hiding stuff like this under your clothes, angel?”
“Only when we hang out.”
“It’s for me?”
“Uh huh.”
That was probably the best thing he’d ever heard. That you thought about him this way, and even wore underwear that was for him. Though, he thinks he’d think you were the most beautiful girl he’d ever seen no matter what you were in. So there’s that.
He continued to kiss his way down your neck, and even further without your sweater in the way. He placed pecks along your chest, over the swell of your breasts and down your stomach. His hands were running up and down your body, never settling in one place for too long. He looked up at you when his mouth was just above the waistband of your skirt.
“Can I take this off?”
“Please.” Your hips were swaying slightly, searching for any kind of relief.
He undid the zipper of your skirt and pushed himself up, giving himself room to pull it down and throw it to the floor. He spotted the wet spot on your underwear and groaned at the sight.
“You’re really wet. Can see it through your clothes, angel. Who’s that for, huh?” His hand was pressed over you now, fingers pushing against the wetness that had gathered on your underwear.
You whimpered at the slightest touch, “Steve, take them off, please.”
“Tell me what you want me to do.”
“Shit. Want your mouth.”
“I’ll give it to you, babe. Lay back and feel it.”
He slid your parties down slowly, almost painfully. He tossed them on the floor where the rest of your clothes were, then he took his time to admire you. You pushed your thighs together, feeling shy and exposed under his intense gaze. But, he pushed them back apart, tutting softly.
“You’re beautiful, y/n. Let me see you.”
You hid your face behind your hands, not used to getting compliments during moments like this. Once again, he used his hands to stop you from hiding, grabbing your wrists and pressing them into the bed next to your head. He was fully leaned over you, forcing you to look right at him.
“Stop hiding from me. I want you, too.” His voice was firm, convincing, but still kind with his words. He wanted to reassure you, to show you that he wasn’t what everyone thought he was. That he was good and he would be even better for you.
He stood up and took his jeans off, opting to let you see the hard outline of him through his boxers. He got back on the bed, kneeling with his legs on either side of yours. He grabbed one of your hands and pressed it against his underwear.
“You feel how hard I am? That’s because of you.”
You palmed him, moving your hand back and forth over his clothed cock and feeling the size, the hard weight of him.
“You’re so big, Steve.”
“Guess I should get you ready for me, huh?”
He slid down your body, until he was laying between your legs, face level with your cunt. He was so turned on right now, seeing how wet you were, how you were ready for him and how you put your trust in him. He’d never take this for granted.
“You’re soaked, angel.”
Then he dove in, licking you fully before focusing on your clit. You moaned as soon as his mouth made contact, hands flying into his hair and pulling on the strands. The action made him moan into you, and you felt it.
“Steve. Holy shit.”
You were grinding yourself against his face now, and he knew you needed more. So, he slid a finger down to your entrance, sliding it in easily and curling it to find the spot that felt best for you.
He pulled away from you to see your face, scrunched in pleasure, mouth parted to let out the most beautiful sounds he’d ever heard.
“Tell me what feels good, angel.”
Then he pushed in a second finger, curling it along with the first and when you gasped, he knew he’d found the spot. He worked hard to continue to hit that spot.
“Right there, Steve. Oh my god.”
“Gonna come for me?”
“Yes, yes. Please don’t stop.”
He didn’t, instead, he moved his face back down to suck at your clit, drawing your orgasm out of you. He knew you were there when you arched your back, body tensing and cunt fluttering around his fingers. He moved his face away again, but kept moving his fingers to help you come down.
“That’s it, angel. Good girl. I got you.”
You were a mess, moaning his name over and over and pulling his hair until you came down. You were breathing heavily, eyes lulling open to look down at Steve.
“Wow.”
“Good?”
“Amazing. Come here.”
You pulled him back to your mouth by his hair, kissing him and whimpering when you tasted yourself on his mouth, on his tongue. You moved your hands down to his boxers, pushing at the waistband to get them off, whining when he wouldn’t help you.
“Someone’s needy. Don’t worry, we’ll get there.”
“Steve. Take ‘em off.”
“Only if you take off your bra. It’s only fair.”
Instead of replying, you moved your hands to the clasp of your bra, undoing it and sliding it off all while looking into his eyes. When you threw your bra aside, his eyes wandered down to your tits.
“Absolutely gorgeous. Perfect.”
He started to cup your boobs in his hands, but you pulled them away, motioning towards his boxers.
“No touching until you take those off, Steve.”
“Bossy. You’re hot.”
Then he took off his underwear, cock bouncing out hard and red at the tip. You reached your hand down to jerk him off, swiping your thumb across the tip to gather the pre-cum there and bringing it to your mouth, humming at the taste of him.
“Can I fuck you, angel?”
“Yeah, please. I need it.”
He moved off of you to find his jeans on the floor, grabbing his wallet out of the pocket and finding the condom he kept there. Just in case. He watched you watching him as he slipped it on, eyes hungry and dark.
“Keeping a condom in your wallet, Steve? That’s presumptuous of you.”
“Yeah well, I was right, so you should be thanking me, really.”
“Idiot. Get over here.”
Once again, he was on the bed hovering over you, elbows holding him up on either side of your head, dipping down to kiss you. Languid and slow. You reached down and guided his cock along your folds, coating it in your wetness before pushing his tip into you. He took the hint and did the rest, grabbing your hands and pressing them into the bed with his.
He pushed in slowly, gently, giving you time to adjust and feel him. When he was almost fully in, when your brows pinched together at the burn of the stretch, he kissed you. Distracting you from the slight pain, pushing himself the rest of the way in. He stilled, giving you some time to adjust until you were squirming.
“Move, Steve. Please.”
He did as you asked, starting off slowly, building up his rhythm to let you get used to it. He was so attentive with his actions, so invested in making sure that you were okay and you didn’t know that sex could be like this. Could feel this good and this emotional.
“You feel so good, angel. So so good. Made for me.”
“All for you, baby.”
“Fuck.”
Then he sped up, moving so one of his arms was cradling your head, the other sliding down to press against your stomach, wanting to feel himself deep in you.
“Oh my fucking god. That’s so good.”
“Yeah? Can you feel me in your tummy, babe?”
“Yes, fuck.”
Your arms were wrapped around his neck now, a hand in his hair again and the other scratching against his back. He moaned at the spike of pain of your nails against his skin, knowing he’d have angry red marks from it but he didn’t care. In fact, he welcomed the reminder.
His head was buried in your neck, breaths and moans melting against your skin. “Fuck. You’re incredible.”
“I’m so close, Steve. Please.”
“Gonna give me another? I’ve got you.”
He moved the hand that was on your stomach down to your clit, rubbing circles to get you there. It worked, because you were squeezing him tight, like a fist. He came at the same time as you, pushing himself as deep as he could and moaning. Hips stilled and pushed tight against your pelvis. You whimpered, mouth agape as you finished.
Steve collapsed on top of you as you both came down. You were petting his hair, running your fingers through it softly, caressing. One of his hands was still holding your head, cradling it close to him, the other running up and down your side soothingly.
He rolled off of you and pulled out after a couple minutes, not wanting to fall asleep on top of you.
“I should go clean up,” your voice was quiet, raw from all the noises you’d made. You were so grateful your mom wasn’t home.
“Let me help you.”
“Okay.”
He got up first, then picked you up and carried you into your bathroom which was attached to your room, setting you on the toilet so you could pee. While you did, he grabbed a washcloth and ran it under the sink, disposing of the condom and cleaning himself off. When you were done and were washing your hands, he ran the washcloth between your legs, pressing a kiss on your bare shoulder when you whimpered because of how sensitive you were.
“I know, It’s okay. You did good, babe.”
“Thank you, Steve.”
Once your hands were dry, he picked you up again and placed you on your bed. Under the covers this time, and you cuddled up quickly, eyes falling shut. He Grabbed his boxers off the floor and slid them on. He walked back over to you and kissed your forehead.
“I should go before your mom gets home, but I’ll see you tomorrow, okay?”
“Mhm. Bye, Steve.”
“Bye, angel.”
He put on the rest of his clothes and when he turned to you to say bye again, you were fast asleep in the bed. He smiled softly at the sight and then left a small note on your table. Walking over to the door and closing it softly behind him.
The whole drive home all he thought about was you and what he was going to do. He decided he’d tell you everything tomorrow. He wouldn’t let it go too far. He didn’t let it go too far already, did he?
You woke up in the middle of the night, peeking at your alarm clock and groaning at what time it was. You got up to put your discarded clothes in your hamper, put on pyjamas, and brush your teeth. Once that was done, you peeked out your window to see if your mom was home. She wasn’t. You guessed it really was a late shift.
You saw the small note Steve left you then, sitting pretty on your bedside table.
‘I want to see you again, here’s my number! Call me whenever, and see you tomorrow -Steve <3’
The heart looked familiar, so did the handwriting, and the paper. No way.
No way.
You knew why you felt like you’d seen it all before. It was him, your secret admirer. He never told you and you just had sex with him. Holy shit.
You went back to your bed and stared at the ceiling, deciding that first thing tomorrow you’d confront him about it. You’d learn the truth and you’d see how he felt about you. If this was real or if it was just some stupid fantasy to him.
You fell asleep hours later, after overthinking yourself to exhaustion.
The next morning, once you got to school, you went straight to your locker, grabbing the stack of notes before walking back outside. You sat yourself on the bench by the parking lot, deciding you’d sit there and wait for Steve to arrive, even if it meant missing first period. You needed to talk to him, or you’d lose your mind.
Robin spotted you sitting there on her way in, walking over to you with a confused look on her face.
“What are you doing?”
“Waiting for Steve. I need to talk to him.”
She eyed the notes in your hands, connecting the dots, “oh my god. It’s him?”
“I’m pretty sure. We also had sex last night, so.”
“What? You’re joking.”
“Dead serious.”
“Okay. Good luck. I love you, tell me what happens.”
“Love you too, Robs.”
Then, she walked away, leaving you by yourself with your thoughts. You were so confused. Why would Steve decide to leave you anonymous notes? And why wouldn’t he tell you once you were partnered together? Most of all, did he actually like you?
It didn’t feel like long before you saw the BMW pull into its usual spot. Your leg was bouncing up and down, anxious and impatient to learn the full story.
Steve got out of his car and spotted you on the bench, furrowing his brows because he knew first period had already started. Did you skip just for him? He felt like he was missing something, but he was glad to have the opportunity to talk to you, so he walked over. He waved at you with a smile, happy to see you even if it was odd.
“Hi, babe! What are you doing out here?” He took a seat next to you, noticing your avoidance of his gaze and the seriousness of your face.
You held out the notes to him, “did you write these, Steve?”
Shit. He really didn’t want you finding out on your own, he wanted to tell you. “Um, yes. I wanted to tell you today, I swear!”
“Oh my god! Why wouldn’t you tell me before? We had sex, Steve, and you didn’t say anything.”
“I know! I’m sorry. I wasn’t thinking about the notes then, I was thinking about you. I know this looks really bad but will you please let me explain?”
“I just want to know the truth, Steve. Was this some kind of game to you?” Your voice was small, and shaky, and when you looked up at Steve he watched a tear slip down your cheek. You wiped it away quickly, but he still saw it. It felt like a punch to his gut, he never wanted to make you upset.
“No! I promise. I really really like you, y/n. Like a huge amount. I have for a long time. I could tell you were shy and I thought you’d hate me if I talked to you without knowing you, especially because of how my stupid fucking friends treated you.”
You were really listening to what he was saying, trying your best to give him the benefit of the doubt because you really, really liked him too. You didn’t want it to be a game, but you were so scared that he wasn’t genuine.
“I haven’t hung out with them since we became partners, okay? I don’t want to ever again. I just want to be around you. I wrote those notes because I wanted you to know how I felt about you but I was too fucking scared to tell you it was me. I want to be with you. I want you to be my girlfriend and I don’t want to hide that anymore.”
He was saying all of the right things, everything you wanted to hear. The best part was, you could tell me meant it all, that he really did like you. You thought back to how the notes made you feel, to how much you enjoyed them and the butterflies they gave you.
You realized you weren’t even mad at him. No, you were just insecure and scared. But, you understood. You understood being nervous and scared. How could you fault him for that?
Steve was freaking out, he thought he was about to lose you and he only just got you. He wasn’t going to allow that. Not when you were the best thing that ever walked into his life, when you made him feel safe and secure and wanted.
“Please, please forgive me. Let me make it up to you, I’ll do anything. I really do like you.I’m falling in love with you, okay? I’ve never felt this way before and I don’t want to lose you so please-”
You kissed him, cutting off his nervous rambling so that he would just calm down. So he would know that he wasn’t going to lose you. Not now, not ever.
You pulled away, “Steve. It’s okay. I understand. I just wanted to know. I’m sorry I made you so scared. I’m falling in love with you, too. You know, I’ve had a crush on you for like, ever.”
His whole face lit up at your words, his relief evident in the atmosphere. “Really? So you forgive me?”
You grabbed his hand and held it tightly, giving him some comfort with your touch, “I wasn’t really angry, Steve. I was just scared. I forgive you, I did as soon as you opened your mouth.”
“So you’ll be my girlfriend? You wanna be with me?”
“Yeah, I want to be with you. That okay?”
“Perfect. You’re perfect.”
“We kinda owe Mrs. Johnson for putting us together, don’t we?”
“Like I said, we make a great team.”
You really did, and you felt it now more than ever. Even though people would talk and you’d inevitably fight, you knew you’d get through it with Steve by your side. Everything came together on that bench, like your entire lives lead up to that exact point in time. Because you didn’t know how it could get any better.

Wanna Prove It? (Christian Pulisic x Fem!Reader)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
WC: 800+
Warnings/Tags: pure fluff
A/N: a short one cuz i need to get it out of my system lol. he really is gonna be a great dad one day to our children cuz christian and babies = 🫠😍💗💗💗! btw no it's not dad!pulisic (y'all gotta wait until christmas 😋). anyway hope you guys enjoy and i’d love to hear your thoughts thru ask/reply/reblog 💗 apologies for any errors! feedbacks are highly appreciated 🤍 (ps: if you want to be added in my taglist just lmk!)
Christian and I are having a chill night in, and we spend most of the night laying on our couch with TV on. He gets up into the kitchen to get us some ice cream while I scroll through my Instagram feed on my phone – until I stumble across a video posted by USMNT of Matt Turner and Tim Ream answering a couple of "dad" questions. Just in time, Christian walks back into the living room holding a pint of ice cream and two spoons in his hands.
