Hello helloooo friend! Hi! I just wanted to say that I'll be going around and asking people about QSMP characters to avoid mischaracterization of said characters (in analysis, fics, and just overall fan interpretations). So if you're cool with it, can I ask you about the French streamers?

Like, can you tell me the mischaracterization you often see regarding their characters and how they actually are? I mean, ANY facts about them would be very very cool to know! I love all of them and I would really like to know more about them since I can't really watch everyone, ya kno?

Yes I would love to :D ! But also, keep in mind, I'm not immune to a bit of mischaracterization (that's how you write that right ?), sometimes I probably do a little bit, though I try my best not to. I have to admit, I don't see a lot, or just little things, and mostly from the english side of the community, cause over here with the french we are a really small part of the overall fandom, so I don't have a lot of interactions, AND it's our first (ever) smp like that (semi rp etc...), we never had that over here in France, it's a new thing both for us and the ccs, so we are getting our footing. But here we go I do have some things I can say : (wrote a fricking novel holy)

q!Baghera Jones : I see a lot of people characterize her as this hyper competent investigator that knows everything etc... In a way she is, she is a good investigator, and is always eager to solve the mysteries of the island ; What people miss most of the time is that she is also (it's not mutually exclusive) a Goofball : She sings randomly, she walks on mines and jumps off buildings willingly for the lols, some people say she witholds information, most of the time she actually just Forgor. Something that people do get most of the time is that she genuinely is really empathetic : She loves Walter Bob, two days ago she talked about how Cucurucho may be manipulated, she is worried about Quackity, about Cellbit, Foolish, Jaiden etc... And outside of petty rivalry (mostly with Forever, BBH, Etoiles, and a bit Cellbit) she is not a vengeful person at all. She is very understanding. Oh and almost forgot : She is surprisingly insightful ; She guessed what was happening to Cellbit as one of the firsts, she immediatly figured Gegg out the first day she met Slime, ElQuackity is VERY obviously another person than Quackity at first glance etc...

q!Etoiles : There was for some time a bit of mischaracterization in the way people saw him as a bloodthirsty killing machine, though it is fading steadily as we speak ; He is a really nice person that lifts up others, gift them things whenever he can, cares about the eggs, and is always reactive when it comes to saving or helping others. Also, he is a badass in the eyes of everyone (ccs and fandom) but people have a way to write that in fics that doesn't really match him : They write a badass and dark character that is mostly silent and cool ; Etoiles is NOT that (he is badass yes but not much the rest), he SAYS he is that, that he is "dark, and broody, and mysterious", but the guy is always cracking jokes, about others, about himself, he is very self-aware of his problems (social and health related) and likes to joke about it because "it puts smiles on the faces of people" (his way of cheering people up most of the time : "You are not useless, you put smiles on my and the people's faces, and that wonderful"). The moments that CAN be a bit dark is when he is asking for a fight ; most of the time it's goofy, but then there is moments like the dinner party when the codes revealed themselves, where he will be saying while everyone panics "Yeah... Yeah.. FINALLY ! FINALLY !!" and you realise he is not to be trifled with. He aslo tends to blame himself when something wrong happens ; to him, HE is the one that misplayed, that made a mistake.

q!Aypierre : Some people could see him as a relatively chill dude ; he talks calmly, never screams and very rarely raises his voice, but he is NOT chill : He is the most gremlin of the french, his favorite past-time in all the smps he's been in is pranking and breaking the servers : Two days ago in his 24 hour stream, he broke in the federation base three times, exploded a bunch of stuff in there, tortured Foolish alongside BBH, summoned lightning to make Foosh and BBH believe Gegg is still alive in front of his infinite Gegg generator, rickrolled Cucurucho etc... He is a every ingenuous guy with ways to build factories of everything. Most people, out of the french, would fear Etoiles because he is always begging for a fight, and fought and won against the code several times, but he is a nice guy, who they probably SHOULD fear, is Aypierre, this guy can be EVIL at times ; He loves contracts and deals, and using those against the others. He is not all evil though. He does care about Pomme, the french, and is willing to help others when they need him, though he likes to make exchanges.

q!Antoine Daniel : Antoine is probably the hardest to write or get when you are not used to him. He has such a way of speaking and a weird twisted humor that to someone not french, and not watching his streams regularly, it's REAL hard to get him right. He is an apreciator of dark humor and cynicism ; Joking about Bobby in front of Pomme is an example, though he is starting to be more compassionate about the eggs than he was at the beginning of his journey on the smp. Probably because of one of my posts and some others, a lot of people see him as incredibly paranoïd, and for a time he was, though he said himself (both in and out of character) that it was starting to get better because people came talked to him about it, there IS still remains though. What's interesting is that he can be both paranoïd, AND incredibly insightful : His takes are either the rambling of a madman, or scarily on point. Though he is rarely willing to help others (both because of his next to level 0 skills in minecraft and general air of "I don't care"), he is always on alarm and willing to help when it comes to the eggs, multiple times he ironically is one of the most reactive ones when it comes to realise there is danger or a problem for the eggs ; Though he is relatively self-centered, he is very compassionate and attentive of the eggs, with Pomme potentially being the person he trusts most. (everytime he acts aloof and cynical on his stream, to then immediatly worry about Pomme's well-being warms my heart.)

q!Bagi has some cool ideas for a plan to fight the Federation that she discussed earlier on stream

She was working on lists in a new room at Desordem Normal full of people *that she knows* -> (which is why some ppl are missing) and sorted them into the factions that she thinks exists on the island:

Federation: Foolish(?), Jaiden, Kameto(?) Forever, Quackity (she does not know enough about Elq/Q and if they are really different people so just put Q to represent both)

