Small details that made Hades (2020) one of my favorite games

- He fucking,,, names the hydra Lernie

- continuity! Like the hydra's name or conversations you've had, Zagreus "remembers" past convos. I'm super impressed by this

- Cerberus and his pets

- the employee of the month board kills me

- Achilles and his bf <3

- I have not had a single line of dialogue be repeated in my 50+ hours I've been playing it, which is astounding to me (other than Hypnos welcoming me home)

- the administration chamber "inspire?"

- shades making 🙄 and 😒 faces at you for walking through them or when you"inspire" them

- Bouldy

- everyone is afraid of his dad but Zagreus doesn't give a FUCK. What's he gonna do? Ground him?? Kill him????? Hilarious

- burning capes/wardrobe full of capes to burn

- Saying "good day or, uh, night" without fail. The underworld has neither or is both maybe

- bi

- "there is always time to fish"

- all you gotta do is fuck death and he's at your beck and call to help you kill monsters

- Cerberus is vanquished (he's fine)
