the way some people manage to without fail take the most unflattering possible photos of their dolls is really weird to me. I'm not saying if you want to share photos they have to be studio perfect masterpieces, but even with current phone cameras (even phone cameras from like 5-6 years ago) and the slightest bit of effort, it's so so easy to take nice pics. And yet I still see people spamming up the discords im on with their extremely blurry (seriously, were you running past the doll?), dark (turn on a light!), harsh flash on (always makes unflattering shadows) photo of a doll with a wig that looks like it was thrown on at a distance in a hurricane a year ago and not brushed since then, eyes looking in two separate directions, posed like its limbs are broken, all taken from its absolute worst angle (why up their nose?!). Genuinely I feel like you have to go out of your way to take photos this comically bad. I legitimately can not replicate some of the horrors I see with a no effort 5 second phone snap of my own unless I put in substantial effort to do everything as bad as possible, but some people are just out here doing that every day. At first I thought it was unpleasant but now I'm kinda impressed?!

Ok. This is me above-above (with makeup filter) and this is me today, with Lou the elephant. One f’n day apart….and by the by, this is the only photo that I will let you see from today, because unflattering and because no.
I am extremely fickle and picky about taking photos. I pretty much let allow it to get me really down. For some reason other than the filter, I feel like I look like hell in photos that people take of me. I mean, I look like a completely different person. So much so, that I would never have to go into hiding for any reason other than my mortification about my image in photos that I don’t have control over, because I look like a completely different person in every one I appear in. And…. I hate it.
So what does one do, when they don’t have control of a situation like getting their pics taken, and at the same time don’t want to be erased from their own history? Because I gotta say, the sighting of a “Kari Keillor” in a photo that I haven’t taken over the past 20 years is EXTREMELY rare… probably worth its weight in gold… and yes, it’s a digital photo, so there you have it.
When you have a low self esteem, and you want to change it, how do you do it? I’ve tried the appreciation of the new and enlarged boobies and culi. But it’s worn thin. And when I’m on vacation I want to walk around the pool with my head held high, not like a turtle peeking it’s head ever so slightly out of its shell… I’m hunched over, and my face and body, reveal how I feel…. Not so great.
Ok. Well, yes. I am, a woman. I am, a fully functioning, relatively healthy if you don’t count my feelings of paranoia and inferiority to other beautiful people, so what the hell?! Can I eat something that’s not so great for me and be ok with it for once in my life? Unfortunately the answer is, no.
Bathing suit season is tough. I noticed that my latest suit was strangulated to death by my ass, and it’s wasn’t meant to be a thong. Oh how I long for the days of winter, where my sweatshirt and sweatpants are the costume of choice, and the extra can be slightly hidden and shielded from the immediate notice of others.
I’m looking… for an outside cure. Ain’t gonna happen. So, I’ll try to look at it this way; if Godzilla was to come and visit my neighborhood, thrashing and destroying everything in sight, I probably wouldn’t give 2 rips about my cellulite, or how big my ass, arms, thighs and stomach were. So, should I try to focus on world destruction the next time I’m at the pool? Probably not the most fun choice. Maybe I could just use a different, more flattering camera angle like I did on the photo below. Or, just focus on having fun, and get a really cool, and hot, cover up until I get to where I’m ok…. in my head. Self love…. I’m working on it. I mean I was somewhere really great, and I was ruining it for myself by not being there in my head. The love is there, it can even be smack dab in your face. But if you don’t recognize it, and allow yourself to enjoy it without judging yourself and everything else then how can you enjoy… well…. anything?
So, you have a choice: You can either embrace the elephant in the room…. Or… just always stand next to a 9ft elephant. 💕
Tumblr media
With makeup filter for my fach…. And No, I’m not perfect…and I am human, and whether you agree with me or not, you cannot argue with how I feel about myself.
oh! And for those of you who are concerned, these 3 elephants I loved today: Lou, Patty, and Carol, are housed on 1,100 acres of beautiful rolling hills of farmland in Indiana, and are treated amazingly. Today we helped feed them, and wash them. We try to take my son every year. (We missed 2 years due to covid.)