Codes: Slime, Etoiles

Rebel Workers: Walter Bob, Pac, Fit

Opposition (no sides/hates feds): Max, Cellbit, Bad

Basically, her plan is to try and unite the Codes, Rebels, & Opposition all together to take down the Federation. a 3 vs 1. but she will wait to progress more on this plan until whatever happens on the 4th is over. for now she will try and learn more about people, and already has theories/analysis on a lot of islanders (I suggest watching the last 45 minutes of her stream to hear those)

Now from the audience’s standpoint, we know that the codes and rebel workers are one and the same as a faction- but q!Bagi doesn’t, so it’s really impressive of her to think of having them unite not knowing they’re already united sjsjdjfkdjfj

sorry to bring up the qsmp admins situation (i don't know what else to call it) but imo, i think the qsmp will be like, 80% better after this. and not just from the whole admin perspective but also from the story perspective.

the biggest problem i had with the story was the lack of communication between the streamers and the admins (baghera and cellbit were forced to finish up their purgatory arc stories in about 2 hours with no warning beforehand. and thus we didn't get a stream with richas and pomme going to save them like we thought we would.) (pol and slime have basically been blacklisted from the server for ''lore'' preposes for about a month) (the whole egg going missing fiasco not having an outline/plan according to Lea) now that we know that the reason behind that was because of the higher ups not letting admins talk to the streamers (their co-workers btw)

i definitely think that the qsmp will come out better from this. even if it's a hard process now it's definitely going to be better after this. i'm actually pretty excited for the changes since there will most definitely be more communication between the teams and it will be a good change overall.

it's easy to look at the situation now and say ''qsmp is over'' or ''qsmp is never coming back from this'' but imo, this is a good thing from all perspectives :D as somebody who has been ''following'' q for some time, it's clear that he cares about this project and with the union and the french streamers' statements there is no way he's not going to intact the changes he said he would. i just think for now we need to be patient and hope for the best :)

Nah, I completely agree with you. It’s absolutely horrible that these changes have had to be made in the first place, but the fact that they’re happening is a good sign that the server is going to bounce back.

One of the biggest problems with the server up to this point- and it’s a problem everybody’s been noticing since Purgatory started- has been a manufactured over reliance on the admins for any stories to be pushed forward. Like, the ccs stopped being able to have any impact on the story starting in October with the Mini-Me event changing overnight from a Cellbit-exclusive lore mission to a server mission that a lot of people were very unhappy with.

And then November happened, and Purgatory forcibly cut off so many individual stories, and admin lore streams started being the only way new discoveries were made. Cucurucho and Elena essentially replaced the roles of the players, and I can only imagine how stressful it would’ve been for the admins playing them to be streaming that whole time if they had no experience with streaming and were just told to do it “for the lore”. Like, that kind of sudden spotlight could NOT have been in the job description.

This change in approach to the lore? Bad, almost nobody liked it, borderline ruined the server for a majority of serious lore heads like me.

The server slowing down now and moving the focus back to the ccs- the people it should’ve been about this entire time!!!- is a REALLY GOOD MOVE! It’ll bring back people who left because of admin interference, it’ll make people more invested in the server because their povs of choice finally get to do stuff on the server. And, more importantly, it’ll allow the remaining rp admins to rest after they’ve been forced to carry the server on their backs for month with no warning. Preventing burnout on their part, and reigniting a passion for the server in both the ccs and the audience

Related to Q/T (not very Dream sympathic even though I'm a big fan) : I doubt it's for clout, Tommy has always been pretty consistent about doing what he likes.

I think it's just simply what happened for all the streamers (Q, Slime, Phil, Tommy...) and that's why the skit is like that, bc it's what happened for them. Because I really don't see Tommy just switching on his friends, especially not for clout.

BUT, and that's what is so terrible about this situation, they just don't get how much hatred is throwned at dream fans and Dream himself ? Like, for them it was a "Q didn't say anything bc he doesn't have to say anything. Dream copied, he deal with the accusations it's his own bed." So Q not saying anything is OKaying the USMP and Dream is a drama queen for airing public messages and overreacting. In that vision, Dream is the one breaking the friendship, creating drama for nothing, and overreacting. Not continuing the USMP is Dream's decision (and that's something so many people are saying against it !).

But that's completely disregard the amount of hate and vitriol the USMP got because they can't know, you don't know how hard someone can be harrassed. The space with at least 1k of people doxxing Dream ? The ss where there was a coordinate effort to attack him ? I remember externs mocking us for speaking about "sending assassins" before realizing that oh, actually it happened.

So I do get Tommy's video : Dream should have stayed silent about everything and just went "the USMP will not happen yet, wait for it". But I dislike how that take completely disregard that he was pressed by very real hatred both online and IRL, and that's something that people love to ignore about Dream and his stans.

So yeah. Dream made his bed, but I'd like for once to have those guys have the same pressure put on them and see how they react.

PS : absolutely hate to see people discard that T made his own reputation and that he should be thankful for Dream's friendship. I can't bother to watch him anymore, but he is talented and has always been pretty straight about himself. It's also more than getting on the QSMP.

None of this is true tho... like no one thinks Dream aired private messages there were no private messages. they made fun of the long twit longer because they can't genuinely comprehend someone stalking and committing crimes bad enough for the FBI to get involved. They genuinely think Dream is lying out of his ass unaware this isn't even the first time it's happened to Dream. You know who's more than aware? Tommy more than any other random CC on the internet knows exactly what happened to Dream because Dream talked Tommy through the same debacle. Tommy just had an entire livestream tour around England telling everyone how Dream protected him and prepared him because of Dream's experience with criminals trying to ruin his life. This round of doxxing happened because they wanted Dream scared enough to not do the USMP which it worked he didn't they won. But it's still not enough. These freaks spend all their time tweeting about Dream because he's all they care about. QSMP is just their new camp from which to throw grenades at Drean.

