After my car accident where I fractured my pelvis last year, my diagnosed depression returned and it was a rough 12 weeks of recovery. On the last day of the 12 weeks, I was invited to NYC by @taylorswift .... that was the start of getting my depression under control and feeling so much better. During these times of quarantine, it’s important to text those you love, do in-home hobbies that bring you joy in a healthy way, and practice meditation to help with depression and anxiety. Let’s remember we are all in this together ❤️

This is my first disabled swifties night since my diagnosis. I always knew something was wrong with my body but didn’t know exactly what it was. Taylor has been through all the trail and errors through out my diagnosises. I now officially have all my diagnosises in order : hEDS, POTS, fibromyalgia, gastroparesis, and MCAS. Thank you Taylor for being my soundtrack during tough nights and drives to the hospital. Thank you for being in my life when I was healthy, when I became sick, and now. hi... so this is my first selfie night and i’m really nervous... and i haven’t talked about this much but, i recently got diagnosed with anxiety, and sometimes it can be really hard. somedays can be great... other days, i don’t want to get out of bed, and don’t want to go to school. sometimes doing the simplest tasks, can be the hardest. i’m trying my best, and i’m getting professional help, but having taylor and her music, has really helped me, more than you’ll ever know!!<33 i’m so thankful for all of my friends who are always there for me, and so many others i can count on!! if you’re going through something similar to me, or something completely different, i love you, and you are so strong... you’ve got this<3
