Any time someone asked Bad for materials, all Bad had to do, if he didn’t want to give them it, was say no or give me something in return.

A majority of the things people asked him for they could have gotten themselves but they asked him for convenience because everyone knows he already had everything because he grinds for stupid hours and doesn’t touch grass. So there was no reason in looking when they could ask everyone first before looking(which they all do often).

But I digress because I could go on about how Phil gave stuff away for free and never got a thank you because he gave away a bunch of food, blocks and items away to eggs and players and also never got a thank you.

Or how Foolish gave away building blocks and made shit for people when they asked and never got a thank you. Even Etoiles with the amour and weapons. Or Pierre and his shit factory, potion maker or gegg farm. How about the Tazercraft concrete maker? Even Tubbo’s factory and people taking stuff from the terminal?

Bad is not exclusive for this behaviour. Stop treating him like he’s been personally victimised by everyone.

depression is really weird actually wdym i spent 2.5 years of my life in bed

#and wdym that lifestyle changed so quickly into being out and about and an active member of the world?? #very proud of myself #and i mean it wasn't that quick of a change #it was like 1.5 years primarily depression bedrotting with occasional school -> primarily depression bedrotting -> #primarily depression bedrotting with 3-9 hours of work weekly -> straight into 31+ hours school+9-12 hours work weekly #so there was somewhat of a gradual progression #but still #also wowza i wake up 7-7:30am every morning now. 1pm was an early wake up for a not so insignificant amount of time #i mean of all fundamental growth years to miss out on the ages like what 12/13-15 aren't too bad? they would suck in a different way if i #had been socially involved #anyway it's just. yea i'm proud of myself but it is a crazy lifestyle change #and even when i was deeply depressed in a horrible routine i feel like i learned a lot. how to regulate my emotions and cope well and find #the joy in everything. bc if i stayed in bed all day then i would at least be happy about the sun or whatever #and for the while of being not at school at all i WANTED to be at school i just could not find one bc our school system is so cute like tha #(basically every school is at capacity and the local school that has a guaranteed place for me would have been an all boys or girls 😭) #but i miraculously found and got into this school and miraculously made it work so well for me socially and now academically #it's also a good time to get back into school for my education bc any later and it woulda been pretty bad for all my certifications and uni #ive missed out on so much maths that its not worth it to me to try and catch up but my teacher knows that #but ive always hated maths regardless i only ever understood it for the first half of yr 7 then my attendance dropped #and after my recent exam i decided to try harder at school. but i still got an A on the exam i didn't study for!! academic weapon fr #i'm just idk thinking back to myself in the past few years #and how hopeless it all felt. but i got out of it!! i beat the depression and social anxiety and found a good place and made the most of it #and during the peak of my depression i remember i went out someplace near my old school and panicked so so badly about seeing #kids from my old school. and the friends at the time didnt really check on me when i went to shake and cry in a side street lmao #i kept the best of that friendgroup and have better friends now. but anyway now i take a bus each morning with some kids from my old school #and you see these hands? they look like they're shaking to you? #anyway yeah it's just cool i got to this point :) i really had no hope for so long but now i have a life i'm living and a future i'm build #--ing towards #which is funny i just decided some random day last november after watching some better call saul 'huh actually lawyer would b pretty cool' #and will i get there? we'll see but i do have hope now

the last thing i wrote is in first draft territory and in desperate need of revision so i'm a bit self conscious, but i'll post the most presentable snippet from it. this is from the same fic as this post (my canon divergence fic with arakawa, sawashiro and ichiban). this one implies a bit more about Sawashiro's background that's discussed in IW but there are no major spoilers, so read at your own discretion, I suppose?

“Do you know for sure?” 

“Totally abandoned by his parents, and left to grow up in a brothel. It’s not exactly a common story.” 

“I suppose not.” Arakawa conceded. “How long have you known about the boy?” 

Arakawa held his eyes, and Sawashiro’s tongue grew heavy in his mouth. He’d known too much, for too long. “…A while.” 

Something passed in Arakawa’s gaze, something harsh. He wouldn’t be surprised if it was judgment. “I don’t need the exact day, Sawashiro, but when I ask when, I expect a better answer than that.” 

He opened his mouth, feeling for better words. “Years. A short while after joining the family. When he was a younger boy.” 

Arakawa holds the stare a moment longer, then sighs and puts his head in his hands, stubs out what little remains of this cigarette. “And now it’s a problem.” 

His brows furrow. “Now it’s a problem.”

Sera isn't grumpy so much as she is disinterested and dismissive. She heads to work without bothering to make small talk besides a basic "Hello." if she passes you by. Not the worst outcome, really, if silence doesn't bother you.