“Babe, have you seen the video USMNT just posted on Instagram?”
“What video?” He replies.
I show the post to him briefly as he sits back and puts the ice cream and spoons on the table in front of us.
“Oh it’s Matt and Tim! I thought it was another VW video I did!” He laughs. “ I haven’t seen it. Let me have a look.”
“Watch it until the end, I think you’re going to love it.” I suggest as I hand my phone and grab the ice cream.
He watches the short clip and makes some little comments during. He isn’t aware at the moment but from my point of view, excitement is written clearly on his face. There’s no denying he genuinely loves his national teammates (or as he usually calls them: buddies) – he does have some wonderful bonds with most of them.
“Yeah, I can see Joe and Brenden being terrific dads.” He agrees with one of Matt’s answers on the video.
“Wh- Aww, stop it.” Christian slightly blushes when Matt stated Christian would be a great dad and Tim agreed with it. “They’re so nice for saying that.”
“I do love their kids. They’re adorable and sweet!” He excitedly adds. “Also, who doesn’t love to hold babies!?”
“People who don’t like babies, I suppose.” I spontaneously answer him with a mouth full of ice cream – even though he doesn’t ask for one.
“Well, I think they are missing out on one of the best things in the world.” He comments back and it makes me chuckle.
I want to get more reaction from him so I ask him, “Do you think they’re right? That you’re going to be a great dad?”
“Uh…” He pauses. “Do you?”
“Hey, I asked you first!” I jokingly point my finger at him. “Don’t turn it back at me.”
“I mean, I hope I will…” He shyly hesitates. “But I don’t know. I don’t want to sound so cocky...”
“I know you will.” I wink at him.
His face suddenly turns pinkish red but his eyes lighten up so quickly.
“Y/N…”
“Say what you want Chris, but you know I’m right.” I try to convince him.
“Maybe…” Though he sounds unsure, he still agrees with me. “You know, I’m glad you think that way.”
With a spoon still in my mouth, I give him a little smile and nod my head. “Mmhm, you’re most welcome.”
The conversation ends there and we go back to finishing our pint of ice cream - or so I thought.
“You wanna prove it?” He breaks the brief silence.
“Huh.” I think I know what he’s implying but I’m not quite sure. “Prove what?”
“We can make a baby right now and prove I’m capable of being a great dad.” He smirks as he gently grabs my shoulder, pulls me closer then whispers in my ear, “We don’t need to wonder no more…”
Yup. That is exactly what I thought when he said “prove it”. Now it’s my face that turns so red and I nearly choke on my ice cream when he whispered so seductively. Oh, he surely knows how to get me good – what a cheeky man my boyfriend is!
“Christian Mate Pulisic!” I playfully gasp. “You can’t be serious!”
“Do I look like I’m kidding?” He laughs seeing me so visibly flushed. “I am just offering something you and I both want, sweetheart.”
“Why are you so sure I want it?”
“Well, I mean, you literally talked about always wanting to have babies on our first date, didn’t you?” He states. “You can’t deny it. I remember every word you said, Y/N.”
“And I remember I specifically said one day when I’m finally ready, Chris!” I clarify his statement before he continues. “I am totally not there yet.”
“Okay, but you do want babies right? So my offer still stands.” He moves his eyebrows up and down while giving me a cheeky grin.
“Oh…” I cover my face and shake my head. “Of course but not now, babe! Besides, if I get pregnant today, it’ll be like… A teen pregnancy!”
“You’re in your 20s, Y/N!” He cackles at my remark.
“Still! I feel like I’m way too young to have a baby. I’m still one myself!” I jokingly whine.
“My God, Y/N, you are a baby.” He says sarcastically. “I’m just messing with you, my love.”
“I know, Chris, I’m not dumb.”
“Don’t worry, no need to rush, yeah? We can definitely wait.” He kisses my forehead. “‘Cause you’re the only baby mama I want.”

Hey, request for Jordan Li:
So, what if Jordan's ex liked them better in their male/female form, and they got insecure because of it. Now they're dating reader, and that insecurity rises. So, the reader assures them that they're perfect in both forms. Smut or fluff?
Thanks.
I Like You in More Ways Than One !!
warnings, insecurities, fluff. SMUT (first time tell me how it was OK? OK!) pairings, jordan li x reader. don’t think this was my best but i really hoped u enjoyed lol
Relationships are a tricky path to follow. You’ll always have a piece of the person that came once before and although there are some that tend to learn how to live with it, there are others who simply hold on to those in the most degrading way possible. Relationships are our puzzle pieces and for a piece to go missing, it’s hard finding the right one that will fit into that vacant spot once more.
Jordan’s ex left a huge dent in them after their relationship ended. It felt like a farce most of the time, but Jordan wasn’t the kind of person to see their partner for who they really are. When they’re in a relationship, a partnership, all they ever see is a rose coloured world. Where everything their significant other does cannot and will not be impacted in a negative way. It’s why Jordan found themselves in situationships more often than an actual relationship nowadays.
Opening their eyes to the wrongs of what their ex put them through was like whiplash. How could they have been so clueless to the way they were treated. Jordan hadn't taken into account just how others acted around their ex, too. So, it was a breath of fresh air when you arrived into their life. Jordan didn't really know what to do or how to react to certain things. With their ex, it seemed as though everything was a problem and Jordan had to walk on eggshells around her.
Whenever she caught them in their female form, the attraction, the yearning (if you can even call it that) dissipated. She didn’t love all parts of them, having shown it one night at a party that Jordan did not attend. It broke them for weeks knowing it was all just a facade for her. That it showed Jordan wasn’t good enough for to even keep a girlfriend. And yet here they were, hopelessly devoted to you, letting their heart feel again and love again and be enthralled in the warmth of intimacy.
But no matter how much Jordan felt for you, there was always a shred of doubt that had them second guessing themselves over and over again. What if you never liked them in their female form? What if you’re just being nice and sparing their feelings because you know how sensitive they get? What if all this is a practical joke and you’re just waiting on the day for them to fuck up so you can finally leave?
Jordan was so stuck in their head sometimes, it was kind of infuriating but this is something they hide so well.
You both were supposed to meet up for a lunch date after your noon classes, but Jordan was nowhere to be found and it started to make you worry. None of your phone calls were being answered, texts left on delivered. You were going around in a twist trying to find them. “Hey, have you guys seen Jordan?” The blonde was the first to look up at you, a big grin spreading across her lips. “____, hey! No I haven’t. Everything good?” Cate asked, hand on your arm as she squeezed it gently. Andre was beside her, the shake of his head telling you he hasn’t seen them either.
“We were supposed to meet up for lunch. I just…I don’t know, this doesn’t happen. Usually they’ll tell me if they’re running late.” The worry was slowly settling into your chest as you emitted a shaky breath. Cate sensed your discomfort immediately and drew herself closer to you. Her hands were comforting, but it didn’t do much to settle the overwhelming feeling. You tried to calm yourself, being outside was a good distraction with the many things around you. “Okay. Okay, hey listen. I’ll help you find them.”
You nodded as you turned around with her to begin your search of Jordan, leaving Andre behind. “Yeah! I’ll just be here, not like I want to search for them too.” His words went off to deaf ears, both you and Cate recalling where Jordan was before you were supposed to meet.
Tumblr media
You were going around in a twist. Jordan wasn’t in their dorm room, not in the canteen, the commons or the gym. You tried their phone several times and no answer. Cate was beginning to see just how stressed this was all making you, opting to split up so you both can cover more ground to find Jordan. Please just, fucking be okay. You thought to yourself as you did a 360 on the middle of campus to see if you’ll spot them. It didn’t click to you until minutes later that Jordan was hiding and their hiding place was somewhere that wasn’t quite easy to find.
But the both of you frequented there a lot when you just wanted to be in each other’s presence without anyone else interfering. You began your long trek up the woods to the very secluded clearing of the mountains behind the school. It was like a quiet pocket on Earth that was surrounded by water and trees that stretched for miles high. It was the one place that Jordan had found in order to collect themselves after any event that triggers them.
Being out of breath was not an issue for you, knowing every step and where to avoid placing your feet as you finally made it to the clearing. Your wide eyes laid on the very person you were worried about for the past two hours, your heart sinking as you heard them sniff several times.
“Baby…”
“Fuck! You scared me! What the fuck, what are you doing here?” Jordan, in their female form, got up quickly, wiping away the tears that were sliding down their plumped and redden cheeks. You quickly rushed over placing your hands over them as she looked at you with sorrow eyes. “You didn’t meet up with me for our lunch date, I was going crazy out of my mind wondering wheee you were.”
Jordan’s eyes softened once more before a wave of tears spilled from their brown eyes once more; your heart cracked looking at them in despair. What happened to make her feel this way? And why couldn’t she feel like she could talk to you? You wrapped your arms around her in a tight, warm hug, allowing her body to shake vigorously as they let out a wailing sob. You didn’t know what was going on and when you find out you were surely going to make whoever made Jordan cry pay.
“What’s going on, huh? Why’d you hide from me? Please tell me, did I do something? I can’t stand seeing you like this.” Jordan moved out of your hug, wiping at the snot that formed on your sweater and her nose. She shook her head, grabbing on to your hands to lead you to the rock they were sitting on to have you sit next to them. “It’s not you, trust me it’s never you.” It was a whisper that you almost didn’t catch. Thank you supersonic hearing!
Jordan’s hands found a home on the nape of your neck, your hand immediately placed over hers. You scanned their face, “Talk to me, lovebug.”
“I…uh…I saw my ex this morning. On accident. It wasn’t intentional. The worry in your chest was replaced with a sizzling anger that was sure to grow into full on rage, “What did she do?”
“No. No she didn’t do anything. I didn’t even let her see me. I just…it just triggered me and I didn’t know what to do so I came here.
“Our relationship wasn’t the best. And I got flashbacks to it and I felt like it was bleeding into ours, but I was making it up in my head.” Jordan paused, squeezing your neck gently before continuing, “I never told you that she preferred me as a guy when we dated. She knew of my ability, but she didn’t take it so kindly whenever I would switch.” She laughed softly to make light of the situation, as if it was something comical to joke about. The expression on your face immediately changed hers back.
“I always just felt like arm candy to her, but I was so in love her, baby I kinda let that all go.” You sat listening to her as she rambled about her ex. Nothing angered you more than when Jordan was made to feel insecure and though you preferred them to just be them when you both were together, it didn’t stop the inkling feeling Jordan had in the back of their mind that you were just being nice about it. “I thought that you probably felt the same way. I don’t know…I don’t know why I thought that.”
You leaned forward to kiss them slowly. Jordan hummed softly as your lips caressed theirs, their hand sliding to your side to pull you closer. It went on for about three minutes before you both pulled away for some air. “Jordy…I don’t want you ever to feel that way with me. I don’t care at all, I care about you. You as in Jordan. The person who would always make sure they have an extra sweater in their gym bag for me. The one who knows my latte order like the back of their hand. The one who doesn’t care when I whine and complain constantly when I’m on my period and have taken over your entire room to self medicate,” you both giggled as you finished your sentence.
It was true, though. You didn’t care at all which form Jordan took as long as they were happy. Comfortable. “Your ex will begin to cough in six days and we can celebrate her death after that. But for now, I just want you to know that I love you. Jordan Li, the love of my life. Property Brothers fanatic. Comic book extraordinaire,” your hands made a home on their warm cheeks, thumb caressing the soft skin as you stared deep into their eyes. “I don’t want anyone else but you. Nobody but you.”
Jordan’s heart beat rapidly in their chest, leaning forward again to plant a steamy kiss on your lips. Nothing made them more sure about your relationship than this moment and all Jordan wanted to do was ravish you alive. “I love you.”
“I love you, so so much.” Your words were breathy, eyes immediately shutting as you laid them back against the rock to climb up over them. The kiss was deepening as you couldn’t help, but smirk a little as you planted your leg between their legs; Jordan lazily humping your thigh. Your hands were suddenly everywhere until you remembered Cate, “Oh my god! Wait! Before we continue I have to tell Cate I found you!”
You scrambled to get up only for Jordan to snatch your phone out of your hand and toss it into the unsettling lake before you. “Jordan!”
“I’ll get you a new one. I need you now.” That shut you right up as you both resumed kissing, this time with Jordan on top. You slid your hands underneath their sweater, moaning as you felt their breasts spill into your hands. Squeezing them brought out the nastiest moan to ever escape Jordan which you even more aroused than you were before. The lips smacking together made the noise echo through the open area, your leg finding its place back in between her legs.
They grind against your thigh, legs squeezing together to create more friction. You tweaked her nipples causing her to push her chest out more and her hand finding its place on the strands of your hair, tugging lightly. You whined softly, your left hand abandoning her soft mound to travel achingly slow towards the place she needed you most. Along with your thigh, your hand added more pressure to her clit, hips stuttering slowly. “Fuck, fuck please touch me. I want your fingers inside me,” she moaned against your lips.
You happily obliged, flipping her over to have her on her back. The rock wasn’t the most comfortable place to be doing this, but you both had major experience going at it on the same rock so they were used to the prickling along their back. Said the “pain’s tolerable knowing I’ll cum because of you.” You held it over their heads for a month. You brought your fingers to their lips, “Suck,” and Jordan being the good girl she is took both fingers into her mouth, wetting it as much as she can with her saliva.
“That’s a good girl,” she could’ve came right then and there if it wasn’t for the sudden intrusion of your fingers in her hole. Her back lifted into an arch, a loud moan echoing through the woods. Your fingers worked expertly as you lifted her sweater to wrap you warm lips around her nipple. Jordan’s moan sounded wet and strained, hands on your shoulders immediately squeezing them with her all might. You felt her squeezing the hell out of your fingers, dripping on to your palms, swirling your tongue around the now perky, hardened nipple.
Pumping your fingers in and out of her while circling your thumb on her clit was driving her mad. She has started panting, short breaths as her legs squeezed around your hand once more. “Come on, you can do it for me, baby. Just let go.” That one little command had her spilling all over your hand, humping your hand as you continued to pump your fingers in and out of her as she came. You rode out her orgasm long enough for her to begin pulling your hand out of her pants to get some reprieve.
“Hm, fuck,” Jordan breathed out. You lifted your wet fingers to your mouth to lick off her juices from them. You moaned, sliding your tongue between them to get every last bit that hung off of them. She watched you with cloudy eyes and a gapped mouth and swore she couldn’t fall for you more than she did in that moment. “Don’t ever think I don’t want you, you hear me?”
