Hey Dawgs good omens analysis time

So Crowley's sunglasses are iconic as we all know but I think they're meant to represent how closed off Crowley is. Because we all know that Crowley never opens up about how he actually feels, but I noticed that whenever he's extremely vulnerable he doesn't have his glasses on. Walk with me.

(Also spoilers for good omens after the cut)

With this scene where Crowley and Aziraphale are crazy drunk and talking about how they're gonna raise the anti-christ. Crowley is vulnerable because 1) he's drunk and 2) he's with Aziraphale in *Aziraphale's bookshop, he doesn't need to keep up appearances when he has the comfort of **just** Aziraphale's company

In this scene when he's trying to find a place to run away, he's begging God to give him understanding of the great plan, therefore vulnerable

This whole scene is just fuckin tragic so I'm gonna go through, event by event.

So first thing, Crowley wasn't able to come back to Aziraphale after their "argument" ("and when I'm off in the stars, I won't even think about you! ") Not to push ineffable husbands but I genuinely believe that Aziraphale means the world to Crowley, or at least he means a lot to him. Secondly, Aziraphale's bookshop burnt down, a place that Crowley can't be contacted by hell, he can't be threatened or bothered by people or the other demons in hell. It's gone, it's no longer "technically an embassy. " And finally, he lost Aziraphale, quite obviously. Quite literally the only person he trusts, loves and, has been around for this long.

Pretty much a continuation of what I already said except drunk now, and his glasses are only halfway on (at least in this screenshot) because he still is aware that people are around. He's holding it together enough so that people don't care enough to check on him

We all know why Crowley is vulnerable here. It would be redundant to tell you all why he's vulnerable at this point

And also, no pictures cuz I don't feel like getting them off the internet but over the times that we have flashbacks (ineffable husbands throughout the years) but Crowley's sunglasses get bigger, and while I know that it just shows the evolution of sunglasses throughout the years it/hides Crowley's snake eyes from humans..... but it COULD also show how Crowley slowly builds up his walls over time?

What are the names of each alucard form?

The Many Forms of Alucard

For just the average shapeshifting, Alucard has shown to be capable of changing into bats, insects, snakes, a dog, or just large masses of darkness and shadow.

But when you say "forms", I am going to assume you mean the persona's Alucard takes on in his Control Art Restriction System, and other associated persona.

The Control Art Restriction System was designed by Abraham Van Hellsing as a sort of leash for Alucard. He is far too dangerous on his own, so his powers must be contained via six 'levels'. Each of these levels, like a safe, has a designated amount of power locked behind them, effecting Alucard's physical form as a result. We the viewers are not prevy to all of these states, becuase when Alucard sees it necessary to unlock the Control Art Restriction levels (or ask permission from his master), he's really an all-or-nothing kind of guy. The states we have observed are as thus:

Level 6: Referred to as "Count", is the most recognizable form for Alucard, as it is his default. He is often seen wearing is iconic red frock coat and large fedora, with a black pin up suit, long leather boots, white gloves, and somtimes his classic google sunglasses.

Levels 5-2: Unknown, possibly the same as Level 6 or 1.

Level 1: Referred to as "Nosferatu". This form is seen multiple times throughout the series, first when he is discovered by a preteen Integra, as well when fighting Luke Valentine, Tubalcain Alhumbra, Anderson and Walter. He wears a full body, black straight-jacket, with his level 6 white gloves.

Level 0: What fans have dubbed as "Vladcard". This form turns Alucard into his previous human-sefl, Vlad 'the Impaler' Dracula. He wears his 15th century Romanian armour, a tattered black cape and a large broadsword at his hip. And, as pointed out amusingly by Seras, he also has a mustache 🥸.

Other forms not associated with a particular level include:

Girlycard, where Alucard appears as a young girl with stright, long black hair, a white jacket and pants over a black button-up, and a white ushanka.

Bussiness Man (or Dripcard🫠), appears when Alucard travels to Rio with Seras and Pip. His air is gown long, and he wears a slick black suit, gray overcoat, black tie, red button-up shirt, black leather shoes, and his classic goggle sunglasses and white gloves.