I believe it’s important for kids to have encounters with animals and to develop a connection to them. Because like anything else, how can you expect kids that turn into adults to care enough to protect animals without more of a bond via sharing personal experiences? And unless human beings classify differently now, we’re all animals after all… (with the exception of plants and fungi… and perhaps some single celled organisms…not sure. I can check. All still relevant…) yes. According to https://www.bioexplorer.net/animals/:
“From the biological classification perspective, animals belong to the kingdom called Animalia. They are eukaryotes and multi-cellular living organisms. Animals are locomotive (i.e., ability to move around), heterotrophic (i.e., consume organic material as a source of food), and reproduce sexually (with the exceptions of asexual organisms). The study of animals is called Zoology.”

So I have to admit this is a little bit of a cheat for my Pezberry Secret Santa fill for @angel-hummel - as in, it’s both my present fill and a prompt fill for my 25 Days of Christmas (AO3) fic collection. As it is, I have plans to revisit this someday, but I hope you enjoy this self contained bit anyway. Happy Pezberry Secret Santa, angel-hummel!
*
Day 21: Character A is pretending to be their friend’s lover for the sake of the friend’s family. Character B is said friend’s sibling.
*
“Santí! Come down and meet your brother’s girlfriend!”
“That’s really not necessary.” Rachel smiled at Maribel, hoping the woman wouldn’t see her unease. “If she’s busy we can always meet later.”
“Nonsense. It’s time for her to come down anyway.” Frowning, Maribel sighed, saying under her breath, “That girl,” before taking a step on the staircase, rapping harshly against the wall. “Santí! Get off the computer and come meet Rachel! Your brother’s girlfriend!” She turned her head, smiling at Rachel, “I’m so sorry. She’s always playing around with those music programs of hers.”
“Puck did tell me that she worked for Big Machine Records…” Rachel tried to placate, starting to feel even more awkward than she originally had when she’d first walked into her friend’s father and step-mother’s house as his fake girlfriend. “Perhaps she’s busy mixing and can’t hear you?”
Maribel huffed. “That would be just like her. Here,” she turned, descending the step she’d taken, “Can you be a dear and fetch her for me? I have to check on dinner, and this way you can introduce yourself.”
Blinking, feeling a little blindsided, Rachel barely had the chance to agree before Maribel was hustling her up the stairs, calling out a thank you as she turned to make her way back to the kitchen. Figuring there was no point in pausing in the middle of the stairs, she finished her walk up, pausing and wavering at the top before sighing and squaring her shoulders, turning to the hall of doors. About to start worrying about which she should knock on, she relaxed when she could see a door proudly proclaiming, “Santana’s Room Keep Out!!!” from where she stood. That was lucky.
The door opened after Rachel’s second smattering of hesitant knocks, Rachel still pulling her hand away. “I told you, Mamí, I have a deadline I have to – – you’re not mom.”
Beautiful brown eyes blinked down at her. Framed by thick, curly bangs and above a thin nose and plush, red lips, Santana Lopez practically took Rachel’s breath away. When the striking eyes narrowed, Rachel realized she was still staring, and she took a step back, shoving her hands behind her back so they wouldn’t fidget in front of her. “I’m Rachel. R-Rachel Berry,” she stuttered, “Puck’s… Girlfriend.”
“You don’t sound so confident about that,” Santana smirked at her, leaning against the side of her doorway.
Red slashed across Rachel’s face. “Oh, no, I am. I, er, just…” Trailing off, she remembered herself, standing forward to offer her hand, “It’s nice to meet you.”