Tommy's reputation is as a Dream SMP streamer it's all he ever wanted his reputation to be. Tommy's youtube channel is based off the DSMP. Tommy literally said with his own mouth you can thank Dream for everything about his channel because Dream told him how to do everything from thumbnails to video descriptions. I remember during Minecon Tommy going I had a brilliant idea and by that I mean Dream had an idea and I went oh yeah that's good. Tommy has never ever in the past shied away from giving Dream and anyone else who inspired him their flowers. The simple truth is he probably thought he could get away with the joke and being a teenage boy comes with an inherent cruelty to it 🤷‍♀️

[prior to the island /rp] Okok so you're q!Mariana, you've been best friends with q!Roier and q!Aldo for goodness knows how long (mctrio is canon in qsmp aldo just isnt on the island) They've watched you change over time and you've watched them change over time. You joke a lot about having feelings for your best friend Roier but it never goes anywhere, no one lets it because you don't know... But you can't help but get a prickling feeling in your gut alas too small to notice.

It happened with q!Foolish. You two are a Thing today, you two become a Fling tomorrow. You fall in and out of love time and time again with a different person, the only constant is Roier being there every step of the way. He eggs it on because he supports you and he loves, and secretly you revel in that love and you don't know why.

Maybe in another lifetime he would have been born a girl. Maybe in another lifetime you would have been born a girl and loved him unapologetically like that...

But this is not that lifetime

How stupid of you to think that.

It happened with q!Slime. You hook up one time, and the stars say you two are a Thing today. You two are still a Thing tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that. "It's just a one off thing" you keep saying to yourself, "You'll end it off" the both of you threaten -- But it never happens. He drags you close and calls you his 'bitch wife', you tug his collar and call him yours, as the both of you scream and tear each others throats out.

This is nothing new surely, not like the other ones - But at least it's fun. He's fun in the way that you find Slime dangerous and in the way that he makes you feel safe from all those thoughts that kept you up at night. At least he knows you're his wife.

Slime isn't going anywhere, you're not going anywhere. The two of you have a kid together (a wonderful girl!) and you're building a beautiful home for the three of you to move in to. Life is well and to which you vow to hold onto what you have now for as long as the three of you can until it's over.

And then it's over.

Your family is gone and it leaves you an empty house, with nothing but yourself and the growing thorns in your gut to yearn again for the people you will never have.

How stupid of you to ever think that.

had more thoughts on the Qsmp Au i came up with last night:

- Juanaflippa shooting Cucurucho with her gun. it's just a funny mental image to me.

- i had this. idea about Tilin witnessing q!Quackity getting kidnapped. Tilin seeing ElQuackity, who's pretending to be Quackity, and going "You're not my dad. Where is my dad? What did you do to him?"

- Tilin, just in general, refusing to go along with ElQuackity's BS because That's not my father. Stop trying to pretend you're him you're not why did you take my dad away why why why bring him back Please-

- listen. from what i've heard, Maxo is Going Through It, so he deserves to still have a living child. just in general, no more grieving parents. everyone is at least somewhat happier because they've still got their children.

- i have absolutely zero fucking clue how Gegg comes into existence, but here we are.

- the other misc. eggs (A1, the other egg that got found too late) get homes and parents too. for whatever reason, i'm getting the names Arin and Bluebell respectively.

- Arin's accessory would either be a little bandaid on the side of their face or a little yellow flower on their head (a dandelion :]), maybe both, and Bluebell gets a flower crown of forget-me-nots.

- Arin, Tilin, and Juanaflippa (because of Tilin mostly) have formed the "FUCK ElQuackity, All My Homies HATE ElQuackity" Club. good for them <3

- also like. what if the Federation just erased Q's memories anyway, so he comes back and doesn't recognize Tilin anymore. so just. Tilin being so happy that he's finally back only to realize that he doesn't remember them. This Severely Fucks Them Up For Several Reasons.

- i also realized that Tilin is receiving so much angst. i didn't intend for this to happen i swear.

- i've decided that the times that the eggs Would Have died canonically were just really close calls in this au. example, Maxo got to Trump in time, Flippa and Tilin got medical attention in time and were only physically (and mentally) scarred, Arin managed to run away, Bluebell was discovered by Cellbit in time, etc.

- upon realizing that Tilin had no other parent besides Quackity, Slime and Mariana decided that they would also help. Tilin and Flippa were already hanging out so much that they were practically like siblings (and. also pretty much were, but shh), so why not just help with Tilin too?

...well, Slime and Mariana were pretty dysfunctional, but uh. as far as Quackity's concerned, it's the thought that counts, right?

Silly and goofy idea but what if one day Q!Slime goes to log on and goes to meet up with Q!Quackity and there’s an egg. A green blob egg. Whose name is Gegg. And they’re both just in utter horror at the realization that there’s actually an egg now named gegg and it’s no longer just Q!Slime having funny little roleplay and Q!Quackity being a thief. Now they’re stuck with some sudden fever dream that this is an actual egg now from who knows where and that they have to keep up this lie.

Make it a little more freaky by saying this Gegg has the same memories of Q!Slime pretending to be an egg. Gegg already knows the other eggs, he already knows the parents, he already knows how to backflip and water clutch. He somehow knows more than enough to ensure their lie doesn’t get out. But Q!Slime and Q!Quackity have moments of an unsettling feeling, like they really want to tell the other parents but by saying ‘yeah Slime was pretending to be an egg tricking all of you’ they rat themselves out as they haven’t gotten any better at all.

Now they have to take care of this egg. An egg who technically shouldn’t exist but somehow does. Q!Slime probably doesn’t tell Q!Mariana the full truth, he just says that he was posing as an egg and suddenly that egg is real. He doesn’t elaborate much more, just wants to ensure he’s saying he wasn’t cheating, but he probably wants to tell Mariana what really was happening. They probably end up being the primary parents of Gegg while Q!Quackity only occasionally steps in. I feel like he would be more concerned or freaked out by the scenario, that or try to use it as an advantage. And maybe the idea of Gegg is a little tainted since previously it was his friend who literally wanted to be an egg and now it’s a literal kid.

