♢ N x Blue Diamond like! Reader hcs ♢
My 44 request! Hope you like!
◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇
Let's go-
I see that you would be a special kind of drone, where you were specially created to command and guide other Worker drones. What you do to this day, but only with your colony's drones, with you being something like a "Royal Drone" for them.
N would be so fascinated when he found out you were some kind of royalty Lol- Like: "Why didn't you tell me you were a [King/Queen] before?! That's so cool!"
If you were the real height of Blue Diamond OMG- You would be the biggest drone N would have ever seen- (You could easily pick he up with one hand- And also kill him if you honestly wanted to-)
N would be so curious and confused when he found out that you could create clouds- I mean- It's pretty cool! But how the hell do you manage to do that? (It's a mystery lmao-)
He would also be very curious and confused about your ''aura", like- Can you influence both sad and happy 'emotions' on drones? Impressive ans scary-
Not only do you have enormous height, you also have really good durability too- V threw several missiles at you…and you were completely fine! (N fought with V after checking if you were really ok-)
If you used your energy spheres in battle , N you'd be so impressed too! You literally can create lazers too??! (At this point anything you do is impressive to him-)
You told N that you could walk on water too if you wanted to, which made the Murder drone disappointed that he couldn't see you do that- Literally all the water sources nearby are frozen- (Memories trailer ep 4-)
He will constantly call you "My Great Royalty" or just "My [King/Queen]" 👑
N also whenever he saw you he would kneel in greeting, even though you said he didn't need to- (He's a gentleman of manners!)
He would also love to sit on your shoulder or head, just looking around from up there or swinging his legs in a happy way. (Cute boy-)
A bit of a funny dynamic- But cute! You and N were an interesting match.

Nick Kay x Salim Othman x Jason Kolchek
1. I read a really good fic with the three and it stuck with me. I just think Salim deserves to be sandwiched between and double teamed by the two marines, lol Also I think it's good for multiple tropes and post HoA events story lines. Nick being jealous of Jason for being with Salim or established relationship between the three where Nick has to deal with once suggesting to leave Salim behind
2. It’s like Jalim, but more love to go around. Like, Nick is so in need of some damn love, and I just don’t think Rachel and/or Eric would cut it. Jason is Nick’s best friend, and Salim and Nick really just needed more development. Nick was the first one to trust Salim, Salim held him from behind with his hand over Nick’s mouth. Nick sacrificed his LIFE for the two, and they can BOTH save him. ‘Oorah’ this and ‘semper fi’ that, I think they’re just gay.
Kate Wilder x Jamie Tiergan (Wildgan)
1. "rivals to lovers" dynamic always gets me and when i started playing TDiM i didn't know a shit about the game at all so i started shipping Wildgan from the beggining because THEM, i love these badass girls. also headcanon that they're exes in pre-canon
2. Their rivalry to begin with already made them amazing to think about but the way that dynamic evolves to reluctantly working together to actual full-blown trust is so... my GOD. That hug they can share before Jamie runs out can bring me to tears tbh.
3. IDK I'm mostly just putting this for my sister. BUT. Enemy's to lovers. They have a really interesting relationship in-game and an interesting past with each other so seeing that develop into a romantic relationship is really interesting.
Becky Marney x Felicity Graves (Gravey)
1. Basically from the moment they meet they're ride or die for each other. When a life or death situation comes up, the first person Becky can call isn't her work partner, but Felicity. Felicity risks everything just to try and prove that Becky is innocent in this case. No matter what, Felicity never stops believing that Becky is innocent. Ultimately, it's their trust ans faith in each other that leads to the best ending.
They're basically canon! Always very friendly to each other, with a few suggestive scenes and dialogue that can be easily interpreted as flirty. They deserve more love :)

Daniel finding out about Lewis and Max after he makes a joke that Max is only dominant on track. And Max sort of just freezes and it gives him away. Daniel is very serious afterwards and makes sure Max knows proper bdsm etiquette asking if they're playing safely. He's very protective of Max and he just wants to make sure he's safe. He gives Lewis the shovel talk, if he ever finds a bruise on Max that Max didn't ask for, he will steal roscoe. Lewis asking Dan how he knows so much about bdsm etiquette and that's where Dan spills that he's been on the scene for a good couple of years. Lewis definitely asks Max if he'd be interested in doing a scene with dan.
Max gets fucked hard by both of them and Lewis really shows him off. Shows how much his boy can take, how he begs to be spanked harder, how his little hole takes Lewis so well. And especially how Max can come without getting hard and from penetration alone. Daniel praises max so much, he's such a good boy for him and his master. (Daniel would be very respectful of their established dynamic and I think Max would call Dan sir while Lewis is master) Daniel won't admit it out loud but hearing max babble while he's in subspace about how great Lewis is, and seeing Lewis blush at the praise, definitely settles any reservations he still had about them. He can see max is so well taken care of. He definitely scenes with them whenever their schedules match up and he keeps an eye on Max when things get stressful at the factory
Oh plss! Dan definitely recognised some signs thst max could potentially be a sub but he had no clue max and Lewis were actually doing scenes and in a dynamic! But when,he jokes about Max only being dominant on track, Max goes quiet and wide eyed and instsntly turns to look st Lewis for support. Dan realising what is going on snd he is worried and instsntly asks max questions to make sure they are both safe and max is happy. Lewid being impressed Dan knows what to ask and what is good, and definitely asks about Dan's experience.
Later when it's just max and Lewis, Lewis asks if Max would be interested in a scene with Dan and Max shyly agrees.
Lewis and Dan talk aboit it first, and then have second conversation once they are sure they agree about what is best foe Max. Max decides what can be done ofcourse ans Lewis guides him gently.through all the questions because Max is a little nervous lol.
Then it's finally.time for the scene and Lewis shows Max off so proudly, shows how sweet his sub is and how he begs to be spanked! Max letting Dan use his mouth (I think the firdt time the three of them are together he wouldn't want Dan to fuck him) and he looks up eith teary blue eyes but he looks so content!
Lewis showing Dan how well max takes his cock and how sweet he gasps and moans! And ofcourse how his perfect sub cums from penetration alone! But the beSt part is max deep in sub space babbling happily to both a d telling Dan how good Lewis is to him! He is so happy and clearly adores Lewis, and Lewis is so touched by the praise, further telling Dan they are perfect together!
Whenever the factory is stressful and Lewis is not close enough to help Max, Dan is always there to soothe him, not ever attempting to take over Lewis's role but still being there for Max. And plss Max calling Lewis master but Dan is 'Sir' and its perfect!

She is a psychopath but I love him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I continue to remain puzzled as to why on earth she is fine with using and abusing him but is all “but I feel bad for Anning, his sister.” I get why she feels bad for fake DZY - woman has no connection to the family who destroyed the Dis but had to lead a sucky life. But both Anning and HY are Hans and children of the man she wants to bring down. Both were children when stuff went down (and I am sorry, if they are gonna try to sell me on the fact that Anning should feel bad she saw something that she should have spoken up about but didn’t when she was like seven wtf and Han Ye is innocent even of that), neither wronged her, and both tried to protect her. If someone can explain to me why she wants to protect Anning the most (and how does she think it will work anyway, if her goal is to bring down the Hans) and is fine with fucking with Han Ye, I will be grateful.
Only thing I can think of is as Crown Prince he’s an indispensable part of her revenge plot so she HAS to tell herself he’s OK to bring down because her plot falls apart without using him; she can afford to let everyone go before she can let him go. On some level even now she knows it’s unjust and it bugs her but she tries to convince herself it’s OK, just like she tells Basil Exposition that she’s in love with HY because he’s the crown prince and someone she needs (ie she’s only using him) but it’s clear she’s began to fall for him for real.
Still - I’d like to see her have SOME pause and to recognize to herself that she is doing some fucked up stuff.
This show is such an odd duck for me because I am adoring it despite disliking the protagonist. Like - I genuinely dislike her and want her to fail and do not ship her with HY. But I find the show still fun and I find Anle herself an interesting character to watch and her dynamic with HY fascinating.

I'm not sure if you've posted about this already (ans if you have pls ignore it) but how do you think they will handle daemon and nettles vs how do you think they *should* handle it? Do you think they're going for a redemption arc in daemon's old days? Do you think it's going to be a romantic relationship?
They really could go any way with it but imo it absolutely should and will be a romantic attachment. How toxic they'll go with it I'm not sure, but personally I always believed reading fire and blood that it was a romantic attachment. The only person to suggest it was a father/daughter dynamic was Maester Norren and he had a vested interest in implying Rhaenyra was wrong about the pair. Plus, does it even matter if he acted fatherly toward her at times? This is Daemon Targaryen he married his niece he doesnt seperate family dynamics from sexual ones. Him acting that way (if he did) doesn't mean he wasnt also sleeping with her, especially when theres so much that suggests he definitely was. Nettles, though not physically his type (aka she doesnt look related to him), managed to tame a fucking dragon... Daemon is a simple man; teenage dragon riders are his favourite playthings. Taming a dragon is no small feat, especially a wild one like Sheepstealer, and she did it alone, we can see what the attraction was very clearly. Daemon would find having some amount of control over a girl like that absolutely intoxicating. Making it unquestionably a sexual relationship just fits the story best imo.
