Bull vs bear: When will Nifty 50 hit 25K, Sensex climb to one lakh?

After reaching recent record highs previous week, the main indices of the Indian stock market couldn't maintain those levels and saw significant drops thereafter.

This might have raised concerns among investors about whether the market has reached its highest point and if a bearish trend is approaching.

Experts say that in the post-COVID period, the Indian markets have experienced three periods of both rising and falling trends.

Based on the performance since COVID-19, it is predicted that the Nifty 50 index could touch 25,000 by the end of the current financial year or by February-March 2025.

Ganesh Dongre, Senior Manager at a research firm expects that the Sensex would increase three times the rally of the Nifty 50 index within a given period.

Sandeep Pandey, Founder of Basav Capital, suggests focusing on stocks that have potential for wealth creation.

He suggests looking at companies that don't have any debt, have consistently reported positive quarterly results in the past, and examining their forward PE and last five years CAGR to find good investment opportunities for the long-term investment.

शेयर बाजारों में फ्लैट ओपनिंग, शुरुआती कारोबार में गिरावट.नई दिल्ली: Inventory Market Updates : मंगलवार को घरेलू शेयर बाजारों में फ्लैट ओपनिंग हुई है. एशियाई बाजारों से घरेलू बाजार को मिले-जुले संकेत मिले हैं. शुरुआती कारोबार में दोनों ही बेंचमार्क इंडेक्स में उतार-चढ़ाव देखा जा रहा है. निफ्टी 50 अपने साइकोलॉजिकल लेवल 15,800 से नीचे आ गया है. ओपनिंग में सेंसेक्स 7.06 अंक या 0.01% चढ़कर ृृ52742.65 पर खुला. वहीं, निफ्टी में 6.40 अंक या 0.04% की गिरावट आई और इंडेक्स 15808.30 पर खुला. यह भी पढ़ेंसुबह 10.01 पर सेंसेक्स में 175.71 अंकों यानी 0.33% की गिरावट आई थी और इंडेक्स 52,559.88 के लेवल पर था. इस दौरान निफ्टी 15,764.00 के लेवल पर 50.70 अंकों यानी 0.32% की गिरावट लेकर बना हुआ था.सेंसेक्स के 12 शेयर ही हरे निशान में खुले थे और निफ्टी के 11 सेक्टर हरे निशान में ट्रेड कर रहे थे. FMCG इंडेक्स में 0.65 फीसदी की तेजी आई थी. आईटी, मीडिया, फार्मा, रियल्टी और ऑटो में भी ओपनिंग में बढ़त के साथ कारोबार देखा जा रहा था.सेंसेक्स में सबसे अधिक एक प्रतिशत की बढ़त एशियन पेंट्स में हुई. इसके अलावा पावरग्रिड, एलएंडटी, टीसीएस, रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज, एचसीएल टेक और आईटीसी भी बढ़त के साथ कारोबार कर रहे थे. दूसरी ओर आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा, एचडीएफसी बैंक, कोटक बैंक और इंफोसिस लाल निशान में थे.एशियाई बाजारों में MSCI पर एशिया पैसिफिक के शेयरों में 0.11 फीसदी की गिरावट आई. ऑस्ट्रेलिया के ASX/200 इंडेक्स में 0.76 फीसदी और निक्केई में 0.91 फीसदी की गिरावट आई. कॉस्पी 0.39 फीसदी गिरा था और चीनी स्टॉक में 1.06 की गिरावट दर्ज हुई थी.पिछले सत्र में सेंसेक्स 189.45 अंक या 0.36 फीसदी की गिरावट के साथ 52,735.59 पर बंद हुआ था, जबकि निफ्टी 45.65 अंक या 0.29 फीसदी की गिरावट के साथ 15,814.70 पर बंद हुआ. शेयर बाजार के अस्थाई आंकड़ों के मुताबिक विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों (एफआईआई) ने सोमवार को 1,658.72 करोड़ रुपये के शेयर बेचे. इस बीच अंतरराष्ट्रीय तेल बेंचमार्क ब्रेंट क्रूड 0.55 प्रतिशत की गिरावट के साथ 73.73 डॉलर प्रति बैरल पर कारोबार कर रहा था.(भाषा से इनपुट के साथ) Read the full article

Nifty, Sensex Edge Lower; RBI Policy Decision In Focus

Share market frontline indices opened lower on Thursday amid rising US-Mexico & US-China trade worries. Further, are keen only observing RBI’s monetary policy decision to be announced during mid-noon hours today. The BSE Sensex slipped 113-points at 39965-levl and the NSE’’s Nifty50 went down 53points to 11,968-level at 10.25am, Thursday. On the sectoral front, except Nifty FMCG, all the sectoral indices were trading in the red with major falls in Nifty PSU bank and Nifty Pharma index were falling 1.67 and 1.13% respectively. Realty, media, IT and financial sectors also led the losses moderately. Asian Paints, Coal India, PowerGrid, and Titan Company were among the top gainers on the Nifty, while GAIL, Indiabulls, Grasim, Ultratech and YesBank led the loss.