Despite whatever their feelings are on the matter they both have no choice but to not say anything. They don’t know what problems may come from this, specifically, who Geggs real parent creature is and they don’t know what they’ll do the day the dragon comes and maybe something else joins on the collecting party. So they just try to hide it. After all Gegg from the very beginning was always an egg, always. It’s not too different now. Right?

I may turn this to an au of sorts. I like the idea of Gegg being a separate entity from Q!Slime and I feel like the shock that would happen if Gegg really did become an egg would have a lot of interesting questions. Maybe I’ll play around with this idea more? Maybe draw stuff for it?

*Final thoughts I’d love to see Gegg be an actual egg. Like this weird outlandish little creature. Being able to be one of the best worst eggs out there, with the best worst family (because I totally think Q!Slime and Q!Mariana would be raising him mostly), and this strange newfound autonomy. Charlie playing as an egg was extremely entertaining though, like you could tell he was genuinely having so much fun with this. But I also think chaotic child Gegg and chaotic parent Q!Slime would be a fun mix. And Juanaflippa if she does come back as his sister.

OK, so I’m still thinking about q!Slime in eggxile.

When he went mining in eggxile (before Trump, Tilin, and Flippa’s funeral), he mentions how the cave/mine fumes are getting to him and maybe driving him a little mad. Then, he ends up back on the main island (teleported by Angel Rubius to show the farm) and stays for the funeral and hangs out for a couple days before heading back to eggxile of his own accord.

Slime is aware of the effects of the cave/mine fumes on his cognitive functions-- especially on his memory-- but he still goes back to eggxile and even willfully inhales the natural gas that comes from his mine. The looping tour he gave Foolish of his eggxile home is very clear evidence of a severe decline in his short term memory, and Slime is aware of this decline and its cause. I propose that either Slime is doing this as a form of punishment (the man almost constantly talks about how he doesn’t deserve things like come on) OR the less likely option that he hopes that his cognitive functions (or at least his memory) decline enough to the point that maybe he doesn’t remember Tilin or Juanaflippa’s deaths (I mean there was that one point where he didn’t remember who Foolish is for a moment). Maybe it’s a bit of both. Although, his constant repetition of who sits where around the fire pit makes it seem that he absolutely does NOT want to forget his bitch wife and his dead daughter (though “this is where my daughter would sit, if I had one” could change meaning to him as his memory declines). AND THAT DOESN’T EVEN MENTION THAT HE FORGOT TO MENTION THE STOOL NEXT TO FLIPPA’S IS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR TILIN, LIKE DID HE FORGET?

Anyways, I am in love with the idea that Slime can’t remember how long he’s been in eggxile. Maybe he forgets where he is or why he’s there in the first place, but he never forgets that there is a very important reason for why he’s there. I don’t know, man, I just think about this a lot and its been like 7 days and I’m pretty good at keeping up with QSMP streams so a lot of other stuff has happened but I’m still thinking about Slime in eggxile. I wonder if the next time Slime streams QSMP if he just stays in eggxile and if he got the waystone to be able to still do Gegg stuff idk idk. There’s always the chance that he just makes a home on the main island and uses the waystone so he can easily move all of his stuff over, but that’s boring and kinda lame (I mean this in a lighthearted way, Slime can do whatever he wants ofc, just addicted to angsty shit)

im only gonna talk about q!slimes lore here so if you want to know more about the qsmp world as a whole just tell me and it would be my pleasure to explain it to you all you need to know is that: people were on a train, the train leads them to quesadilla island, shit happens there is an evil organization and they are stuck here

oh also they have kids

basically, all the people on the island got got paired up (one english speaker with one spanish speaker) and got an egg

this is the egg phil got if you were wondering, his name is chayyane

and this is charlies egg, juanaflippa

charlie got paired up with mariana (mariana is fucking amazing btw i could also talk about him for hours)

now about flippa: shes canonically a trans girl,shes allergic to bees, grass, detergent, and fish and probably more stuff that i forgot, has a gun and shes a very sweet kid she deserves the world now slime and mariana weren't the most healthy couple. Charlie calls Slime “bitch wife” and mariana has been caught flirting with other men but they do both very much care for each other and they also VERY much care for flippa

i should also mention that the egg have two lives. If both lives are lost the egg dies forever

now everything is fine and dandy till flippa has her first death her first death was because of neglect

you see, if an eggs parents don't do tasks with their egg (ex of tasks are: reading a book to them, drawing with them, cooking something for the egg, etc) and, because mariana and slime didn't log that much on the server at first, flippa lost a life both slime and mariana were fucking desrtoyed and logged in regulary after that to make sure flippa didn't lose any more lives

also slime made a deal to the devil, yes the actual devil that is canon to the qsmp, in order to get a gun for flippa. the deal was that he had to kill chayanne (phils egg) and flippa would get the gun and slime did it!!

so while mariana was watching over flippa while she slept, he did something that is still remembered by the qsmp fans and gives us and the cc war flashbacks everytime its mentioned he misclicked while having and axe in hand he clicked on flippas bead and broke it and both flippa and the bed disappeared people started freking out everyone thought flippa was dead and one of the most insane qsmp events happened the trial

slime accused mariana of intentionally killing flippa and took mariana to court (slime also maybe talked about killing all the eggs but thats not important rn) the trial is probably my favorite qsmp stream and even if you don't plan on getting into the qsmp i suggest you watch slims pov of it its genuinely so great

to make a long story short, the trialhappens and flippa gets reserected hurrayyyy

all is well everyone is happy things are great until flippa dies a third time mariana and flippa were exploring a dungeon and they got swarmed by mobs and while trying to kill the mobs around them, he accidentally killed flippa

so flippa dies. she isnt coming back and slime may have gone a bit crazy he was/is consumed by grief he went into exile and lives thousands of blocks away from everyone. he tried to kill everyones elses egg but failed and even tho he stopped wanted to kill them and now lives them as a uncle, he still gets sad when he sees the parents and their kids together hes kinda stuck in limbo, he tries to get better and make progress and heal, but his grief still holds him back a lot

also maybe he turned into a green egg named gegg and maybe there is a monster that is impersonating flippa but my fingers are screaming in pain rn lmao so thats all ill say for now

You know I absolutely lost it at the part where they gave the egg a gun - wnjdjwndjw I love the insanity of that all gosh. This is kinda as much as I was expecting cus I did know some stuff about the eggs- but I am enjoying the combination of angst and absurdity.