Personally I wonder if they'll change it so that Rhaenyra demands Daemon's death not Nettles, or the deaths of both probably (given how Nettles could become a threat subsequently), and I don't know how to feel about that. In the book Rhaenyra only asks for Nettles to die, so that Daemon will come back to her... and that just seems a bit crazy to me (though Rhaenyra is apparently going at least a bit loopy by this point. pretty understandably) but I kind of liked it in a lot of ways. Her desperation to have her protector back makes sense given her precarious position at that time. And I think if Daemon read that Rhaenyra wanted Nettles dead, and understood that she was desperate for him to return to her, it might be enough for him to seek out Aemond.
So not so much a redemption as an acceptance of fate and a huge middle finger to Rhaenyra. Personally I always felt Daemon got too heroic a death, going down after taking out the largest and oldest dragon in the world and its rider, but at least this way we can rationalise why he went straight off to find Aemond. It'd be almost like him saying to Rhaenyra "see, you're right, you need me, look at what i'm capable of, and now you'll never have me again". He always was an arrogant twat lmao. If we believe that Aemond truly said 'you have lived too long uncle' and Daemon replied 'on that we agree' then we know he meant to die that day, but I am very ready to believe he did it in no small part to be a petty, self-agrandising bitch.

also momiji :]
Tumblr media
I love momiji so genuinely much no one understands me
My opinions here are going to be a bit more open ended since we dont have sp momiji in global yet, but overall momiji has been one of my favorites since the beginning esp with her dynamic over shuten and ibaraki. And i say Over instead of With for a reason, bc i think she cldve had legitimate power if she wanted to LOL
From what i DO know of sp momiji, her bg is honestly Very similar to what i personally had for her? The only exception is that i never made her have a fiance, just that her dad was a genuine asshole and abusive. So apollo slammed me with the dodgeball on that, BUT another key thing that sp momiji doesn't do is fucking murk the entire family + fiance? I think she shouldve killed everyone & i think this is where my opinion on her gets "controversial" to some
I do want her to love herself! I want her to fully accept who she is and Love who she is, but she is still a being of spite. I want her to genuinely injure one of the seimeis. I want her to curse orochi-- and should that mf try anything again, this could lead to her temporarily siding with seimei. But i also just want her to kill jst bc she can. Idc. Literally every single woman in onmyoji that kills kills for some form of love. And ARGUABLY i would say this is still killing out of love, but love for herself, not for a man or as a mother or even as a sibling. For Herself. My god
I also kind of wish her relationship with shuten was more sinister? In my rewrite for mt oe a Lot of her relationship built with amnesia era shuten is over their bonding in hunting/eating humans & its messy. It becomes an unhealthy obsession on both sides that builds up and spills over the more desperate shuten gets for her, and she only takes advantage of it in order to get to seimei, and even holds it over ibaraki as shuten listens to what she tells him to do. I think shuten would be the first man To listen, but its still out of sexual desire that momiji is well aware of. She strings him along until she gets sick of him, and until seimei gets sick of Her.
It couldve brought in SO many interesting things to the plot-- demons on mt oe worshipping Her as the new demon king, seeing how "easily" she was able to bend shuten to her will, the noble family she's from hailing on seimei and trying to rebel against the Minamotos seeing as he used to be apart of the clan, on top of trying to exterminate Mt Oe once again upon finding out shuten is latched onto her. Like she couldve had So much power built up over people ans be a genuine antagonist to Seimei if she was given time to develop further, ESPECIALLYYYYY over mt oe
And the fact that Shuten isnt even addressed in sp momiji event as far as i know . . . . Like in canon i want him to at least compensate her for emotional distress. LMFAO. But of all times they actually wldve had a reason to give shuten screen time they just didnt and it makes me so mad 😭😭 mf will pop up in other parts of the world to stick his nose in but wont come apologize to the woman he harassed for god knows how long.
Ok anyways im her wife.

katsuya and tatsuya for the relationships game rightnow. brothers time
i was gonna save this one for tmr but i probably wont fall asleep for a while anyway so lets GO BROTHERS time. its kind of hard to tell in mobile post editor but i think this post got kinda long so the suou brothers go Under The Cut
describe their canon relationship/dynamic
well for one thing they are brothers. this is not a strong start maybe i should’ve waited until after i got some sleep. ill get there.
tatsuya is so fucking pissed at his entire family all the time and actively avoids all of them i dont actually remember the reason hes upset with katsuya specifically now. but he is. hes like, That cunt. i think its not for any particular defined reason or action and just a consequence of Complicated Family Relationship
katsuya is so worried about his little brother all the time and just wants him to be, like, safe, and not blatantly in need of some kind of counseling. hejust does not really know how to show how much he cares and the way he does from tatsuyas perspective jusr comes across as like. overly strict. but katsuya is trying so hard to look out for him.
we dont know much abt what their relationship was like Before their dad got framed except for that katsuya was the one taking him to the like. summer festivals. like when tatsuya met the other kids and stuff. we dont get to see any of that in the flashbacks, which like, is bc katsuya isnt Relevant in IS, but. i want to see them baby mode. anyway point is they used to just hang out before Shit Happened
your ideal/headcanon version of it? how does it differ from how it is in canon & why is this your favorite version? any other alternate versions of it you enjoy?
i like them specifically for exactly how they are in canon i would change nothing i think. like yeah this is it babey
what do you like about their relationship, why is it interesting or enjoyable to you?
me when complicated family relationships. me when people care about each other but don’t know how to show it or also have so much conflict between them that they can’t. me when the innocent sin cast walks into the police station for the first time ans tatsuya and katsuya just have Family Drama in the middle of the building while all the other characters jusr watch and then decide not to say anything about it
what about the individual characters involved? what does this relationship mean to them, what makes it unique among their relationships?
like all sibling relationships its. This Can Only Exist The Way It Does Because They Are Siblings. but like aside from “theyre brothers” i cant think of a really stand out element about it. like tatsuya tries to avoid Most People and him avoiding his brother is not significantly different. the way they treat each other is, like, almost the same way they would for any other person they met who was similar, just, with a lot of History behind it so there’s different Context.
favorite interaction they have in canon
the scene where katsuyas shadow tries to get him to talk abt how much he hates tatsuya and katsuyas like Actually yeah. I do resent my brother and my family because i gave up my dreams for them. BUT I DID THAT BECAUSE I LOVE THEM FUCK YOU !!!!!
Also the bit at like the veeeeery end of eternal punishment where theyre hanging out on the beach and i dont remember the actual conversation they have at ALL, i just remember tatsuya lighting katsuyas cigarette for him and its like. Brothers are healing
favorite interaction they have in your head/a situation you want to put them in
I WANT TO SEE THEM POST-EP SO BAD. BOTH FOR THE POTENTIAL BEGINNINGS OF REPAIR TO THEIR RELATIONSHIP AND ALSO FOR KATSUYAS CRINGEFAIL ATTEMPTS TO EXPLAIN WHY TATSUYA JUST HAS A MISSING WEEK OF HIS LIFE. I want to see them start to get along again and I also want to see tatsuya go Why . is he being so suspicious. what the FUCK happened

she-hulk is here!!! I didn't realize just how excited I was until I went on d+ just now lmao
spoilers ahead!
I fucking love fourth-wall breaking so much, I'm so happy it's happening here hahah
ans we finay found out why Bruce is in his human form again! and why he can just go back to being smart hulk I guess 😂 makes sense 😅 that's what I wanted to know since Shang-Chi 😂
okay, the convo about Steve was gold, lmao I already love Jen so much 😂😂😂
oooh, so that's how she became a hulk, that's interesting haha
I am loving this show already
lmao "because I'm better than you" she's the best 😂
I'm so glad I watched inside out last weekend, and I got that reference 😂😂
omg she doesn't have an alter ego - she really is better than Bruce 😂 (also, I just realized her clothes just stay on when she turns, she really has it so much better haha)
Bruce is so jealous and it's so funny 😂
like, I love Bruce but Jen is clearly the superior Hulk and she's been a hulk for five minutes 😂
I just love the way she can control her anger so easily because she's literally doing it every single day as a woman - female hulk is a great way to address all that tbh
Hulk fight!! loving this, finally someone who can take Hulk lmao
oh no the bar! 😢 I legit gasped 😂
the thing is, I can see both of their perspectives - like obviously they're different people and Jen is good at controlling her emotions, and she just wants to live her life, which is understandable - but also Bruce has been through so much shit obviously he wants to help her and be there so she doesn't have to go through this alone - they both make valid points tbh but Bruce just needs to understand that they're very different and she doesn't need to be isolated from everything forever
Jameela Jamil!!! yaaay!
oh, so her clothes do rip - but at least they stay on her body so it's a win anyway hahaha
I'm so invested already haha
the conversation about Steve being/not being a virgin is still so funny 😂 and I love that it's finally confirmed that he was not a virgin 😂 "Captain America fu-" 😂 😂
so
I love lawyer shows and I love superhero stuff so this show is so fantastic for me hah
this was great - I love the story, I love the characters
I really enjoy the relationship between Bruce and Jen, they really do seem like family, they have great chemistry and the dynamic between them is just amazing hahah
Jen seems so fun, I loved her already within the first few minutes, she's amazing, and I can't wait to see what happens next now that people know she's a hulk haha
it was funny and interesting and I honestly loved it haha
(also, I'm one of the few people who definitely do not miss Tony so I could not relate to Bruce missing him and I didn't really care tbh, let's move on lol)

Windblade or Optimus Prime pls :D
Lets do both! :D
First impression:
Optimus: He's the dad! And funny because some of him lines are so hilarious ( esp the booby trap one XD). He's silly and likes to have fun despite being the leader. G1 Optimus is my absolute fav <3
Windblade: Ohohoh, my first impression was Cybervers and despite anyone opinions, I absolutely loved her! She's full of sass and such amazing friend. Telepathy makes things even more interesting, and I wish this would be explored MORE outside the Cityspeaker thing. And her design is gorgeous too!