“Yes. Yes. Fuck yes, I’ll never think that again.”
“That’s my girl.”

Relationship: Bruce/Hulk x Reader
WC: 1.5k
CW: Fluff. Lots of cuddles. Soft kisses. Implied Tony being a dickhead. Working in customer retail sucks.
Tumblr media
In every way that mattered, your life had improved immeasurably since you and Bruce had started dating. You already had a friendship, a connection, and you couldn’t believe how easy the two of you just fit.
It was still early days though - you had your shifts, and when Bruce, or rather the Hulk, wasn’t off saving the world with the other Avengers, he had his research and other interests. You didn’t want to live in each others pockets, but still made the effort to see each other at least three times a week, and spoke on the phone all the other days.
You’d introduced him to your small circle of friends, and none of them realised who he actually was, aside from being a sweet nerd who’d swept you off your feet. It was the one advantage of having two personas, you supposed - it meant that he could maintain privacy when out and about.
In return, Bruce had invited you to come and meet the other Avengers. He’d done that charming thing of coming over all shy, asking you while cleaning his glasses with his shirt, so that he wouldn’t have to look at you and risk rejection.
“I mean, you only have to come if you want to. I don’t want you to be disappointed or overwhelmed, because they can be a handful. Tony will tease me… and flirt with you, Steve’s actually got a filthy potty mouth, Nat can be pretty intimidating, Thor, when he’s here, is loud and Clint… well… he’s got a specific sense of humour.”
You’d reached out and placed your hand on his arm, and he’d put his glasses back on and looked at you, expression unreadable.
“I’d love to meet them, and not because they’re the Avengers, but because they’re your friends and colleagues.”
“As long as you’re sure.”
You’d shifted closer, cupping his face with your hand and brushing your nose against his.
“Certain.”
They’d been everything Bruce had described and more, but you’d won them over, and now had your own Avengers Tower access clearance. Sometimes you and Bruce met up there, especially if he was working late, or had been on a mission. It was also the best space for you to hang out with Hulk. The green giant was actually a massive cuddle bug, and enjoyed lounging in his/Bruce’s room, watching Disney movies with you while eating insane amounts of popcorn and candy.
At first, Bruce had been reticent about letting you spend time with his other persona, but you’d convinced him that you would be fine. You knew almost from the first moment that you’d met him that you and Hulk would be friends, because he and Bruce were two sides of the same coin - he would never hurt you.
Now, so far in your relationship, it had all been sunshine and roses - well, apart from that night, but considering what it had led to, you couldn’t be too upset - you and Bruce having cute dates, sweet kisses and lots of laughter.  As you got off the subway you hoped that he’d be able to manage something different, and you didn’t mean intimacy. Well, that would be nice, but also, you were content to wait until it felt right for both of you. What you did need today was comfort, because it had been A Day TM (a really shitty day) because even the best relationship could improve what it was like to work in a retail job.
It wasn’t as though you weren’t used to asshole customers - you had to usually deal with one or two every day, but today! It was like they’d all held a meeting and decided to show up at the same time and be meaner and more horrible than normal - asking for complex drinks that made no sense, then telling you that you’d done it wrong, when you’d actually triple checked with them before starting.
Walking up to the front entrance of the tower you fanned your face, trying to disperse the tears that threatened to fall from just thinking about it. You wouldn’t let them bring you down!
Striding into the building, you flashed your access card to the security guard before swiping it at the executive elevator. You were glad that you’d be able to travel straight to Bruce’s floor. He wasn’t expecting you at this time, but one of your colleagues had owed you, so you’d ended your shift a couple of hours early and made your way straight here. Hopefully you’d be able to hang out in his room while he finished up his work for the day. Or maybe you could keep him company in the lab if you signed some kind of NDA.
You could feel yourself spiralling and you swallowed back a small cry, turning it into a hiccup as the elevator came to a halt and you virtually stumbled out into Bruce’s living room…
… to be met with the sight of Hulk, sitting on the floor, worry beads around his neck, watching Lilo and Stitch.
His face broke into a broad smile when he saw you, and he clambered to his feet as quickly as he could.
“Pretty Girl!” He turned and looked at the clock and then back at you. “Pretty Girl early!”
You bit your lip and nodded. Despite your mood, a small smile played at the edges of your mouth.
“Uh-huh. I just needed to see you… or Bruce.”
Hulk looked at you for a moment, and blinked. “Pretty Girl okay that Hulk here, not Bruce?”
You nodded, his earnestness and innocence threatening to destroy the last of your control. You took a step towards him, followed by a second and then you were throwing yourself into his arms, pressing your face against his chest and letting the tears of frustration flow.
Slowly, Hulk wrapped his arms around you, and you noticed he was a little unsure.
“Pretty Girl sad. Did bad man come back and try hurt you?”
You lifted your head, and sniffed with a little smile. “No. Nothing like that. Just a bad day at work.”
You eased out of his hold so you could drop your purse and take your coat off.
“How Hulk help? Want Hulk smash?”
He was too sweet. It was tempting.
“No. No smashing. Just be you, buddy. Sit back down and I’ll join you - we can finish watching together. I just need some cuddles.”
He let out a light snort and lumbered back over to his pile of cushions, dropping down heavily. You knew that Tony had had this floor reinforced, but you were still astounded when the floor didn’t shake. Once he appeared comfortable you joined him, climbing up into his lap and pressing into his side. He was so warm!
You watched in silence together for 10 minutes or so, both of you letting out the odd bark of laughter at the antics of Lilo and her extraterrestrial friend. You could feel yourself calming down just through this - being here and being cared for, with no expectation, something that previous boyfriends had never given you.
You were glad you had Bruce, and Hulk. Which brought you back to why the latter was here.
“Hey, Big Guy. Any reason you’re out today? Was there a mission, because I know Bruce had a load of scientific stuff to do today.”
You felt his body stiffen under you.
“No mission. No smash. Stark happen.”
You sighed - it stood to reason.
“Did he frighten Bruce again?”
He let out a resigned huff.
“Wanted to know what makes Hulk appear. Now Hulk not want to go back. Hulk come here, home. Watch movies, try to be calm.”
You rose up on your knees and pressed your palm to his cheek, feeling him lean into it gently.
“So you’ve had a bad day too? I’m sorry. What about if I get some more snacks and you pick another movie. How does that sound?”
“Hulk like snacks. Hulk like movies. Hulk love Pretty Girl.”
You dropped a kiss to the corner of his mouth.
“Love you too, Big Guy.”
You got up, and went to the kitchen, rummaging through the cupboards for enough snacks to keep Hulk sated. You smiled to yourself as you heard him talking to FRIDAY, picking the next thing you were going to watch. Snacks and drinks obtained you took your place, back on his lap.
The opening credits played and you smiled - the Little Mermaid.
“You know, if you ever have this problem again, ask FRIDAY to call me. I’m more than happy to help cheer you up. We’re friends, aren’t we?”
“Yes. Hulk and Pretty Girl best friends.”
You both settled down then to watch Ariel fight for her true love. Hulk kept an arm around you, holding you close, but without squashing you, and every so often you ran your hand up and down his arm or scratched your fingers into his black hair, quietly soothing him.
About 10 minutes from the end, Hulk started to fidget and shift under you. You got up and watched as he slowly shrank, and his skin returned to pink. Bruce looked up at you, slightly chagrined, from the pillow nest on the floor. “Hey.”
You smiled and sat back down next to him, wrapping your arms around one of his and leaning your head on his shoulder. “Hey, yourself. Feeling better?”
“Absolutely.” Bruce leant over and pressed a kiss to the top of your head. “And you? Sorry I wasn’t here to help.”
“Not your fault. And I’m sure there will be another day with a-hole customers. I’m also certain that Tony won’t frighten Hulk out of you again.”
Bruce chuckled. “You give him more credit than he’s due. Although he might not try it again for a while - the Other Guy smashed up his new Porsche…”
You couldn’t help it - you laughed out loud, cuddling into your boyfriend, and realising that life wasn’t so bad after all.

The concert isn’t for another hour but there are already so many fans in the stands and on the floor. One of your favorite things about being in a relationship with a famous musician/singer is to meet their fans. Everyone knows you and Dean Winchester are in a relationship since you’re all he talks about whenever he goes for interviews. They’ve seen plenty of videos of you two together, and both your Instagrams are filled with each other. Your lives are private but you love to share him on all of your social media. You’ve gained a lot of followers since announcing your relationship but you don’t mind.
None of the fans are expecting you to show up even though they’re secretly hoping you do. Not every seat on the floor is filled but a lot of them are. Fans from all over the country grab their seats and mingle with each other, gossiping about the latest news about you and Dean. One girl from a small group sees you and visibly freaks so now everyone is looking her way. Once they see you, they get so excited to meet the elusive Y/N.
“Hi! It’s so nice to meet you guys!” you grin and give hugs to those who want them.
“Can I take a picture with you?” someone asks.
You pose with as many fans as you can, making friends and complimenting everyone on their outfits.
“I love your dress! You look so cute in it!” you gush to a fan.
“Oh, my God. Thank you! You look amazing!” she grins. “Would it be too much to ask if you can sign this?”
“Me? You want my signature?”
“Of course! You’re amazing!”
“Okay,” you smile and sign whatever she has for you.
You’re not used to people asking for pictures and signatures since you’re not the famous one, but it’s nice to be recognized. You’re with Dean all the time so all of his fans know who you are. Where he’s the breadwinner, you’re the stay-at-home girlfriend who takes care of the plants and pets. You don’t like working so this is a good setup for you two. You two talked over how this was going to work and both came to the compromise that he would make the money. It’s not like he minded. He loves touring, interviews, and making music with his band. Plus, with no job to hold you down, you get to go with him to different countries and see his shows.
Once you’re done on the floor, you head backstage where your boyfriend is. He’s sitting down on the couch tuning his guitar. The opening act is just about to go on stage so he has some time before he needs to go on stage.
“I found her!”
Dean looks up when he hears his brother from across the room.
“There’s my girl,” Dean smiles and puts his guitar down. “I wonder where you went off to.”
“You have the nicest fans,” you grin and sit next to him.
“They’re all women. Of course, they’re nice.”
Dean wraps an arm around your shoulders and pulls you into his side.
“I don’t know, I know some women are monsters.” Dean only smiles at your comment and kisses you slowly. God, it feels so good to kiss him. “Don’t start something you can’t finish, Winchester.”
“You know me. Give me ten minutes and I’m golden.” He pulls away from you with a sly grin. “Are you staying for the whole show?”
“Of course.”
You two relax on the couch as he tunes his guitar. As soon as the opening act is finished, it’s Dean’s turn to get ready for the stage. He and his band make their way under the stage so they can be lifted up onto it. You walk back onto the floor and over to the VIP section where some other celebrities have come to see his show. It’s also amazing to be friends with actual celebrities. You never thought you’d get the chance t be friends with so many of them.
As soon as Dean and his band are lifted onto the stage, the crowd goes wild. Dean is so happy on stage playing his music for people who make what he does possible. The smile on his face says it all, and you scream along with the fans. The entire concert is about two hours including the opening act which is more than enough time for Dean to get through many of his new songs including a few older hits that are played on the radio. He also plays his version of “Simple Man” as an acoustic set which the fans adore.
When the concert is over, you make your way backstage where Dean is celebrating with his brother, his band, and his manager for yet another successful show. Dean sees you enter the room and his eyes light up. He runs over to you, picks you up, and spins you around.
“I’m so proud of you, baby!”
He sets you down and kisses you quickly.
“Let’s go back to the trailer.”
“You have things to do after every show.”
“Not tonight.” He turns to Sam who only nods. He already knows what he is going to ask. “Thanks, Sammy!”
Dean whisks you back to his trailer which is empty. He has his own that he shares with Sammy while there is another one for the rest of the band. It’s a plan they all came up with since you’re usually with Dean and they really don’t want to hear you two on the road. You two stay in for the rest of the night as Dean shows you just how good it feels to be with someone who is good with his hands.
In the morning, you’re the first one up. The curtains next to his bed don’t cover the entire window so the sunlight on your eyes is what woke you up. You turn to face Dean who is still naked from last night’s activities. His cheeks are naturally rosy, his freckles dance across his face, it seems like his long lashes are touching the top of his cheekbones, and his mouth is slightly parted where soft snores come out. You could stay like this forever but you know you have to get back home.
You’re so much in your own head that you don’t see Dean open his eyes to show you his bright green irises. It’s still early so there is no one asking Dean to do things or needing him. It’s just you and Dean and that’s all you ever want. Dean raises his hand to push back the hair that has fallen in front of your eyes, and you grab his hand to run your finger over his calluses. He’s gotten a lot of them from playing guitar but you don’t mind. You like the roughness of his hands against your soft skin.
“What are you thinking about?” he asks in his morning voice.
“How much I love you. How much I wish we could stay like this.”
You lean up and kiss him, not caring that you both have morning breath.
“But?” he chuckles.
“You know me so well,” you smile. “But I can’t stay. I have to get home. Molly and Amber must be missing me so much.”
“Yeah, I know. I can’t keep you all to myself. I’ll be thinking of you, though.”
“Same here. Don’t forget, our anniversary is in a month.”
It’s marked for a day that is the same day as one of his shows in Japan but you have that weekend to do whatever you want together.
“I have it marked in my calendar. I won’t forget.”
Your small bubble of paradise has to end sometime, and when it does, you pack up your things to head back home to Austin, Texas. The flight is long but you’re kind of glad to be back home. Your big protective dogs, Amber and Molly, are happy to see you once you’ve picked them up from your best friend’s house. She is eager to hear stories from your travels so you stay at her house for a couple of hours.
“How was his concerts?” she grins and gives you some coffee.
“Really good. I’ve met so many fans and hung out with so many celebrities. It was insane! I even met Ryan Reynolds and his wife. They were so nice.”
“You bitch. Take me next time,” she jokes, and you both laugh.
“I wish I could be with him every day but I have girlfriend-household duties to take care of. For instance, these two,” you grin and pet both your dogs.
“Your anniversary is coming up, right? Any big plans?” Winona asks.
“I’m planning on flying out to Japan to surprise him the weekend after the date. He’s going to be in concert on the actual date. I’m taking him to a Japanese restaurant we’ve both been wanting to try. He doesn’t know I’m doing this.”
“That’s so exciting! Think he’s gonna do it this year?”
“I don’t know. I hope so. It’s been five years. I know he wants to do it but he might not since he’s in the middle of a tour.”