Untangling her arm from the doorway, Santana accepted the handshake, and suddenly long, warm fingers were wrapped around Rachel’s. “Rachel, eh? Puck’s bandmate?” She made vocal bunny ears, “The tiny fellow Jew hottie?”
More red bloomed on Rachel’s cheeks. “Ah, yes, that’s me. Apparently…” She’d have to have a talk with Puck about how he described her in the future. Not wanting to relinquish the handshake, but knowing she had to before it became weird, Rachel pulled her hand back, Santana’s grip briefly tightening before releasing her, sliding her hand into the pocket of her skinny jeans. Following the motion, Rachel wondered why she’d thought it be a good idea to wear one of her ‘best impression wholesome girl’ dresses when she could have worn something like what Santana was and have given her an extremely different impression than what she was probably giving her.
“Seems like a pretty accurate description,” Santana smiled, bringing Rachel’s attention back up to her face.
Rachel laughed self-consciously. “You should hear how he describes you.”
Fine eyebrows rose. “Oh, you’ve gotta tell me.”
“Well, you know…” Taking a second to come up with a response, Rachel affected her voice lower, “’Santana Puckerman? My totally pain in the ass step-sister.’”
Rolling her eyes, Santana shook her head, a smirk still curling her lips up. “He just never stops complaining about when I almost castrated him with a s’mores fork, doesn’t he?”
“What?”
“We were eight.”
“Wait, his pain is literal?”
“I’m sure you’ve seen his ass. Is the scar still visible?”
“That’s… Actually not something I would know.” Thank god.
“Really?” Santana’s eyebrows shot up again. “Normally bro’s faster with getting his chicks naked. Boy does not know how to do the romance.”
“And you do?” Rachel immediately lobbed back, both out of curiosity and automatic defense of her friend.
Santana smirked. “I’m sure you’ve heard the tales about me. What do you think?”
Opening her mouth, Rachel was saved from making some obvious and pathetic attempt at not being flirty by the loud racket of Puck loping up the stairs. “Babe,” he called out carelessly, swinging himself around the banister, “Stop flirting with my sis and come make me look good. Mom’s wantin’ us all down there.”
“Puck,” Rachel snapped, not bothering to hide her mortification at his words as Puck wrapped his arm around her shoulders, pulling her into his side.
Puck smirked at Santana. “Ain’t she hot?”
Again, “Puck,” and Rachel elbowed his side, using his indrawn breath and flinch to disentangle herself, stepping aside and straightening her dress.
Santana surveyed them curiously, a lazy tilt of her lips showing her amusement. “At least this one seems to know how to handle you,” she teased, shaking her head; disappearing into her bedroom – Rachel getting a glimpse of black and white and a sumptuous looking bed – she called over her shoulder, “Give me a sec to save my work and I’ll be there.”
Once Rachel was secure she was far enough away to be able to hold a furiously whispered conversation, she rounded onto Puck. “You,” she jutted her finger at him, “Didn’t tell me how… Attractive she was!”
That elicited a loud, full-belly laugh, Puck even going so far to pretend to wipe away tears. “You’ve seen pics, haven’t ya?”
“Those were crazy, unflattering ones, and you know it!”
Still laughing, Puck shook his head, urging Rachel down and in front of him, meeting his mother in the kitchen. “Well now you know, eh?”
Giving Maribel a calm, benign smile, Rachel elbowed him again the second she was turned away.
*
A couple of hours later, gathered at the family table with a mug of spiked eggnog and reams of awkward, fake relationship comments behind her, Rachel couldn’t look away from Santana.
“You’re being obvious,” Puck teased, breath hot against her ear, lips curled up.
“Not caring,” Rachel lilted back, raising her mug in a toast when prompted, her tongue lapping up foam when it clung to her upper lip.
A strong finger poked her side. “Have you forgotten you’re my girlfriend?” he prodded.
Rachel grit her teeth. Turning her head, angling back to glare at him, she humphed. “Shhh. You, grateful, me going to ogle if I want to.”