This is why she's a psychiatrist in Sparkpulse :D
Impression now:
Optimus: I still cling to G1 version of him. TFA version was also curious, but others. I don't like when Optimus is serious all the time, and despise that in laterst version he's a cop?? (and the entire motivation and how both factions are shown, esp in comics, is just...uhhh a mess!)
No, I prefer librarian dork Optimus, and tbh this is another idea that has so much potential! Something I wanna explore in my cont.
Windblade: Same, I'm sticking to Cyberverse version with more additions ( like she's also a gremlin in my AU, Bumblebee is just enables her shbhs). Idk what to think about other version as I don't know much about them. Tho I would say, the IDW2 Windblade is so weird to me...bc apparently she's a cop too (whut??) and she seem dismissive towards Bumblebee even tho they are friends? Not for me.
Favorite moment:
Optimus: Every silly moment with him is a gem. I can't get enough of the idea of faction leader who occasionally will go "Oh look, a boobie trap that actually catches boobies" and "I will use my delicate lockpicking technique" and just blasts the fucking door XD
Windblade: Oh this is too many I cant choose ahaha! Every single interaction with Bumblebee is priceless and interesting how she was growing more relaxed around him and had fun! Being a Cityspeaker is sure a lot of pressure, and seeing her being herself when she makes a friend is precious.)
Idea for a story:
Optimus: In my cont I wanna explore the idea of Optimus being librarian, being kind and caring, but at the same he's not naive and hard to manipulate! He's a person who KNOWS history and aware and when he see it's repeating itself. Optimus is the rebel here, and knows how to deal with rich.
Windblade: I will dive deep into her telepathy and expand this idea. While Cityspeaker lore is interesting, imagine the possibilities when she can enter one's mind who, for example, suffered from mnemosurgery and try to help her patients to regain lost memories. Or at least some traces.
Windblade is a memory detective, who find pieces of information in her patient mind and put them together. Ans ofc, as psychiatrist she can use her abilities in therapy ( dont worry, anything done with consent!). So many possibilities!
Unpopular opinion:
Optimus: I don't have any.
Windblade: Cyberverse Windy is not terrible character and ppl's hate towards her is weird. I won't be surprised it's because she's friends with Bumblebee and many ppl hate him...so yeah...
Favorite relationship:
Optimus: It's interesting to see his dynamic with Megatron, since in many version they used to be friends, and then thing went to shit. In my cont there is a lot of drama between two because each believes the other sided with Functionists....but there only one belief is true.
Windblade: With Bumblebee 100%! Their friendship in Cyberverse is so, so good! My aroace ass was so damn happy seeing a such good platonic relationship that is deep. This dynamic gave me such strong Ghibli vibes bc in those movies love was always portrait as something mundane, something that always exist by your side, that you don't gave to go on the huge quest to find and prove it!
And so same with Windblade and Bumblebee! They just feel good with each, they don't need to throw vows and sacrifices for each other to prove how much they love. It's little things, like hugs, playing Cube with each other, drinking at Maccadam's, Windblade giggling every time Bumblebee does something silly and more.
Love it's just there, and gooooooosh I want MORE!
Favorite headcanon:
Optimus: He's a memelord! Mememus Prime! No one shall escape him. Prowl is crying in the corner.
Windblade: She's absolute gremlin! She's a gremlin in disguise who will cover Bee's and Sari's asses while they commit mischief. Nobody suspect anything bc cmon, she's a psychiatrist and super powerful thelepath and Cityspeaker. She's must be a very serious mech, right? WRONG!

One could make the argument for Smallville that Clark and Lex with their entwined destines are set up to be the main ship of the entire series. When Clark’s pod landed in Smallville Lex also lost his hair. That event would forge the paths they both ended up going down as young men. Their motivations are also heavily influenced by their fathers and the differences in how they were raised. They parallel each other, with the perfect balance of light and dark. Their relationship is the core dynamic that drives the series. Most of the time, even outside their respective romances. But it’s still never meant to be seen as anything more than a doomed friendship. A broken brotherhood. Nothing sexual about it. Even the Clex shippers in the fandom understood that back in the day.
Now I’m not saying this is the same thing for toxicorp. No. When it comes to Supergirl, since the first episode it’s been established that the Danvers sisters have always been the most important relationship of the series. They are both responsible for the paths they ended up taking in life. I mean, Kara exposed herself to the world to save Alex’s life. And Alex became an agent with the DEO because of Kara. Season 1 was about them learning to work together as a team. Season 2 they both got to experience their own relationships with someone they loved. Season 3 they both had to deal with the loss of those loves and if they could move forward. Season 4 they were tested when Kara had to leave the DEO and then to protect her secret Alex had to forget she was Supergirl. The less said about S5 the better. Honestly, if it were up to me, in that last fight in the finale it would be Kara and Alex standing at the front, together side by side. But the writers obviously decided to show everyone partnered up with their own love interests. Bonus Karamel for us. So I’m not complaining.
What I will unfortunately say about toxicorp however. As much as I hate to admit it, Kara and whatshername do share some similarities. They were both adopted. They have siblings with similar names. They both didn’t want to be defined by their more famous male family members. I think the writers were trying to set up this dynamic early in season 2, similar to Clark and Lex.
But in my honest opinion: Sister Luthor’s constant misguided use of science, with the result of always making things worse, and Kara having to clean up her mess, just got so repetitive, that I just saw their association as a hindrance to Kara. And her being so blind by what she wanted to see, so she never called whatsherface out on it. And S5, well that just sealed the deal for me. How she reacted to Kara’s secret and made it all about her and how she chose to focus on getting back at Kara and everyone else, instead of trying to understand and respect Kara’s agency. No. Just no. A true friend would never do that. Kara deserves better than someone who would treat her the way Lobotomizer did. As Mon-El said in the 100th, she deserves the same compassion she shows others. That’s just my two cents.
Fandumb delusions are another matter entirely. I try my best to pay little attention to them. Because very much like ToxicQueen shippers in the once upon a time fandom and any other non canon slash shippers, they really have nothing to do with the actual show, or how the writers choose to tell the story. They can be as vocal as they want online, but they really don’t have any influence how the story is told. A lot of people just see what they want to see with toxicorp. Some unfortunately have this unhealthy fixation with the actress from Merlin, that I think is their main motivation for shipping her with women. And of course, Kara’s feelings and her choices don’t matter to them at all. Not unless it serves their forced narrative. She’s just a prize for their fave to win. Well, as a Kara fan, I’m only interested in what she wants her happy ending to be. She needs to put herself first. If they don’t like how things end up for the show or her, well they can just suck it. No one’s going to care. In the end we’ll be the fandom who always respected the lead actress, supported her marriage. Held out hope and got our ship reunited (in some capacity) in the finale. And they’ll be just a sad memory, that was ignored and forgotten.
Well, friend, I could have not said it better.
I will just add that Lobotomizer was contracted only for 3 eps but the producers decided to let her stay, unfortunatelly, because it is quite obvious they didn't ans still don't know what to do with her and her storyline.
Her story is repetitive every season, she still hasn't learnt a shit, all she represents is a white privilege in the worst form and it's laughable they try ans fail to make her some strong femonistic icon. Like, there is absolutely no one normal who can identify with her. Ok, I guess sociopaths can. Or rich girls with mommy, daddy and big bro issues 🙄
My point is, Lobotomizer is the cancer of the show that sucks screen time and focus from other characters. Her character was ans will be, it's quite obvious on this point, absolutely wasted. They could have made her interesting at least and her storyline appealing and made her a real villain of the story, who could have admitted in the end she was the villain and really fixing it or making her embracing her morally gray personality, but instead we got a lukewarm butthurt 5 year old,who is excused because Kara didn't tell her a secret 🙄🙄🙄
She is the most ridiculous and pointless character ever.

Kaoru Sakurayashiki knew his value and his place as an Omega Prince. He might have been born as a High Prince, descendant of the great Sakurayashiki House, which rules the Sun Elvish Kingdom, but at the end of the day, beside his lineage, he was still an Omega, a child who cannot ascend the throne. Of course, for his whole life he was treated with the respect and care he deserved, being prepared to become a suitable First Prince, until his brother, Langa, was born. The small Alpha has quickly taken his place in the line, but Kaoru was not angry with that. He loved his brother deeply, maybe even more than he loved his parents.