I think Bolas is the thing I’ve seen the most about- or atleast I’ve seen allot of cool fanart without context I’m curious 👀

Part 9 :) las Nevadas gang time (more of dapduo but you know)

The young goat hybrid pretended to be asleep when the door was opened, closing softly behind the figure entering with a barely audible click. He pretended he didn’t hear the sniffles of the other as they made their way to the bathroom, the door being left only slightly ajar when the light of the small room was clicked on. He heard him rummaging through the cabinet, looking for something, and with a soft sigh, pulled himself out of bed to go assist him.

It was awful. Quackity had jagged lines on his arms, likely from using them to shield himself from some kind of glass bottle. It had to have been the ink one he’d been dipping his quill into, judging by the ink splotches all over his attire and body. His face was pale, and his eyes were bloodshot, from tears and likely from staring at papers all day. His wings were also messy, and he could tell feathers had been pulled without looking long. He kept trying to hide his wings, but Tubbo knew they needed to be treated. “Let me see, Big Q.” His voice was almost lower than a whisper, not wanting to alert anyone to what they were doing. The other looked at him with hesitance apparent in his eyes, but he let out a shuddering breath and unfurled them.

Tubbo didn’t even react, only grabbed the medical supplies and started treating the wounds the other had. “You shouldn’t have to do this.” The avian whimpered. “You’d do the same for me.” He replied. This was far from the first night like this. When they were done, they both went to bed like nothing had happened. And tomorrow? They’d likely do it again.

Tubbo followed the map leading him to the duck hybrid’s country, apprehension and excitement leading a war within his head as his steps continued at the steady pace he’d been going. On the one hand, what Wilbur had said about him not hiding his hybrid traits made him very eager to see him, excited to see the other finally starting to heal from everything they’d gone through. The other hand reminded him that when he’d tried to take over the presidency, Quackity was the one in his ear telling him to make decisions that could have ended poorly. He was the one who wanted to execute his husband, after all.

The goat shook his head, ridding himself of those thoughts. It was in the past, and he was sure Quackity felt the same way too. He was just curious if Wilbur was telling the truth. When he’d passed the sign entering Las Nevadas, it became apparent to him that finding the former ally wasn’t going to be an easy task, marveling at the ginormous buildings around him. Stepping further into the country, he hadn’t kept his eyes ahead of him, and bumped into someone.

“Oh, sorry, I-“ “It’s alright! I’m okay.” The.. human? Smiled at him. “Tubbo from Snowchester, right?” He blinked at the sudden use of his name. “Uh, yea? I’m just looking for someone.” “Who are you looking for?” “Quackity?” “Quackity from Las Nevadas is up at his office in the needle right now.” He pointed at the biggest building he’d seen walking around the place. “You may have some problems going to see him, though. He’s been very busy.” “Well, it’s worth a shot. Thank you, uh-“ “Slimesicle! Most people call me Slime, though.” “Well, thank you Slimesicle. I’ll, see you around?” The other nodded, returning to his task at hand, and the goat hybrid could have sworn he heard slime noises as the man walked.

Must be a slime hybrid, then.

He walked to the building, feeling slightly intimidated by its height alone as he stepped through the doors. At the elevators, Sam stood, speaking to Foolish about something Tubbo paid no mind to as he came over. “So how much material is that going to cost?” “I’d say it’d be about-“ “Hey guys!” The two snapped their attention to the goat, who tried not to appear nervous. “I uh, I was hoping to go visit Big Q.” Sam looked to Foolish, who shrugged but looked unsure. “He seemed kind of off when I was up there earlier, but maybe he’s okay now?” Sam thought about the statement, but relented and stepped out of the way. “We’ll be down here if something happens.” “Thanks, boss man.”

When the elevator trip ended, he lightly shook out his sleeves, trying to rid himself of the damp feeling he still had. In front of him was a short hall with a few doors to the sides, and he tried one on the right.

He guessed correctly, as he found the blackette somewhat slumped over his desk, looking at papers. “Big Q!” He jolted at the yell, snapping his head up to meet Tubbo’s gaze and- oh, were his eyes always so dark? “Tubbo! I.. wasn’t expecting you! Wasn’t expecting anyone, really…” his wings flitted nervously behind him, and the brunette gave him a reassuring smile. “I’m happy to see your wings out,” he commented, looking around the office. In doing so, he missed the strange look that came over the other’s face. “Yea. Took me a while to get back to this point, but it’s been nice.” “This place is incredible, by the way! I got lost coming in to see you, it’s so big and the buildings look so good!” He turned to the other, surprised to find him smiling back. “Thank you. We’ve put a lot of work into it, and even though I’m back to doing this,” he gestured to the papers scattered across his desk. “It’s been worth it so far.”

It wasn’t the others' fault. It really wasn’t, but he saw the horns in his already somewhat instinctual fog and they only increased tenfold. Telling him to hide, telling him to protect Tubbo. It was like being in the white house again, and the color of his office didn’t help that connection at all. He wasn’t even hearing what the other was saying anymore, the more concerned tone of voice he started taking.