“You do so criminally rarely ogle,” Puck hummed agreeably. “Should I let slip that you’re an out and proud bisexual?”
Rachel didn’t feel bad about the strength of the kick behind the side of her foot impacting her bandmate’s shin. She took a sip of her eggnog to cover the proud smirk at his fumbling of covering up the reason for his squeak. As her eyes traveled along aimlessly, she had to stop and blink, a blush covering her cheeks at the dark eyes smirking at her. Well. At least it was only Santana who had seemed to catch on. Rachel softly cleared her throat. “Dear, you alright?”
“No thanks to you,” Puck hissed, but gathered himself. “Hey, sis,” he abruptly burst out, motioning at Santana when both Abby and Santana looked at him, “Now that Show and Tell’s done with me n’ Rache, how ‘bout you? Got any hot tail in LA?”
“Noah,” Maribel sighed from her spot down the table, lowering her mug to the table, “Must you speak like that? I swear, I don’t know where you and Santana got it.”
Santana and Puck exchanged grins. “Lima Heights Adjacent,” they chorused.
Maribel closed her eyes. “We never lived in Lima Height Adjacent.”
“Tell that to the jocks and nerds who were terrified of Santana in high school,” Puck laughed. He affected his voice, lifting his hands, “’I’m ‘bout to go Lima Heights Adjacent on your ass if yous don’ts. Step. Offs. Afores I ends you.’”
Santana grinned. “You forgot the razors ‘all up in my weave’.”
Abby tched, rolling her eyes. “I went to William McKinley after you guys and heard nothing. So I think you’re lying. Or exaggerating.”
Grinning, her teeth biting lightly on the rim of her mug, Rachel watched the play-by-play. She jerked, cheeks glowing bright as Santana suddenly winked at her.
“Puh-lease. Puck was the one exaggerating,” Santana grinned, tossing her hair and adopting a teasing tone, “Who was the one who was a ‘sex shark’ who died if they stopped having sex?”
“Ay Dios mio and the Mother Mary!” Maribel groaned, her palm slapping on the table, stopping Puck’s retort, “Who raised you children? Have you no tact? Do I need to hear this, hmm?”
Santana snorted. “Ask your son, Mamí. He’s the one who used that excuse.”
“Oh, and you didn’t use tricks to get the girls into your bed,” Puck snapped, looking actually insulted, his chin and chest jutting forward.
Santana clicked her tongue at him. “Unlike you, I didn’t need to.”
“Oh god,” Abby muttered, hands covering her face, “Stop! Forget about need, I don’t want to hear this!”
“I agree,” Rachel chimed in, steel filling her voice as she pressed her hand into Puck’s thigh, stopping him. “Noah.” She didn’t actually really care, having made peace with how much of a horn dog her friend was years ago, but she figured his girlfriend probably wouldn’t be amused at all.
Puck frowned at her. “Why do you care? You’ve always listened to me talk about girls…” he asked, Rachel’s eyes widening as she figured out, before him, what he was saying.
Rachel didn’t dare look at the stares she could feel until, taking a deep breath and pasting a large smile on her face, she looked up with a, “We… Have a very open relationship.”
The first person she looked at was Santana, who quirked her eyebrows at her. “How open?”
“Santana Maria Puckerman, please stop antagonizing your brother’s girlfriend.”
“Who’s antagonizing?” Santana asked ‘innocently’, hands raised, “It’s a legitimate question.”
Though obviously a little uncomfortable with the confession, Maribel helped (made) the conversation pivot, and with only a few moments of grumbling and heated glares at his sister, Puck settled down. Doing so as well, though expressing it with a dark smirk instead, Santana hummed, turned to Rachel, winked again, and only turned away in satisfaction as Rachel’s ears heated up.
Rachel had a week more of this. Of Santana.
Rachel’s teeth bit lightly into the rim of her eggnog mug.
Oh god.