The High Prince, after his baby brother was born, got the freedom he never knew before. He was growing up, throwing himself into his studies. He was spoken to be the wisest of the family, more intelligent even than his grandfather, who was believed to be the greatest king in the history of the Elvish Kingdom. Many thought that if only he wouldn’t have been born as an Omega, he could have achieved even more. Kaoru was not only brilliant, he was brave and he was a visionary. He was not afraid of combining magic with technology, creating weapons and useful tools.
If he would had been born as at least Beta, he could have lead the army. But Kaoru was not concerned about that too.
The reason behind that was the Moon Elvish Kingdom’s Prince, Shindo Ainosuke. They met when they were both six years old. Firstly too shy to talk to each other, soon they realized they share a lot. Their parents were friends, so Kaoru and Shindo spend a lot of time together growing up. At some point, Kaoru was charmed by a young Alpha. They even shared a messy, a bit tipsy kiss in the garden, during some party. At that time Kaoru knew that one day he will marry this man. The Union between Sun Elves and Moon Elves, an alliance against the Demon Empire. Shindo, the Alpha, would lead their army to the victory on the battlefield, and he, Kaoru, would lead the rest of the country as his Consort. The mere thought of them, living such a bright future, was enough to send shivers down his spine.
One can only imagine Kaoru’s confidence, when at the day of his 19thbirthday, he was summoned by his father to his study. Omega Prince already knew the news: he will get married soon, in less than a month, in order to seal the alliance. He was more than ready to leave his title as a Sun Prince behind and become the Consort of the Moon King. Kaoru could only imagine new opportunities, lying in front of him. He was dreaming big.
“My King”, he said, greeting his father with a little bow. “You have requested my presence.”
“Yes, Kaoru. Sit down please.”
Kaoru sat in front of his father desk. He enjoyed the atmosphere of the King’s study. The room could be a little dusty, but it smelled of pine trees and lemon. One of the servants put a cup of tea in front of him and left quietly. “I think you are aware of the topic we need to rise today, Kaoru.”, his father looked a bit tired. His hair has turned white few years ago, but they used to be the same color as Langa’s.
“Yes, father.”, Kaoru said respectfully. “I know my duty as a Prince. I will marry the King.”, he said with a little smile on his lips. Of course he would marry The Moon King. Shindo was his friend, and now he will become his husband and lover…
“I am pleased to hear that, my son. I must admit that I was worried at the beginning. You were not raised like other Omegas and I was expecting you to rebel against my decision.”
“My King, I could never. The Union of two Elvish kingdoms will bring peace-”
“Kaoru, wait,” his father interrupted him. “I think you got the wrong idea, my child. You are not going to marry King Ainosuke.”
His world fell apart. Kaoru opened his mouth a bit, like a fish out of water, unable to breathe. He must be dreaming some nightmare. It could not have been real. Marrying Shindo Ainosuke was his destiny. There were friends, they would make such a good couple… It could not get worse.
“The Moon King was not interested in your hand,” his father explained. “Moreover, I think our Langa should marry Ainosuke’s younger brother. You, my child, you will marry The Demon King.”
Oh. So it could be worse.
“What-.. Father, please. Think about it again,” Kaoru said, pale and shocked.
“You have told me you know your duty, Kaoru. Your marriage will ensure the peace between us and The Demon Empire.”
Kaoru was thinking fast. He had to do something in order to stop this madness. There had to be a way for him to avoid being wedded to the barbarian Demon King. He needed to contact Shindo quickly. If The Moon King will hear about this, he would definitely change his mind and marry Kaoru, the Omega was sure about that. Ainosuke would never let Kaoru be taken away to The Demon Empire, moreover, to be married off to the brutal Alpha. He had a month, a whole month to cancel this insane plan and came up with a better one…
“Our guests will be here tomorrow, Kaoru,” his father said, as if he knew what was going through his son’s head. “Both The Demon King and The Moon King. We are going to sing a pact and then you will marry Nanjo Kojiro, The Demon King, and our Langa will be engaged to Prince Reki.”
“What?”, Kaoru could felt his lips moving on their own. “Aino.. The Moon King knew about that?”
“Of course he knew, Kaoru. It was his plan after all.”
“Master, are you alright?”
Carla’s quiet, emotionless voice brought him back to reality. Kaoru did not sleep that night. He was betrayed by the whole world. All his plans, dreams, ideas… All was destroyed in one moment. Both his family and his friend sold him to The Demon King. He was a tool, a bribe to The Demon Empire. Of course, he understood the reasons behind that. Langa, an Alpha, had to marry and Omega, so Prince Reki was a perfect candidate. And there was not a need to unite two countries with two marriages, so the spot for Kaoru’s husband was left open. Selling him off to the Demons were the best idea. Even if he dies, not matter how and when, Demons will be shackled with the pact. Moreover, if he dies after he gives birth to the Demon King’s heir, the child will link two counties even harder.
“Master? You look…”
“Terrible, I know”, Kaoru replied, looking at himself in the mirror. He was dressed in furisode, white with cherry blossoms embroidered at the bottom of the sleeves. His pink hair was carefully combed and Carla put a cherry blossom hair pin into it. She also put a little make up on his face, to cover dark circles under his eyes.
“Worried. You are worried, my Lord,” the girl said. She learned about the future of her master and decided to go to the Demon Empire with him. Kaoru saved her few years back and it was her duty to protect him. “And I am no surprised.”
Kaoru looked at her in the mirror. Carla’s skin was darker than his, she had black hair and purple eyes. She was half-human, half-elvish. Many would despise her, but Kaoru found her pretty, smart and loyal. He could not imagine his life without her anymore.
“Thank you, Carla. I think we should get going. Our… guests… will be here soon.”
“I overheard the guards, Master. The Moon King and his people are already in the Capital. The Demons were spotted near the border, they will be here in less than an hour.”
Less than an hour and he will meet his future husband. Less than a twelve hours and he will be married to The Demon King. Less than a day and he will be mated to the barbarian King. In less than two days, he will leave the Sun Elvish Kingdom ans travel up north, to The Demon Empire. He would be lucky if he dies in the meantime.
Kaoru was scared. When he was thinking about being wedded to the Shindo, he was a bit nervous, but sure that their intercourse would be gentle, sweet even. He was dreaming about The Moon King caressing his body, worshiping it before they connect with each other. Kaoru was dreaming about children, with blue or pink hair, running around and making their lives even more meaningful. Now he was scared that The Demon King will force him every night to sleep with him, force his body into his until Kaoru will give him an heir. He will simply fuck him, like a whore.
“Master, you are…”
“It’s fine, Carla. I’m ready.”, the Omega Prince said, wiping a tear from his cheek. He was an Omega Prince, who knows his duty. His life and his body do not matter, if he could buy a peaceful life for his people with it.
Kaoru stood at the top of the stairs, when Demons arrived. He was holding his head high, forcing a little smile on his lips. He will never show his fears and anxiety to those, who were around him. For them he was a definition of the perfection, and Kaoru was more than ready to uphold his reputation. He could be falling apart on the inside, but on the outside he will never show.
Of course, the first person he spotted, was The Demon King himself. Riding the biggest horse Kaoru has ever seen in his life, the Alpha was dressed all in black. He had green hair, which makes him look like a giant tree. When The Demon King came closer, Kaoru saw small horns at the top of his head, partly hidden inside of his hair. The Alpha was smiling lightly, with such confidence, that it made Kaoru annoyed.
The Omega Prince was not small, but when the Alpha dismounted the horse, Kaoru straightened up. It did not help much; he still was smaller than the Alpha and the top of his head reached slightly above the place the heart should be, if The Demon King had one.
“I shall welcome you, my guests,” Kaoru’s father took a step towards the Demons. Elves and Demons have not met since the last war. Kaoru knew his father and The Demon King must have exchanged letters, but this… This was a milestone in their history.
“King Sakurayashiki,” The Demon King smiled. “It’s a pleasure to meet you in person.”
When the Demon moved his hand, Kaoru was sure he is going to stab the Elvish King. But instead they simply shook their hands as a greeting. Then the Demon welcomed The Moon King the same way. He exchanged few words with the nobles, at the end finally standing before him. “I hope,” the Demon King smiled to Kaoru’s father, “That his is your precious son.”
“You got it right, Lord Nanjo. This is my older son, Kaoru. The one who is betrothed to you.”
Kaoru felt a lump in his throat. He was glad he hadn’t listened to Carla and haven’t eaten anything, because at that moment he felt nausea. What a great beginning it would be, if he throw up on his fiancee feet.
The Alpha was big. Bigger than any man Kaoru knew. His shoulder were large and Omega was sure that The Demon King could kill anybody with his bare hands. For what reason he had a sword, attached to his belt, if he clearly does not need it? Moreover, he smelled like a danger. A mixed scent of sweat and sandalwood.