As one of the most infamous snakes that prowls North America, being printed on everything from Levii’s Jeans to cowboy boots and sunglasses, rattlesnakes play a huge role in western, southern, and Native American culture. These rattlers are native to the Great Plains of the United States (Montana, the Dakotas, Texas, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma) and stretches into parts of Canada and Mexico. Lurking prairies (hence the name), grasslands, brushes, and caves, the prairie rattlesnake is an ambush hunter. Sneaking up on mice, birds, and other rodents, humans don’t seem to be on the menu for this cowboy killer. Slithering along the banks of streams and forests, the prairie rattlesnake, typically tan and greenish brown in color, has an iconic head shape: a spade. 

A huge part of the folklore, rhymes, and stories woven into American history and the brand of the Wild West, rattlesnakes have sunk their fangs deep into cultures and traditions for centuries. One tradition involves weather-forecasting in Texas; if you flip a dead rattlesnake and it lands with it back up, rain is coming soon. However, if it lands with its belly up, that means drought continues. I’m not sure how accurate this is, but it’s probably more accurate than the apple weather app. In addition to weather-telling, the rattlesnake supposedly also has medicinal properties as told through works in literature. If you had tuberculosis, you were supposed to cut off the head of a rattlesnake, put it in a bottle of rum, and drink it. If you had rheumatoid arthritis, you were supposed to wear a belt of rattlesnake skin. A Native American legend is about a Native American who trained a group of rattlesnakes to play as instruments in a song with him. 

However, don’t be fooled by its popularity; it can still pack a punch with a single bite. The prairie rattlesnake’s venom contains both hemotoxins and neurotoxins to create a potent cocktail of debilitating effects for anyone who’s unlucky enough to cross paths with a prairie rattlesnake, but even more unluckier to get bit. Rattlesnake venom can cause myonecrosis, or localized muscle death, which occurs when enough blood cannot reach the muscle. Necrosis starts spreading rapidly throughout the body from the bite site. Another effect of the venom is coagulopathy, or the body’s inability to clot blood. Excessive bleeding occurs. However, most rattlesnake bites are not directly from the venom’s hemotoxic and neurotoxic effects; they’re due to severe anaphylactic shock or inability to get access to proper anti-venom and care. Severe anaphylactic shock is when the body has a severe allergic reaction, causing blood pressure drops and difficulties breathing. Getting a severe allergic reaction to rattlesnake venom is very rare, but it’s a risk for people who have previously gotten bit by one. 

Let's say that that snake does rattle you with its venom, do not do any of these things. Rattlesnake venom is very fast acting, and any delay to get medical help could cost you an arm or leg (literally and figuratively, rattlesnake antivenom in the United States is expensive :( ). Do not put ice on the bite, do not try to suck the venom out of it, do not tie off the wound or use a tourniquet. If you get bit, seek medical help immediately. 

While no one wants to wear denim on a hike, that pair of Levii’s jeans could significantly reduce the amount of venom penetrated through the material into your body.

Okay. I talked a bit of the live action Monster High designs, and now we have our first looks at the new animated series looks. Let's go in to them.

And I'm gonna be more positive about these ones. Mostly because they look better then the live action designs. And I'm tired of being negative about everything.

Gabrielle Nevaeh Green (That Girl Lay Lay) as Clawdeen Wolf – Half-human and half-werewolf, Clawdeen is thrilled to join Monster High, despite the challenge of being a half-monster in a school of full-monster students.

Okay. Let's start with Clawdeen. Half human, Half werewolf. So 75% human and 25% wolf. Yet this is the most Wolf like Clawdeen has ever looked. Changes to her character aside, I do love her nose and ears. If only she had a tail and the design would be almost perfect. But the changes to her personality still keep her down.

Overall, I'm giving this a 7/10. There's really nothing wrong with it. I'm just not a fan of the new personality. And the dumb half human thing. That doesn't make sense.

Courtney Lin (Crash: The Animated Series) as Draculaura – The daughter of Dracula, vampire Draculaura seems like the perfect dictionary definition of a monster. But she hides a deep desire to become a witch, which is strictly forbidden in the monster world.

Farewell to Debi Derryberry's iconic performance as Draculaura. You will be missed.

Still not the biggest fan of the two-tone hair. But this does look better then the live action. I also love her hat. It keeps her protected from the sun as a vampire, and the spider web pattern? Love it. Still iffy on the Witch thing. Maybe if it was just a taboo for vampires specifically to become witches, because of some sort of feud maybe, it would work better.

