A lot of things has happened recently or are still happening, and tragic events we still remember:
Rip Naya :(
I hope all is well with Megan Thee Stallion and Tamar Braxton.
Nick Cannon is having a hard time now dealing with nonsense.
As predicted the COVID-19 is still striving because of humanity greed with ingrained stupidy
RIP for the young girl who should've had a spledid time with the family, but tragically lost her life due to drowning. She was 14.
Yemen still in a crisis
Trans lives matter!
The protests against racism and injustice are still ongoing!
Justice for Breonna Taylor!
Don't forget about Salau Toyin
Remembering Elisa izquierdo. Rest is peace, baby girl. Her death was preventable, but it's a disgustingly grim remainder how the system let innocent POC children to be abused, tortured and killed. She was 6 and I will never forgive the failure of the system and the involvement of all of the adults— including judge Phoebe Greenbaum who actually decided in court that Elisa should be in permanent custody to her monstrous mother and equally as monstrous stepfather despite the solid evidences of abuse, torture and eventual murder— who failed to protect her.

“Your Behavior Diminishes Your Message”
This past Thursday night was the season finale of Braxton Family Values and we saw the conclusion of their intense family therapy session with Iyanla Vanzant. Over the years the sisters have had squabbles, like most siblings do, but they can never seem to get on a path of true growth and mature communication. We’ve watched them to go counseling multiple times on this show and even go to Bishop TD Jakes for help, but nothing seemed to quite stick. They often say that they’re trying to get back to “where they were,” but after watching the show for years, I wonder how successful their communication was before their issues with each other grew. This time the sisters called on the help of Iyanla to help them, but not everyone was prepared for her brash and in your face type of counseling.
It is important to note that for this particular family, a lot of their communication problems stem from their parents. This is true for many of us, whether we want to admit it or not. A lot of our parents didn’t have the necessary tools or methods to teach us about a number of different things. And it doesn’t make them bad people if they didn’t know. They just didn’t know. No one taught them those skill sets. It’s not to excuse their behavior, or even the behavior we learn from them because at a certain point there has to be accountability across the board. These women, for example, are all over forty years old, and not saying that age guarantees you will be smarter or wiser, but along the way of living you should gain certain tools. A lot of adults still communicate or behave as children – and not diminishing their feelings or their points of view, but the fact that they haven’t matured their ways of thinking is a problem. They can’t handle disagreements without yelling. A dissenting opinion is act attack on their character. Every time someone disagrees or shares their feelings they’re starting an argument. How often do we encounter people that do these things? How often does that infuriate and enrage us that they haven’t learned the communication skills that we have? But, how many of us are these people? Or how many of us don’t use these moments with others to try to show them a better way? Is that even our job?
The Braxtons have and will always be entertaining, at least to me, but we should all remember that one person cannot fix your life. And it shouldn’t be their job to. It’s up to each and every one of us to do our own work towards our own healing. Iyanla can only give them the tools, which she openly states, that the real work begins after she leaves. It’s up to them whether or not they apply they lessons, but for us the viewers, after we finish live-tweeting and discussing with our friends, are we making the steps towards being and doing better? We all have things we haven’t fully gotten over. We all have things that we’ve been afraid to deal with, but what would our lives look like if we confronted those things and attained true peace? Iyanla told Tamar Braxton that “her behavior diminishes her message.” How many of us act out without realizing that we’re hiding our insecurities? How many of us are loud and in your face because we feel like we have to be defensive? When we will tell that little boy or girl inside of us that we don’t have to protect them anymore because they’ve survived? Healing isn’t easy. And it’s not meant to be, but it’s necessary.