Big Apple 2
 Part 1 here
The bar was packed and the dance floor undulated with bodies pressed tightly against one another. Thom knew the bartender (of course) and managed to get a pitcher of margaritas in under five minutes. He poured them each a glass with a flourish. Madge took one sip and waved a hand in front of her face. "Holy shit, I am not drinking all that," she said, taking another sip and mentally calculating how drunk she could get and still make it safely home. She followed Thom through the crowd as he pointed out his friends and frenemies.
“You see that hottie over there? Thresh. Don’t even try, nobody can get a word in edgewise with the man. You must meet Cashmere and Gloss, though, they are out of this world. Oh, and Venia - over there, the one with the blue hair, she’s an absolute doll. She’s with Beetee, Mitchell, and … who’s that with them? He looks familiar ...”
The flow of people who knew Thom felt like an unending river of beautiful faces asking how she liked the city.
Thom snapped a bunch of pictures, mostly selfies with whoever was around in a given moment. Even on the dance floor she could see him holding his phone above the crowd and snapping away. Madge met about a million people, got chatting with some of them thanks to Thom’s introductions. She thought about venturing out on the dance floor, but bumping and grinding with sweaty strangers wasn’t her usual scene. And even if Thom trusted these people implicitly, she’d seen too many law & order reruns to leave a drink unattended in a place like this. She bobbed along to the music with Venia for a bit as Thresh recounted supposedly amusing stories for or at them. After awhile she found herself talking with Rue, a member of a local modern dance troupe. Madge had never been dedicated enough to get good, but she loved dance.
“Is Thom drunk already?” Rue asked at one point.
Madge smirked. Thom only ever needed one drink to let everything go. Maybe because of the acting. Or maybe the repression of adolescent desires. Or maybe she should stop trying to find a reason for it. “He’s just having fun,” Madge answered. At the moment Thom was grinding away on a guy named Cinna. Thom seemed to have given up on the photo documentation so Madge took a couple pictures of them.
“Ooh, take one of us too,” Rue blurted. Madge switched her phone to selfie mode and stretched her arm out for a picture. The first turned out a complete blur so they tried a few more, tipsy and giggling. Rue wanted to look at the pictures Madge had taken so they started skimming through them. All the way back to some terribly unflattering angles of Thom Madge had taken as a joke on the train. They were still laughing at them when Thom turned up with yet another new face for Madge to meet.
“Maddie! You have to meet Gale,” Thom cried. “Gale, this is my girl Maddie.”
Madge brightened. So here was the ex, a tall drink of water in a deliciously tight t-shirt. And he seemed to be scrutinizing her much as she was him. Then the corner of his mouth quirked up in a smile and he reached out to shake her hand. Thom rambled on, “ Help me welcome her to Gotham would you? You two are like, the two best things that happened to me in my formative years.”
“Does that mean we get the credit for what you’ve become?” Gale asked, gesturing to Thom. It struck Madge as impertinent coming from someone who’d barely seen Thom in eight years.
“Or the blame,” Madge countered with a grin, playing along but hopefully knocking him down a peg in the process. Gale shrugged back with a wry smile.
Thom gave Madge a scornful look. “And this is our friend Rue! She’s a fabulous dancer.” Rue shook Gale’s hand with a friendly grin.
“Well gals what were you two giggling over?” Thom asked. In answer, Rue handed him Madge’s phone. Madge knew that was a bad idea - there were few things in daily life Thom hated more than an unflattering pic. Madge was pretty sure that was why he was always taking pictures - because he was a total control freak about his online image. And right now on her screen was one of the pictures taken from Thom’s lap so that most of his face looked like chin and nose. Madge made a grab for the phone and wrested it away from Thom. But too late. Thom shrieked as she stole the phone back.