“Quackity?” “Sorry, I just have a lot I have to look over. Would it be okay if we talked a different time?” He tried his best not to sound panicked or mad, and thankfully Tubbo hadn’t flinched back like he hadn’t been able to hide the tone of voice. “Okay… You know how to reach me.” “Walk out into the goddamn frigid wasteland you like for some reason, yea.” He joked, happy when the younger humored him with a small chuckle. “See you around, Big Q.” “Same to you, Tubbo.”

He had just shut the door to the office when the duck hybrid yanked his communicator out of his pocket.

Slimesicle took only two minutes to arrive at his door. “Is something wrong, Quackity from Las Nevadas?” “Just Quackity is fine.” He ran a hand through his bangs, pushing them out of his face. “There is, but it’s not your fault. And you’re free to say no to this. I just-“ “Your eyes seem really dark.” The slime cut him off, moving closer to get a better look. “And Sam from the prison said you’ve been acting strangely.” “It’s instincts. Because I'm a hybrid, I get instincts to do certain things, sometimes.” “Do you want me to help you with them?” “Slime, let me tell you what it is before you agree to anything. Okay?”

When he’d finished explaining what he’d learned from Phil, the slime hybrid did not seem put off at all. In fact, he almost seemed eager. “I can help with that!” “You are aware you’re agreeing to let me eat you, right?” “Yes!” He knew it wasn’t his place to judge the other when he hadn’t judged him, so he tried to keep his mouth shut. The brunette just happened to catch the confusion on his face before he hid it. “Slimes also have instincts, Quackity. Do you know why they mostly spawn in swamps at night?” “I- no, I don’t. Why?” “Because slimes like being in dark, warm and moist biomes.” The avian blinked. Then blinked again as he reprocessed what he’d just been told. “You-“ “So yes, I do want you to eat me. We could help each other!” The slime offered him a smile, and he returned it, shoulders slumping as he realized he hadn’t scared his friend off.

“Okay. We can do that. Thank you, Slimesicle.” He dug into the drawers of the desk, knowing he had a shrinking potion hidden somewhere, before freezing. “I- do potions work on you, Slime?” “What kind of potion?” “It’s a shrinking potion.” “Well why do we need that?” As his mouth opened to respond to the question, a loud, strange sound filled his ears, pinpointing it as right across the desk. His head shot back up and found two slime blocks placed vertically on his office floor, and his friend sitting on his desk, now minuscule. “How the f-“ “I was wondering what you were doing.” “How long have you been able to do that for?” “Since forever!”

“I- okay. We’ve gotta have a talk about what all you can do at some point, okay?” “Okay!” The slime agreed, climbing onto the offered hand. “Ready?” “Whenever you are.” The brunette relaxed fully in his grasp, allowing him to gently ease him into his mouth with no trouble. His first lick was tentative, more of a twitch than a conscious movement, but the unmistakable taste of lime jello, along with his friend remaining limp, encouraged him to be less wary. A pleased sigh came from the slime hybrid as the warmth began to seep into him, relaxing him further and making his body more pliable. A shocked yelp escaped the avian, and the slime realized his error- not warning his friend about his biology. “I’m fine!” He yelled, patting the roof of the other’s mouth. His form began solidifying again, and he continued to explain. “I should have told you before, but my form isn’t always solid. Sometimes I get goopier.” He felt a sigh pushed past him. “You scared the hell outta me, Slime.” He tried not to jostle the smaller around as he mumbled around him. “Sorry, Quackity.” An amused hum responded to him, and the avian finally continued slicking up the other without being afraid of hurting him.

Finally, the blackette seemed satisfied, and tilted his head back to allow the other to slide back. At that point, he’d begun to get goopy again, but this time it didn’t startle the larger like it had before. With not a single movement made to reverse the decision, he was swallowed down. The muscles around him tugged him down gently, and he could feel added pressure as he slid down. Maybe the other was pressing his hand against his throat? It wasn’t long before he felt this theory prove correct when the pressure vanished, likely too far down for him to keep poking at his form. After that, he quickly found himself being deposited into a slightly bigger area than the throat he’d just come from, the walls pressing against him as a pleased trill came from his friend.

The sounds around him were muffled, but louder than he thought they’d be. A little above and to the side of him, he could feel along with hear the other’s heart beating, behind the wall he was resting against he could hear the other breathing, the action becoming slower as the instinctual haze started to vanish from the larger. He could hear his stomach growling from below him, but found peace in the fact that he wouldn’t be slipping into it. He relaxed further into the darkness and the warmth, letting his eyes fall shut as sleep threatened to overtake him. “Thank you, Slime.” He smiled at his friend’s words. “Thank you, Quackity. Maybe we can do this again.” As he began to drift off, he barely heard the other’s response, voice falling quieter. “Of course we can.”

And if anyone tried looking for Slimesicle for the rest of the day, Sam tried to send them elsewhere, as when he himself had gone to look for the other he found Quackity sorting through the papers of business deals and construction projects with a smile for once, and the other nowhere to be seen.

hey! it's been a while since i asked anything on here, but i just had a few curiosities and hypotheticals that i was wondering about, so i figured i'd actually ask them on here for once ^^

1. (// slight atol spoilers) would thaw!george be like atol!george in that he's also actually the cc? and if so, why hasn't XD gotten bored of him yet in this timeline? is george even going to be in thaw? i feel like he will be eventually, solely bc he was also included under thaw in that one age post of yours, but idk maybe i'm wrong.

2. how did soot magically dip? right now i can only think of ender pearls and transport portals as the ways people can teleport to places in your world, but it hasn't been confirmed what he actually did in thaw. are there any other ways? did he use a transport portal, some kind of stasis chamber(seems unlikely, but i'm covering all my bases yk), or something else? also, i don't think i asked this before, but what is a transport portal? how would you go about obtaining one? and how does it actually work? does it need runes, bc i think i recall tbom!wilbur mentioning rune work when he got one from techno? if so and if that is what they used, did philza help with those ones too?