ARIANA GRANDE HAS NO WACK SONGS
It's two o'clock in the morning and I'm feeling some type away so why the fuck not make a post about THE ITALIAN MAFIA PRINCESS HERSELF. (LONG ASF)
Tumblr media
I'll make my statement first.
MS. Grande does not have 1 song that I (personally) even thought of it other than a bop. There's very few people to do that for me and I just wanna share my love for my queen real quick.
1. Yours Truly (A GREAAAT DEBUT ALBUM) (GREAT ALBUM IN GENERAL)
Tumblr media
1. Honeymoon Avenue: it's been about 5 years and if she released this tomorrow as a single I would 1000% be here for it. Shit slaps. And she was talking that shit
2. Baby I: Very UNDERATED. A BOP (I'll say that a lot). Reminds me of the summer of 2013. Which a lot of good music was released.
3. Right here: THIS ALBUM REALLY HAD BANGERS SKSJSK. A greeeeaaatt song and Big Sean did cute but it was mostly about Ms. Grande and the video was cute as hell. Another forgot about bop
Tumblr media
4. Tattooed heart: *sighs* AN EMOTIONAL BOP. I felt like some biker got my name tattooed on his chest. Amazing amazing amazing.
5. Loving it: TOP 5 MOST UNDERATED ANIMES OF ALL TIME. This was and is STIILL my shit. A BOP I CANT EXPLAIN IT ANYMORE GO FUCKING LISTEN.
6. Piano: one of the weaker songs on the album but when this album came out it was favorite ( and that proves my point) It really is a great song but just because of all the other songs and albums she's released, the song doesn't stand with the other bops. She slaps in Claires tho
7. Daydreamin: Vocals were so soft in this and its great. It's makes me feel like the finest man alive ( Michael B Jordan) is walking in front of me in slow motion.
Tumblr media
8. The Way: WHAT STARTED THIS SHIT. the way isn't the first time I've heard her or anything. I just didn't know sis was out here making grown woman bops while still serving the kids on Nickelodeon. ICONIC
9. You'll never know: a hood bop honestly. She was talking THAT shit. A nice little dougie is efficient for this song.
10. Almost is never enough: VOCALLSSS. Sis was going off. I just realized sis had not 1 but 3 of her niggas on her DEBUT ALBUM.
I. C. O. N. I. C.
11. Popular Song: this shows how she can make Some r&b BANGERS for the hood. And then make some bops for the kiddies. CAN UR FAVE BE PLAYED AT CLAIRES, HOTTOPIC, AND H&M (at the same time) I THINK THE FUCK NOT
12. Better left unsaid: very CUTE BOP. SHIT SLAPS. She's giving y'all a fist pump bop. While I serve my tens. DIVERSE QUEEN.
In closing: Yours truly: Her second best album. 9/10 100% recommend of you haven't already listened. You could really listen to the full without skipping a song. And that's VERY RARE. ON HER DEBUT. And this was a cute era. Now that that's it's time.....
Tumblr media
2. My Everything: H E R B E S T A L B U M. EVERY SONG FUCKING SLAPS PLEASE BELIEVE ME I CANT STRESS TO YOU HAVE GOOD THIS ALBUM IS. IM TYPING THIS SWEATING WHILE IM LISTENING TO IT. ITS SO GOOD
Tumblr media
1. Intro: OH MAH GOD. Emotional anthem. JUST HER SINGING YOU TO SLEEP FOR A MINUTE. ITS AMAZIG
2. Problem: A. B O P. EVEN IGGY COULDN'T RUIN IT. And that's the that on that.
3. ONE LAST TIME: YALL ARE GONNA KILL ME BUT... A BOPPPP THIS IS ONE OF HER BEST SONGS I RUN THIS BACK AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK.
Tumblr media
4. Why try: LITERALLY LOVE AND WAR BY TAMAR BRAXTON BUT FOR 13 year old white girls. AND IT SLAPS.
5. Break Free: A VOGUE BOP. I REALLY BE SERVING MY TENS. Before Into you, Break free had me giving hands.
6. Best mistake: Ms. Grande has this power to make any person she's with look like they're meant to be and that's amazing. Anyways a hood bop. I used to think Big Sean should've had a shorter verse but now that I've heard it more the pledge of allegiance, I realized it was perfect. Them performing it live is a viiibbee.
7. Be my Baby: Y'all I've talked in caps for almost 70% of this post and said BOP 90%. BUT THIS SONG RIGHT HERE IS HER TOP 5 BEST AND MOST UNDERATED FUCKING BOPS WOW. THIS IS MYYU SHIT. IM DEADASS SERIOUS WHEN I SAY THAT THERE'S NOT A DAY THAT GOES BY THAT I DONT LISTEN TO THIS SONG. ONE OF MY BIGGEST REGRETS IN LIFE IS NOT GOING TO THE HONEYMOON TOUR AND HEARING THIS LIVE.
Tumblr media
8. Break your heart right back: IM CRYING TYPING THIS. THE REST OF THE ALBUL IM GONNA BE IN CAPS BECAUSE THE REST OF THE ALBUM FUUCKKINGBOPS. THIS SONG IS CRUNK ASF AND REALLY GETS ME TO THROW IT ALLL THE WAY BACK. AND DONALD'S VERSE WAS GREAT BUT THIS SONG SLAPS IN THE CAR ONYOUR WAY TO CLAIRES AKSBSKAHSHSB
9. Love me harder: A COLLAB I WAS WAITING FOR AND IT WAS EXECUTED PERFECTLY. I KNOW YOUVE HEARD IT
10. Just a little bit of your heart: AN EMOTIONAL SONG WRITTEN BY THE ONLY WHITE MAN WHO CAN NUT IN ME (HARRY STYLES.). AND IT REALLY GET YOU IN YOUR BAG AND THATS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW.
11. Hands on me: HER MOST UNDERATED BOP. I CANT EVEN SPEAK ON THIS WITHOUT SWEATING. SHIT SLAPPP ON ANY HOLY DAY A FUCKING HOOD ANTHEM HOLY SHIT