“Don’t sell yourself short. He might surprise you,” she winks.
The house is a bit lonely without Dean there but you make do for the three weeks. Amber and Molly are certainly glad to be back in their home with you, and you keep the house looking clean and better than ever. You’ll bring the dogs back to Winona when you leave for Japan next week even though you want to bring them with you.
You wake up on the day of your anniversary with a smile on your face. Today marks five years you’ve been with Dean and you’re so excited to spend another year with him. He is two hours ahead of you so when you wake up at eight, you’re shocked you don’t see a message from him. Every time you have a birthday, he’s always messaging you at midnight so he can be the first one to celebrate with you. He’s done the same thing for anniversaries but you don’t have a message this time. He probably spent last night partying with his bandmates so you’re not too concerned about it.
You get up, make breakfast, enjoy it in the sunroom, and do the dishes afterward. It’s a good day to spend outside in the garden or to relax by the pool so you change into your swimsuit and throw a light sundress over it. The day is spent in the sun and tending to the garden with beautiful vegetables growing. You might pick what you can make a hearty dinner later.
However, as the day goes on without a message or call from Dean, you grow worried. He didn’t forget, did he? You debate on calling him or not to see if he’s okay. No, if he forgot then that’s on him. The day turns to night, and you’re scrolling through TikTok for lives from his concert. He seems so happy on stage without a care in the world. Yeah, he forgot about you. Even well after the concert, he still doesn’t text or call you.
You go to bed with tears stains on your cheeks and a heavy heart.
You wake up the next morning and remember why you feel so shitty. Dean never called or texted. He forgot about you. You’re not upset that he forgot to tell you “Happy Anniversary”. It’s the fact that he could forget you. He’s out in different countries with his bandmates and brother, meeting girls in bars and fans on the floor while you’re back at home taking care of the dogs. You’re not with him while he’s out living this fabulous life. You’re pissed that there is a possibility he found someone better than you. You’re pissed at the possibility that he doesn’t love you anymore.
Your last relationship ended horribly and stuck with you even years into your relationship with Dean. He knows your fear of abandonment and he still didn’t call you.
You decide to head over to Winona’s house and hang with her instead of letting the silence sink into your skin. She is more than happy to have you over, and there is already a pot of coffee going when you arrive. She has a bottle of Baileys on the counter that she’ll add to make the coffees more spicy.
You sit at her kitchen island and put your phone on the tabletop. Just as you let go, Dean’s name pops on the screen. You quickly deny the call because you don’t want to hear his voice right now. Winona sees you deny the call and decides to add a bit of extra Bailey’s to your cup.
“Wanna talk about it?” she asks.
“He forgot our anniversary. He didn’t call or text me. I don’t even want to go to Japan anymore.”
“Are you sure that’s all that’s bothering you?”
“I don’t care that he forgot. I’ve forgotten some pretty important dates. I’m scared he’s gonna leave me for someone else. He’s out there partying with girls from all over the world.”
“Y/N, that man loves you. So he forgot. Big deal.”
She won’t get it. She doesn’t know the details of your three-year relationship with your ex-boyfriend.
Dean calls you again and this time, you turn your phone off without answering him. Winona is a good friend and she helps you through a lot, but this is something you have to deal with on your own. She won’t understand how you’re feeling because she’s never had her heart broken. She never stays with someone long enough to get her heart broken, and she’s the one who breaks it off. She has flings, which is completely fine, but it doesn’t warrant advice about something she doesn’t know.
You keep your phone off for the rest of the day until you’re about to go to bed. You turn it on to see there are fifty missed calls, over a hundred missed texts, and twenty voicemails. All from Dean. You don’t check the messages or the voicemails but instead, call Sam. He picks up on the first ring and explodes in a panic.
“What the fuck, Y/N! Why haven’t you been answering the phone?”
“Is that Y/N? Let me talk to her,” you hear Dean in the background.
“Don’t put him on. I don’t want to talk to him.”
“Listen, Dean is freaking the fuck out. He’s threatening not to do the show until you call him back.”
“Well, that’s not gonna happen. Look, something came up and I won’t be able to make it to Japan.”
“What the hell happened between you two? He has no clue what’s going on.”
That breaks your heart a bit. If he doesn't know then you’re not going to be the one to tell him.
“Nothing. Tell Dean he’s being a fucking idiot and to do the damm show.”
You hang up on Sam and turn your phone off again. You won’t want to hear from either of them, not for a couple of days at least. Dean can party with his friends and fuck all the women he wants to over there. The next couple of days are like this. You only have your phone on when you wake up and go to sleep because you know Dean will try non-stop to call you. You’d rather get cut off from the rest of the world than take Dean’s calls.
Those few days are spent with Winona since being in that big house by yourself isn’t ideal. Everything reminds you of Dean and the memories of being happy. She allowed you to sleep in her guestroom even though you two stayed in her bedroom like you were kids again having a sleepover.
Eventually, you had to get home so you begrudgingly walk up the front porch steps. You unlock the door and step inside. There on the floor are dozens of rose petals all leading to the back bedroom you share with Dean. On both sides of the petals is a line of fake candles to show the path you need to take.
You walk carefully to the bedroom to see a dozen more fake candles and much more rose petals. Standing in the middle of the room wearing his best suit is Dean. He turns to face you with a single rose in his hands.
“What are you doing here?” you gasp and step inside the bedroom. “You’re supposed to be in Japan. You’re supposed to be in concert right now.”
“I am so sorry for forgetting our anniversary.” You look at the ground as the feelings you have come rushing to the surface. “I love you so much. There is no excuse I can give you as to why I didn’t call you that night.”
Before you can say anything, Dean kneels to the ground on one knee. He reaches into his jacket pocket and takes out a small velvet box big enough to fit a ring. He opens his mouth to say something but you hold your hands out to stop him.
“Wait, Dean, are you proposing because you’re sorry or because you want to?” He doesn’t say anything to that which tells you it’s the former. You chuckle and kneel down in front of him so you’re the same height. “Baby, the reason why I was so upset wasn’t because you forgot. We all forget. I was scared you found someone else while you were off being a famous rockstar. I was here and you were there and I thought you forgot because you didn’t love me anymore. I was pissed at you for that.”
Dean sets the rose and ring down to grab your hands.
“Sweetheart, you’re the best thing that has ever happened to me. I wouldn’t be me without you. No one can ever replace you.”
“Are you sure?” you whisper.
“I wouldn’t cancel a show for just anyone,” Dean laughs.
“You canceled a show for me? What about your fans?”
“My fans wouldn’t be my fans without you by my side. You’re the one who pushed me into playing. I owe everything to you.” You lean in and kiss him on his full lips, enjoying that you can do this after so long of being apart. He pulls away and rests his forehead on yours. “So, that’s a no on the proposal?”
“Ask me again tomorrow,” you whisper and kiss him again.

Haechan spends the entirety of his winter break working.
There are plenty of shifts to pick up at the fancy restaurant in town where he works. Plenty of the other waiters are college kids, gone home for the break, and Haechan has nowhere better to be than right here, raking in the tips from rich schmucks who already have a couple hundred dollars to drop on dinner and wine.
Also, he’s trying to avoid thinking about Shotaro and his girlfriend, about that night when they were camping, about how they’re now happily in love off in Japan for the break.
He’s avoiding thinking about how in a few short months he’s going to be graduating and moving on to life out in the big real world. No more college, no more classes, and no more gathering together for homework and parties. They’re going to move away, and live on their own.
That’s one thing that has Haechan stressed.
Another reason for him to pick up extra shifts at the restaurant is that his roommate finally had enough of him, blowing up on Haechan there during finals week. He’d told him that he wasn’t allowed to come back to the dorm after break unless he’d gotten his masturbation addiction figured out.
That wasn’t really an option, in Haechan’s opinion, so this break he was working to be able to afford the nice off-campus apartment he’d moved into.
Luckily, YangYang also needed a new place to live because his former roommate’s partner had basically moved into their place, and YangYang refused to be a third wheel all the time.
Haechan couldn’t agree more, knowing who YangYang’s former roommate was and how disgustingly mushy in love they were. But, on the other hand, Haechan had come to the realization that being a third wheel wasn’t always the worst thing.
Sometimes he still thought of that night at the cabin beside the lake. The hot tub, the sight and sound of Shotaro and his girlfriend tangled together in the hot tub. He wondered if they thought about it too sometimes. He never dared ask, never dared hope that maybe they’d enjoyed it enough that he could score another invitation to watch. In the past nearly two months, they hadn’t talked about it in more than whispered teases the couple directed at him when they caught him staring.
But Haechan was over her now. He’d decided that, anyway.
He’d tried several remedies. More jerking off. Hooking up with plenty of girls, a handful of guys, and even a few attempts (both successful and unsuccessful) at threesomes. Deep down – well, not even that deep down honestly – Haechan knew that what he’d enjoyed so much about that night had been the watching, the indecency, the pervertedness of his actions that night. He liked to watch. He couldn’t deny that.
He’d tried it again. The watching thing.
During Halloween, one of the departments threw a big Halloween party on campus, and since Haechan had several friends in the department, he went ahead and invited himself to attend. His main hope was to leave that night with someone, and when one of Mark and Renjun’s friends in the department arrived, Haechan knew it would be her.
She was dressed like a slutty school girl and Haechan was down for doling out a little punishment. They’d already hooked up in the past, during one of those nights when Haechan crashed on the couch at Mark’s rented house. She’d stayed over too, and since they were both there and both fought over who would get the comfortable sofa, they’d decided to share it. She rode him on that sofa and nearly smothered him with her tits, but he liked it. Just like that night at the Halloween party, he liked the sight of her in a tiny skirt and a barely-there top.
He plucked at one of her pigtail braids and told her he would love to punish her. He was dressed as a police officer for the night, and he was looking forward to getting to use the super cheap costume handcuffs on someone tonight, but she just laughed at him, flicked him on the forehead and called him “kid.” Yeah, she was older than the rest of them, but not by much.
Still Haechan knew that he had a decent chance of being able to leave with her. Odds were she was on the prowl to have sex too, and he knew if she didn’t find anyone else she’d come crawling right to him. But, she was his backup plan too, considering she’d shot him down so quickly, so he looked through the massive party on the lawn for someone else who caught his eye.
Unfortunately, in doing so, he’d reminded himself of the voyeuristic pleasure he’d drawn just about two weeks earlier at the cabin. As soon as he spotted a couple making out at one of the bonfires that lined the edge of the lawn due to some superstitious tradition of warding off spirits or something, Haechan lingered to watch the couple. Beneath the masks and costumes, he had no clue who it could be, and that heightened the thrill a bit, until they broke apart, one of them noticed him sitting nearby, and they left.
Haechan moved on to the next fire, prowling among the shadows just outside their bright glows. He knew this party was notorious for people hooking up, even though it’s a university-sanctioned event. He remembered last year Renjun telling him excitedly about the girl dressed like a fairy that had pulled him away from the bonfires, to the trees lining the lawn, and she’d let him fuck her against a tree. That’s the kind of energy Haechan was looking for that night.
He watched from the shadows as a girl climbed into another girl’s lap beside one of the bonfires, but their faces were hidden behind the long, smooth curtain of her hair. He watched a girl dressed like a nurse drag a doctor and a vampire over into the shadows of one of the trees lining the lawn, and Haechan paused just long enough to watch her lift her skirt and guide the doctor’s hand between her legs while the vampire moved in to kiss the nurse. He considered staying until, but the vampire backed off, saying something about not being able to go through with this. Haechan decided to go look for something more interesting.
As Haechan neared the far end of the lawn, about as far from the main party as he can get, he spotted a familiar figure.
A school girl shivering slightly and cozying up to a police officer.
He should have walked away.
He could see that his backup plan was being thrown out the window right in front of his eyes, and he couldn’t help it that jealousy flared deep in his chest. How was this guy that’s dressed basically the same as Haechan any better? Why had she chosen that police officer instead of him?
Haechan stayed to watch, curious as she kissed the officer. He couldn’t see the man’s face, not from where he stood.
Haechan watched as the kiss grew more intense, and he let his hand drift to his pants. He’d not gotten hard yet, but he could feel the urge growing in his belly.
Obviously, he knew it was wrong and perverted, that he could probably somehow be marked down in some database if he was ever caught watching someone without an invitation. But he stayed, he watched them until finally she glanced sideways, and spotted him shadowed against the bonfire just a couple fires away from them.
She took off, and Haechan watched the other officer stand there, dumbstruck.
Haechan waited until she’d vanished into the night, back towards the rest of the party, and that’s when he looped around a bonfire, and decided to approach the other officer.
“Evening, Officer,” he said, keeping his voice lighthearted as he approached.
The other man jumped and looked at him, and as Haechan stood just feet away, he realized he knew this man. Not a student, but a professor.
He was a young professor, Haechan knew that, though he’s never taken any classes taught by him. She is a naughty schoolgirl if she’s fucking a professor. Professor Henry or Hendery or something like that.
The professor looked Haechan up and down. “Shouldn’t you be enjoying the party?”
Haechan just grinned and tucked his hands in his pockets. “Oh, sir, believe me. I am enjoying it.” He stepped around the professor, and began walking back towards the heart of the party, whistling as he walked away.
He tried to follow just to see where she was going, but he was pretty sure she’d disappeared into the school building that was open to use the bathrooms. Just to be sure, he checked around the nearby bonfires, and then, just as he was about to fully give up, he spotted someone sitting in the shadows beside the building. He couldn’t see much, just long bare legs, a short skirt.
But when she stood up, he realizes it wasn’t the naughty schoolgirl he was looking for. He paused, about to turn on his heel and walk away, until he realized he might recognize her.
In the couple of weeks since their camping trip, he hadn’t seen too much of the girl who had shared his bed, but there she stood, dressed in a tiny white slip of a dress, a crooked halo hovering above her head on a wire.
She squinted at him as he approached, and after a moment her expression cleared. “Haechan?”
Her voice rang through the night, drawing a smile to his lips. “Yes, angel?”
He watched as she lowered her gaze, as her hands flitted over her dress. She looked nervous and a little pale. He couldn’t help wondering what she was doing over there all alone, so he asked.
“Nothing.” She shook her head, still not looking up at him as her fingers ran along the short hem of her little white dress. “I just needed a moment to breathe.”
Something cold trickled through Haechan’s belly.
