Out of curiosity, do you have any LGBTQ+ Ships out Headcanons for the Stargate Fandom? If so, what are they? What do you like about them (ships)? What are your favorites? (Basically, this would be a good time to fangirl over them if you wanted to, lol)

Oooh, interesting question. Mh, let’s see...

Well, my biggest headcanon there is that Janet Fraiser is a lesbian. And my favorite ship there is Sam/Janet. The two had suuuch a great dynamic and chemistry with each other and basically raised Janet’s daughter together?? *^*

Sam is a total disaster bisexual though. I do very much love her with Jack too. But I do think that during the run of the series, Janet/Sam were a thing. But Sam is totally polyamorous and has loved Janet and Jack equally. And after Jack retired - and when Sam moved to Atlantis, however briefly that was, well, Sam has two hands and Jack and Janet are fine sharing. So, Sam/Janet and Sam/Jack are a happy poly arrangement raising Cassandra together! ^-^

Stargate Atlantis was about four polyamorous bisexuals exploring space together.

I genuinely just think that the team was one big poly arrangement. I started out with Ronon/John but I quickly got into Ronon/Teyla too, so that then evolved into an OT3 and somehow Rodney/John then also grew on me and the longer it went on, the more I also liked Rodney’s dynamic with Ronon and Teyla until I just gave up and went “Yeah no they’re a chaotic disaster OT4″.

I think Elizabeth Weir is a lesbian. I shipped her with Jennifer. (Though I also shipped Jennifer with Carson... So I dunno, Jenny has two hands?? xD)

Now, Stargate Universe wasn’t really ship-heavy for me. I was happy that it gave me the first canon rep with Camille, but it was a bit frustrating that her wife was stuck on Earth and they didn’t have a lot of screentime together... On board, I shipped Camille with Tamara, who I headcanon as bisexual. And that’s kind of the only ship I have on SU; Camille/Tamara, Camille/Sharon and when they get back to Earth, they go full OT3.
