Animal Spirit Guide, Totems & Helpers
The term animal spirit guide is used to refer to a spiritual manifestation. Ancient Native Americans thought that all animals possessed healing as well as inspirational powers and had lessons to teach us.
Animal spirit guide or Animal spirit helper is by and large a well-used term possibly even more so than animal guide. The term spirit guide or spirit helper is often used as an umbrella term to include animal spirit guide, totem animal and power spirit guides and helpers as well as other spirits such as "ghosts" and "angels." Therefore any non-physical entity that assists as a protector and guide can be called a spirit guide or if you want a spirit helper.
Other terms you may come across are - spirit totem, power spirit animal, spirit animal and so on…
For certain we know the word totem originated from the term ‘doodem,’ a word of the Ojibwe tribe of Native American Indians, that means clan. The word Animal originated from the Latin Animalis the root being "Anima" the soul or breath of life.

THE FUNCTION OF PAIN COMMENTARY BY A SPIRIT INSTRUCTOR
How many people in these days are suffering excruciatingly and are wondering why what has happened to them!
They were living peacefully, more or less taken by the problems of life, when they were faced with what is truly the tragedy of life: the loss of a loved one.
The passing of young people that left empty the hearts of many parents and the regret of relatives and friends. How many young people left for war and never returned! These were the greatest collective tragedies.
Today, fortunately, the problems of war, at least in Europe, are overcome.
but in place of this, other wars have intervened to cut down many young lives: accidents, drugs
wars: accidents, drugs, AIDS, cancer and suicide.
Unfortunately, these are the social scourges that are present at the threshold of the third millennium in the most evolved peoples.
millennium in the most evolved peoples. And whoever is affected despairs of this fate, most of the time thinking of a punishment, of a divine injustice, forgetting that pain, of any kind, has a function of balance in life and as such cannot be eliminated.
Science has tried by all means to offer man the possibility to destroy pain, but every attempt has failed, because it responds to that vast law of cause-effect in which it is necessary to trace and eliminate the first causes, which are deeply rooted in individual nature, actions and behavioral modes.
As long as man remains passive and resigned in the face of his pain and does not know how to
As long as man remains passive and resigned in the face of his pain and does not know how to make the effort to seek out, correct and reverse these causes by overcoming himself, pain will be an integral part of his life.
When mankind is more closed in its selfishness and is stunned in its well-being,
forgetting all the miseries that surround it, natural catastrophes intervene to awaken it, to detach it for a certain period from its comforts and its disorders.
Earthquakes, shipwrecks, accidents involving large means of transport, trigger for a
for a moment the spring of solidarity. The suffering of those directly affected also involves others, making us reflect that it takes a great amount of pain to awaken the minds and the unconsciousness of men!
We can therefore deduce that pain is not a divine punishment, but it is the only way to make the individual and the society understand that they must change by maturing in moral improvement, referring to the Law of love and fraternity.
The pain can not be immediately eliminated, but slowly you can
walk towards its transformation.
To do this, one must follow very precise rules. First of all, the effects of past causes must be reabsorbed, the consequences of one's own faults must be patiently endured, and then, once the balance has been rebuilt, one must live in harmony with the Law, avoiding the introduction of new wrong causes so as not to have wrong reactions in the future.
Spiritism wants to be of comfort to those who are affected by any form of pain. Through the study and demonstration of survival, it confirms the continuity of the law of cause and effect and stimulates man to the awareness of a thorough self-analysis that allows him to live according to nature.
By studying man and his spiritual personality, spiritualism has been able to ascertain that disease is nothing but disharmony and imbalance between the body and the spirit, and in order to re-harmonize the one and the other, it is necessary to bring out and channel those energies that are within each individual, which are part of the Creator Nature, balanced and perfect.
It reminds the suicide and the drug addict who think they can solve their problems by ending their material life that life does not end, but continues even if in a different state from the material one, and the unresolved problems will be more relevant than ever and will cause other sufferings and mistakes in the spiritual plane.
It also directs man to live fully and freely his daily life paying close attention to his feelings and actions towards his fellow man, starting from understanding, not judging, but reaching out to those in difficulty, forgiving and loving not selfishly, especially those who are closer.
In this way we can begin a new relationship with pain and it will no longer be one of despair and rebellion, but one of inner serenity because it will be accepted not as something that is an end in itself or as a punishment, but as redemption understood as individual and social evolution.
It is up to us to know how to squeeze out of the fatigue of life the necessary will to ascend to higher spiritual values, using pain instead of fighting it, realizing our own self in harmony with everything that exists. New Life