She was alone in the dark on the side of the building. She wouldn’t look at him. She was acting so fidgety. Haechan could feel his amusement fading as concern rushed cold through his veins, a protective feeling coming over him. Had something happened to her? He knew the kind of bullshit that can happen to women at parties even on campus, and if anyone laid a hand on her….
“Are you alright?” Haechan asked cautiously, carefully.
Her eyes lifted to his at last. “I’m fine.”
Should he believe her?
“I promise,” she said, straightening up and setting her shoulders. She rolled her eyes a little, then said, “Xiaojun asked me to come with him tonight and I think he’s thinking of this more as a date than just us casually hanging out. I needed a little space from him.”
Ah. Xiaojun.
Haechan had noticed on the last night of the camping trip that she’d clung to Xiaojun and slid into bed with him instead of choosing to return to Haechan’s room. He hadn’t thought too much of it at the time, but standing there in the dark on that Halloween night, Haechan realized that maybe there was more to it than he’d first thought. That cool weight settled in his belly.
He looked at her. At the short dress, the halo, at all the starlight sparkles that shimmered on her skin. She looked the perfect vision of an angel, and when Haechan thought about it, he remembered spotting Xiaojun briefly earlier dressed as a devil.
They’d come in a couple costume.
Honestly, she’s too good for Xiaojun, Haechan thought. That night she looked perfect and innocent, pretty and sexy with a blush high in her cheeks at the moment. And Xiaojun really just… was nowhere around. Haechan turned to look back over the lawn, to see if he could spot the devil anywhere. Instead, he caught sight of the other police officer – Professor Hendery – making his way across the lawn. Haechan’s mind returned to his previous objective.
He snapped his attention back to the angel before him, a grin growing as he said, “Well, I’m looking for a naughty schoolgirl. Have you seen one come by here?”
She clearly found his search for the schoolgirl to be ridiculous, questioning him about it and then rolling her eyes at him. Haechan just laughed, as she skirted around him to go rejoin the party at last. He turned to follow right behind her, hoping that maybe he’d catch up to Hendery, be able to figure out where their schoolgirl had gone. Maybe he’d be lucky enough to get to actually watch her and the professor.
But before he and the angel made it more than a few steps, he noticed the dirt covering the pure white ass of her dress.
He reached for her wrist to stop her. “What were you doing over there, little angel? Your ass is covered in dirt.” It’s dry dirt, just a dusting really. She looked hopelessly down at it though, and Haechan offered to help her out.
She nodded, and Haechan instinctively reached out to pat her ass. Some of the dust came off in a little puff, but it took a few more pats, and Haechan could feel the soft swell of her ass beneath his hand, the way that her ass jiggled slightly with each time his hand came down. A little flame of heat spiked in his belly, and he imagined just bringing his hand down a little harder, a little spank for the angel.
But then her skirt was as clean as it was going to get, and Haechan pulled his hand back to his side as he stepped around her, holding himself back from following through on his desires.
She looked up at him, still blushing, her eyes bright, her halo crooked.
Haechan fixed the crooked halo for her, and he laid his hand on her hair. Still she was gazing up at him with this doe-eyed look. Something inside of him softened, melting, and the words just came out without much thought as he said, “You make a good angel. Perfect and innocent as you are.”
She bristled slightly, to his surprise, quickly saying, “I’m not innocent!”
Sure, if that’s what she wanted to argue. He’d laughed, patted her hair. Haechan had never heard any wild stories about her. Sure, he knew that she’s no virgin. He knew that she and Mark briefly had a thing a few years ago, and then there’s the thing she had going on with Xiaojun. But all of their friends seem to know everything about each other’s sex lives, and Haechan never heard anything about hers. She was probably perfectly sweet and vanilla; she would be disgusted if she only knew what a pervert he was.
On that thought, he turned and walked away.
She wouldn’t be friends with him anymore if she knew that he was a voyeur, that he jerked off to their friends, that he’d gotten hard just from smelling her shampoo or whatever on the pillow after that night she slept in his bed.
After he left her, he tried looking inside the building, but couldn’t spot the professor of the schoolgirl, and he didn’t know where Hendery’s office was. He wasn’t just going to wander around aimlessly inside the building, so he gave up. He failed.
Something like an hour later, the object of his lust tonight reappeared. The schoolgirl looked too pleased, with a little bounce in her step that hadn’t been there before. She’d folded herself down to sit beside the rest of them while they watched the horror movie being projected on a big inflatable screen. She’d draped her jacket over her legs, and when she caught Haechan looking at her, she’d just raised her eyebrows.
“What?” She’d asked.
Haechan shrugged, a little smug, then said, “Oh, nothing. Just every naughty school girl needs a naughty professor. Have you gotten that punishment yet, bad girl?”
That time she actually flicked him quite hard on the forehead. “Keep it up, kid, and you’ll be the one getting punishment.”
That had sent Renjun, who overheard all of it, into hysterics.
Haechan had still gone home with her that night. He didn’t care if he was getting the sloppy seconds of that professor. She didn’t seem to care that she’d fucked the professor and then took him home to fuck him. Haechan didn’t admit to her that he’d been watching them, that he’d tried to find her to keep watching.
He’d wanted to watch.
It was something he wanted all the time now.
When he looked up videos, too often it was voyeur videos.
But in reality, outside of his masturbation habits and that night of the Halloween party, he knew that voyeurism was more likely to get him arrested. Therefore, since that night, Haechan had tried to stick with the basics except for those few threesomes, which had almost been enough to satisfy Haechan’s growing voyeuristic urge.
It was different though, and he knew it.
So, long story short, while Haechan understood that YangYang was only eagerly agreeing to be his roommate because he didn’t want to be a third wheel all the time, Haechan kinda felt like he personally wouldn’t necessarily have minded it.
But he kept that thought to himself as the semester ended and he and YangYang moved in together, as Haechan worked his long hours at the restaurant to be able to afford rent, as he suppressed his desires.
Tonight, the restaurant is busy. Not packed and crazy busy, but just… busy.
There are enough tables filled that Haechan is running around constantly. They have him positioned in the back section where the private booths are, as well as him covering a nearby section, which means he’s frankly got too many fucking tables and not enough time or patience for it all.
He’s already dreaming of when his shift is going to end around eleven tonight. He’s already imagining undoing this tie that’s been choking him all night, taking off the crispy white shirt that is starched to hell right now because the dry-cleaners had fucked it up, and then lying naked on his bed, counting his cash tips, and then maybe seeing if YangYang wants to get drunk together because it’s a Friday night and all of their other friends are out of town for the break.
It’s around eight o’clock and Haechan is in the middle of politely but loudly inquiring about what wine the elderly couple at one of his tables would like when he walks in.
A fucking beautiful man. There’s no denying it.
Handsome, rich, tall. Recognizable.
Haechan knew his name, and he’d come into the restaurant before, but never while Haechan was working.
Dong Sicheng.
He is the kind of man that owns a room. He walks into the restaurant, and Karina at the maitre d stand immediately turns on the sweet smile and fluttery fuck-me eyes that she uses every time an attractive, wealthy man walks through the door. Haechan has fallen prey to that exact look several times in the past.
Karina happily leads Sicheng back to one of the private booths, and as she returns to the front, she catches Haechan’s eye, winking and tilting her head back toward the booth. That man is his responsibility now, and he knows that Karina’s silently asking him to somehow slip him her number.
Absolutely not.
Haechan does head back to the table, but Sicheng just orders one of the more expensive red wines they carry, and then sends him away, saying that he’s still waiting for his date. Haechan just has to take one look at him – his hair gelled back, his suit tailored to perfection, his expression cold as he stares down at his phone – to know that if he plays it right tonight, he’ll be walking away with a giant tip from this guy. He exudes money.
Haechan leaves him alone, returning to his other tables. Just checking in on them, getting refills for their glasses, inquiring if the food is good, handing out the bill.
He sees her when she walks in too.
A beautiful woman who wears the same aura of money as Sicheng in the booth back there, and immediately Haechan knows this must be the date that he was waiting for. She’s wearing a sweater that looks incredibly soft, paired with a tiny skirt that Haechan feels should probably be illegal for a woman with legs that long and perfect to be wearing. There’s no way that her date back there knows how many men in the restaurant turn to take a look at her as Karina leads her back to the table.
Haechan watches her, forgetting for the moment that he’s filling a glass of water at one of his other tables. To be fair, the man whose glass he’s overfilling doesn’t notice either, too busy following Karina and the other woman with his eyes. It’s the man’s wife that does, spitting out a sharp, “You’re getting water everywhere!” that draws Haechan and her husband’s attention back around to the table.
“I’m so sorry!” Haechan apologizes, doing his best to mop up the water that overflowed the glass, but the man just chuckles good-naturedly, sending Haechan off while his wife folds her arms and purses her lips to glare at her husband.
Glad to get out of there, Haechan hurries to go grab the glasses and wine for the private booth at the back.
The booths on either side of this one are both empty, only Sicheng and the beautiful woman occupy this whole back section. Haechan’s eyes are on them, both sitting on one side of the booth together. He watches Sicheng sit his phone down, his mouth moving as he says something to the woman, and she smiles, her eyes only on him even as she runs her fingers along the hem of her sweater.
Haechan steps up to the table then, and Sicheng’s mouth snaps shut. A cold filter falling over his gaze that had warmed while he looked at his date.
“Good evening!” Haechan greets them, sliding a pair of water glasses onto the table. “Are we celebrating anything tonight?”
The woman is looking at him. Her gaze sweeps over him from the top of his head down to his hands. He tries his best to keep them from shaking, but up close she’s even more beautiful. And she smells heavenly. He’s nervous for some reason as he sits two wine glasses on the table, and he opens the wine, pouring a bit for Sicheng to sample.
The whole time, she just watches Haechan with a penetrating gaze. Does she know him? Why is she looking at him like that?
Both weirded out and oddly turned on by her intense attention, Haechan is relieved when Sicheng nods his approval of the wine, and Haechan can quickly and smoothly fill the two wine glasses.
“Are you ready to order, sir?” Haechan asks, looking right at Sicheng. He can still feel the woman staring at him, and he knows he should be uncomfortable probably, but all he’s thinking of is stealing her away from this every-woman’s-wet-dream of a man. Maybe if she gets up to use the restroom, Haechan could happen down that hallway too. Maybe she would pull him into the women’s restroom, press him up against the sink and drag his black trousers down so she can kneel before him and suck him off with those pretty lips.
He doesn’t look at her. He can’t. Haechan knows if he looks at her it’s game over. He’s a fool to even fantasize about that type of scenario. He’s at work and he needs to be on his best behavior, which means not getting hard when he’s meant to be serving half the restaurant. Not to mention, the aura Sicheng gives off tells Haechan enough to know better than to look at this man’s date even if said date is looking at Haechan like she’d like to take a bite out of him.
Fuck.
“A few more moments, I think.” Sicheng says, flicking his fingers a little dismissively.
Haechan, relieved to be dismissed, to be able to escape the woman’s intense gaze and the seductive scent of her perfume, walks away as quickly as he can.
He tries not to look over at the table, simultaneously worried and hopeful that he’ll look over and find the woman watching him.
Haechan makes his rounds to his other tables, back to the kitchen to gulp down an icy cold glass of water to calm himself, and then finally he makes his return.
The woman is watching Sicheng, her cheek propped on her hand as he speaks softly to her. Haechan has no clue what they’re possibly talking about, but they don’t seem to mind the interruption as he slides up to the table, and Sicheng immediately begins ordering.
Now, the woman stares dazedly at Sicheng, and Haechan can just barely see the way that her hand is fisted at the hem of her sweater. There’s a nervous and excited gleam in her eyes; she nibbles her bottom lip. Maybe she’s just horny, because she’s also looking at her date like she’d like to eat him whole, and when she finally glances up at Haechan when Sicheng is halfway through ordering, she looks at him just the same.
He swallows, unavoidably catching her eye as he finally turns away from the table. He has to head to the kitchen to put the order in, and then maybe he’ll take a tiny bathroom break just to get himself fully under control, because at the moment he can feel his cock starting to pay attention.
Before Haechan can fully escape the orbit of this woman and man, Sicheng’s voice rumbles from behind him.
“Close the curtains on your way out, please,” he says.
Haechan often forgets about the privacy curtains back here. People so rarely use them unless there are business meetings going on. But tonight, in this particular booth, Haechan doesn’t believe that’s what’s going to be happening.
His heart pounds a little harder in his chest as he turns. The gleam in the woman’s eyes is brighter now, and she uncrosses her legs beneath the table just to recross them, shifting herself on the booth’s seat. She’s excited, probably horny. And now all Haechan can think is that as soon as this curtain is closed and he walks away something is going to be happening behind this curtain that he’s going to wish he could see.
As if Sicheng suspects what direction Haechan’s thoughts are going in, his gaze flicks past Haechan to the nearest table. “That table over there keeps staring.”
Haechan glances around, and he does in fact spot the table with the husband and wife staring this way. Of course, since Sicheng is a recognizable face, people are going to stare and he’s going to want privacy to dine with his date. Of course nothing inappropriate is going to happen back here.
Haechan mentally chastises himself for letting his horny fantasies invade his mind while he’s at work as his fingers loosen the ties holding the curtains back. He doesn’t say another word to Sicheng or the woman, just lets the curtain fall into place, hiding their booth from sight.
He takes just a moment to catch his breath and steady himself before he walks away. But that pause is long enough that he catches the whisper from the booth behind him, not quite muffled behind the curtain.
“I have a deal for you, baby,” Sicheng says.
He lingers for a moment longer, pretending to look busy as he writes on the order pad in his hand. But truly his ears are primed to listen for any sounds emanating from the booth behind him.
It takes a moment, and then Haechan hears Sicheng say, “If you can cum before our food arrives, I’ll take you on a trip to wherever you want.”
Haechan’s heart pounds.
Maybe his horny brain hadn’t just created a rogue fantasy. Maybe it had just read the signs.
Haechan walks away. Quickly.
He can’t hear anything more than that. If he didn’t walk away right then, he wouldn’t walk away at all. If he didn’t walk away, he was going to get hard, and he didn’t even have the modesty of an apron tied around his waist to attempt to hide the bulge that would grow in the front of his pants. Not that walking away truly helps with that all that much. All he can think about as he moves around to his other tables is that closed curtain over the booth back there, the beautiful woman in her pretty sweater and short skirt, the glazed and horny look in her eyes, and Sicheng’s voice promising her a reward if she cums before Haechan returns.
He considers dropping in to check on them again even before the food is ready. He wants to see. He wants to see the beautiful woman coming apart for Sicheng.