Madge pulled the phone close to her chest, suppressing her mirth so she wouldn’t further inflame Thom’s ire. Gale slid toward her and gently pressed a long, lean finger on the screen of the phone to tilt it up to see better. She heard him smother a snort but she was still focused on Thom.
Suddenly Thom’s ex’s mouth was practically touching her ear. “I need you to send me that picture,” Gale whispered. His nose in her hair and his breath tickling her earlobe sent a trail of shivers down her spine.
Holy shit. Madge was sort of frozen for a minute because. Well. Holy shit she hadn’t been ready for that. Didn’t he know the ear was an erogenous zone?
Madge glanced toward Thom who, oblivious to her aural enthrallment, glared at her and mouthed “Don’t you dare!” But she held up her phone to Gale anyway, maybe just because it was fun to mess with Thom (and after all he was the one who put them together in the first place). Or maybe because she needed a moment to compose herself and something to do other than collapse into the stranger’s arms. When she glanced over he seemed to be sending the picture to himself. Madge shrugged innocently at Thom. After all, Thom was gorgeous and one bad photo wasn’t going to change that.
“I better not see than on instagram. C’mon you backstabbers,” Thom groused. “I want a real photo to remember this - not some tragedy Maddie thinks is funny.” Madge rolled her eyes - and laughed when she saw Gale doing the same.

Words of wisdom from @whitneyjones_ifbbpro 💪 Posted @withrepost • @whitneyjones_ifbbpro #TransformationTuesday ⭐️ Worth a repost from when I originally posted this last year. Strong message worth repeating! This is for those who think everything they see on social media is “reality”, for the younger generation who desperately try to look like the people they idolize. This is for those who cringe when they get tagged in a photo and it’s not a flattering pic. Far too often I see people down on themselves, losing their self confidence and developing body image issues bc they start convincing themselves that what they see on social media is the “norm” and they don’t feel they match up. 😔😔 These 2 pics were taken seconds apart - It’s all in the angles and the purpose is to show that a lot of what u see on social media is smoke and mirrors ~ so stop beating yourself up! Stop thinking that you are any less than what you’re comparing yourself too. I’ve had babies which weakened my abdominal wall and I still have to work to strengthen my lower abs and draw them in otherwise the pic on the left would be my norm. But it shows a drastic difference in my physique between these 2 photos. There are plenty of unflattering pics of me that are posted bc I’m way more of a goofball than any kind of “model”. Hopefully seeing stuff like an unflattering pics doesn’t ruin your day and if it does then work to have more self acceptance. ❤️ Try not to focus so much on the outside, otherwise you’re missing all the good stuff on the inside. ✨💕✨ Just Be you, do what makes YOU happy, be real with everything and make no apologies. Life is much easier that way. 💖 ****P.S. for those who get appalled that I post unflattering pics and message me saying I shouldn’t do that.......get over it already. 😩 Save your energy and don’t message me. If you haven’t figured it out yet, I don’t care. As should be obvious from most of my posts 😝 Life’s too short to be serious all the time. Love yourself and love others just as much. ❤️ #WhitneyJones #ThePros @theprophysiques #MeAlsoMe #FEARless #MsFitnessOlympia https://www.instagram.com/p/B4gy6qHjaen/?igshid=119t4z946ixob

Woman Sick Of How Fake Everything On Instagram Is Reveals The Truth In The Most Epic Way
Instagram can be a wonderful and inspiring place, full of beautiful and artistic images of the places we want to see, and the people we want to be. However beneath the shiny veneer is a harsh reality. Many of these ‘perfect ‘images promote totally unrealistic ideals and expectations that can never be achieved, and only lead to feelings of inadequacy, jealousy and unhappiness.
Popular Instagram blogger Chessie King recognizes this and uses her platform to promote body-positivity, showing the ‘true’ side to each ‘perfect’ photo by highlighting the incredible difference that certain poses make.