3. what did philza see in tommy in the latest theseus' home chapter? because it definitely isn't like what q sees. we saw tbom!philza look into wilbur's soul that one time, and it was very different from what q sees. like, ig it still showed the danger that the dark blue would show q if he knew about the significance of the magic color, just in a different, more explicit and detailed way for philza. but what was it like for thiloas(is that the right abbreviation?)!tommy? how is thaw!theseus' soul different from tbom!wilbur's? from thaw!tommy's? how does philza even peer into people's souls to begin with, like, does he have to stare into their eyes, or just stare at them in general (i'm sticking w staring so much bc of how big of a deal it seemed to be in theseus' home, maybe that's misguided of me though idk)? also why did he only get to see tbom!wilbur's soul for the first time in that moment when he looked into his eyes, what was stopping him before?

4. i also have some follow-up questions on illusions... like, what does it feel like to be under an illusion? is it uncomfortable at all? weird? and also what are they like when the illusion is of a different species? obviously, thaw!soot was just pretending to be himself but younger so we didn't see this with him, but if some hypothetical human were to put on an illusion of, say, fundy, would they get his heightened hybrid senses and the ability to shift as well, maybe by using up extra magic? or do they still only have human abilities and just look like they don't to the outside world? just how similar are illusions to the sky gods changing the ccs to be more physically and physiologically similar to their characters (besides the latter not requiring any runes or magic)? and this may be a stupid question, but are there any limits to animal/mob illusions? like, would i be able to be under the illusion of just a normal fucking bird if i wanted to? but then, if there are limits, then where's the line? would people be able to pretend to be sam or slime, or would they be immune to that because they're technically mobs too?

i have so many more, but i think these are the least spoilery to ask on here, so i'm saving the rest for later/elsewehere. feel free not to answer things though if you don't want to give something away, idm :]

To answer your questions:

1. This is a thing of the way I write my version of George's character, he's always both c! and CC! because of the fact that XD found it interesting to see what would happen if they did so. (Though in contrary of AToL, George isn't aware that what's happening is not only incredibly vivid dreams)As for why the Guardian hasn't gotten bored yet, that's because Chaos keeps happening, in AToL thing resolved in a manner that turned the dsmp story in a much less Chaotic story for XD's tastes, while in thaw the story just followed canon(of course with my adjustments to make the events realistic). George will appear once Quackity's ex-fiances show up.

2. Soot used a Transport Portal to leave LN. As for other instant transport methods there really aren't many in my universe, because the ones that exist are very complicated on the magic aspect and also if one gets their rune work wrong can be dangerous.

A Transport Portal is a crystal that has been bound to a location using rune work and using some slightly modified runes similar to those that allow opening portals to the nether dimension, it transport people instantaneously to the location the crystal was bound to once it's shattered.

Usually their are made by those that will use them if they are good with rune working but one can buy an unprimed crystal from an Alchemist (though here come in play the possibile danger of the alchemist wasn't too good with the runes).

Wilbur made his own with some help to Philza to pour enough magic into it(since he couldn't deplete is own for Illusion purposes)

3. For the first three questions you'll have to wait and see, sorry ^^". As for how Philza peers into people souls, it's an ability of his coming from his Angelhood, Angels always see people less like they appear physically and more in the way their soul looks. But because Philza is a Fallen Angel, he has lost the ability to see them all the time, instead he has to look into someone's eyes to be able to.

In TBOM, the reason why he hadn't done so before was because he was in denial over the fact that seeing souls was not as natural for him anymore.

4. Illusions are pretty interesting and as for what you can cloak yourself as there is virtually no limit, though as it is an illusion everything you can do in your 'new' for his limited to what you could already do normally. So for example: if you cloaked yourself in the Illusion of a bird, you'd look like a bird to everyone around you, yes, but you can't chirp if you don't already know how, nor you could fly or stand on a thin branch as your body weight is unchanged and people are much heavier than birds.

As for the question about if someone pretended to be Fundy, that is an interesting one, because virtually if they are good enough with runes(and not scared of the pain) they could make one complex enough to make it seem like they are shapeshifting... But that would require an unnatural amount of magic to keep up so it's practically impossible.

As for how it feels, being cloaked under an Illusion, feels kind of as if you had a film over your skin, it isn't uncomfortable per se but it isn't the most comfortable experience.

You could threaten me with a gun and I could not tell you the plot of the Las Nevadas arc and I watched every stream. The only thing I remember is the fake slime newsreel and the bit where Q tore down el rapids (the symbolism now lol) and it went from MC to irl. But I have no context as why either of those sequences happened.

their first kills are mobs that were very high in magic (a Fresh fresh zombie + phantom), and they were both to protect other people (tommy + tntduo). and they had literally no idea what they were doing (accidentally ripped open the thing + made it choke on a poker chip without meaning to)

their older-selves being weirdly comfortable with them on their first day (soot thinking that wilbur not shrugging off his constant physical affection meant that he was ok with the closeness + quackity making those "suggestive" quips at q)

both "from" very dark times in their older-selves' lives. coincidentally, both either from a war, or else right before one (if you count like. 3 years before as Right before but)

older-selves threatened to kill them and made them answer questions when they first arrived (simone + ace of spades). (also the injuries the older-selves caused both nod to trauma that they have and that their younger-selves will experience eventually: wilbur's back scrape against the wall nodding as well as foreshadowing to the acid tears that scarred his back + q's bruised wrists nodding to what happened in manberg and foreshadowing to the burgundy cosmos and serenity park...)

their older-selves are very used to violence, and expect them to be the same way

^ they have to get used to violence quicker than anyone else sent here as a result of that, just so they won't get immediately found out.