6.5/10. Could use more black in her color scheme.

Iris Menas (West Side Story) as Frankie Stein – Brought to life just 15 days ago by their scientist parents, Frankie is figuring out who they are and who they want to be.

Frankie is still the best part of this entire reboot. They're just, so much better then their original counterpart. Yeah i said it. OG Frankie was bland. Her personality trait was that she kept getting a new boyfriend every 5 minutes.

Design wise they look pretty good. But their color scheme is a bit of a mess. Bright blues, that yellowy green, neon pink. It's a lot but at the same time it does fit Frankie. Of course the person that's still figuring themselves out has an uncoordinated color scheme.

8/10.

Tony Revolori (Spider-Man: No Way Home) as Deuce Gorgon – The son of Medusa and Lyra, Deuce is often influenced by the snakes that live on his head and get him into trouble.

I'm gonna say it. Deuce looks the best out of all of them. Take notes live action. Scales! Scales on his clothes. Not camo. And actual sunglasses! And he has snakes! Actual snakes! And they're so expressive! I can see them getting Deuce in trouble. Also I need Deuce to have a bad hair day that's just the snakes fighting each other.

But who is Lyra? I don't know enough about Greek mythology to know who that is. Until I know, I'm just imagining Lyra Heartstrings from MLP.

9/10. It would be 10/10 if he didn't have sleeves.

Kausar Mohammed (Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous) as Cleo De Nile – Cleo is a mummy monster who knows she is destined for greatness--if only everyone else would just admit it and get out of her way.

She actually has dark skin. Wow. Didn't know they had it in them. And wrappings. She's an actual mummy. Not just an Egyptian girl.

Though there's something off. That blue. It is her blue. But in the original it was more of an accent. Here it dominates her design. And there's barely any gold in her hair. I'm not so sure about this design.

5/10.

Alexander Polinsky (Blaze and the Monster Machines) as Heath Burns – Temperamental and passionate as the son of Hades would be, Heath is quite literally a hot head who can get worked up over anything and is prone to fiery outbursts.

If you don't have anything nice to say. Don't say anything at all. So let's keep this short.

Let's make it longer.

Why?! What did they do to him?!

Okay, there's a simple fix. Either make his hair more red or, (can't believe I'm saying this) lighten his skin to be more pale yellow. Make a better separation between his head and his hair. That way it looks more like Heath, and less like Bart Simpson on fire.

And Hades?! What? Did they didn't do their research? Did they only watch the Disney version? Fire isn't Hades' element! It's earth! (If I remember correctly) and if he's the son of Hades, where did his last name come from?

And the Hothead personality. Really? That wasn't the pun with Heath's original personality. He was a Wannabe Hotshot! Not Hothead! If they wanna give Deuce a best friend, connect him to Greek mythology and have him be a Hothead, Manny Tuar would be a much better choice!

-5/10.

Valeria Rodriguez (To Your Eternity) as Lagoona Blue – Having grown up in an ancient underwater Mayan Castillo with her ocean nymph mother and sea monster father, sweet yet ferocious Lagoona doesn't know much about life on land.

General consensus about Lagoona is that the design is good, and the personality is fun. But it's not Lagoona Blue. She's not even blue! From here on out, we will not be referring to her as Lagoona. This, is Lulu.

So Lulu looks fun. Her design is pretty good for a sea monster. And it's interesting that of all the things to keep from the original is her status as Hybrid between a Nymph and a Sea Monster.

So Lulu gets a 6/10. Lagoona gets a 1/10.

Alexa Kahn (Madagascar: A Little Wild) as Toralei Stripe – hailing from an elite monster family, Toralei is a werecat and the "bad girl" at Monster High. Old fashioned and brave, Toralei is committed to her cause of preserving monster society.

So Toralei is back. Nice surprise. Especially since she got spared from the Live Action treatment.

I don't hate this design. But there's some ways to improve her. First, change the purple to black. Second, her orange seems to lean towards yellow instead of red. Just slide her orange hue just a bit to red and she'd be great.

8/10.

Debra Wilson (Baby Shark's Big Show!) as Headmistress Bloodgood – The headless overseer of the school, Headmistress Bloodgood has a proclivity for wandering around at night to keep an eye on the students.