“You wasn’t making this up,” the Demon King said, “When you wrote me he is beautiful.”
Kaoru felt anger, boiling inside him. Does the Demon Lord think that he is deaf? He was talking with his father about him, without actually speaking directly to the Omega! Disrespectful ogre, Kaoru thought, but bit his tongue.
“Good afternoon, my dear Prince”, the Demon King finally spoke to him. “Forgive me my surprise, but you are breathtaking.”
Kaoru used his fan to cover half of his face, forcing a small smile. You were fine breathing and talking nonce just a second ago, you brainless gorilla, he thought.
“Welcome to the Sun Elvish Kingdom, my Lord.”
I hope you will die during this trip, Kaoru added in his mind.

Hye Goldy, I love your blog. I'm happy to find a jikooker who isn't afraid to address real and non-idealistic aspects of jikook relationship. My question has to do with Jungkook's reactions to jimin initiating any contact with him, be it physical or emotional. Jk reactions go between nervousness, annoyance, embarrassment, uncomfortableness and withdrawals in on himself.
Like when Jimin gets playful and he gets close or touchy, or when JK has a hard time and Jimin shows his worry for him and tries to comfort him, tries to reach out for him. For example during run 100 or 101 episode when JK got hit by ball and jimin went to check on him and kept insisting asking him if he was ok, jk kind of ignored him. Or during the voice acting run episode when he said he was cold and Jimin hugged him and his eyes bugged out of his head ans his body went all tense. There are so many instances like this.
Jk on the other hand is sometimes bold, setting course for some of the most questionable jikook moments. But often he's subdued and laid back. Again, another example, would be when Yoongi hit the ball directly at jimin. Compare to Jimin over worried self he just went over and looked at him once and when he saw Jimin was laughing he went back.
What do you think about this? How do you explain it?
How do I explain what?👀
Are his reactions a problem?👀
Do you want to free Jimin?👀
Chilee Anon, you are bold. Don't let JK hear you say these things. Lmho.
I think for the most part, you are just pointing out the differences in their personalities and their unique ways of expressing themselves in general not just towards eachother.
Jikook are two very distinct individuals and they express themselves differently. I feel a lot of people forget that sometimes but it's actually not that deep.
Jk is naturally reserved, introverted and not overly nurturing or affectionate. He has said this himself and Jimin has described him as not very good at expressing his emotions or communicating his feelings as well.
You can't expect him to express himself or his affections the same way an extroverted honorary hufflepuff and natural nurturer with no shame like Jimin would. That's asking for too much, I think. Lol.
I don't think there is anything wrong with JK or the way he expresses himself towards Jimin to be honest. As I keep saying, Jikook negotiate their needs most times to make for the differences in their personalities. Their relationship is not one sided. If there are aspects of JK's personality that impedes on the quality of love Jimin requires to feel satisfied in their dynamics Jimin would say so and I believe JK would work on it and vice versa. I mean we've seen them do that repeatedly over the years.
Jimin loves to be loved and he's said so himself and I believe he knows exactly what makes him feel loved and what doesn't. In the Grammy reaction video, he literally hopped over his soul mate and best friend to get a hug from JK bumping his head in the process. He was seeking emotional warmth from him. I don't think if JK's touches were cold he would keep turning to him for it.
At fan signs when Jk isn't next to him, he grabs the mic and tells Jungkook his place is beside him.
At awards when JK is having fun with his friends, he hugs his hyungs for comfort till JK comes running to him. When Hobi and JK are off in the corner playing kids, he glares at them till JK comes to stand behind him and blows on the back of his head to placate him.
On red carpets from the Grammys to Jingle bell when he can't stand next to JK because they have to stand in their official positions he literally breaks down- well almost breaks down.
There is something warm about JK that doesn't translate to the screens.
Jk does the same thing. When he needs Jimin's presence he grabs him by the neck and pulls him to himself. When he is feeling anxious and needs to calm down he rubs on Jimin's arms to soothe himself.
During performances when he's waited for JM to interact with him and JM isn't doing that, he walks to him to wrap his hands around him or sing with him. He cheats his way through games to be on the same team with JM, he literally teleports his ass to be next to JM. He throws tantrums when he can't be next to him.
Jimin didn't wake him up once and he whined about it in interviews. Jimin left him out of a VLive and he started a revolution on VLive.
There is something they both need from eachother's presence and they take it from eachother when they need it- as far as their need for affections and intimacy go. In my opinion.
They take up a lot of space in eachother's lives, riding together, spending time together outside of work, getting in eachother's personal space and groping eachother excessively- not that I'm complaining. I mean, I wanna see it all. Lol. But it would be counterintuitive for either of them, especially JK to do all of these things, be an accomplice of, participate in and initiate certain intimate moments with JM himself if Jimin made him in anyway uncomfortable, annoyed or embarrassed.
It also says a lot about BTS and BigHit if it is true, that JK is uncomfortable being intimate with Jimin, for having sat and watched this sordidity go on between Jikook for years without intervening, or standing up for JK, to protect him against Jimin imposing himself on jK in that way, by calling JM out for making the youngest among them feel uncomfortable with his skinship and gestures towards him. It would be a failure on their part not to uphold their common duty to protect and act in the interests of JK as the hyungs, agent and guardians of JK.
It would be a failure and a huge betrayal on JM's part too. Jimin is and portrays himself as a very considerate person with a high emotional intelligence quotient who cares about and loves JK. It would be insensitive and not so loving or intelligent of him to not know his actions, skinship and affections make another person uncomfortable or annoyed.
And for him to persist in these endeavors throughout the years knowing full well they are not welcomed, reciprocated or enjoyed by JK would not just be unconscionable on his part but would make him dumb, abusive and vile- a rhetoric anti Jimin, anti Jikook and most Tuktukkers peddle on these streets and I don't blame them. Ignorance and hatred will do that to a person.
This rhetoric implicates not just JM but JK himself, BTS and the company as they all have stock and owe a duty of care towards eachother and JK as the youngest amongst them, to create and foster a work environment where everyone's bodily integrity, mind and spirit is respected and upheld. One in which they all feel safe within.
Let's talk ships for a second. You think Tae or Suga will let Jimin make JK uncomfortable in that way and not stand up for JK or call JM out for that? Tae? Taehyung? Sis, there's a reason Yeontan doesn't like him. He is over protective. Lol. That dog just wanna walk down the streets with Min Holly on his arm.
Let me paint you a picture. When JK got injured on stage and he went to JM and JM comforted him but his part was coming up so he left to go sing, Taehyung stood by JK and followed him around the stage never taking his eyes off him- even though JK was just gravitating towards JM because he was feeling vulnerable and JM had no idea what was happening behind him.
In Run 116, another recent instance of JK's vulnerable moments, because to me he was dealing with a broken heart- because Jikook had broken up around that period in my opinion, JK was leaning into Tae for that comfort.
Feel free to disagree anyone but I'm afraid I have to stand by my opinion and observations and understanding of their dynamics. Lol.
Notice how the one time JM initiated skinship with JK in that episode, because JK had spent the entire episode closed off to him, Jimin kept stealing glances at the members? His eyes kept shifting and he looked almost nervous? Now why do you think that is?
The members will not allow Jimin to impose himself on JK like that.
It's the second time in years I've seen Jimin act like he needed permission to interact with JK. Did you see the blackswan shoot interview around that period? Tae and Kook around early January through to the On period?
Tae would not stand and watch Jimin play JK's feelings like that, take advantage of him or make him uncomfortable. Neither would Suga quite frankly. RM wouldn't stand for it nor will Jin or Hobi.
If you noticed any thing off with Jikook around the period you mentioned, it's probably because they were getting back together after a breakup and their interactions were in the aftermath of a hiccup in their relationship. Again, my opinion.
Compare that Run moment you mentioned where JM was hit in the eye to the recent Grammy reaction behind scenes when JM hit his head and was hurting or even to all the events post October... same vibe as On Era, different intensities. We will talk about the October timeline again soon. I think I've seen enough to form an opinion. Lol.
My point is, Jikook have unique love needs and love languages. Jimin speaks JK's love language even if that language is not JK's own way of expression.
When asked what JK liked about Jimin, JK said it was his shamelessness. Deep it. We find attractive in others qualities we admire or lack in ourselves.
JK harbors a lot of shame over a lot of things. He is not Jimin. He may panic when JM suddenly pounces on him because he knows JM is wild, shameless and reckless but that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy it.
That compliment he gave Jimin about his shameless to me was also a confession of his own shame and reservations around his expressions of self- something I feel he has been working to overcome through out the years. It's only in recent times that the members have said he's become a bit shameless himself.
JK describes Jimin's self expressions as sexy and shameless. He's said he's wanted to look sexy too and perform a sexy dance too. He may not have openly admitted this but I believe shamelessness is a quality he wants in himself.
To be shameless implies, on a certain level, JM lacks guilt, is impervious to judgment and doesn't give regard to his environment when he expresses himself.
Jimin may not have a lot of guilt about his sexuality but he has a lot of fear and JK may not have a lot of fear in him but he has a lot of guilt about his sexuality and both are not less gay.