got very violent against dream and regretted it after they realized just what they had done, and who they had become

progressively become more and more like their older-selves over the course of their stories

+more that technically haven't happened in thaw yet, but i can practically smell them off in the horizon...

atol!phil and thaw!charlie

have to come to terms with no longer having human features (wings and talons + Literally Everything.)

must figure out how to work their non-human features without being too suspicious to people (phil knocking things and people over with his wings + charlie needing to figure out how to keep himself solid and not drip slime everywhere)

their horror over seeing their non-human traits being mistaken as something else by others ("philza must have made him ashamed of his talons" + "he's sad my skeleton gift to him is melting :(")

are absolutely horrified by the violence and disregard for life being displayed in this world. and how desensitized everyone is to it.

very worried for the people in this world, Especially the MCs.

have been taken away from their partners when they were sent to the shattered!verse

still have some hope of returning home

the first character they meet is someone who caused loads of trauma to the MC's older-selves. they get very bad vibes from them, even though they aren't sure why exactly at first

atol!dream and thaw!wilbur (youngerbur)

been in the shattered!verse just as long, if not longer than the MC.

becomes very much like their older-selves

MC immediately distrusts them and hurts them (watches him get tortured and punches his face + bruises wrists)

their older-selves aren't trusted by the MCs' older-selves, so that tends to translate to the MCs also not trusting them

they meet the MC for the first time once the MC is acting almost indistinguishably from their older-self

terrified of, and feels betrayed by, the MC

has the memories of their older-selves (currently unsure if this is due to godly interference or not, but if it is, that's another similarity.)

actively go to where the MC is (pogtopia + las nevadas), which just causes suspicion, since they aren't supposed to be able to find the place/get in. and are considered enemies of the place (maybe not #1 enemies, as that would be the ram for both, but they're still pretty close on that list)

i'm using "younger/older-self" for everyone, since youngerbur's identity has not yet been officially confirmed as of writing this, so it might not be accurate to say cc for him. plus, so many ccs have changed that they're hardly the ccs at all anymore yk

MC is referring to the person that the first chapter is about and whom the story mostly centers around.

Quackity 10/9/22 Lore Summary

Sorry if I forgot anything, this was from a quick skim of the vod!!

Starts off with cinematic views of different areas (e.g. floating courthouse). We then get a flashback to September 10th, 2020, when the elections were happening. Quackity and Tommy interact, and Quackity admits that he believes the elections are gonna change his life, while talking about how he wants to help L'manburg.

The camera suddenly cuts to flashing scenes of Las Nevadas burning and clearly destroyed, with Q staggering through the damages and the vision of the camera blurry, most likely due to smoke inhalation. There's sudden jumps and cuts of where the camera is, and overall is representative of chaos. The scene ends with him looking at the burning Las Nevadas sign.

After the intro is complete, Q is seen going to the top of a mountain near Las Nevadas, where a grave sits. He mourns Slime's 'death' and comments on how much he misses him, then brings up how he gave him a key at one point that lets him have control over Las Nevadas when Q passes away (which we get live action showing of with Q holding a key in a box). He also leaves a picture of him and Slime at the grave.

Cinematic shots of Las Nevadas while Q does his "grand opening" speech. It then cuts to Skeppy, Foolish and Fundy being the only ones listening to Q's speech. Then Foolish and Q head down to the bunker where they argue about how few people turned up, and try to come up with ideas to solve this issue. Then, a tiny slime is seen jumping across screen, and Q gets the idea to collect the slime in the bunker and turn them into citizens by basically brainwashing them to listen to Q only.

Next, we get a person sneaking into Las Nevadas, and it is easily assumed that this is Purpled. He grabs Charlie from the below area that Q had him in, and basically kidnaps him. Then, Punz arrives at Purpled's base later, and he delivers a message from Dream informing him that they could torture Q together, and giving Purpled the decision of 'yes' or 'no'.

After their conversation, it jumps to a shot that slowly brings the audience to Mexican Dream’s grave, then to Ranboo’s limbo, where he is standing on a single block above an ocean. MD arrives at his block on a boat, and they begin talking, then MD brings Ranboo to his own limbo, which is El Rapids. After they talk some more, MD brings Ranboo back to the block.

Charlie and Q see each other again, and Charlie is physically different from the last time we saw him (he looks emo). Q asks him several questions to see if he remembers Las Nevadas, which he does, and Q is ecstatic to find out this news. However, Dream and Purpled arrive, threatening Q. Q then rushes Charlie inside of the casino, and they’re cornered. Dream talks about how he’s going to torture Q, and Charlie suddenly brings out a sword on Q. Q panics and pulls the lever to the fireworks.

Foolish sees the fireworks and starts heading to Las Nevadas, which provides enough of a distraction to Dream, Charlie and Purpled, who are curious about the fireworks. Foolish arrives and presses an emergency button in the slime factory, which releases the army, straight into the casino. They begin swarming the group, and Q manages to flee, but Purpled and Charlie chase right after while Dream starts blowing up the slime army + parts of Las Nevadas

They run up some stairs and Q is cornered again, this time by just Purpled and Charlie. Charlie is about to kill Q, but Q begs him to remember, and an argument breaks out as Purpled and Q both pull Charlie’s mind like emotional tug of war. However, Q wins, and Charlie hits Purpled off of the balcony, killing him and taking his first life. Q is practically sobbing with relief.

However, Charlie turns to Q and begins talking about Q still was a horrible person to him, all while reciting the lessons Q taught him. Finally, he knocks Q off of the building, killing him and stealing his second life from him.

Q then begins writing a letter and drops it off to multiple spots, including: Kinoko, Techno’s house, a mountain(? Unsure of the significance) and detailing how he feels inside. Then, he rebuilds Las Nevadas, re-opens it, and it ends.