Was the picture of Debra Wilson staring into my soul necessary? They couldn't pick a different picture? This doesn't flatter her.

Anyway, Bloodgood. Well she's certainly not Bloodbad. She looks great. Still wish her color scheme was a bit darker though. And was so hard for the live action to have the same belt as this one? Why did go with a boring ribbon? This looks way better!

9/10.

And that's it. That's all we know. Seems Abbey and Ghoulia are sidelined once again. Clawd and Howleen still don't exist. At least, not as Clawdeen's siblings. And there was a leak of what dolls are coming and Twyla was on it. So we can expect to see her.

I'm cautiously optimistic about all this. It looks better then the movie, though thats not a high bar to reach.

We'll just have to see what happens.

So, about the live action Deuce Gorgon.... Ok, listen, Deuce's original outfits were never THAT amazing if you think about it,i mean, look at this:

It doesn't look terrible, i actually like some parts of his outfis even tough is clear he has never been that munch of a fashion icon. But for the love of god, even he has more style than whatever his live action version has going on:

The only damn thing i can think of this outfit that screams "Deuce" is the necklace, where are the snake patterns??? The punk/skater/jock theme??? WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED WITH HIS SUNGLASSES??? WHY IS HE WEARING NORMAL ONES??? Seriously i know i said it before but why does he looks like Jughead from Riverdale? I seriously tough that the guy who was playing him was the same actor of Jughead. Sorry to the actor, i'm sure he is wonderfull at his job and this is not his fault, i just.... I don't know, i usually try not to complain this munch about live actions actors and their looks and i don't really think is that munch about the actor but the style they chose for Deuce, is just not Deuce for me, the girls outfits at least look like things that they would wear, sure, they could look more goth or alternative meybe but they are on theme and fit the characters well. But with my boy Deuce they completely droped the ball, i don't know i feel like this was an oportunity to put him something like this:

But with snake patterns or meybe something more fashionable for men today? His original outfit doesn't even look so hard to replicate. I just wish they tried more with him.

Last night, music history was made as Lady Gaga joined the iconic rock legends, The Rolling Stones, for a surprise performance at the grand launch of their album "Hackney Diamonds." Let’s discuss what I would change about the monster high live action … costumes …

1. Heath I’d really just change his hair. Like make it more spiky and less.. 2012 floppy.. also he’s not rlly a hothead so I hope they don’t make him a jerk or a bully. He’s a dorky nerd that loves Abbey

2. Cleo. I would add wraps on her costume and way more elements of her ancient Egyptian culture. I’d also add that iconic eyeliner she rocks in the animated show and the blonde highlights. Just overall more bling

3. Frankie, I don’t rlly have too many qualms with this like I think the dress and preppiness is good but I would swap those leggings for fishnets. And I cant see if she has bolts on her neck or whatever but add those and more scars for where she was put together

4. Clawdeen…. Uhm she’s supposed to be a fashion designer and there’s some shit crashing. I’d take out the moon shirt and make it match her jacket/skirt more. And I’d make her hairier. I mean, she is a wolf. So why is she so shiny

5. THEYVE MASSACRED MY GIRL OMFG okay so costume .. fine? I’d change the fact that she’s a sorceress because she’s not. I’d add her white color and make her skirt poofier. And add her iconic pigtails back

6. Cleo wouldn’t be caught dead with this dude so uh. Change it up. Make those glasses sunglasses, stop posing like an idiot. Give him snakes and that side shave, other than that. Outfit is relatively fine

7. Who the fuck even are you. I don’t even know what to say but change this whole thing up bc this is not lagoona. The hair is like ? okay but the outfit is horrendous and needs to be fixed rn

I love seeing him smiling. His smile makes each coming day brighter and brighter. When I see how happy he is playing the guitar and with what passion he is devoted to music, I feel great joy. 🎸 I love watching interviews with him and Duff (#SLUFF FOREVER! 😍🤣) It gives me so much laughter! 💕

But I want to confess something. Please don't kill me for this. For many years Slash was my least favourite member of GN'R. Don't understand me wrong - I always thought he is an incredible talented person and a magnificent guitarist but I had a strange feeling for this man and I felt that you can't trust him.