All these beautiful moments of expressions from Jimin you seemly applaud were at one point viewed as disgraceful acts or acts of shame and worthy of condemnation that in JK's view perhaps shouldn't have been expressed so openly by Jimin or any gay man for that matter- the emphasis is mine.
I'm going off on a tangent but stick with me.
That shame he associates with JM's self expressions on the surface may just be as a result of his shyness and introvertedness but I also think his internalized homophobia brought on by his own past repressed homosexuality could be an underlying factor. In my opinion.
It's very unsettling, as a closeted person, to watch other queer people in close proximity to you perform sexuality and queerness so openly without fear or shame and be met with the level of ridicule JM was met with in those early days parading himself as the queer jest of the group. It was cringe merely watching those moments from the screen.
If he viewed his queerness as wrong in any way on a fundamental level, then we cannot reasonably expect him to suddenly have a complete 360 turn around or a hundred percent shift from this mentality. It doesn't work like. Being closeted can have lasting effects on a person even long after they have come out of the closet.
I believe JK is aware of this. Do I think he is happy with it? No. But I believe he is working on it. Like the members said, he has changed alot this past year and has a lot of self awareness now. In his Weverse interview, they pointed out how he is constantly working to improve himself.
It is why I think often when he panics and pulls away in such moments he tries to reestablish contact with Jimin to reassure him he is not rejecting him. I think I pointed it out in my video analysis on YT. He knows he has a lot to work through and I know JM is patient with him when it comes to that. I see them as working through a lot of baggage as queer men honestly. They're undoing the toxic narratives of queerness and masculinity, learning not to be afraid of being themselves openly etc. They are gonna get there- eventually.
JM talks about their relationship and uses the word love to describe it and JK shifts uncomfortably. An interviewer playfully asks if JM is not his style and he panics and stutters, causing JM to butt in and save his ass with 'don't answer that.' Jimin talks about JK hugging him to sleep at a fan sign and JK shuts it down telling JM he doesn't like such things said about him because to him it was weird for JM to say stuff like that.
And you'd often hear JM asking JK if it was ok for him to say certain things or do certain things in regards to him immediately after he'd said or done them- is it ok to say I like you? Is it ok to say you cuddle me to sleep. You don't like this? You don't like that?
Clearly, JM felt the need to ask these and had to ask because perhaps JK had expressed concerns about certain things JM said and did openly in regards to him that he didn't feel comfortable with.
Jimin over expresses himself which is equally problematic if we are being honest. And JK under expresses himself, we been knew.
Over the years, he's learned to be more brazen and less reserved but he still is the same person at his core: an introvert. His introvertedness doesn't answer for his actions and choices but it answers for his mannerisms and the things you've pointed out is one of them.
I have said I don't buy into this whole JM fell first, JK fell harder narrative. For Jimin to have fallen first he would have had to be queer in those early days but I argue he wasn't ergo that entire conjecture is bogus to me. Lol.
JM over expresses himself and part of those expressions to me are mere performances divorced from his sexuality. Most of JK's expressions flow from his sexuality and I feel he is not very good at compartmentalizing. But that's not his fault. That's the consequences of being queer in a space where performative queerness is applauded but actual gayness is frowned upon and Jikook are a reflection of this.
People are ok with Jimin being gay as long as he is not gay. They are ok making gay jokes about him untill we tell them he is actually gay in a gay relationship with another gay member- then it's don't assume his sexuality and project and heteronormativity. Smh.
And the more these upcoming Idols use Jikook as the blueprint to their success by imitating and performing the queerness of Jikook for entertainment purposes the more the lines blur on what is acceptable queerness and what is political queerness.
He's built a persona and a facade for himself over the years and this persona incorporates to some degree, what you can call queer aesthetics, just a dash of gayness to keep things interesting. But it's a facade nevertheless.
Jimin is not more gay than JK because he over expresses and JK is not less gay because he under expresses and one is not better than the other.
Jimin doesn't love JK more just because he over expresses and JK doesn't love JM less just because he under expresses- if that's what you were implying by your Ask.
I read a comment from months ago under a BinJin couple video analysis where people were saying the Lady was too stiff around the Man at awards hence she was uncomfortable being around him therefore they were not real- HUH!!! Jokes on them.
I think people need to expand their vocabulary beyond he is uncomfortable ergo he doesn't like Jimin. If anything being nervous around someone you like is the first indication you like them. Lmho.
Jikook make eachother nervous. Jimin had to drag JK out of the Kitchen when he was cooking because he didn't want JK to watch him cook. Lol.
In the New Jersey VLive, Jimin gulped looking at the screen trying to keep his cool but JK clocked it and that's why he looked up at him- omg these two. Jk got them in some deep shit that day. Lmho.
Sometimes Jimin intentionally puts JK on the spot, like he did in the Japan self interviews when he blurted out the best part of his day is waking up to see JK's face. JK was shooketh. Lmho.
Did you see JK's face when JM blew him an air kiss at the award? JK could never. Lmho.
In spite of all these reactions, JK keeps going back for more. In spite of his own reactions to these moments, JK keeps praising JM for it. Does he want Jimin to stop doing those. I wish I could say yes- but I'm scared of his frying pans. Lol.
Hope this helps.
Signed,
GOLDY

A little thing than always despite me in mc:kosem is the treatment given to Mahfiruze hatun (the first one) and Sayeste. I mean...THEY ARE WONDERFUL. But they were totally ruined ! WHY ? it's a absolute criminal act i think, because they were nuanced with flaws and qualities on my opinion (Mahfiruze is emotive and try to kill her weak side with her arrogance, she has loved ones with and has a talent for manipulation when Sayeste is loyal, grateful but dellusioned ans angry) What do you think about the two girls ? What will you like to see with her ?
Oh yeah, early Mahfiruz was filled with potential from the start. I also love the subtly presented vulnerability of her character: that was perhaps her best scene that gave her both flavor and uniqueness. Developing a devious nature and sneakiness to mask a more insecure side of yourself isn't the most outstanding concept ever, but it's something that we didn't really get to see all that often in the franchise, especially not as masterfully established in a single scene, no less. And Anastasia herself being the one that discovered that vulnerability of hers is a rare gem that should be cherished and lets me acknowledge this simple conversation as one of the softest lines of action and dialogue in MCK.
What baffles me the most is not so much that the writers wimped out on her at some point, since that was to be expected both due to other cases in the past and the whatever reason behind the scenes (did the actress want to leave the show? I heard that there was something like this, but I'm not sure...), but how quickly they gave up on her future set up and development, most possibly even before the supposed stuff behind the scenes happened. She had so much promise with her one scene wonder, then we had a parallel repetition of the beating plot in MC E03 (that somehow ended up being even more filler than that from a narrative standpoint, how do they do it?) and... that was it. 2-3 episodes before her "departure" it was already done. There was some hope they would continue on her character concept when we realized that TIMS wouldn't give up on this relatively major role in the story, even if with a different actress. But Dilara Aksuek's Mahfiruze was an entirely different character that didn't live up to Mahfiruz's potential and instead turned her into a one-dimensional S01 Mahidevran archetype that has only a single aspect of that archetype. And that was a problem and relatively, a downgrade, because it seemed like Mahfiruz's dynamic with Anastasia, despite of some similarities, wouldn't be just a rehash of the typical rivalry dynamic between the two main concubines of the Sultan. The chance of seeing something different went away completely.
And you know, Dilara's Mahfiruze would've been a much better character if the writers picked up where the old Mahfiruz left off without killing her off, just replacing her actress (similarly to Vahide Perçin's Hürrem, but applied to a more minor character, of course), but also kept Mahfiruze's relationship with Ahmet and fleshed out more her relationship with Osman, fully utilizing her thematic role in setting the conflict between him and Kösem, which would have freely happened with both fleshing her character out and letting her meet her doom during the time-skip in E21, if you want that so badly, writers - these two aren't mutually exclusive concepts! But we got two safe, effortless, sudden and abrupt endings of two characters that we ended up not caring as much about in the long run due to sloppy writing.
While the waste of Mahfiruz's foundation is far from the worst offence of the show, it's certainly the most bizarre one. Unlike MCK Turhan, where they more or less had to rush things, they didn't have that much of an excuse to turn Mahfiruz's concept and role into... this. I, for one, generally cut the MCK writers more slack because of the ratings, but I don't feel this can be done here, neither because it is a choice they had to make because of ratings in terms of both characters, nor because I think the ratings would've gone down, if they fleshed Dilara's Mahfiruze more, quite the opposite really. Mahfiruz and Mahfiruze. didn't. deserve. the. MC. S04. Rumeysa. treatment. I fully believe this is one thing they could've avoided, yet didn't.
I'm not such a big fan of Şayeste, to be honest. I never liked her or her writing from the start, but that doesn't mean that she didn't deserve better. Her characterization was bonkers the instant she was introduced and her going back and forth from side to side was neither well written, nor interesting, unlike the duality of some other characters. They set her as a mean girl quickly manipulated by Mahfiruz from the start with only some more positive traits and I don't believe that "Heel Face turn" felt as earned as intended. Though, yeah, the worse thing here is that, just like Mahfiruz, the writers wimped out on her completely after that turn and that was also unfortunate. I would've loved to see these gratitude and loyalty you're talking about more in the story, even though their use was a step better than everything with Mahfiruz and Mahfiruze, and also, a bigger, closer role to Kösem, even though Meleki apparently took that spot for her.
