So question for those of y'all who are more experienced with The Forgotten Realms than I am. How do elf (specifically drow) ages work?

I've read that they don't really reach adulthood until turning 100, but is that just like a societal thing or like a mental development thing? If Ruathym (my drow) was like 94, is that making him like an elven minor, akin to a 17 year old? And is that just among drow or would that carry over to how other races see him?

Why do I feel like they're gonna announce the animation of Storm Bringer in the panel on 5th?

Stormbringer would make the most sense, they already have a design of Verlaine out there, but honestly I'm half hoping that, unless they're able to give us enough screen time, they'll postpone adapting it until they can. It's so long, and it's just not gonna be able to fit everything if it's 4-5 episodes before the main season. Plus, it would make little sense for it to be there since it doesn't tie into the main storyline of season 4 much.

tonight I told the herbalists without borders crew that I'm moving away and they were so upset 😭 they were saying it was going to be a big hole to fill and ARGH. god it just means to much to me that this community I have looked up to for so long think I am a capable and helpful person!! I am going to miss them so much.

I'm also going to try my best to delegate all my jobs to new volunteers so it's a smooth transition because everyone already works SO HARD to keep this project going and I don't want to make things difficult. but it's very nice to reflect on the fact that realistically I need to be replaced by several people 😎 (<- guy who has no job and is a huge nerd for herbs so is happy to give lots of their time)

oof, I'm so relieved. we talked to the new landlord again and we don't need to move in as quickly as he had previously said. it'll be either the middle of November (which would be better because of the kittens we're adopting) or the beginning of December. that makes everything a bit easier and less stressful.