Flickers of the night with Shotaro and his girlfriend in the hot tub float across Haechan’s mind.
“Karina!” Haechan hisses as he passes the maitre d stand. She spins to look at him. “Don’t seat anyone else in my section for a bit. Can you keep an eye on them for me?”
“What?” She says. “Haechan, no, I’m busy!” She gestures at a party that’s just walked in. He folds his hands in front of himself, pleading. “You’ll owe me! Whatever it is you’re doing better be good!”
Haechan ducks into the employee restroom in the back. The light over the sink flickers, the sink is a little grimy, and the whole room smells of the lilac spray bottle available to prevent the room smelling of shit. Haechan closes the door, and he thumps his head back against the hard wood of it.
His hand drifts to the front of his pants.
He’s a little hard. Not much. And if he works fast, he might be able to get rid of it. He just has to focus, has to calm himself, has to not think of that handsome man out there fingering his gorgeous girlfriend beneath the table of that booth. Can’t think of the hot tub either, and Shotaro’s cock disappearing into his girlfriend’s pretty pussy.
Fuck.
He can’t jerk off at work. That’s unsanitary.
Haechan tries to focus on his breathing. Tries to think about horrible, disgusting things. Part of him wishes the bathroom reeked of shit instead of pretty flowers that smell too much like perfume, but after a few minutes, Haechan manages to get himself under control.
He steps back out into the restaurant, throwing Karina a grateful look. He checks on each of his tables again, grabs a few refills, checks in the kitchen on the couple orders he’s waiting on. And then he chances a trip back by the private booth. The curtain is still drawn shut, their food is still a bit from ready, and normally he would check on a table, update them on how long before they can expect their food.
He passes right by their booth, and the curtain flutters, and Haechan quietly moves into the booth beside it, wiping his hand over the table like he’s brushing away crumbs, but really he’s listening. Creating trouble for himself.
What he hears is not at all what he expected.
Haechan hears Sicheng’s voice again, and then a soft whimper from the woman. Sicheng is saying, “It’s been long enough, our waiter should be back with our food soon. Would you like that, baby? For him to walk in, him to watch me bend you over this table? I saw the way you were looking at him earlier. Do you miss me sharing you? Maybe he could stuff your mouth to keep you from moaning like a whore.”
Haechan’s blood rushes to his cock. They’re talking about him.
“Hold out just a little longer, baby, and maybe he’ll walk in.” Sicheng’s words bring another soft moan to the woman’s lips.
Haechan’s not foolish enough to believe that this is some sort of an invitation. He’s sure that if he were to step out of this booth and open the curtains of the one nextdoor, if he were to actually see what’s going on over there, he wouldn’t be invited to stay but rather cursed out and told to leave and then left with no tip for the night.
It’s her whimpered “Daddy” that does it.
Haechan can’t help himself. He doesn’t care if he gets caught by the couple. As long as he doesn’t get caught by his manager, he doesn’t care.
Kneeling up in the booth, Haechan reaches for the fabric partition that rises between the back of the booth and the ceiling here. It’s basically a pleated length of curtain bound to the booth and the ceiling, but Haechan knows there’s a small split in the middle, and he takes advantage of that right now. Just a peek. He just needs a little peek at what’s going on in there.
Distantly, he hears the ding of the kitchen bell, telling him that there’s an order up, and he just knows it’s probably for one of his tables. It can wait just a moment.
Haechan splits the fabric silently, and he gets a little peek through.
First he sees Sicheng’s head, and then he sees her positioned between Sicheng’s thighs. Her back is to his chest, her sweater is raised up above her bare tits. And that tiny skirt doesn’t do much to hide how fucking desperate she is right now, hips rocking off the seat while Sicheng twists her nipples between his fingers.
Haechan watches as Sicheng teases, “You want to sit on my cock, baby? So when he comes back he can see you spread open and taking me so well? Huh, Princess? Use your words.”
She just whimpers, squirming in between his legs.
Haechan presses his cock against the back of the seat in this booth. Sicheng reaches for his phone, which is fucking rude and insane in Haechan’s opinion. He’s got a beautiful girl squirming in his lap and begging for his cock, and he’s gonna look at his phone? But Haechan spots the app pulled up on the screen, the way that Sicheng slides his finger up on the scale, and she melts in Sicheng’s lap with a whine.
She’s wearing vibrating panties.
Oh, fuck.
Again, the distant bell dinging from the kitchen.
Haechan forces himself to leave this booth, to rush to the kitchen, to ignore the pulsing of his cock. He’s grateful that he at least did his best to position his cock in the restroom so it wouldn’t be obvious if he was hard. As he rushes to the window, the order waiting for him is the order for Sicheng’s private booth.
Should he wait a moment, give them another minute or two for Sicheng to get her to cum? Or, on the other hand, if he hurries, he might be fortunate enough to witness it.
“Dude, take your food and go!” The man on the other side of the kitchen window yells. “I’m not remaking that shit if they tell you it’s cold because you’re back here dicking around.”
Haechan quickly takes the tray of food, balancing it carefully, and he winds his way back through the restaurant for those closed curtains of the private booth.
His breath is coming hard and fast when he comes to a halt before the booth.
Haechan hears rustling on the other side of the curtain, but he can’t make out anything else over the sound of his racing heart.
Without letting himself think about it too much – because really, isn’t it their fault if they get caught? Not his fault for wanting to catch them? – Haechan whips the curtain open.
She’s in her seat, and WinWin is in his. Her sweater covers her once again, and although her face is flushed and her eyes are bright, nothing else appears truly amiss. Did he somehow imagine everything? He slides their plates onto the table, and he gives her a once over. She smiles at him.
Haechan lingers only long enough to make sure that everything looks right, and then he takes a step back, letting that privacy curtain swing shut again.
No sooner has that happened than he once again hears from Sicheng on the other side of the curtain, “Now, where would you like to go, baby?”
So she did cum. Maybe if Haechan would’ve stuck around a moment longer, he could have seen it.
Unfortunately, the rest of his night is uneventful. Each time he returns to Sicheng’s table, they seem perfectly normal. All of his other tables are boring and average. But Haechan’s attention keeps returning to the couple, possibly too much to the point of being somewhat of a doting waiter, constantly topping off their drinks, checking on them constantly in the hopes of catching them at something else.
Fortunately, it works out in Haechan’s favor, although not for the reasons his dick would’ve liked.  Sicheng leaves a sizable tip, and Haechan wonders if he’s usually such a generous tipper, if it was Haechan’s extreme attention, or if he did it because of what they’d done in the booth.
No matter the reason, Haechan goes home that night with his pocket loaded with tips, sliding silently into his apartment shared with YangYang.
YangYang is in his bedroom with the door shut, but Haechan knows his fuckbuddy is in there with him; she’s not exactly quiet, which is the source of half of Haechan’s midnight masturbation fantasies. Cumming all over his belly to the sound of her moans through the wall between his room and YangYang’s has been a semi-regular occurrence since they moved in together. At this point, he’s pretty sure YangYang knows it’s getting Haechan off and he doesn’t mind.
And tonight is no different.
He knows they must’ve heard the apartment door close behind him on his way in, must’ve heard his bedroom door too.
But Haechan has only just settled into bed when he feels something thud into the wall from the other side. And then a “Oh, fuck, right there!” and a giggle that turns into a moan.
There’s the repetitive thudding against the wall, and all Haechan has to do is close his eyes and he can picture it. YangYang fucking his pretty girl against the wall, her ass hitting that spot two feet to the left of Haechan’s head. Her tits are huge too, so he can easily imagine how they look right now, how they overfill YangYang’s hands. She’s always looking so round and soft and perfect, Haechan wishes he could be in the room with them, to see. He just wants to actually see it instead of just imagining it.
He wants a repeat of that night after the bonfire with his friends. Watching Shotaro and his girlfriend fuck in the hot tub. It was so fucking hot to watch. And after his moment of weakness earlier – giving into his voyeuristic urges for the first time in over a month and a half – Haechan feels the need rising in him. He feels like he’s overflowing with sexual desire this evening, and if he doesn’t find some relief soon, he just might explode. He needs to see.
Maybe…. maybe they won’t notice if he sneaks over there. If he just cracks the door open to take a peek inside.
Haechan’s already palming his cock listening to her moans rising in pitch, the incomprehensible rumble of YangYang’s voice as he talks dirty back to her.
Haechan creeps quietly across his room, careful as he opens his door to keep it from squeaking, and he pauses then, taking a half-second to think about what he’s doing, but then he decides that he doesn’t care. YangYang’s door is just a few feet away, and the door moves so easily when Haechan presses his fingers to it that he’s not even sure that it was fully shut in the first place.
And there, Haechan sees it.
He’s kneeling on the floor outside YangYang’s bedroom, the door only cracked open an inch or two, but that’s enough.
The lights are on, making it easy to see the way YangYang is pinning his girl up against the wall, her arms and legs tangled around him. And Haechan’s never wanted to see YangYang’s ass ever before, but right now he doesn’t mind watching his friend’s pale ass move as he fucks his girl; he gets to watch the way her titties bounce, the way her head thumps back against the wall for YangYang to latch onto her throat.
He should probably feel gross, when he lifts his hand up to lick his palm, when he slides his hand down into his pants and wraps it around his cock. But all Haechan feels is good. So good as he rolls his hips forward, fucking into his fist at the same speed that they’re moving inside the room. He feels only good as he slicks his hand around the tip, tight just like he likes it, and he watches YangYang move away from the wall with her, dropping her down on the bed.
The bed squeaks as YangYang fucks her, luckily it covers the sound of Haechan’s phone vibrating with a call in his pocket and the way that he nearly fumbles it when he sees the name on the screen.
Karina.
The call ends before he has the chance to end it, but then a series of texts floods in. Haechan doesn’t know if he should be watching his phone or watching the way that YangYang is sliding down the body of the woman on the bed to lick her out.
The vision in front of him is winning out until he sees that Karina has sent him a photo, and then another photo. Out of curiosity, Haechan opens her series of messages. The first image is a selfie of her in bed, the second doesn’t show her face but it does a whole lot more, sufficiently distracting Haechan from the couple fucking in front of him.
He and Karina have messed around before. It’s never been anything serious. Only ever fucking for the sake of relieving some after work frustration.
Another message comes through, this time just the words: “you owe me, remember?”
Haechan shoots one last glance through the door to where YangYang has his girl’s legs over his shoulders while he eats her out. As nice as it is to watch, Haechan also wants to actually have someone other than himself touch his dick, and if that’s what Karina is offering then that’s where he’s going.
He doesn’t even head back to his room. Haechan just stands up, doesn’t try to close YangYang’s door, and heads right out the apartment door to meet up with Karina at her place, just hoping that maybe this time her three roommates won’t be there because they bullied him about their sex noises last time.
Karina doesn’t make him any promises, and Haechan doesn’t care all that much anyway. He just needs some more relief right then than his hand can give.

Haechan does his best to avoid his voyeuristic tendencies. Truly, he’s trying to improve himself into being less of a pervert.
Any time YangYang has his fuckbuddy-turned-girlfriend over, Haechan puts on his headphones with the volume cranked loud, he locks himself into his room and sits on the opposite side of the room from the wall that he and YangYang share.
It’s wrong even though it feels right, and he knows that. Watching people have sex without their permission is just not a good quality for a person to have.
He thinks back to what he’d said to Shotaro that morning after he first watched them fuck, when Shotaro had teased him about just liking to watch, and Haechan had called himself a tourist, just passing through. He feels like that’s still a rather fitting title for himself. He’s just a tourist, looking at the sights to see, and sometimes the locals don’t mind his presence, but more often they would probably prefer that he wasn’t there at all.
So he’s tried to restrain himself.
But it’s not like he’s been a total pervert about it, that’s the only way he can even somewhat validate these urges he has. He’s not gross enough to try to peek up women’s skirts in public. He’s not the type to touch anyone that doesn’t want to be touched. He doesn’t take photos or videos. He just watches, and generally the people he’s watched have put themselves in places where if anyone happened by they would be able to see — the hot tub, the professor and Haechan’s friend out at the bonfire, the couple at the restaurant, YangYang with his door open.
Haechan isn’t seeking these moments out. He’s not creating the inappropriate scenarios, but he is enjoying them when he comes across them.
And he stands by those simple facts that make him not as much of a pervert as he could be.
Months go by, the final semester of university for most of his friend group is nearly half over. Midterms are upon them, and Haechan is putting in long hours at the campus library or in study groups with his friends at the house.
On a late night around midterms, that’s exactly where Haechan is: the rental house for a big study session. There’s a constant flow of snacks and drinks provided by Renjun and YangYang throughout the night, and most people sit scattered around the living room to study. He and Jeno study in the kitchen, their textbooks and notes and charts and Jeno’s laptop spread out across the length of the table to study for their Econ midterm.
It’s mildly distracting when the group in the living room entirely give up on studying after a few hours, and they put on a movie instead. Haechan keeps finding his attention wandering, his mind struggling with this one Econ concept that he just can’t quite grasp no matter how many times Jeno explains it.
He keeps looking over into the dark living room which is occasionally illuminated with flashes from the movie playing. He notices some of his friends have disappeared, he notices Mark snuggling with his girlfriend on the loveseat, notices a trio crammed together on one sofa — a flash of light reveals that it’s YangYang and Renjun sandwiching one of the girls between them, though she doesn’t look uncomfortable. If anything, she’s maybe leaning into Renjun, her head resting on his shoulder.
Haechan turns his attention back down to his notes. The inky letters blur before his eyes. Maybe they should take a break, though there’s still a lot of ground to cover.
“Wow,” Jeno snorts, amused.
Haechan blinks willing his brain to focus, and he notices Jeno is distracted too, staring at the movie playing in the other room. Haechan follows his gaze.
“Oh.”
Haechan feels his heartbeat speed up a little. All of his friends in the next room are watching a raunchy sex scene in the movie. Haechan sits in the kitchen and watches the camera pan over flawless, uncovered skin, the curve of a breast, the swell of the man’s bare ass, hands flowing over skin, fingernails digging into flesh. Haechan watches the actor and actress tangle together, her thighs parting, his body moving against hers. And the sounds…. oh, fucking hell, the sounds. The moans coming from the speakers are loud enough that he’s sure the neighbors must hear them.