Their dynamic was... okay? It seemed to only be a plot device at the end of the day and it was very vague and one-dimensional, too? I definetly wouldn't object if we saw more of it, but my current impressions just aren't as strong. It only seemed to have fulfilled a single purpose and left. If the writers fleshed both of these characters more, it would've been great though, no doubt.

Loki and Tony have always been my favourite characters in Marvel on screen. Wanda has become a pretty close third recently after her show.
I've always loved reading fics that delved deeper in to the psyche of these characters, especially Loki. There are some really good think pieces and character studies on Loki that either blended the cinematic elements of his character or focused more on the myths and the comics, and others made use of both aspects. (Most of it I read on 'thorki' fics, don't judge me... There are some damn fine fics out there under that fandom, and some pretty good ones under ironfrost though I've never been into that as much as I was into Loki being fabulous and.... With thor also, sometimes.)
But all those things aside, Marvel has a complicated history depicting good characterization on screen that isn't riddled with inconsistency. Take Steve or Bucky's arc for example. (Natasha would also be included if they hadn't done her this dirty, by giving her the story she deserved only after she died. Let's not even mention Bruce because what are they even doing with him. And Hawkeye... That's a mess.) I think Tony and Thor are the only major characters who've actually had proper arcs and growth {something that Ragnarok would ignore many times when it came to Thor, not always but at annoyingly poignant times, and yes, I do like and support Thor being a mess in infinity war}
So I was pleasantly surprised when Wanda and Vision became proper characters with story and character arcs in their show. All the mad theorisation and the shenanigan with mephisto was all cute for me, I enjoyed what they did in the show and would have also enjoyed if what the fan theories that were floating around at that time could also have been incorporated into it, though I wish they had done something more with Maria and fleshed her out a bit, because you can give one episode to a new character and still make them memorable: classicloki!!!!!!
So when the Loki series came around... I was verrrry excited. Because if the Thor movies had done something right, that was to give Loki a genuine arc, of him being not only a villain to someone that was more of an antagonist. Especially in the dark world and subsequently in infinity war. We have seen Loki go through so much pain and betrayal and self sabotage. After that scene in endgame, I was genuinely excited to see what they were going to do from then, how they were going to address Loki's plethora of traumas just as they did with Wanda but I hoped it would be more mischievous and fun!
What we did get was an interesting plot development that introduced Kang and his many variants, gave us Mobius whom I love and adore, Classic Loki and croc! Loki and allowed loki to be vulnerable even if those moments felt more often than not blatant and cheap.
Aside from these few points, there wasn't anything more to be had from the show. Sure, I did enjoy watching it and was kinda onboard with Sylvie and Loki, and didn't even have any problem with the ending, though it was not good from character motivation and arc point of view. I had no problem with how they showed Sylvie. She's Loki, but not really. She's her own person, with a very different variation of lived experience. And her insistence on being someone completely different than Loki was an interesting feature!
The first three episodes had a lot of potential for me. I thought they were going to show Loki having mischievous adventures with Mobius and the gang while discovering the truths about TVA. I thought each episode would somehow relate to Loki's past and all his unresolved emotions that would somehow tie back into the episode itself... Like a theme for every episode that linked back to a general theme of Loki being finally at peace in himself like the Mandalorian did with its themes and Wanda Vision. I thought we're going to see more playful side to Loki and he'll be allowed to finally be a whole proper character with many motivations not just drawn from pain and bitterness.
But sadly, this was the case of the Team as Family trope. That element was sorely missing in the actual movies. Something that was kept alive in the fanon ans fandom space. That's why it was so odd to know so much about the team dynamics and all the angst and hurt and comfort that could come with it but then being left unsatisfied when nothing of that sort was actually shown on screen. The same happened with Loki series in my opinion. The promotions for this show did misrepresent how big the fluidity of his character was going to be, but other than that I really think I and many more of us were trying to see the Loki we know and love in the fandom and partially visible in those three movies into the series, which was a whole different thing in itself.
That's why it hurt so bad when the series almost forgot about it's main character in lieu of tying other storylines with the multiverse storyline. That's why we felt betrayed when Loki wasn't allowed to exist in a way that spoke more of the ease and flow with which he carries himself in the myths and comics and in our fics. When he wasn't allowed more scenes like the Pompeii one because that's how Loki is. He's funny, and spontaneous and scheming while beng charming and having the best time. I don't hate the show, neither do I love it as much as I love the first and second Thor movies and all the fics about Loki because I know Loki has never been just few key words and their occasional subversions on screen. He's nebulous and full of mischief!
So I'm just waiting for more Loki and Mobius fics on Ao3 where we get the proper adventures that these two deserve either platonically or otherwise.... Because...... HAVE YOU SEEN LOKI'S FACE WHEN HE REALISED THAT MOBIUS DIDN'T RECOGNISE HIM I'M-

your opinions on each of the post team silent games and a rating out of 10. hand 'em over
YEAHHHHHH FINALLY CATERING TO ME!!!
Uh really long post oops. for reference, my rating for the first 4 sh's are as follows
Sh1: 9/10 Sh2: 7/10 Sh3: 9/10 Sh4: 9.5/10
Silent Hill 0/Origins
overall score: 7/10
Alot of the games issues can of course be attributed to it being a psp game, and while i won't excuse everything bc of that, j have to be honest and say I think it had so much potential as a (very) late ps2 game. Not to mention, the game ON THE PSP functions as it should. (The ps2 port does fucking not tho..oops) ans you'll see that this is...a rarity post team silent.
The story has alot of potential, Travis as a character is interesting and sympathetic and j think his dynamic with alessa js super fascinating to dig into, both of them being abused children and there was alot of intrigue regarding his powers, the game feels like a smaller more watered down she, and for that I can't fault it too much. The weapons system isn't my favorite but the combat itself is reminiscent of 1 and 2 and I really like a good chunk of the monster design, there was clearly thought and care put into it, nurses and strughtjackets/lying figures be dammed. The unlockables are pretty cool though and alot of the environments look pretty cool for a psp game, hell i LOVE the theater level its super unique, I would love to see it in (actually functional) better graphics. I also think the puzzles are pretty solid, not hair pulling like sh1 even if they're not quite as clever as say sh3.
My biggest criticisms come from the reuse of sh1 characters (just alessa and Travis would've been fine, maybe dahlia and some more org characters would've been better) the bad ending being straight up bad writing. Not to mention they did the sh3 thing of "kill too many monsters and get the bad ending" which is...stupid. The foreshadowing of the butcher being? He's just kinda there, I like the lead up but it would be more interesting if the butcher represented something from those years between Travis' father dying and him being an adult. And while there's more replayability imo than sh2, it doesn't have difficulty sliders and that makes it kinda hard to come back to quite as often. Not to mention unlike sh1, 3or sh4 there's not as much horror focus and random events.
Overall, solid game its fun to play, very silent Hill and if you're willing to look past a few continuity errors and accept its a little different and slightly derrivitive at the same time, I like to say I had alot of fun with it and still do. (Maybe I just like Travis alot...idk)
Silent Hill: Homecoming
Overall score: 6/10
Once again most of the issues here are gonna be corporate fuck ups, but I'm also not gonna beat around the bush, this game isn't like...good. its bad actually. "But you gave it a 6/10?" Yeah bc its not NEARLY as bad as some other games I've.. experienced.
The negatives here are, many and vast, so let's run them down. Firstly the games performance is janky on console (ps3 at least) and abysmal/unplayable on PC, what with framerate issues that are detrimental to game play on pc and make the third boss impossible. That said on console it is completable and not even too terrible...usually. Scarletts boss fight however is terribly unbalanced and broken on all skews so :/. The combat is...functional but not anyone's favorite, it's difficult to use any actually strong weapon and you can pretty much strong arm ur ways through shit with just the knife (except scarletts first form..don't try it, it won't work) for some people this will be borening (not my opinion but w/e). Most of The puzzles...leave alot to be desired. I hate sliding block puzzles. Also no run button? At all?? No easy mode? Ok... also what is this.. wheel design for the inventory...im accidentally using my serum..what is serum also? And why is the item pickup noise like...bass boosted.
The character models look awful most of the time, and comically unfinished other times, some human models are just grotesque, (judge halloway, Adam shepherd, mayor Bartlett. .you get it) and yes...there are sexy nurses. Bc of course there are. (Whole ass out???) They did straight up have some terrible endings for this game (ph ending for one, the way you get the ufo? Hell the ufo ending is kinda boring. I like the in water ending here too but. Yeah.) the story has some, problems. To say the least.
