What do you think of the voice acting of miraculous ladybug

Overall really great! I follow almost all of the VAs on instagram to track them down to anime conventions and get their autographs lol.

Main character Bryce unfortunately has the "I only know two voices - Good Boy and Slightly Evil Boy" issue, which is fine in ML. It just means when he pops up ANYWHERE else I can clock him immediately as either "Adrien" or "Felix". But I've met him and he's pretty cool, at least in the brief moments we've talked.

There are a feeeeew background characters that stand out to me as Not Great, but if I was doing the characters they were stuck with, I probably wouldn't bring me A-Game either.

imagine if Farleigh had told Felix about him and Oliver.

“Are you going to behave now, Farleigh?”

“Nooo”

….

“Say it.”

“I’m going to behave”

At first, Felix doesn’t believe that Ollie could ever be like that. Like c’mon it’s Ollie.

He just can’t fathom that the same Oliver he knows would be such a dom in the bedroom. So he starts to test it.

At first he starts slowly, whining a little more, throwing a fake tantrum here and there but Oliver just calls him spoiled.

Next he starts to hide Oliver’s belongings. Nothing major, just a textbook here and there to mildly inconvenience him. Still nothing. But he catches glimpses of it. When he has truly annoyed Oliver he can see the change in his eyes. They get darker, steelier. He’ll tilt his head to the side and give Felix a hard look but never does anything about it.

Felix finally pushes his luck during finals week. Oliver is driving himself crazy trying to revise, he practically lives in the library and Felix bored. He’s bored out of his mind. So he starts taking Oliver’s pens refusing to give them back, shuts Oliver’s books, tapping his fingers on the table, saying OllieOllieOllie.

Oliver snaps.

He grabs Felix’s jaw hard and firm between his fingers.

“Look at me.” he says harshly.

Of course Felix refuses. Oliver grips his chin harder. Felix can feel the sides of his cheeks pressing up against his teeth and it kind of hurts.

When he finally makes eye contact with Oliver all he says is, “You are going to sit and behave. You will not interrupt my studies, Felix.”

Before opening up his textbook and completely ignoring Felix.

Felix sits in the uncomfortable library chair, stunned.

He spends the rest of Oliver’s revision time with his legs crossed and a random book on his lap trying to hide his erection.

day 2: Royalty/Knight @mcyt-yuri-week

False, a knight famous for her ability to slay magical beings, was sent by her king to defeat the greatest threat of all - the fae. Here, she enters the faerie realm and is greeted by none other than the queen herself, waiting upon her forest throne.

Having grown up on tales of the fae and their evil trickery, False is surprised by how beautiful and kind the queen is, but isn’t going to let down her guard yet.

Queen Stress is rather impressed by this mortal who not only managed to find her way into the faerie realm, but is also brave (and foolish) enough to try and fight her! She has no intention of hurting False, and instead wants to teach her the mischievous ways of the fairies, get her to lighten up a bit and all that. And, well, if she tries to court the handsome knight along the way, who can blame her?
