Haven't seen vol. 3 yet, but if there isn't a scene like this, it still happened, just off-screen (also am really bad with timelines, so I just assumed and you just have to go with it)

Quill, in whatever context: I haven't had sex in months!

Nebula: Don't you mean years?

Quill: Huh?

Nebula: My sister hasn't been around for quite some years now...

Quill: And?

Nebula: And, who else did you have sex with since that?

Quill: That's... none of your business!

Drax: If it's been months, that means it was someone who's also not around anymore.

Mantis: ... Sorry Nebula, he's right.

Nebula, grumpily: ...

Quill: Hmpf *turns around to walk away*

Nebula: *pushes Mantis against him*

*Both grunt*

Mantis, gasping: You were right Nebula! He has intimate memories with The God Of Thunder! (All I know is that she can read feelings, but I assume she can tell the difference between those that come from memories and those that don't)

Nebula: Heh, you little whore!

Drax: Whoah dude, nice catch!

Rocket, from the distance: Ew!

Quill: ..... Are you gonna look at me any different?

Mantis, shaking her head: No, you're still my brother in the first place!

Drax: Nah dude, that was one fine god, even I would've taken a chance if he gave me one.

Nebula: I ain't judgin', we all have secrets.

Rocket: I am judging, but you're my best friend and I don't want to hear about your sex life!

This isn’t directed at anybody specific but

As somebody who ships a lot of unpopular canon ships that get a lot of hate, I felt the need to address the fact that you don’t need to send hate to people who ship them. You don’t need to comment. If you don’t ship it, ignore it. I even get mad when I see hate on (most) ships I don’t ship. We’re all just floating on a space rock into an endless abyss of nothingness. The president is an oompa loompa. Everything is on fire. We’re living through a plague.Please, for the love of god, let people have the little things that bring them joy. And if you must send hate, stay out of our tags! Keep it in your own tag! Censor the name! If you don’t have something nice to say, keep it to yourself. Again, no hate to anyone, just please be nice. I’m so sick of everyone hating everyone for no reason. All of you are human beings worthy of basic love and respect no matter which fictional characters you ship! i need someone to edit a 3200 word thorquill chapter. it is part of a long series that i’ll be posting chapter by chapter, and the first one is ready for editing. ill throw 5 bucks in via venmo for grammar/punct/spelling checks as well as suggestions on how to make sentences flow smoother, or really any recommendations at all. it does contain endgame spoilers. if you’d like to help me out, just message me or send an ask. if you think you’d only edit the first one, you need not apply, i’m looking for people who will stick with the entire thing.