However, while the performance is bad its not the worst I've played (on the ps3 once again..unplayable on pc) and I hardly noticed the framerate when I was just running around, I personally found the combat kinda fun, between trying to dodge accurately and still attack and not use all my health items (bc those and ammo are actually rare! Unlike some games...) it is kind of a challenge and reminds me of a much worse sh4. And hey, the health items both heal an understandable amount of health that i can easily read with a bar (unlike 1-3) and they're not a complete joke (unlike sh4...) i find the exploration really fun and sure the characters look shit but the environments are Fucking great. The church is one of my fav sections, short as jt might be and yes it stole the confessional scene but its pretty well written and acted I think. The monster design is pretty fucking rad too honestly, I like the schism, siam, I like the DESIGN of the needlers even if they make me so mad to fight, and hey the nurses and ph don't show up that much to be too aggregious. The boss monsters are also fantastic design wise, very unsettling and the boss rooms are interesting as well.
The story has problems but it also has alot of potential, the concept of people sacrificing ther children for silent Hill and being overcome by their own pain and guilt is pretty fucking cool, and alex is a good character they did a good job of giving him personality, ppl bitch about him being a soldier but a) he's not and b) soldiers are people too, and a sh game that could tackle toxic masculinity, be critical of the military, and also tackle abusive religeious parents is pretty intriguing, not to mentions themes of brotherly love that's complicated bc of how they clearly favored Josh . Sure, it misses the mark, but I like taking the potential and thinking about it bc its compelling to me. And like I said, i like alex alot.
Overall, bad game yes, but not the worst as it has enough good for me to honestly really enjoy it, besides it is pretty funny when it is bad. Don't play the pc port tho
Silent Hill Shattered Memories
Overall Score: 8/10
Unpopular opinion im sure but honestly? I find this game ALMOST on par with the team silent games. Its really that good, yes its a wii game, so this is my score taking into account the motion controls BTW.
For the good, man where do i start. Its BEAUTIFUL for a wii game and esp for a post team silent game, the graphics are nice and Constsitent, the environments are pretty and it has a pretty nice cold color pallet to contrast the warmer tones the series tends to skew towards. The acting and intrgrige are all on point and the WRITING is fantastic, its one of those games you play the first time not knowing the twist and play the second time picking up more and more clues and things that strengthen that twist so much more. Like sh2 its a simple story told in such a clever and interesting way that you'll probably be too invested to put it down, I beat it in one sitting in 6 hours bc i was so engrossed in the narrative. And the Puzzles man! The puzzles are phenomenal and fun to accomplish and there's even a little bit of variety in a few places on repeat playthroughs. The level of detail in this game is insane really, the things that change with the different psychology answers are pretty cool too and tho it all plays out relatively the same its still fun to see the different things you can get to happen. The gimmicks like the phone as an object, taking pictures, sneaking and zooming in, they're not too intrusive as to take away from the exploration or other game play but not completely useless and have some pretty fun Easter eggs too. The game plays sort of like a worse outlast with good puzzles and for that I do have to commend it. Oh and the fucking MUSIC is INCREDIBLE idk something ab this soundtrack has alot of heart put into it clearly.
Now, it's not perfect. The thing is, it is a WORSE outlast type game, in the running and hiding sense but well, the hiding is completely useless, its a run away game, which is ok, but I understand that people aren't gonna be a big fan of that when silent Hill has always balanced combat ad puzzles and exploration. The running segments are..aggravating, mostly bc its hard to figure out where to go, not to mention using motion controls that don't like to work half the time to fight the monsters off of you. Also, the monsters are not scarey in the slightest and the raw shock scream is actually enragaging if you've died one to many times, there's also...not really any penalty for dying. And once you're out for these running segments, there's no danger, no monsters, nothing to hide from despite having a hiding mechanic. Its not really a horror game more of a psycological thriller and I understand that the fact that its not horror can be disappointing. The psychology things might be a bit overhyped And yeah fine, the wii foreplay scene...well yeah its weird but it IS also funny as fuck.
That said, there's still alot thats good and alot thas unfair criticism lobbed at this game. Harry didn't have much of a personality in sh1 bc he's a ps1 character and sm really fleshed him out well, not to mention giving cybil some nice characterization, and they did some interesting things with dahlia and kaufmann. And Lisa.. well I'm gonna be honest I never found Lisa all that interesting in sh1..so it doesn't bother me that she's the way she is in this game. I know people hate the "horny" aspect of it but to be completely fair, YOU choose to make the game that way, don't answer in a sexual manner or look at boobs or anything else and you won't have an overly sexual game, its...literally that easy. Its given as an option for the play id they want to go for what is arguably another joke ending. (You cannot tell me sleeze and sirens is meant to be a real serious ending to the game. Cmon) and you can complain about the innacuuracies if you want but its a spin off, a retelling of the original game. Its not canon, and it didn't change the original game. It just took the ideas presented there and made them more human and lest fantastical, there's some supernatural elements but it takes a backseat to the human moments. And its honestly really cool.
Overall, great game, i reccomend it if you don't mind some slight jank with the motion controls and honestly? Look up directions on where to go for the running segments and you'll have a pretty good time overall.
Silent Hill Downpour
Overall score (so far): 7.5/10 *to be noted i haven't finished actually playing it yet but I know the basic plot and some of the details so I doubt it'll change
And so for the final silent Hill Game, I have to say, i don't think it deserves NEARLY the hatred it gets, there's alot about it that i find really cool and even fun and I think its a solid entry, a little better than origins in some parts and its downsides are both unfortunate and once again, mostly Konami's fault . That said, I'm also not gonna kid and say its a good game, just that I like it alot and we should be nicer to the last silent Hill game were probably ever gonna get.
Downpour has a pretty good, original story overall, there's alot to it, alot of intricacies and intrigue to it that honestly make it a pretty sold silent Hill game. Its different enough from the others to stand out but not super far removed from its themes and messages. I like that it doesn't try and lean into the cult aspect and tries to do something else with it, it doesn't try to explain silent Hill, but just use it to torment the characters, as it should be. There's tragedy ad human feelings here and some of them aren't the most...sensitive but they are pretty reasonable reactions id say. Playing as someone who's odds are stacked against him from the beginning as he's a prisoner is a cool way to open the game, someone convicted and you must discover if he is a good person or not. Themes of revenge explored more than in sh3 which is pretty cool. The environments look pretty nice, and i like the look of the otherworld, once again being unique with its cooler color pallet, but without the ice so it really feels like its own thing. The EXPLORATION is awesome with an actual open world which I think works well, there's alot to do in town (unlike sh1 and 0 on limiting hardware and 2 which just pretends you can explore to town but you cant) there's alot for cool little stories and sidequests to do, my favorite so far being the cinema (which has a section of ACTUAL fixed cameras like old Resident evils which is smth SH has never done and its super fucking cool!) And all the sidequess help strengthen murphy as a cheacter and argue for his innocence or complexites. The weapons system is pretty cool, picking up items and attacking with whatever you might find, finding cool Easter eggs with exploration and having fun noticing things. And it does honestly have the strongest side characters outside of SM. The puzzles are pretty solid and fun to figure out with some cool mechanics and the seperate difficulties is a great thing to bring back (actually done well like sh3) I also kind of like the method of triggering the night world/rain/monsters, and silent Hill really feels likes its constantly punishing Murphy, as it should. The music might not be Akira but its still pretty damn good, and fuck yall I like the Korn song, and you CAN press start and skip it yknow. (Thx tomm hewlit)
The negtitives tho, well they are there. For one it has the worst performance of any sh game outside of pc homecoming and like...the hd collection, the framerate like to shit itself alot lmao, its not usually detrimental bc I've played re2r with similar framerates but, yeah its not great. Not to mention while the models look better than hc they don't animate well or often at all, and the game has trouble loading in the models as fast as they should. The sound mixing could use...some work too, poor murph sounds like he's eating the mic. While I find the games exploration really fun, murphy also has the issue of not running very fast so it can be a little annoying to get back to a place you want to be when you can't run that fast, not to mention the loading times. The monster design is def the worst in the series, maybe on par w SM. Which is disappointing bc there's some pretty good moments here and there, but not nearly enough to make it scary and there's so much you can do with monsters with this premise. Also, the running sections in the otherworld are better than SM ad even more engaging than the brief ones in 2 and 3, but still, I'd prefer to do puzzles or fight a boss or smth. I will also say, the endings are, iffy while the main 2 endings are really good and Anne's bad ending as well as the joke ending are great, murphys bad endings are weird and ooc for the muphy you come to know in the game (even more so than Origins) plus, idk that the writers knew all that much about prison andbprison culture, nobody in a real prison would be mad ab Murphy killing a pedo (there's some racist implications here and there too which is. Unfortunate and disappointing. I like Howard and Robbie but they are a bit tropey, esp Howard) that said Anne is a compelling albeit unlikable character and thas pretty cool to see pulled off.
Overall, while it has downsides, I don't think Downpour is worthy of all the scorn it gets, this can have problems and you can point them out without disregarding the good parts and while it is unfortunate it doesn't run better and have some extras and didn't handle some things great, I still think its worth a playthrough, esp if you go out of your way to do the sidequests.
Bonus round
Book of memories is not a game I intend to play bc I don't wanna get a vita and can't imagine I'm missing much. It doesn't look bad pwr say but I'm not interested tbh
Fuck PT. :)
