💜🌈🎶? For the ask game 🥰
 Ah, thank you!
💜 Favourite platonic relationship:
There are so many amazing platonic relationships in audio drama, but one of my favourites is Riley and Render from Have Monster, Will Travel. They're on hiatus right now but there are 10 absolutely charming episodes released so far.
🌈 A podcast that made you laugh out loud:
The Adventures of Sir Rodney the Root. Complete first season and completely hilarious.
🎶 Favourite theme song:
Again, there are so many good ones! Is it cheating to say the Sidequesting crossover version of ours? It was really fun to make.
Otherwise, I'm gonna go with We Fix Space Junk, because it's easy and fun to sing along with and improvise harmonies.

It’s sort of become a tradition for me to relisten to Sir Rodney the Root when exams are approaching— and man is my current relisten making me fall even more in love with Gil somehow
The moment specifically that makes me go all 💞💖💗💕💘 is when Olfga is like ”how you say? Fortuitous” and he says ”yes, actually. Perfect prononciation :)” in such a genuine tone. Like the man is so kind and nice he’ll still show support to someone speaking a language that isn’t their native one even when they’re actively trying to kill him.
This scene specifically is what really shows his kind nature to me. Because like, there’s no reason for him to say this. It’s not like compliments would sway Olfga and boys from killing the companions. He’s just a genuine guy, who thinks yeah, they want to kill us but speaking another language is hard man. Gotta appreciate that
I’m rotating him in my mind so hard

Hii could you rec some feel good pods
Oh boy do I have the recs for you B)
Chill adventures:
Absolutely No Adventures (@noadventurespod) is a fantasy podcast about a guy who’s the chosen one for about every story ever. He also owns a bakery!
The Adventures of Sir Rodney the Root (@sirrodneytheroot) is a fantasy podcast about a knight and his eclectic travel companions who are on a bizarre quest. It’s fun! Low-stakes adventure vibes
Romance:
Keep It Steady (@keepitsteadypod) is set in 2005, about two polar-opposite high schoolers who pretend to date to take the heat off two girls who are actually dating (fun fact: It’s an adaptation of World Ain’t Ready, which I discovered after listening to the pilot and got me knee-deep into the Les Mis fandom lol. Both the podcast and fic are amazing)
Kaleidotrope (@kaleidotropepodcast) is about a uni where students keep getting together in very trope-y ways (except for the radio show co-hosts… huh…… strange………. wink wink)
Misc:
Mount Olympus University (@mountolympusuniversity) is a radio show by Pandora, the only human at a university full of figures from Greek mythology. Big recommend for my fellow PJO kids
Qwerpline is like Night Vale on acid (and with two hosts). It’s funny! It’s quirky! There’s a guy in a helicopter that makes me CACKLE every single time!
Happy listening! :)

We’re honored to share that Faendyr’s voice actor has publically come out as non-binary femme. Her name is Tatum Moss, and she uses she/her pronouns.
We wanted to let you know so that you can use the correct name and pronouns when refering to Tay. We’re also updating her credits, and we didn’t want you to think there was a casting change! The role of Faendyr was written with her in mind, and we can’t imagine anyone else bringing that character to life. 💕

good morning to trans knights who are the third-best in the kingdom, crown princesses who ran away from the castle to go adventuring, mages who dropped out of school, roots who are more of a stick really, dwarven wlw thieves, 7 year olds abducted by faeries, lost souls resurrected in unicorn bodies, and helpful rats

Do you have any recommendations for any podcasts similar to The Two Princes? Like story podcasts that have 2 guys in romantic subplot in a fantasy or historical setting?
I’ve listened to plenty of podcasts but none of them are quite like The Two Princes. But here are some good ones with mlm subplots:
The Bright Sessions - wouldn’t describe this as a fantasy but it’s about people with powers and dealing with it in therapy - there’s a really sweet relationship between two high school boys, Adam and Caleb
Welcome to Night Vale - a classic, about a weird small town that’s really hard to find, spoken about through the town’s local radio show - main character is gay and gushes about his crush (later boyfriend) a lot
The Adventures of Sir Rodney the Root - an actual fantasy podcast, about a knight going on a quest to change his friend back from a root to a human, with a group of misfits - a lot of lgbt+ representation, including mlm, wlw, and trans characters
The Penumbra Podcast - comprised of two different storylines, Juno Steel is sci-fi and Second Citadel is fantasy - LOTS of lgbt+ representation and at least a few mlm relationships
(The Beacon - not fantasy or mlm but I wanted to mention it because it’s really good - main character Bee creates a podcast to find other people with powers, after discovering she can create fire from thin air - like I said, no mlm but there is wlw and ace representation)

[ID: handshake meme. The left hand/arm is labelled as “Alé of Milltown (the penumbra podcast)”, the right hand/arm is labelled as “Sir Gilbert (the adventures of sir Rodney the root)”, and their handshake is labelled as “podcasts characters that give me, a gay trans guy, A Lot Of Feelings”. The first letters of each word in “a lot of feelings” are capital to put emphasis. End ID]

Modern AU Instagram profiles for Bianka and Camilla from The Adventures of Sir Rodney the Root. I think Bianka posts a lot of pictures of Camilla with captions like “LOOK AT MY GIRLFRIEND” and her stories are almost entirely candid shots she grabbed without Camilla noticing. Camilla pretends to be annoyed but she loves it.
The boys’s profiles coming soon