Tamar Braxton’s Fiancé Files For Restraining Order, He Allegedly Threatened “Murder-Suicide” Though
Source: Leon Bennett / Getty
Tamar Braxton’s love life has taken a dramatic turn for the worse after an explosive dispute with her fiancé led to a filing of an order of protection following an alleged murder-suicide threat.
Apparently, David Adefeso, who saved Tamar’s life a few months ago after a suicide attempt, filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order against the singer on Tuesday. As of now, it’s unclear what exactly happened between the two, but something definitely went down for it to lead to legal intervention.
 PageSix reports:
But later on Tuesday, The Blast reported that — according to sources close to Braxton — it was Adesfeso who had made Braxton feel unsafe, not the other way around.
The site reported that he was driving her to a mental health facility recently, when they began arguing — and that Adefeso told her they were going to end up “in a murder-suicide.”
The story is quite the rollercoaster when you follow the events that lead to this point.  If you remember, in July, Tamar was found unresponsive by Adesfeso after she ingested a dangerous combination of alcohol and prescription pills at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Los Angeles.  Apparently, Adefeso called 911 and explained to local police that the singer was upset over an issue with WeTV and threatened her life hours before the unfortunate event.
Later, Tamar released a statement confirming her beef with the network lead to the suicide attempt. She explained that the conflict stemmed from being taken advantage of by reality TV producers, and called the relationship “toxic, systemic bondage” when executives ignored her desperate pleas to be released from her contract. However, the reason may have come from Adefeso who was angry about his portrayal in Tamar’s new show— read more about that here.  With her mental health compromised over the stress, the singer turned to drugs and alcohol to end it all until Adefeso found her that troubled night.  The network ended the contract shortly after the statement went public.

First and foremost, Thank you. Thank you to each and every individual who has prayed for me, thought of me, sent me their love and has showered me with their support. In this present moment, it is my only responsibility to be real with myself and to be real with the ones who truly love me and care for my healing. I have without fail, shared with you my brightest days, and I know that sharing with you what has been my darkest will be the light for any man or woman who is feeling the same defeat I felt just only a week ago.  Every one of us has a desire, whether small or big, to make it out of where we come from to an ideal future place that includes, freedom to be who we choose, security for our children and families, and fortune to share with the ones we love. We believe these things can co-exist with just being happy. I believed that, that as a black woman, as an artist, an influence, a personality I could shape my world, and with whom I believed to be my partners, they could help me share my world. Over the past 11 years there were promises made to protect and portray my story, with the authenticity and honesty I gave. I was betrayed, taken advantage of, overworked, and underpaid. I wrote a letter over 2 months ago asking to be freed from what I believed was excessive and unfair. I explained in personal detail the demise I was experiencing. My cry for help went totally ignored. However the demands persisted. It was my spirit, and my soul that was tainted the most. There are a few things I count on most to be, a good mother, a good daughter, a good partner, a good sister, and a good person. Who I was, begun to mean little to nothing, because it would only be how I was portrayed on television that would matter.   Despite the scare, the couple’s relationship seemed to be stable during this point. The singer posted a lengthy Instagram post in August thanking Adefeso for saving her life while simultaneously announcing their engagement. “Although I been said yes in this old video… now and then, I couldn’t imagine what life would be like if you weren’t by my side,” she wrote. “Thank God I’m here and thank God for you.”
A month later, the once happy lovebirds are now at odds with each other.  Tamar has been noticeably absent from her social media accounts but did manage to delete the touching post on the low.  Regardless of where the pair ends up, we definitely hope they find an amicable resolution to their relationship.