To make her point she poses in deliberately unflattering positions and angles, juxtaposing this with the typical ‘fake’ poses that models use to make their stomachs appear flatter, their legs longer and their waists narrower. The results are eye-opening, and, for those Instagrammers who are becoming used to believing that perfect is the new norm, a much-needed reality check.
“THIS IS ME. THIS IS MY BODY. No flattering angles, no flattering lighting, just me and my body feeling on top of the world,” she wrote on one post. “A few years ago I would never have posted this, all I cared about back then was being the leanest I could, going to the gym as many times as I could a week and counting every calorie I ate.”
“Even at my smallest, when I was training the most & eating the least, I just wanted to cover up my body because it wasn’t my idea of ‘perfect.’ Now my priority is to be happy and comfortable in my own skin, and today I appreciate my body and what it does for me. We were not made to be Barbie dolls who LOOK insanely good 24/7, we were made to be HUMAN and we should all be allowed to FEEL insanely good 24/7. Come at me keyboard warriors, you can say what you want but nothing will knock me down.”
The trolls did indeed come out of the woodwork, making cruel “suggestions” of how she could improve her body. In response, Chessie made a shocking photoshopped video of herself, which took their suggestions into account. “If we changed our body for every troll, listened to every cyber bully, we would be monsters. Whether you have 23 followers or 3 million, NO ONE should have to deal with regular hate online,” she captioned the grotesque video.
Chessie continues to push back against unrealistic ideals, ‘fake’ images and the pernicious nature of online trolls, doing so with a smile and a wicked sense of humor. Scroll down to check out some of her pics below, and you can visit her Instagram here. Let us know what you think in the comments!
Meet Chessie King, Instagram blogger and champion of body-positivity
Tumblr media
She’s on a mission to help girls gain some body confidence, by showing all those perfect Instagram pics are nothing but a lie
Tumblr media
“Neither of these photos are edited or photoshopped, same bottom just 2 completely different angles”
Tumblr media
“It infuriates me to see ‘you’re too fat to wear those trousers’ on a recent post of mine. When I was the size I was in the left photo I had people telling me I was ‘too thin’ & ‘needing feeding up’…”
Tumblr media
“It’s okay to find your ‘pose’ you feel comfortable in in photos but it’s even better to feel comfortable just standing flat foot on the ground, smiling like the grinch”
Tumblr media
Chessie continues to push back against unrealistic ideals
Tumblr media
“We’re all guilty of trying to pose to make our bodies look the best it can & that’s okay…”
Tumblr media
“…but it’s photos like the right that help us all feel a little bit normal”
Tumblr media
“I can change my body in 2 seconds, from the left photo to the right & in both, I feel good”
Tumblr media
“Just a little reminder how easy it is to change your body”
Tumblr media
“Left: this morning (no ‘flattering lighting’ or tensing) Right: this afternoon. I’ve eaten alllll the chocolate, all the hot cross buns & ALL the popcorn”
Tumblr media
“Instagram is FLOODED with the left photos when actually we should be drowning in ‘the real life booty’ pictures”
Tumblr media
“This is not a pregnancy announcement. This is 8:30am Friday morning. Bloating doesn’t just happen after a day of eating loads of food”
Tumblr media
“Hot sweaty mess to Wimbledon ready in just half an hour”
Tumblr media
“These photos are literally a second apart”
Tumblr media
“If I edited my photos like the right, people would see me face to face & be like HELLLLL SHE DOUBLED IN SIZE”
Tumblr media
“When I was at my smallest, I was definitely not my happiest”
Tumblr media
She constantly reminds that focusing on your weight is not the way to gaining body-confidence
Tumblr media
“These photos were taken just minutes apart. The leggings on the left are a Large, the leggings on the right are a Small. Different brands”
Tumblr media
Despite being a body-positivity blogger, Chessie still deals with body shamers all the time, so she photoshopped her body based on their criticisms
Tumblr media
“If we changed our body for every troll, listened to every cyber bully, we would be monsters”