With an insane amount of willpower, Haechan pulls his gaze from the screen and scans the faces of his friends. The girls stretched out on the floor are giggling with each other. Mark is avoiding staring at the screen as his girlfriend leans in to whisper something in his ear that makes him smile, and the trio on the sofa don’t seem to have moved at all, although Renjun is like biting his nails or something — his fingers look like they’re shoved inside his mouth, but that doesn’t make much sense — while he looks ahead at the screen. His eyes look unfocused, Haechan thinks, wondering if Renjun’s even paying attention to the extremely detailed sex scene in this movie or if he’s entirely zoned out right now. How could you not watch the scene?
Haechan looks back at the movie, watching as the actress moans dramatically, her and the male lead both climaxing together in a golden glow. The camera zooms in on drips of sweat glistening on the man’s muscled arms.
“Yah!” Jeno snaps his fingers beside Haechan’s face, and Haechan jerks back into his present reality. “Focus, dude! We still have a lot to go over if you want to pass the exam.”
In the other room, Haechan notices Renjun getting up and leaving, climbing upstairs to his bedroom. Haechan only lets his attention drift for one more moment, his eyes landing on the girl moving over into Renjun’s abandoned seat. She looks like she’s blushing, and Haechan finds a smile rising unbidden to his lips; of course, she’s blushing, a sweet innocent girl like her, after watching that sex scene. He can’t believe she just sat through it like that. Just the other day when they arrived to one of the classes they had together, Haechan had made a dirty joke, and she’d looked like she wanted to hit him.
“Dude!” Jeno slaps his hand down against Haechan’s notebook again.
“Fuck, I know.” Haechan determinedly focuses once more on his notes and the copy of an old exam that Jeno bought off a guy who took the course last semester. “Can we go over this again….”
They keep studying for hours longer, buried deep in facts and figures and vocabulary that makes Haechan regret ever signing up for this class, but it was required for the degree, and he’d be damned if he changed his mind about his future career at this point.
By the time they reach a finishing point, it’s a few minutes after two o’clock in the morning.
By that time, the campus buses aren’t running. Taxis and other ride-share services charge extra for those hours, with the surge of people leaving bars. Walking back to his apartment is completely out of the question.
“Just stay here,” Jeno tells him.
“Where?”
It’s been a long time since Haechan found himself staying over on the sofa of his friends’ rented house.
The living room just outside the kitchen is dark, and the rest of the house is quiet. Haechan’s usual crashing spot on the sofa is already occupied. He hadn’t been paying attention since just after that sex scene, but it looks like one of their friends hadn’t made it off the sofa even after the others left.
Jeno follows Haechan’s gaze to the sofa in the dark living room. He sighs. “Come crash in my room.”
“Jaemin won’t mind?” Haechan knows that sometimes Jaemin prefers to keep people out of his space as much as possible. Jeno’s only allowed because the two of them have shared a room here in the rented house for the past two and a half years.
Jeno shakes his head. “No. I don’t think he will.”
So Haechan follows Jeno through the living room, past the laundry room and the bathroom down here, to the bedroom that’s tucked down a short hallway beside the stairs.
When Jeno pushes the door to his and Jaemin’s room open, the first thing Haechan notices is the table lamp on the chest of drawers is still on, filling the room with a pale amber glow. The second thing he notices is how they’ve got their twin beds shoved to opposite sides of the room, and Jaemin is currently curled up on his side against the wall, facing them. Jeno’s bed looks pristine; the pillows arranged perfectly, sheets tucked in with crisp corners.
Jeno just points to his bed, and whispers, “You can sleep there. I’ll just share with Jaemin.”
Haechan is tired enough that he doesn’t argue. He pulls back the covers, slips into the sheets, and as soon as his head hits the pillow, he’s drifting off. His body relaxes into the bed, but his mind is a little more reluctant to slip away from reality, no matter if he’s lying perfectly still, trying to slow his breathing, counting to a hundred in his mind. None of the tricks are working, even though every now and then he’ll topple just over the edge into the sweet black abyss of sleep, only to find himself being bungeed back into the liminal space between awake and asleep.
Until finally he’s more awake than asleep.
It takes him a moment to realize why.
The light is still on when he opens his eyes. The clock on the chest of drawers blinks that it’s half past two now. He’s maybe been struggling to sleep for about twenty minutes. Jeno is in the small bed across the small room. Jeno and Jaemin are facing each other.
Haechan lies there quietly for a second, picking up several small details that just make the bigger picture finally click in his head. There’s the way that Jaemin has gravitated away from the wall to be closer to Jeno. The way that Jeno’s fingers are beneath the hem of Jaemin’s tshirt. Jeno is stripped down to just his tight underwear, and doesn’t seem to care that Jaemin has slipped a hand around his hip, fingertips sleepily tracing the edge of Jeno’s underwear.
Are they a thing?, Haechan wonders. And if so, for how long?
When Haechan shifts slightly, the bedframe making a groan beneath him. Jeno twitches, but he doesn’t move. Maybe he’s asleep already, unaware of the ways that he and Jaemin have tangled.
It’s none of Haechan’s business.
But he can’t help remembering again how clean and crisp Jeno’s bed had been when they first entered the room. Almost as if it’s never slept in.
Again he glances over at the two in the other bed.
Jaemin makes a noise, and Haechan watches the way his fingers dig into the muscle of Jeno’s ass.
“No,” Jeno says so softly Haechan has to strain his ears to hear.
“Waited all night for you,” Jaemin replies, his voice not as hushed as Jeno’s had been. “I just want you.”
“We can’t.” Jeno says, “Haechan’s here.”
There’s the sound of movement, and Haechan quickly tries to close his eyes, looking only through his eyelashes in what he hopes is an unnoticed manner. Jaemin’s head pops up over Jeno’s shoulder; his hair is sleep-mussed, his eyes dark as he looks over at Haechan in Jeno’s bed.
“Why?”
“It’s late. He needed somewhere to sleep.” Jeno explains, and Haechan watches him lift a hand to cup Jaemin’s cheek. “If I’d known you were so horny for me, maybe I’d have told him to just sleep out there in the armchair.”
Jaemin smiles down at Jeno, and now Haechan feels like he’s just intruding. But also, damn, how has he been so oblivious to this happening? How has he never noticed that Jeno and Jaemin are even hooking up?
“Do you think… Maybe if we’re quiet?” Jaemin suggests, gazing at Jeno hungrily.
Jeno’s fingers trace Jaemin’s lips as he tells him, “We both know that you’re not quiet, Jaem.”
And maybe it’s because Haechan is still surprised by this, or maybe it’s because for the past few months he’s done so well at not being a voyeur, but he clears his throat right then and says to the both of them, “You’re really not quiet. I can hear everything you’re both saying.”
Jaemin’s gaze shoots over toward Haechan. Jeno rolls flat onto his back to look over at him, a look of apology already on his face.
Haechan turns onto his side, lifting his head up to rest it on his hand. “I can leave, if Jaemin really needs you that badly.”
The way that Jaemin opens his mouth leads Haechan to believe that he’s about to agree to that. Jeno covers Jaemin’s mouth before he can get a word out.
“No, it’s fine. It’s late, so we should all be getting to sleep now anyway.” He stares hard at Jaemin, the two of them exchanging heated, challenging looks.
Jaemin wants Jeno, Haechan would be blind not to see the way that Jaemin is looking at Jeno right then, regardless of anything else. Like he’d said moments ago, he’s been waiting all night for Jeno to come to bed. And right now, as Haechan watches the two of them have their staredown, he looks Jaemin over. He notices how the sheets have fallen away, sunken to mid-thigh, revealing that Jaemin is only wearing a tshirt that’s ridden up from Jeno’s touch, and a pair of underwear that does nothing to hide his erection.
Maybe it’s the sight of that alone that pulls the words from Haechan.
He’s an equal-opportunity kind of guy. Doesn’t care about gender when it comes to who he’s attracted to. In this moment, he’s attracted to what’s happening — or what has the potential of happening — right in front of him. It’s been months since he last watched anyone fuck, he’s been trying to be so good, but right now the idea presented in front of him has that hot knot of arousal tightening in his belly. He’s succumbing to temptation.
“Or you can just let Jaemin have what he wants,” Haechan says. “I don’t mind.”
Now that has them both looking over at him again.
“Can I watch?” Haechan asks, trying to keep his voice level. Hoping he doesn’t sound too excited. Maybe if he just sounds curious, they’ll agree; or maybe if he just sounds disinterested, like he’s just doing them a favor by fucking in front of him.
Jeno’s gaze slides back to Jaemin’s. “Are you okay with…?”
He trails off, just watching Jaemin as Jaemin looks Haechan over. His hand tightens on Jeno’s hip, a little show of possessiveness.
“I don’t want to get involved,” Haechan quickly says, “But you want him, right? You’ve been waiting all night, right? So have him, and since I’m here, just let me watch. I’ll keep to myself; you can pretend I’m not here.”
Jeno lifts his face, pressing a kiss beneath Jaemin’s jaw, and this time when he whispers, it’s so quiet Haechan can’t hear.
Whatever he said though must have put all three of them on the same page of agreement.
Jaemin turns his head, and his mouth connects with Jeno’s.
Haechan relaxes into the bed, ready to settle in and just watch. Both of his friends are really fucking fit. They’re attractive, though he’s never really felt this sort of attraction to them before, but he doesn’t discriminate about who he gets to watch have sex. Anyone really would do. Friends, strangers, it doesn’t matter.
He wonders if they forget he’s there or if they’re really just that comfortable. There’s no awkwardness, no overthinking or hesitation in the way that they touch each other. No glances sent his way as Jaemin slides his hand into Jeno’s underwear, as Jeno moans softly and arches into Jaemin’s touch. They look only at each other when Jaemin bites Jeno’s lip as he pulls back, when he pushes Jeno’s underwear down as he slides over top of him.
Jeno’s cock is pretty much how Haechan expected. Not terribly long, decently girthy though, a couple shades darker than the rest of him but pink at the tip and already glossy with precum though Jaemin has barely touched him.
Jaemin drops Jeno’s underwear to the floor, and then he’s kissing down Jeno’s chest, his abs, the V of his hips, his thighs, and then he spares Haechan just a singular half-glance before finally licking a stripe up Jeno’s cock.
To his credit, Jeno doesn’t make a sound. He just bites his lip, twists his fingers in his pillow, and looks down his body at Jaemin.
Jaemin is a tease, that much is plain enough to see. He only offers Jeno kitten licks to the tip while his hands wander. He touches — kneading Jeno’s pecs, pinching nipples, dragging his nails over his abs — and watches how Jeno reacts to everything.
Jaemin is still dressed in his shirt and underwear, grinding down against the bed when he finally sucks the tip of Jeno’s cock between his lips, slowly bobbing his head and hollowing his cheeks.
Haechan watches, unable to look away.  He can’t even bring himself to move to take care of the way his cock is filling out in his sweatpants. He feels like if he moves it’ll break the spell. They’ll stop what they’re doing and kick him out. So he just watches Jaemin’s lips tight around Jeno’s cock, the way that Jeno keeps rocking his hips up off the bed in an attempt to get Jaemin to take him deeper.
And then Jeno lets go of the pillow, reaching down to pull at the shoulders of Jaemin’s shirt. “Get naked, Jaem,” Jeno demands. “Wanna see you. Want to show you off too.”
There it is. A slight acknowledgment of Haechan’s presence.
Jaemin lets Jeno’s cock fall from his lips, and he scoots a little higher on the bed, making it easier for Jeno to reach him, easier for Jeno to start stripping him.
“Take a video,” Jeno grunts, and his eyes slide over Haechan’s for a moment before returning to Jaemin rising onto his knees above him.
“What?” Did Haechan just mishear that?
“I said take a goddamn video!” Jeno growls, wrestling Jaemin’s shirt over his head, flinging it to the side. “I want to watch it, I want to remember this.”
Jaemin smirks down at Jeno, fingers beneath his chin to tilt his head up. “You like this? Dirty boy.”
Jeno’s only response to that is to bare his teeth and hook his fingers in Jaemin’s underwear to drag them down.
Haechan fumbles for his phone, opening it to the camera. He accidentally takes a couple photos — one of the blurry bed and floor, the next of the blurry shapes of Jaemin kneeling above Jeno, and the third one a more clear one of Jeno wrapping his hand around Jaemin’s cock. Haechan switches over to video then, trying his best to hold the phone steady as he moves himself up into a sitting position. He leans back against the wall, facing the direction of the two men on the other bed.
They both slide into motion. Jaemin’s hands into Jeno’s hair, Jeno bending himself in half to get Jaemin in his mouth. Jeno doesn’t tease like Jaemin had, he takes Jaemin in like a pro, swallowing around him easily, all the way down to the base. Jaemin sighs and moans, carding his fingers through Jeno’s hair.
At last, Haechan allows himself to reach down, to just lightly touch himself over his sweatpants, to just run his fingers along the bulge.
Jeno bobs his head on Jaemin’s dick, slurping and sucking, and Jaemin is definitely not a quiet participant in this. He moans Jeno’s name, moans praises even while calling Jeno a dirty boy, a cockslut, and when Jeno tries to reach a hand down to touch himself, Jaemin calls him a dumb slut who can only think with his cock.
Haechan doesn’t think that one’s very fair. Aren’t all three of them only thinking with their cocks right then?
With a fist full of Jeno’s hair, Jaemin pulls Jeno back. The elder of the two holds his tongue out, looking up at Jaemin with dazed eyes, waiting and pleading silently.
Haechan grips his cock over his pants when Jaemin takes hold of his own cock to tap it against Jeno’s waiting tongue, to slap his cheeks a bit with it, smearing Jeno’s face with saliva and precum. He doesn’t seem to mind. If anything, he enjoys it even more. Haechan can see Jeno’s cock twitching with excitement in his lap.
Jaemin keeps Jeno’s head tilted back like that as he slips his cock back into Jeno’s waiting mouth, and his fingers stay tangled in Jeno’s hair as Jaemin thrusts forward, fucking Jeno’s mouth. Haechan closes his eyes for a moment, squeezing his erection as he listens to the wet sounds of Jaemin using Jeno’s mouth, the sound of Jeno gagging, of Jaemin moaning and talking dirty.
“Gonna cum. Swallow it for me, good boy.” Jaemin groans, and Haechan opens his eyes to watch Jaemin draw back until only the tip of his cock rests on Jeno’s tongue. Jeno holds his mouth open, eyes closed, as Jaemin paints Jeno’s tongue, coating it and his lips in white.