WHAT'S REALLY GOOD?! Tamar Braxton’s Man David Adefeso Reportedly Files Restraining Order Against The Singer
Tumblr media
Tamar Braxton’s boyfriend David Adefeso reportedly filed a restraining order against the singer. More inside….
Just, wow!
There’s clearly something going on between Tamar Braxton and her boyfriend David Adefeso. And it must be something major because he’s getting the courts involved.
According to TMZ, Tamar’s man has filed a restraining order in L.A. against Tamar, seeking to prevent domestic violence. Oh? For what? Right now, it’s unclear.
The news comes about six weeks after the “Braxton Family Values” star reportedly threatened to kill herself. You’ll recall, David called 9-1-1 once he realized Tamar was unresponsive. During the call, David is heard saying, “She’s been drinking and she’s on medication for depression.” He also vented his frustration with the WEtv network.
It’s alleged she wrote a suicide note before allegedly ingesting pills to end her life. In the note, the reality star described the network’s leaders as “cruel white slave masters” who were “destroying a great Black family” in the name of show ratings in the note.
"I am a slave. I do not own my life. My stories. My pictures. My thoughts or beliefs,” Tamar reportedly wrote. “I’ve asked my massa to free me. I’m threatened and punished for it. The only way I see out is death. I will choose that before I continue to love (sic) like this. Please help me (praying hands emoji)," she continued.
Following the suicide attempt, Tamar posted a message on IG to thank everyone for their prayers:
          View this post on Instagram
It was witnessing the slow death of the woman I became, that discouraged my will to fight. I felt like I was no longer living, I was existing for the purpose of a corporations gain and ratings, and that killed me. Mental illness is real. We have to normalize acknowledging it and stop associating it with shame and humiliation. The pain that I have experienced over the past 11 years has slowly ate away at my spirit and my mental.   The Braxton Family revealed they were giving David the side-eye for mentioning Tamar’s frustrations with the network during the 9-1-1 call. They also said they’ve notice Tamar changed after getting into a relationship with David, following her breakup from her ex-husband Vince Herbert.
Tamar’s sister, Toni Braxton, appeared on “The Ricky Smiley Morning Show” recently where she talked about her sister’s suicide attempt.
“My sister Tamar had a little situation, but it’s not my business to tell her business,” she said. “But I can say that our family is doing so much better, we’re in a healthier place. And, I have to tell people that mental illness is not a joke.”
The Grammy Award winner also confirmed the family is still filming for a new season of “Braxton Family Values,” so we’ll likely see all of the drama that’s going on behind-the-scenes with Tamar when it airs.
Prayers up for the Braxton Family!

Legendary songwriter LaShawn Daniels has died. He was 41.
His wife April Daniels revealed the news on Instagram Wednesday, sharing that LaShawn was “the victim of a fatal car accident in South Carolina.”
“It is with deep and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, family member and friend Lashawn Daniels,” April wrote.
“A Grammy-award winning producer and songwriter, Daniels was a man of extraordinary faith and a pillar in our family.”
“We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the continuous outpouring of love and sympathy. We ask that you respect the privacy of our entire family during this difficult time.”
LaShawn was most known as the man behind the iconic Destiny’s Child hit “Say My Name.”
He won a Grammy Award for Best R&B Song in 2001 for the track, which was also written by group members Beyoncé Knowles, LeToya Luckett, LaTavia Roberson and Kelly Rowland.

In June, LaShawn opened up about how the track, which he co-wrote with his longtime collaborator Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, came about explaining to the Recording Academy that it was inspired by a past relationship.
“I would be places, I would be at work and if would call or hear anyone laughing, or speaking, or doing anything in the background, she’d be like, ‘Who is that?'” LaShawn told the Recording Academy.

“Then she’d be like, ‘Well, say my name then, and tell me that you love me,'” LaShawn added.
The song’s chorus reflects that experience as Destiny’s Child croons “Say my name, say my name/ If no one is around you/ Say baby I love you.”
LaShawn was later nominated again in the same category for Tamar Braxton‘s “Love and War” in 2014.
His other notable songwriting credits include Whitney Houston‘s “It’s Not Right but It’s Okay,” Jennifer Lopez‘s “If You Had My Love,” Spice Girls‘ “Holler,” Lady Gaga‘s “Telephone” and Michael Jackson‘s “You Rock My World.”
Since news of his death broke, several celebrities have expressed their condolences.
“An amazing husband, father, son & a brother to many,” former Destiny’s Child member Luckett, 38, wrote.
“This is a tough one. Thank you for every laugh & every word of encouragement. I can’t even get started on all of your major contributions to music including “Say My Name”. You sat down with 4 young girls & helped to introduce us into the world of writing. Thank you. You definitely left your mark on this world & your legacy will live on forever. Praying for your beautiful family @bigshiz RIH,” she added.
