in my overachiever era (i decided to enroll in a 6 month tafe course while i'm at university to "expand my options" because i felt like i had too much free time a few months ago, then forgot i enrolled in said tafe course until the day before it started, and instead of being normal and withdrawing from the course i decided to just go through with it despite the fact that i probably don't have the time for it)
so, guess who's a stem student also studying a law-related course?

Man I love this TAFE (trade school) course I'm doing.
You're telling me I get to play around with all this software and make games and do 3d models and all that, AND ITS CONSIDERED PRODUCTIVE?
Man I'd do this in my free time but I might as well get some certification while having fun (plus the course is free so yay)

The activites I delivered were rugby, footy and dodgeball. Some coaching techniques I used were taking a postivite approach and setting expenations. During the seeions people were enjoying themsevles. I learnt that to control the people you need to control the balls. I would say instragram was the easiest tool to used becuase i have used it the most, and facebook was the hardest becuase i had trouble finding the bottons. I learnt that you need to protect yourself on soical media by using private accounts

Sport and Rec Blog
The activities I delivered were Basketball, Netball and footy islands. Coaching techniques I learned during this were to gain control of the group first before explaining the activities, making sure everyone is involved and keeping it fun. Thing that went well was the overall enjoyment of the group. What I learned was making sure people weren't mucking about and losing their attention. I also learned to use hashtags to share and get my content out there more. I also made sure to keep my coaching and personal content separate. It was also easy to use facebook when planning my events so everyone knew what was happening and when.

ok i'm making it a journal now/ update with TAFE
i've made the decision to turn it into Manleo's journal, i think that idea is cool and fun. this however does mean that there will be a different google doc because im gonna keep the old one to keep track on how everything plays out and then write it from Manleo's perspective in his journal.
anyways now to the cool tafe stuff. not too long ago i enrolled into a cert III Horticulture in tafe because it went for free and this was the exact course that i wanted to do so i left highschool early. some would call that dumb to drop out of school but i call this an absolute W move. anyways i just went through my first week at tafe and oh lord, this is it.
it is everything i wanted and more, everyone is nice, the teacher makes things make sense and when you get to do the physical stuff you just get to go at it and do it at your pace, no hand holding and you could just pop in an earbud and start listening to some tunes.
anyways that concludes the update, have a good day.
