i really don’t get it— why don’t i feel like doing anything? i have so much free time after class & i have so many hobbies. i crochet, i paint, i write,i make bracelets. and yet every time i get back home i lay down in the bed, watch youtube, and play games on my ipad.

any autistics feel bad because they DONT have special interests?? like i think i did as a kid but i’ve been so consumed with finding work/working literally since i graduated high school that i haven’t had time to do literally anything else.

i feel like i have the opposite of special interests. i have like no interests that i can actually act on. i feel like i have no personality even, sometimes.

i just recently quit working bc of how bad my burnout is getting and i want to work on finding hobbies and interests again but at the same time i still feel JUST AS TIRED as when i was working every day?????