Jeno’s eyes roll when he opens them, looking right over to Haechan in the other bed, looking right at the phone in his hands. Jeno closes his mouth to swallow, and Haechan zooms in on his face, capturing the way that Jeno’s throat bobs, the way his tongue darts out to clean his lips. But then Jaemin is there, his lips meeting Jeno’s, kissing him and helping to clean up the mess of his own making.
Fuck, Haechan can’t help himself anymore. He tries to keep his phone steady, but he plunges his other hand into his pants, pulling his cock through the convenient opening in the front of the sweatpants.
Jaemin pushes Jeno flat onto his back again. He sinks lower, kissing down his throat and chest. Haechan struggles to zoom out on the video with one hand, reluctant to take his hand away from where he’s palming the head of his own cock. He manages to get most of the way zoomed out, enough that Jeno’s face is visible where he’s licking his lips and staring up at the ceiling in bliss, enough that he can see when Jaemin stops at Jeno’s cock to take him in hand and lick him again.
Jaemin spreads Jeno’s legs, one draping over the edge of the bed, the other Jeno bends up, planting his foot on the bed beside Jaemin’s shoulder.
“Think you deserve it, Jeno?” Jaemin asks. He licks Jeno’s cock from base to tip then strokes his length with his hand. “Should I fuck you tonight? I already got what I wanted, and I didn’t ask for you to bring him in here tonight.”
Jaemin doesn’t so much as glance at Haechan, although he’s referring to him. Jeno just struggles to keep from pushing into the tightness of Jaemin’s hand around him.
“Do you deserve that, puppy?” Jaemin asks again, and now he lowers his head.
Haechan slides his hand along his erection, his hand holding the phone falters, but he doesn’t care. He’s too busy watching as Jaemin lowers his head down between Jeno’s spread legs, and he holds his tongue out.
When Jaemin licks at Jeno’s hole, it’s Haechan that swears. A small “fuck, that’s hot” probably too quiet for the couple on the bed to hear, loud enough for the video to pick up.
Haechan, although being pretty open to anyone regardless of gender, and despite having a little personal experience with people with dicks, hasn’t participated in (or watched all that much explicit content involving) ass eating. So he wasn’t exactly expecting this, and wasn’t expecting how much he would enjoy watching one of his best friends eat the ass of one of his other best friends.
But Jaemin goes at it with no hesitation, feasting on Jeno’s hole while he keeps his hand working Jeno’s cock. Jeno writhes in the bed with pleasure, his body flushing pink although he keeps pretty quiet even when Jaemin brings a couple fingers down to his hole in addition to his tongue.
Haechan isn’t sitting at the best angle to get a good shot of how Jaemin is eating Jeno out, and maybe Jaemin realizes that, because he rearranges Jeno a bit so that now Haechan can see Jaemin’s tongue working at Jeno’s tight hole, slowly opening him up with his tongue and fingers even while still jerking him off.
He takes a more leisurely pace as he touches himself; Haechan doesn’t want to cum too quickly, doesn’t want to miss out on any part of this show they’re giving him.
“Now!” Jeno groans finally, grasping for Jaemin’s shoulders, his hair, the hand that he loosened from Jeno’s cock to touch his abs. “I’m ready.”
“Are you?”
Jaemin kisses Jeno’s hip.
Jeno just makes a sound of frustration, twisting on the bed until he can reach beneath the edge of the bedframe, sliding a box out. Haechan sits up, trying to get a peek inside. Toys, lube, a flash of something lacy, and then Jeno fishes out a condom, twists back around flat onto his back and tosses it down towards Jaemin.
“Now,” he demands again.
Haechan smiles at the slightly petulant tone Jeno’s taken. Does he play the brat sometimes? Haechan can’t help wondering.
It all happens very quickly. Jaemin kneels up and tears open the condom wrapper, rolls it down until it fits snug around the base of his cock. And then he reaches back down to finger Jeno again until Jeno’s cock is twitching untouched, looking painfully hard against his belly.
Haechan has never personally experienced anal play, nothing more than the time a girl accidentally slid her finger over his hole. It hadn’t been intentional and it hadn’t felt like anything more than a zip of surprise up from the base of Haechan’s spine. In his experiences with guys, it rarely ever got to the point of penetration, and one the few occasions it did, Haechan topped. But now, watching how absolutely desperate Jeno becomes as Jaemin curls his fingers inside him with no external stimulation, Haechan wonders if that’s something he should try sometime.
Jaemin pulls his fingers out of Jeno, replacing the two fingers almost instantly with his cock.
Jeno cums all across his belly, cock untouched, as Jaemin bottoms out. His cum shoots up his chest, though most of it pools between the ridges of his abs and around his navel.
Haechan has to squeeze around the base of his own cock to keep from cumming at the sight.
Jaemin fucks into Jeno regardless. The bed on the other side of the room creaks and squeaks, rattling against the wall a bit.
How the others in the house don’t know about Jeno and Jaemin is beyond Haechan. They’re not overly noisy, but right now they’re not exactly very quiet either. He’s sure the person sleeping out on the sofa in the living room can probably hear, and Haechan’s sure as shit that even if he was upstairs in one of those rooms he’d be able to hear this, especially with the rest of the house being so silent.
Jeno clutches at Jaemin’s waist, at his ass, his fingers squeezing up Jaemin’s arms, searching for anything to hold onto as Jaemin fucks him.
Haechan fists his cock, stroking in rhythm with Jaemin. He watches the way Jeno’s cock goes a little soft, bouncing on his belly in the mess he made, but he doesn’t go entirely soft.
It’s entirely too difficult to try to keep the video steady while jerking off himself, so Haechan moves on the bed, leaning over to the low chest of drawers between the two beds, and he props his phone up against the lamp, checking to make sure it’s got a good angle, and then he falls back into his previous position: back to the wall, hand on his cock, watching Jaemin roll forward, grinding into Jeno, bouncing him on the bed a bit, all while moaning and telling Jeno how good and tight he feels around him.
Haechan knows, if given the chance, he would gladly join them on that bed. He would love to feed Jeno his cock to be able to experience a blowjob from him like the one he’d witnessed earlier. He’s never looked at either of them in this way before but framed in this context, he wants to be a part of it.
Not that they look like they’re open to letting him actively participate. Right now, they’re both back to ignoring him, just making lovey eyes at each other as Jaemin nails Jeno, hitting a spot deep inside him that has Jeno growing hard again, has his toes curling and a whiny moan breaking through his lips.
And then Haechan realizes that Jaemin is stroking Jeno’s cock again as he fucks him, that Jeno’s cock is leaking across his belly. Clear liquid spilling over his abs as he lifts up on his elbows and attempts to fuck himself on Jaemin. And Jaemin watches with shining, enamored eyes as Jeno makes an even bigger mess than before, his cock squirting with each punch of Jaemin’s cock inside him.
He’s witnessing this moment of vulnerability when Jeno is at his rawest, and that alone is increasingly arousing to Haechan.
And to Jaemin as well, apparently.
Jaemin pulls out suddenly, pulling the condom off as he quickly jerks off with one hand over Jeno’s messy abdomen, while the other hand keeps stroking Jeno’s erection.
They cum together, both contributing to the considerable puddle on Jeno’s belly. Neither of them seem to mind the liquid and cum spilling down Jeno’s sides and soaking into the bedsheets.
Jaemin looks over at Haechan.
“You’re not done yet?” He checks out Haechan’s cock, then jerks his head to the side, indicating Jeno. “You wanna come over here? Jeno likes being cum on.”
Just that mental image of Haechan standing over Jeno, his cum being added to the mixture of cum and whatever else on Jeno’s belly, it’s enough to push him finally over the edge. Haechan doesn’t move from his spot as his orgasm pulses through him, cum dripping onto the front of his sweatpants, leaking through his fingers as he keeps stroking himself. He tips his head back against the wall to stare up at the ceiling, biting his lip to keep quiet.
“Cute,” Jaemin says. Jeno grunts softly.
Haechan doesn’t look at them. His head is spinning, his heart pounding. He really just did that. He just watched two of his best friends fuck each other, and they let him. More than that, they asked him to film it, even invited him to cum on Jeno.
He hears the quiet sound of kisses being exchanged, a mattress groaning, and then footsteps leaving the room.
A few moments later, the footsteps return. A damp towel slaps against Haechan’s chest, and he finally pulls his gaze away from the ceiling. Jaemin is too busy climbing back onto his bed to notice the way that Haechan glares at him. Jaemin carefully and tenderly cleans Jeno up, and Haechan takes the opportunity to clean himself up with the cloth that Jaemin had kindly brought for him too.
Mid-wipedown Haechan remembers his phone is still recording, so he leaves the safety and comfort of his spot against the wall to fetch his phone from where he’d propped it up. In doing so, he draws Jeno’s attention, his dark eyes blinking sleepily at Haechan.
Jeno smiles, a dopey look right then. “Thanks for the video, man. Send it to me?”
Of course he’ll send it to him.
But he’s definitely keeping it for himself too.
Before he tucks himself into Jeno’s unused bed, Haechan AirDrops the video to both Jeno and Jaemin.
Haechan sinks into the sheets with a smile on his face. Tonight had turned out better than he could have imagined. Thank God that someone had fallen asleep in his spot on the sofa.

a/n: this was a long one, full of haechan being a voyeur. And I don't know how many of you may have noticed, but once again, several sections of this were inspired by Haechan being a background character in a few other fics I've posted! First being Morally Gray Area with the naughty schoolgirl and Professor Hendery, and second being A Win-Win Situation at the restaurant!
I know so far there hasn't been all that much between the Haechan and our Y/N character! But I promise it's coming, and any questions you might have will be answered!

I don’t know if you’re familiar with Cherry Magic but it’s a BL show based on a Japanese urban legend that if you’re still a virgin when turn 30, you gain magic powers, so when the main character turns 30, he can hear people’s thoughts when he touches them and he finds out the most popular guy in his office has a crush on him.
So this but Dreamling where Hob turns 30 and finds out that Dream, the most frigid bitch in the office who seems to hate everyone, has a huge crush on him. And as he gets to hear more of Dream’s inner thoughts he realizes that maybe Dream isn’t as cold as he seems.
Absolutely yelling, its a perfect scenario for them. I couldn’t stop thinking about the elevator scene personally, like just imagine it with Dream and Hob!!! (Unfortunately I couldn’t get the clip from the anime on YouTube, but you can see it here in both live action adaptations. They’re both very cute too.)
Hob just can’t believe that Dream would have a crush on him! And that he would have such an adorable internal dialogue! It’s making Hob squirm every time they touch because he can hear Dream thinking stuff like “oh my, Hob is so cute when he smiles” “I love it when his shirt rides up like that” “I’m so lucky that I get to see him every day, I wonder if he ever thinks about me?” Of course Hob tries to talk to Dream and flirt with him a little bit, but Dream just shuts down every single attempt at conversation. He’s apparently too shy and just can’t handle himself when Hob is around!
But Hob manages to find a way - he agrees to help Dream with a big project at work. When they talk about work stuff, Dream relaxes little by little and manages to survive being in Hob’s presence. And Hob naturally begins to fall deeply in love with Dream’s adorableness and inner warmth. He can’t stop fantasising about maybe eventually asking Dream to be his boyfriend. Maybe even finally losing his virginity? Hob has accidentally overheard some of the dirty thoughts that Dream has about him, and he can’t help but blush and squirm in bed every night as he has his own daydreams about his gorgeous colleague.
Dream’s life has obviously been rough - Hob can tell that much from overhearing his thoughts. He seems to think that Hob would never want “someone like him”. But Hob has decided: he’s going to overcome his own insecurities and become the most amazing boyfriend in the world, to show Dream that he can have nice things.
And maybe, finally, a kiss in the elevator?

okay i just finished reading the yangchen novels and i need someone to talk to me about yangchen/kavik 🙏 does it count as a rarepair because nobody has read the yangchen novels 😭
ikr there are like 5 yangvik fanfics on ao3 which is crazy you guys should be going insane over them. like it should NOT count as a rarepair it’s literally the central romance of these books and it’s hetero (hetroooo jessica that’s her name) how is it so unpopular. i mean kyoshi/rangi being popular is good tho bc i do love to see dykes winning but yangvik fucking rules i am sorry to say. like i think they might be more compelling than the lesbos i can’t believe i am saying that but.
they’re both so insane and in really similar ways (extreme younger sibling complex) and sooo smart and manipulative and scary it’s awesome. i love that yangchen is always making kavik her bitch and she refuses to admit that it’s because his skills are useful to her and she likes having him around so she’s always just like “im doing this to make you suffer >:D” and he fully believes her. and then once he’s finally fulfilled his contract (by literally getting stabbed for her) he’s like “ok well i think i am going to move back home and become a healer now” and she’s like “omggggg NOOOO you CANT go I NEED YOUUUU” like she simply did not consider the being nice and honest approach until she could no longer extort him to get him to work for/with her she’s so fucking funny for that. also I love the line where she’s like “well. he has nice teeth.” what a strangely horny thing to think about someone, like okay you dentally-minded freak.
meanwhile kavik is constantly oscillating between “she is the all-powerful avatar” and “she’s just a sopping wet poor little meow meow. why won’t anyone help her????” and that scene where he tries her tea and it has like. amphetamines in it is so fucking funny. he’s just like damn bitch you live like this???? also that scene where they’re playing sparrowkeets and yangchen is like “oh my god kavik is actually so bad at this game he totally oversold his abilities he’s literally a fucking fool and i was a fool to trust him” meanwhile kavik is sitting there like “wow this is so obvious and i am in complete control of the situation. i love how we are both on the same page about how i am totally fucking playing this guy rn :)” when he spins her around in the air and the rest of their team gets so fucking mad that he’s treating her like a girl and a friend instead of the supreme leader of the universe and they’re just like “um. what. we’re literally buddies. and yes we are also extorting each other. what about it.”
they’re so fucking crazy. and the fact that they never even so much as kiss is even crazier. kyoshi and rangi are like so much more confident with each other and yangchen and kavik (literal heteros) who are constantly dancing around their latent feelings and sublimated desires and for what. they’re both young and attractive the world is literally their oyster. what’s with all the fucking secrecy. oh right. they got that spy grindset. can’t even admit you have feelings because that’s a card that can be played against you. gotta act like you don’t even care about your best friend in the world because they’re a really good liar so what if they’re just faking their affection as part of a long con. never act on your feelings because that’s a weakness that can be exploited. they’re like the gay people of m/f ships but also what they’ve going on goes far deeper than that like they’re literally certifiably insane. both of them.
